Saiyans... A race of Warriors that are born and bred to fight right from the getgo. You either become strong or you die young, it's that simple for a Saiyan. The Legend of the Super Saiyan had was more than a Legend and their Queen was one of them. It was something that all Saiyan's strived to become on Planet Vegeta, and Kaile was no different. From a young age she showed promise, with a starting power level of around 500 from birth she showed more promise than her parents had and her parents had become rather powerful warriors in their own right.
For Kaile, despite her power level at birth not much was expected from her. Around the age of 5, when she was first starting to 'come into' her powers she was assigned her first mission. Sent off alone, probably expected to fail in her mission as well. The Full Moon of this planet was going to be coming soon, it was roughly 4 days away by the time that Kaile crashed into the planet. Her task was simple, either everyone submitted... Or in 4 days when the Full Moon came... she was to destroy everything on this pathetic planet. Needless to say, the occupants of this planet were not very... Receptive to her demands of their surrender. She warned them, that in 4 days if they hadn't surrendered by then she would return and destroy them all. So, that's exactly what she did. In 4 days, when the Full Moon came about she went on her rampage and eliminated everything there.
Her return was... unexpected to say the least. Not that she came back unharmed, in fact when the pod opened back on Planet Vegeta she was unconscious. She couldn't recall what happened within the next few days, but from what her Parents had told her she was pronounced dead several times. What was known, however, was that when she reawoke it was shortly after she'd been pronounced dead. It was... odd. Her heart had come to a complete stop, her breathing... had stopped. She was, by appearance, completely dead but it seemed like Death rejected her because when they went to 'pull the plug', so to say, everything seemed to just jolt back into action. Her parents, needless to say, were relieved when she awoke and finally stabilized.

Ki Flash[N1] - By pooling energy into her hands and focusing that Ki between her hands for a brief moment, Kaile forms a large spherical ball of red Ki. AFter charging this for but a moment, she thrusts her hands forward and releases a large blast in front of her.
>>>Ki Bang[UP2] - Ki Bang works similar to the Ki Flash weaker version of it, Except that it pools a much larger amount of Ki between the hands, causing the hands to be pushed away from each other by about 2 inchs to show the discrepency in how much Ki is being used. The more Ki pumped into Ki Bang, the larger the sphere becomes. When fired, the radius of the attack is always the same however it is, of course, much stronger.

Ki Barrier[N1] - Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! It charges at 33% per turn. If the Barrier user is within 65% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.

Flash Cannon[N1] - Bringing both hands back in a claw-shape with the back of the left hand pressed against the palm of the right, A large bright glowing ball of ki begins to form, Once the user thrusts their hand forward the beam is fired.

Tail Training[UT] - Through harsh training or sheer willpower you have overcome a Saiyans greatest weakness, your tail is no longer a danger to you in battle. This technique is passive and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
Oozaru Mastery[UT1] - Through harsh training or sheer willpower you have learned to control your inner beast, you now maintain full control of yourself while transformed into an Oozaru! This technique is passive and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
Energy Sensing [UT] - Through intense training, Kaile has learned how to detect the Ki of living beings.
Energy Suppression[UT1] - You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can remain undetected by friends and foes alike! This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
>>>Energy Setting [UT2] - You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters.
