(Thread PL: 19,071) On the grassy plains that lay between West Capitol and the desert, a figure stood. Dressed in purple and black saiyan armor with a black, sleeveless undersuit, Radasha was standing, looking towards the direction of the city. She had a fire going, having decided to grab something to eat as she wandered around the planet she'd last visited years ago. The one she left, with a little souvenir inside her that became her daughter. The skeletal remains of a decent sized dinosaur lay nearby as she wiped her hands on a piece of clothe, one she carried for such an occasion. The lizard's meat was hovering over the fire on a makeshift spit made of wood, which she would turn every minute or so. Charging a ki blast in her hand, she fired it at the remains, destroying them so to be a bit tidier.
She sat down on the grass, watching the food cook as she reached up to switch on her scouter. She set it to capture any power levels that wandered into a certain distance. She took in a deep breath through her nose, smelling the meat cook, her mouth watering a bit. "I may have to go into the city eventually though.....Much better food." she muttered to herself. She was hesitant though. She usually didn't go into another planet's cities unless she was there to clear it out. It was an odd feeling, not being on a foreign planet to wipe out or enslave a race but to actually be there to possibly help. Well her daughter and her weird alien girlfriend would be the ones doing most of the helping probably. She'd just be an observer for the most part....if things went alright.
She also wanted to come because she hadn't been to Earth in years. She felt she was due another vacation from duty to the Empire. She probably would've visited herself eventually anyway. She sighed and picked up some dirt, throwing it onto the fire, and grabbing more, attempting to put it out. She decided the meat was done enough. Scooting closer, she ignited ki around her hand in the shape of a blade and sliced off a piece, catching it in her other hand and sliding it into her mouth. "Oh yes, definitely done." she said, grinning. She may not be a culinary expert, but she knew how to cook over a fire. She sat there, slicing pieces of meat off the spit and just enjoying a nice meal as she sat there. A favorite of Saiyan past times....

[8,100 PL] The smell of meatsies was in the air and as well it was cooked to deliciously great flavor. Green could take all that from scent in the air he was picking up. Sneaking about in the background behind large boulders and what brush he could find to dash behind. He'd watching for a little while now peeking about. He'd sneak on his tip toes as little clawed toes carefully moved him about leaving a trail like chicken scratches behind him in the dirt. His little blue shorts covering his legs and backpack left behind hidden away someplace safe. For now he had only his little shorts to protect him. Sniffing the air as he'd crawl carefully on the ground after a moment or two going into a full army crawl like he'd seen happen on one of the earth tvs he'd been observing through windows now and then or like the one in the medicine place he met the nice boy in.
Green would crawl like this trying to near the womans side who was near the fire but after a few moments pausing mid way to her when he saw... IT!!! A tail! This was one of the tailed ones... her armor lightly bringing back exceptionally vague memories. The creature freezing up and making a very light almost non noticeable whimper. He'd try to slowly stand up carefully on his knees at first and then to his feet. Turning to maybe ease his way away almost feeling his little green cheeks wetten as the three foot two creature felt great sadness smelling the meatsies. But as it turned to continue its creep. A foot would would lightly collided into a rock it had not seen stubbing its claw middle toe out of the three it had on the foot. Letting out a loud screech as it grabbed its foot with both hands hopping up and down in placed making huffs and pains. "AH AH KU KI KEK AH AH" In pain as it bounced in place momentarily forgetting about... THE TAILED ONE!

Radasha slipped another slice of meat into her mouth while eyeing her scouter. It had picked up the power level of over 8 thousand approaching her. Whoever it was was decently tough. What could they want with her she wondered. She didn't turn around until she heard the cry of pain. Wait...it couldn't be. Not at that power level. Turning around, Radasha stared at the Saibaman behind her. "What the hell's bells...."
Her scouter had to be malfunctioning. There was no way a Saibaman would put out that much power. They usually had, at most, one thousand. She continued to stare at the, what she was starting to consider, mutant Saibaman as it danced around, clutching it's foot. Well at least it was still as clumsy as a normal one. It sure was a curiosity regardless. Standing, the Saiyan woman walked over to the green plant man, looking down at him. "Saibamen usually don't get that strong....hell they usually don't live long enough to. I wonder how this came to be..." she mumbled to herself, still watching it.

It would rub its foot for a few more moments feeling the stinging on it as it was like a sharp pain that was slowly fading before placing the clawed foot back down carefully turning around to realize the saiyan tailed woman had closed the gap allot more when he was distracted. Hoping into a wide stance arms in the air out wide as if looking surprised and lightly in fear with wide eyes clearly not expecting her to be so close! It patted its chest when she mentioned not normally being strong or living long. As if to say it was strong flexing its little arm to show a little green bicep. Giving her a large smile and winking one red eye at her. Scratching its belly thinking about age. "Kek! Kek!" Holding up a single finger. Or well more so a claw then a finger.
"Kek! Kek!" It said again pointing up with one finger as if to say it was one year old. Patting its chest to signifying he was talking about himself. His eyes occasionally flickering to her tail. Ever watchful still unsure what to expect from her. He only really remembered small memories of a cruel master from long ago. So he had no idea if this women meant him any harm perhaps. For now he'd settle with just trying to show her he was in fact strong and older then the other greenies he still wondered about that ha been destroyed by master. Of course green didn't know that himself in his little childish mind. "Kek Kek!" It kept exclaiming trying to get the point across pointing at itself and patting itself while using one finger as a signal for one.

Radasha watched the creature react to her spoken thoughts. She hadn't been really talking to it but an answer would be welcomed. It kept holding up a claw and gesturing to itself after she questioned how it had lived long enough to get that strong. One....month? Year? She wasn't really sure how long Saibamen actually lived for. Well they were plant people..maybe a long while if they aren't killed. Did they just keep living if they kept nourished? It was a curious thought. She didn't think anyone really knew what exactly a Saibaman's natural lifespan was. They normally didn't last all that long.
If it was just used for menial work then that would have explained it living even over a month. But if it was used to boost forces during combat....The little sprout man had to be very lucky indeed. Especially to not fatally incur the wrath of it's master. Saiyans normally did not take their clumsiness well and eventually considered a Saibaman's purpose fulfilled after awhile and terminated them....usually for food. This Saibaman surviving to one month or one YEAR would be a miracle.

He'd grunt at one real answer and would scratch his chin seemingly lost in thought for a moment. Before walking a little closer in a waddle of sorts as his clawed toes made a clack clack on the surface of the ground. Pointing at her tail while leaning his head on a swivel. "KeeeeEEEKKK! Shhhh...Saiyer! Saiyesh! Tail! KukukuKek. ONE YEAR...ME!" Scratching his head at first... Wondering if that came out right. Making a serious of clicking sounds that followed as its natural language seemed to pick up in a few gaps here and there between the pauses of recognizable speech. "Kekekkuuuu...Fuzzyyyy" If not stopped he'd start walking forward with the fully intention to reach towards her waist up high and lightly pat the tail and feel its fur as it looked awfully soft and he just couldn't help himself truth be told.
A rather large grin on its face as she hadn't hit him yet. An that was always a good sign! When they didn't hurt you that was a good day. Maybe she was not like the others and a bit more kind then the saiyans that usually shooed him away and told him to go find his master. Master was long gone so there was no master. Green was master! Green was king! King of the Green!

Radasha stared as the Saibaman got out a few actual words. She hadn't heard of a case where Saibamen had actually talked. Was this one an advanced one? One someone altered? How could it be so strong and also know how to say words otherwise? She was lost in thought, so she didn't notice the Saiba reach out to poke her tail until she felt it. Her tail unwrapped itself on reflex, whipping the hand that had touched it. "No." Radasha stated simply. She didn't like people she wasn't close to touching her tail. Especially Saibamen. It should know better than that.
Her tailed stayed unwrapped now, swaying through the air behind her as she stood there, watching the Saiba. She was unclear what to do with it at this point. Probably wasn't going to put it down. As she stood there, she realized she still had food to eat, simply turning and returning to the fire, sitting down and slicing another piece of meat off to eat, eyeing the curious Saibaman as she did. Weird creature....

It felt its hand swatted by the tail rubbing it with its free hand momentarily as if it was lightly sore. Radasha seemed to yell towards him as if some pet or dog. Simply saying no as if scolding like the tailed ones often did. It wasn't really all that nice the green creature letting out a light whimper as it rubbed its hand. Wondering why the girl liked to stare allot. She seemed to just look at him perhaps thinking but didn't speak much.
When she returned to the food and the fire he'd follow slowly at first but walk up and without much thought sit right next to her and the warm fire looking at the food then to her. Then back and to her again as if saying please with its eyes won't you feed me. After a moment it would sniff the air as well remembering her scent. Scents were a good way to remember people and trail them in the future. Red eyes fixating on her. For a moment of staring. Then after a moment or two he'd begin rubbing at her side like a puppy would or a animal friend he had from the forest. Cuddling and a form of rubbing its head on her side. "You tailed Lady... Pretty. Good food? share Meatsies? Hugsies? Are you nice? KEeeeeEEK!" Sitting next to her trying to cuddle with her lightly hoping she was one of the nice one. Not like the big mean men he'd met on earth here and there. Tailed people that yelled and said mean mean things.

It was sitting next to her now. Radasha sighed, looking down at the Saibaman before returning to her meal. Holding up a piece of meat, about to pop it into her mouth, she stopped as she felt a nudging at her side. Then it began speaking. Not just one word mixed in with it's usually 'kekeke' sounds but..questions. It was begging for food and now it was trying to cuddle up to her. using her free hand, she pushed the Saibaman a bit. Just enough so there was space between them.
She then handed the Saibaman the piece of meat she'd been about to eat, then sliced herself another piece and ate that. Perhaps she shouldn't have fed it...it might not leave her along now. She just didn't want it to clamber on her like that. She only let a few people get that close. And none of them were a Saibaman.

Green would feel himself slide over before given a slice of meet its little clawed hands quickly grabbed ad slid into its mouth choking it down very fast burning its mouth a little. But as it made light huffs that seemed like it was burning its tongue didn't slow its eating as it chewed and tried to eat it fast like one would imagine a child doing perhaps when dinner was just a wee bit to hot. Smacking its lips lightly as the tasty meat slipped down its gullet and into its belly as a warm sensation took its belly. Rubbing his belly feeling surprisingly satisfied as cooked meatsies was rare for him. He wasn't good cooking fires so while usually for him it was fish cooked meat altogether was a nice treat.
However once it was done a little pat pat was made as it scooted its butt back over on the ground and proceeded to once again rub lightly at the side of her armor nuzzling and cuddling feeling warm and lightly sleepy by the fire. Letting out a heavy yawn. Nuzzling at her as if she was a a creature to snuggle with in times of sleepiness. "Yum Yums in my belly. Warm warms all around! KekekKukuku. Warm warms all around! Yum Yums in my belly!" It spoke in a hum of sorts as if perhaps lightly imitating a very faint whisper of singing. At least as far as such a thing for saibamen would go. He'd if possible this time wrap his arms lightly around her midriff trying to hug and show great thanks. Purring again as it did taking on likely the appearance of more a annoying pet then a deadly saibamen.

Radasha popped another bit of meat into her mouth, chewing it as the Saibaman started to....sing? She jumped and nearly choked when he started nuzzling against her again and attempting to hug her. She reached down the nudge him back again. She should've know it was a bad idea to feed the plant-creature. That's just what she needed, more Saibamen. Acadovah had contacted Rei's ship soon after they arrived on Earth to inform Radasha he'd found a bunch of Saibamen in the basement...along with a lab, when he went downstairs to grab something. She naturally assumed it was Icarus' doing. The elite-class saiyan sighed, putting her elbow on her leg and setting her chin in her palm as she sat there.

It was pushed away again feeling himself slide on the dirt. Unsure why but maybe it was some kind of game for just as he was pushed away his butt scooted along the dirt and he was back at her side within a matter of moments. "Game? Slide game! Are you... Kek. kikikiki. Alone? You no have ones like me? No Greens? KEEEK No other tailed. ER Friends!" Now it was a little curious. Asking of perhaps a squad or if she had a squad if saiba's gathering her supplies. It sniffed at her again and stood up patting at her armor feeling it an tapping his own shortly after. But his was green and part of his body as it made a thunk thunk as he knocked on it. A moment after knocking on hers if she didn't stop him.
"Hard hard! Strong! Pretty lady! Pretty armor!" Tugging on the shoulder pad of her armor for a moment trying to get her attention. "Why alone? Way out here? Alone no good. KEeeeeEEK No fun alone. You sad? Sad sad?" Tugging the shoulder pad likely again trying to get a reaction and her to answer him as he suddenly seemed worried why she was alone. What if she needed a friend! He could be that friend!

Radasha stared at the Saibaman as it scooted back next to her. It seemed to think it was game. Hell it was more like a child than a mindless plant creature. It began knocking on her armor then on it's own, natural, armor. When it called her pretty, that earned it a chuckle. Reaching over, she scooted it away again, this time playing along with the 'game'. When it asked why she was alone and if she was sad, she shook her head. "Nope. I came to Earth with my daughter and her strange girlfriend. And I'm not sad, I just came out here for some peace. City's too noisy....and it's strange stepping into a foreign city that I'm not here to conquer."
The Saibaman probably knew about that. Saiyans fought and conquered other planets. They sometimes brought out Saibamen like him to boost their ranks if they were at a disadvantage. She thought it was also strange talking to a Saibaman about this, but it was the only bother than her that wasn't being roasted on a fire.

Green scratched behind his ears listening carefully but looked as if he was distracted as he readjusted his blue shorts. He really needed to find a more fitting pair! Why did they not make saiba sizes! "Is Daughter pretty? You are a mommy?! Ooooh An no conquer! Cities scary but nice people. KEEEEEeeeK Nice people in them. Kikikiki." He seemed to pace around lightly for a few moments after rising to his feet. Thinking on her words of the city. Lost in though for a moment as if taking a few seconds to think of what words he was looking for before he spoke. It took him a few moments as he was still having trouble now and again when he spoke especially when he got excited or a conversation moved to fast for him to keep up properly.
"Me know though... cities sometimes bad, You eat food! People say NO! and swing hard broom! KEEEK Broom swing BAM Hurt! KekekekekKIIII" Of course he had no idea at that time you actually had to pay for food in corner stores. He thought it was like food houses or for everyone. Why would people horde away the foodsies when he had a rumble in his tummy that needed to be satisfied. He'd lightly be sneaking on tip toes to get around behind her or at least try too. Before leaping to hang of her back as one would imagine a child to do. Hanging off her arm plates and rubbing his cheek against hers like a cuddling animal yet again. "But you look... ER Pretty people! They no attack you! Daughter there? She be friend? I like friends! You be my friend?" He'd say and if she hadn't shaken him off just yet a rather sticky Saiba tongue would slide along her cheek as one would also expect a animal to do. Green had spent perhaps... to long among his woodland friends.

Thread PL: 26,220
Atop one of the grassy hills of the Western Frontier was a curious (if not a bit intimidating) sight to most. A dragoness, or more accurately: a demoness clad in dark, ornate armor fit for a warlord sat comfortably looking out to the plains below. Sitting beside her was her fearsome hybrid of a great sword and a cleaver, the blade forged in the fires of the demon realm: Fateburn. At a glance, she looked like some hardened warrior perched and waiting a potential challenge to come her way.
A second glance, however, would reveal some of her softer features. Despite being heavily geared her natural femininity still was quite present in how she was currently carrying herself. Her wide, golden eyes looked out to the rolling plains with wonder. Her lips were curled up into a cute little smile. She was just enjoying the day it seemed: the crisp air, the clear skies, and the quiet serenity that seemed to permeate the area. The soothing atmosphere was wonderful to her. She felt so at peace that it gave her the courage to share her heart with the world. So, after taking a deep breath and closing her eyes she would begin.
"Make my wish come true, let darkness slip aside. Hiding all our hope... Mocking all we treasure." She sang, softly at first, but gaining power in her voice the more she went on. She slowly opened her golden eyes and looked to the sky as she continued. "Battles we can win, if we believe our souls. Hang in for the light, till dawn." Her musical tones were sweeter than honey. Her lyrics came straight from her soul forming a hauntingly beautiful melody for all fortunate enough to hear. She closed her eyes and inhaled softly getting ready for the finale of her little song.
"Fate will not leave you, hate will not heal you..." She drew out the notes for the climax of her tune, letting those soft warm tones waft into the air for a bit longer. "Pray and one day, peace shall flow everywhere." She concluded, her hands clasping together before her as she bowed her head. A tranquil smile formed on her lips as she basked in the afterglow of her singing. She really and truly loved every second of it, freeing one's heart through the glory of song was something she took so much joy in. Her smile grew as she cast her gaze skyward.
It had been so long since she had gotten the chance to sing. In fact, she didn't think she had a chance to sing at all upon being banished to the mortal realm. Though, it wasn't like she had many opportunities back home either. While her voice was sweet and her talent was admirable Maeve was far too shy to ever sing in front people. The only exception she seemed to make for this was whenever she sang around her best friend and Master: The fox spirit Akemi. Though they normally sang as a duet if anything.
All in all, the saiyaness and the saibaman were in for a rare treat if they managed to catch the girl's ballad from where they were sitting. Her gentle song may have captivated their interest, however Maeve was certainly to be red in the face upon finding out that someone was listening in on her singing if they were to acknowledge it to her.
