Conan was doing his daily jogs around the city. The reason why he does it around the city is because the city is huge. He would get more good jogs around it than anywhere else. Conan wasn't focusing on his jogging though, which is why he sometimes trampled some people while jogging today. He was thinking about his social life. "I have no friends, family, not even anyone to train with on this stinking planet," Conan said to himself as he reached his 20th lap. He was very good at jogging. "I need to find some other people, the saiyans i met while dealing with Zyajin were way too powerful to train with me, and the people i met while protecting the city from those androids were too strong too," Conan said with a sigh. He was so alone on this planet. Conan stopped jogging and sat down on a bench to rest and think. He looked around at the happy families walking in and out of stores and just having a jolly old time. Conan wiped his face with his glove. Conan got up and walked back into the forest, heading back towards his barn home. He headed down the same beaten path that other people took, other trainers, merchants, people looking for a shortcut to the city and all that kind of stuff. He clenched and unclenched his fist, something he would do when he was stressed or frustrated. "Maybe, its for the best, I've never been that social before anyways," Conan reasoned with himself. He continued walking in silence until he bumped into someone.
(Hurry, someone be that person! And yes i know, not the best intro paragraph.)

Cornatto was walking on the mountain roads while glancing around, the area was mostly unknown to the Saiyan considering that he lived far away from the North but after all exploring was one of his hobbies. Most of his childhood was spent into a building with his parents, but now the Saiyan was annoyed of that life. One of his intents was to learn more about the entire planet- and continue to train obviously, during his travels he had met many strangers that left a good impression into his memory.
"Oy-oy.. What I need right now is a good fight, I've been walking since.. uh..- well, I am bored." - he muttered before turning and walking on a different path that seemed to be more crowded than the one he had walked on until then, but none of the people were of any regard.. at least until he saw a humanoid figure in the distance. The Saiyan didn't stop in his steps but kept walking towards the other person before taking note of a specific trait- the person had a tail. "A Saiyan.." - he looked at the young Saiyan carefully, narrowing his eyes. He seemed younger than him indeed, but Cornatto knew he could still be a threat. And that he should have been ready to fight him.
Cornatto was a Saiyan himself- but without a tail and he wasn't really a patriot.. in the past he had negative experiences with the Saiyans that influenced his life, but he also knew that not all of them were necessarily evil. He didn't really care that much about the planet's future, his reasons of revenge against the Saiyan race were selfish. He had no real reason neither to defend the Earth nor to destroy it, for now at least. Either way, his Saiyan traits were evident: his eyes were as dark as his spiky hair and under his blue dogi, he had a muscular build. "..I didn't expect to meet a Saiyan here." - he told him as soon as he was standing in front of him.

A bit aside the city, in the forested areas, a five-man brigade had been training - the area is free and pretty uncommon, so Cier found it a perfect ranged-target training. With laser tag guns and dud mortar shells made from bright yellow fabric. The five crewman and her made up two teams, and had been having tries on the toy guns calibrated to the closest setting of their normal, and one team tried to capture the flag of the defenders, whom were having a mortar with themselves. They had been dealing with it, slowly developing on the aim, how to put the sights on, and how to make the weapons having a few pre-programmed settings. "That will be fine now! Let's find a different place." Cier said after the area became too known, and they went on the forest to find a new place. Cier and the five crewman had walked, each of them carrying the toy guns, two moving the mortar and the box with the dud shells and two other moving the snacks, chatting among each other. They moved out on a path and while Cier decided to ignore the two warriors, and one female crewman just nodded on them. The others were busy on chatting about the training they had and the possible area in the forest to try.

North Capitol, the ruined city. Raisu had never been, but he’d always wanted to see it. It was a shame he couldn’t have gone before the Blue Banner Army wrecked house. But he was going now. Perhaps there would be something interesting among the ruins. There usually was something interesting in the North. You just had to know where to look. If you looked hard enough, you might find some hidden treasure beneath an unturned stone or the like.
And what was more interesting is that Raisu felt a presence. No, two presences. No, three. All reasonably sized ones. Small, compared to his, but much larger than the average human’s. He changed course in the air and made for the sources. It was strange. Raisu thought he had felt at least one of these signatures before. Perhaps he had. Raisu met a great many folks these days.
As he drew closer, Raisu saw it. Two figures, one clearly a Saiyan. Interesting. He looked young and he was particularly weak. Had he not come with the invasion? Very interesting indeed. Raisu yawned. He was tired. He’d not slept well the night before, having spent in on the cold hard ground of the North. He’d watch for now.
[Ki Suppression on, suppressing it to 5.]
Raisu descended and found a spot to sit. Yes indeed, he’d watch for some time. Just to see where it went.
Raisu's ki suppression is on and he's staying out of the way. Sorry for the short post, I'm about to head to work.

Conan rubbed his head after he had stepped into what he thought was a wall of meat. Very tough meat. "Hey watch where ya walking buddy," Conan said aggravated. When he opened his eyes to see who was the ignorant guy who decided to bump into him, he wished he could take back what he said. It was another saiyan, clearly older than him and wore a blue training gi. Conan stepped back and looked for his tail. "Hey, you're a saiyan aren't you?" Conan said, making the other person think he didn't notice it sooner. "I thought there were no other saiyans than the ones included in the SSE," Conan said questioningly. Conan deduced that he wasn't from the SSE, from his clothing and from the fact that Conan would probably be beaten senseless right about now if he was part of the SSE. At the corner of his eye he saw a flash of movement. Conan shot a mini ki blast at the spot where he thought he saw something, hoping to drive it out of it's hiding place. He suddenly realized that it was a group of people, not just one person. With mini peashooters. "Well then, looks like we have quite a group here," Conan said with a hint of happiness in his voice. He slowly slipped into his battle stance. "Now then, Let's see your true powers," Conan called out to everyone as he power up to the peak of his strength, ready to fight. "This'll be quite interesting wouldn't it?" Conan asked the older saiyan in front of him. Conan's blood started rushing, adrenaline pumping, the all too common signs of a battle hungry saiyan.

Ah yes, good old North Capitol. Its unfortunate that it had 'gone south' completely. First that Vi-Poi android went berserk out here, and only shortly after, the Saiyan Solar Assholes decided to cause a ruckus. Lovely. At least both offending parties weren't causing trouble right now.
Defrosch hadn't been around here since the Saiyan invasion, at least for now, the place wasn't on fire and nobody was screaming their lungs right out... Who knows, hopefully there wouldn't be slimy goo monsters or crotchety old guys around making a mess of things this time either. What had made Defrosch curious was the presence of a few power levels that were above the Earthling average. Yes, there was no doubt about it this time, they certainly felt like Saiyans. Their signatures had that 'wild' quality that Saiyans did. Defrosch would be more than familiar with it now, having been involved with the invasion.
The Arcosian would wander closer to the ki signatures that he had felt. He would at least get within seeing distance of them... Sure enough, his eyes would fall upon a pair of Saiyans. One that was small, and one without a tail. They looked as though they were about to fight. Defrosch decided to just watch for now, so he sat down on a pile of rubble.

The Saiyan didn't expect to bump into the other Saiyan and clearly Conan didn't seem to appreciate but it was unlikely that he got himself hurt in any way. He didn't seem to be a real threat.. or at least that's what he could see, Saiyan children were usually stronger than an average Human child but they weren't usually so powerful and Conan was definitely younger than Cornatto but the latter one didn't know the other Saiyan's actual power.
He followed his gaze and realized he was looking for his tail- he has been without a tail for years, it was unlikely for it to grow again at this point. "You'd be surprised.." - he declared, actually there were many Saiyans that weren't part of the Saiyan Empire but it didn't mean they were any different.
The Saiyan jumped up lightly as the other one shot the Ki Blast, why would he do that? But he would soon find out as he noticed the group of people nearby. Cornatto didn't really know who they were but he felt they were nothing to worry about. "I doubt they will appreciate your.. -well you get it, but suppose you'll have to deal with them." - he told him before shifting his gaze at the younger Saiyan, surprised by his sudden request. He didn't know how strong he truly was, but a warm-up could be some good fun. He retreated slightly, crossing his arms. "You have got quite some courage over there.. I won't deny it." - he affirmed, looking at him carefully in case he would have tried to attack him.

The group would pass in peace but as the two Saiyans get on with it, they move awfully fast from the path to the side, out of the way of the Ki Blast. It meant that they pretty much landed on their stomaches, sides, and held onto the minimal protection gear the crew had, which way mostly winter clothing and a cap. And Cier produced an actual blaster, not a toy one. Still, it may not be clever to start shooting for no reason. "Calm down, we got no hostility over here!" She shout towards the Saiyans. "If you just let us, we will leave and nothing will go wrong. In this case, we all can get an economically profitable day." The crewmen looked together and a short, hushed confirmation later they agreed on that if said hostilities go on, they all will do a tactical retreat. Albeit, it might be more like "scram and run in a zigzag pattern back to the ship", if it is their work. Cier given them a short gaze of disbelief.
In Cier's own opinion, these two may be just some deserter Saiyans whom, with their little brain and understanding of economics rule #1 (dead customers = stagnation and starvation), might be best left alone on their own devices, and if that not works, at least shot at, to show them something about firing on random individuals whom does not even care of them. To be safe, she starts the electric shield up...

Raisu simply watched as this unfolded in front of him. Interesting, he thought. Incredibly so. If things got bad or out of hand, it would be a small thing to step in and interfere. After all, they might be fighting among ruins, but Raisu didn' want to see things get out of hand. Not too far away, he spotted someone else familiar. Where had he seen that catfolk before? It didn't matter, he supposed. He just watched as she and her group flicked on an electric shield. Raisu grinned. That wouldn't do much of anything again a ki attack. He knew that much. If she were lucky, she wouldn't find that out in the hard way.

Well look at that. The younger one had issued a challenge to the older one. They certainly had that quality that many Saiyans had. That being the desire to challenge as many people that they had come across. Its not like they can ruin this place any further... Hopefully. It would be a massive bother to deal with more rampaging Saiyans considering recent events.
Defrosch rolled his eyes at the mere thought.
As he was mulling over his thoughts, a Feline Zoanthrope was walking past with what seemed to be a troop of guards. Interesting... Though not much of a threat to Defrosch. In fact none of these three were, even all at once, but Defrosch wasn't one to interfere directly in matters that were none of his business.
Conan told me in the Cbox that the order should have me after Raisu, so to my understanding the turn order is Conan > Cornatto > Cier > Raisu > Myself, then repeat. Just letting you all know! :D

Conan was really confused on what was happened so he took a deep breath and started to list the events in the following order. One: A female Zoanthrope had yelled to Conan, saying that they were friendly. But after she said that she took out a very large peashooter and made a electric shield around her group. The action of her taking out the big peashooter wasn't seen as friendly to many people. So he gave the girl a heads up. "Hey, pointing huge peashooters at people isn't that nice." The other thing was the shield. Judging by the size and power of the shield, Conan could take it out with one large ki blast. Two: The older and probably more experienced saiyan commented on the courage that Conan had. He laughed at that and said to him, "Maybe its courage, maybe its foolishness, whatever it may be, I still wanna fight you." Three: Conan had thought he had saw something near the group of people, something that had the colors blue, white, and black but he shrugged it off and said to himself that it was a bird. "Now, shall we begin?" He asked the older saiyan. Conan started off with a punch aimed to hit his sternum. He hoped it would make contact, because if not he was in some big trouble.

The Saiyan looked towards the group with a puzzled expression on his face, he was surprised they had no real hostile intentions towards them, obviously due to the recent events related to the Saiyan invasion. Perhaps they could think they were part of the Saiyan Empire, though their attire wasn't anything similar to a Saiyan armour. Cornatto didn't know if Conan was effectively part of the Empire or not, but he didn't seem to have shady intentions towards him, he noticed that the young Saiyan seemed eager to fight even if there was quite an age difference between the two, he had no doubts that Saiyan blood ran through the boy's veins.
"We have nothing against you all, while you have no hostile intentions against us." - he told them, looking at the feline briefly before he shifted his gaze at the young Saiyan. "Your move." - he told him confidently, he was not intimidated by Conan at all since the latter one was younger than himself. So, to make things interesting he decided to let him attack just once and see what he was capable of- without trying to dodge or block him.
The Saiyan let Conan's punch connect to his sternum, it literally packed quite a punch. Cornatto twitched slightly, he realized that he underestimated him. The Saiyan could feel it and he was surprised, he thought that Conan would have been weaker since he was just a boy. Looks like he was wrong though. "This might be fun after all.." - he muttered lightly before retreating and patting his sternum slightly, after such a blow, he would not give him other freedom.
Shortly after, he charged against Conan and brought up his fist, going for a right hook right on his face, would he have been successful the Saiyan would attempt to give him another blow from below his chin and push him away with a flurry of hits on his torso.

Well, it seems that this was over. Cier puts the blaster away, gets up and she and her crew continue to walk to the ruins. They simply avoid the others and after they are in the middle of the ruins, she orders the crew to make one base and set up the training guns, the flag, and then they start to put together some "walls" from snow. After they finished, they get some lunch and set up the teams.
Maybe the others might join for a friendly match at some time. Who knows... Cier simply not cares while their training fight starts and they try to take the crimson flag from the blue team.

So Goizen was going to fight the younger Saiyan? That should be an interesting match, decided Raisu. Raisu had already fought Goizen himself, so he knew that man's strength. He wasn't a bad fighter by any means, he just hadn't had the strength to compare to Raisu. The gap between Raisu and Goizen had seemed to grow tremendously, though. But at least the man had heart and drive. That was always a good thing to have. With enough of it, you could overcome just about anything. Or at the very least, come out in mostly one piece.
And besides, it wasn't as if Goizen was poorly match. He even had a small advantage over the young Saiyan. Goizen could probably even exploit the smaller Saiyan's tail. Raisu doubt he had trained the weakness out of him as Raisu had. Speaking of tails, Raisu unfurled his and used it to retrieve a small bottle of water from his bag. He was quite thirsty, and if he had to jump in, he would rather be hydrated. Not that it mattered. Even in his weights, the two fighters could not compare to him.
But maybe they would one day. They would certainly both be stronger after their match. Perhaps Raisu would join in, if things got interesting. Goizen is Cornatto, and the name Raisu knows him by.

Upon more lengthy observation of this meeting, Defrosch noticed something about the younger Saiyan... A weird sense of familiarity... Defrosch couldn't accurately recall meeting them, which made the Arcosian strangely interested! This interest stemmed from the fact that hes generally good at remembering people's faces, and this one had seemingly managed to escape his memory.
Either way, this young Saiyan displayed little of the typical aggression levels for his people. The youngster still had that defiant and determined air about him, he still had more childlike innocence within him. Despite all of these things, Defrosch still couldn't shake the thought that they might have met somewhere before, but where? Golly, this was super confusing. All of his recent memory regarding Saiyans was filled with angry morons in battle armor. Luckily these two lacked the armor in question, or Defrosch would've been super suspicious of them from the get-go.
The fight began without so much as an objection from the challenged elder Saiyan. Their power levels were similar, but Defrosch's bets were on the older one- who likely had more experience. It was up to the smaller Saiyan to match that with creativity worthy of a young mind! This match up might be interesting to watch after all...
