[Takes place in the ruined part of North Capitol]
The elderly doctor known as Breech flew through the air at top speeds. His eyes were locked on a single goal: North Capitol. Data he decoded from the LED-Drone suggested that one of the former Capsule Corp scientists entrusted with a piece of the Resillium Core retired and moved to the inner city, near the Z-TV Building. With any luck, he would still be residing there, and Breech would easily be able to swoop in, grab the piece of the core, then swoop out.
"Only a few minutes away from my destination now," Breech thought internally "This should go off without a hitch, unless he has some type of defense mechanism residing in his home..."
He picked up speed, soaring through the air with no aura to speak of. As an android, he emitted no energy unless he was charging an attack, and even then it wasn't as obvious as an organic fighter's energy. He continued his flight, but once he arrived at his destination, he blurted a furious expletive at the scene below.
"What the hell?!"
Breech floated above the mostly ruined North Capitol, his eyes wide in a mixture of surprise and anger. His data suggested that North Capitol was well and good, but apparently this part of the city was in shambles! This was no good at all, one of the pieces of the Resillium Core was in this part of the city. If this place wasn't a pile of debris, this would take little to no time, but now? This would take ages. Time wasn't an issue, due to his ageless body, but he didn't want to be here too long. Repairs would most likely begin soon enough, and he'd rather not be found by some do-gooder at the moment.
The Android scanned the barely standing building he was floating above, with no result. He cursed under his breath as he moved to the next building, then the next. He wondered if he should even call these sorry displays buildings anymore. They should be considered useless, worthless, undesirable wastes of space. He didn't think he could be so furious about rubble, but it was absolutely infuriating! He brought his hand up and popped off a Ki blast. It careened through the air, whistling intensely as it crashed into one of the demolished building, ruining it further. He took a deep breath as he assessed the unfortunate situation.
"Luckily the Resillium Core is...resilient. If I spend enough time scouring the ruins, I'll find the piece eventually."
The doctor nodded to himself, and touched down atop a pile of rubble. His sky-blue eyes flashed a bright crimson on occasion, signifying that his built-in scouter was working its magic. Eventually he would find the piece of the core he so desperately needed, but it would take a decent amount of time before he had any results. He placed his hands behind his back, and muttered to himself "Where are you...I know you're around here somewhere..."
