Name: Yocho
Species: Saiyan
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: Long black messy hair with the sides sticking up, similar to the picture here: vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/inazumaeleven/images/c/c4/Aiden.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20121209005600 (except, well, black hair). He has dark brown eyes and a soft look about him. He normally wears human clothes: Jeans and a t-shirt, so you wouldn't realise he was a Saiyan except the large tail on his back.
History: Yocho was just 5 when his tail was cut off. But he didn't know that. He was too young. To him, his tail just appeared one day. But that's not important right now. Let's talk about his family. Yocho's family were inconsequential to the rest of planet Vegeta. They were lower-class citizens and they showed it. Every day, his parents had to act like the perfect soldiers. Weak. Pitiful. Unimportant and impossible to care about. But they were far from weak. His father, Ruteba, had slowly trained his whole life to reach what he believed to be the very peak of his power. And finally, at the age of 73, he decided to fight back against the rulers of his village. They were torturing the villagers and he had had enough. The leader was a lazy man, Avocan. Ruteba wasn't one to underestimate his opponent, but he thought that once he reached his peak, he could liberate his people.
He was wrong.
Long ago, Avocan was much more powerful than he was now. He had natural talent and trained hard. When he had conquered the village, he had mostly given up trying to train any more. But he still had some power left and after an incredibly tough fight, Yocho's father was finally beaten and beheaded. Yocho saw his father's head at 5 years old. Consciously, Yocho didn't remember it, but subconsciously... Well, before we talk about that, let's get back to the start of the story. Ruteba and his wife, Sweedy, were found to be traitors. But Avocan didn't kill Sweedy. No. He was much crueller than that. You see, he feared that Yocho would become like his father and try to challenge his power. So he made Sweedy cut off her son's tail... And watch as her son was exiled to Earth, never to realise who he really was. Never to realise the possibilities that surrounded him. He would think he's a human.
Or so they thought. They thought the cutting of a tail was permanent. But it wasn't.
Yocho's tail grew back. But for 11 years, Yocho was without a tail.
But I'm getting ahead of myself again. Yocho's life didn't start at 16. When he was a kid, he got accepted into the New Turtle School. He was doing well. Trained the hardest (much like his father), fought the hardest and studied the hardest. But it didn't last. He got expelled.
And so we get into the crux of the matter. Yocho's personality. How exactly did seeing his father's head at such a young age affect him? Why did he get expelled from the New Turtle School? Who really is Yocho? Yocho... Actually isn't that bad of a person. He gets along with people pretty easily and he has a good heart. He's a good person. Except... Some of the time. Is his good personality how he really is, how he should have been? Or is it just an illusion, a façade, a game? Even Yocho doesn't know. And he doesn't want to. Because much as he hates to admit it, his father's head has stayed in his subconscious for longer than he would have liked.
A traumatic experience like that doesn't just come and go. The last he saw of his father was a dead man. He didn't remember anything else about him. Why did he remember his head?! Every single day, the head that torments him. For his entire life, just a nightmare. An impossible dream. That he was a Saiyan and that his father died and Yocho was abandoned. Though on his sixteenth birthday, he realised his nightmares were real...
Yocho was a calm individual. Or he tried to be. Inside, he was angry most of the time. Friends with everyone, but not trusting a single one. And sometimes he snapped. Like the time he saw someone getting bullied. Both students were new, and Yocho knew that. He saw them at their induction. Yocho could easily take them. So he did. He attacked the bully. So much and so violently that the bully had been in a coma ever since.
The Turtle Hermit, was kind enough to give him a second chance. To this day, he still had no idea why. Perhaps it was because she respected him for standing up for a fellow student. But none of that mattered, because on Yocho's sixteenth birthday, the bully's father finally found him. He was stronger than anyone Yocho had ever seen before (apart from the Turtle Hermit), and after nearly getting crushed, his tail grew back just in time to push the culprit car back on him. Realising Yocho was a Saiyan, the bully's father cowered. But Yocho saw this as an opportunity. He attacked mercilessly, against the express orders of his master. He was about to deal the killing blow. He was happy to deal the killing blow. But the Turtle Hermit stopped him just in time.
Yocho hated what he had done, but he knew he wouldn't have done any differently had he been given another chance. He would have killed a man and nobody could stop him. Perhaps the Turtle Hermit saw that in him, or perhaps she just hated what he had done, but she expelled him after she stopped him. He walked away and never came back.
Perhaps that was always Yocho's fatal flaw. His anger. Mostly he was calm, but when he'd snap, he'd snap. He scared himself sometimes, and for all the training he did, for everything he learned, everything he worked hard for, he would always be slave to it. Yet, somehow, he wouldn't have it any other way. One day, he'd try to find out what really happened to his father. One day, he'd return to Planet Vegeta. But for now, he just wanted to destroy the Turtle Hermit and finally be at peace with himself.

[N1] Monkey Beam: A beam that channels the user's aggression into an energy attack. It does not require the user's focus, but rather is used when focus is practically impossible. The raw chaotic rage of the user powers the attack, sending a beam where the user wants it to go. The energy beam will wrap around what it hits like a jungle vine, rendering what's inside almost invisible. It squeezes before dissipating. The more anger the user channels into the attack, the more powerful it becomes. But because of the chaotic nature of the attack, it can also give negative side-effects to the user, with the effects getting worse the more powerful the beam.
