To fight in the 9th Centurial Conference would, of course, be an honor for any martial artist across the galaxy. It is the opportunity to represent your home planet, to show off your skills to trillions of screaming fans just itching to see you get socked in the face, and of course, the chance match yourself against the greatest fighters the world had to offer. Not to mention, the glory and prize money. Of course, none of this matters if you can’t show up.
Even though Reiko technically had a pretty good shot at immortality, as long as she kept getting repaired and maintained. While she at least had the most potential for it outside of being a god or wishing on the dragon balls, she was still very much inclined to thinking in terms of normal human. As such, she regarded this as a once in a life time opportunity that couldn't be missed. And thus she was scared as hell, decades of her life had been dedicated to martial arts, and now middle aged, she had the ultimate opportunity to prove talent as a fighter. And yet, she no confirmation that she was actually a participant in the tournament as of yet. She had sent her application a year ahead of time, and had no replay, and other attempts to get in touch with the committee and get in the roster had been in vain. The reason she hadn't been accepted was that, legally, Reiko Akoga was dead, the paperwork of which hadn’t been changed yet, despite her resurrection in her current robotic body. However, she wasn't told this was why she was ignored, and had exceptions made for her before on this issue. And, thus, she was oblivious.
It was because of this that Reiko was pushing her way through the crowded mob that the tournament’s excuse for a last minute registration line. This was made even harder because she was carrying a grown man on her shoulders just so he wouldn't get crushed in the “line.” This was her younger brother Koji, a robotics genius, and the man who’d be acting as her “coach” in the tournament, or rather, mechanic. Eventually, the two made their way to the front of the line, where they greeted by member of the tournament committee who was supposed to sign them up. He wore a suit, was bald, and broad shouldered brute of a man, more suited to be a bouncer or a body guard than a bureaucrat.
“As you can see,” Koji started as threw down his sister’s registration sheet and resume on the table. “This woman is completely qualified to represent Earth for the Centurial Conference tournament.”
“I trained in at the best martial arts school on the planet, the Satan Legend!” Reiko’s brother gave her confidence, and she was already determined to enter the tournament. Thus, she wasn’t afraid to look the man in the eye, slam her hands on the floor as she tried to convince him to put her in the tournament. In fact, she even boasted. “I've won tournaments! I was even in the classes with the great and honorable President Bao Zi’ Bub himself! Later, I've guarded and saved the lives of VIPs across the world!” She'd also bein doing some security detail for the president, but that technically wasn't finalized yet, and wasn't something she figured she should be vocal about. Regardless, what she said was, in fact, all true, except for whole the Satan Legend being the best thing. But, even that she believed to be true. Regarding her having taken classes with the current president, the two even happened to be the same age. However, she doubted if the president would remember her if they ever met again. After all, she spent most of her time with Jiraya and Yashagoro back then, not Bao. More so, she doubted he could even recognize her in her current state. All that she had left that resembled what she was happened to be how she was able to emulate her former voice extraordinarily well.
“You again?” The man behind the registration desk grumbled. “Yes, I’m well aware of the accomplishments of Reiko Akoga. However, she died eight years ago. Also, she wasn’t a robot. No go away or I’ll have you arrested for identity theft!!” He ended his warning in a shout.
This couldn’t be happening. Reiko’s dreams had been crushed. At that moment, she realized that she could have fought a Saiyan again. And not just some no good punk kid like last time, a true Saiyan warrior, a cream of the crop that lived up to the legends of the Saiyan Solar Empire. In fact, with her news sensors, she could detect many strong fighters; some were even so close she could talk to them that very moment. The problem was just picking them out from the crowd, or getting out of that section and in the room where the registered fighters were. She had bigger problems at the moment.
“I’m not a robot, you ba-” Reiko started coldly, but her brother looked down at her and shook his head. They both knew causing a ruckus wasn’t going to help things, and was their any change the man would believe the reality? That Reiko did die but her “soul” was transferred into a robot? Even in a weird world like this one, it was still very odd. Both Reiko and her brother sighed simultaneously. Reiko, defeated, turned around, ready to walk out. She'd have to be happy with only watching the tournament as a spectator, though at least that way, she could keep an eye on Bao. There would always be other tournaments, she supposed, just not the most important one of all.

Pieter had been tapping his arm, as he sat in the 2nd tournament arena building. These structures were built, at a request of some individual hundreds of years ago, to allow fighters to divide up and keep their fighting techniques secret from other fighters from the other rings. Only those in the individual's arena would know of their abilities. As such, the saiyan hunter's abilities remained unknown to the others outside... However, no doubt people watching would spread the news outside. When they would gather at the central arena, the original one built and reconstructed hundreds of times over a couple thousand years ago, would be where they had the greatest bouts... If the fights got moving along!
"Grr..."
Pieter's frustration with the waiting had been killing him! His next opponent hadn't been announced yet due to some sort of confusion in the ranks. Either people had been vanishing or dropping out of the tournament. Whatever the case, both lead to opponents not being left over to fight Pieter! He could feel time slipping by him as sunset was coming! He had to hope that they would carry this through into the night or else there'd be some problems that Pieter won't be able to control. He stood up and walked to the exit, telling the groundskeeper that he'd return in a bit. He wanted to go take a look around while he waited for his next opponent to be chosen.
"But hold on! You could be c-"
"Ah pffft! With the way you guys have been working so far, I'd be back, have gotten food and be ready for the next fight WAY BEFORE you even chose my opponent that is actually ready," Pieter interrupted angrily! He was right and the man knew it. However, he insisted he stayed on the grounds, to be on the safe side. Pieter told him, "I'm not going out of ear shot. This place isn't so big or noisy that one can't be lost, even with a crowd that big!"
He made his way past and shot up into the air and observed the shadowy orange city. It looked absolutely gorgeous, as well as a bit overwhelming with sky scrapers piercing into the purple sky. Stars were not visible as of yet, but would be within the next hour. The hunter looked around, his tail twitching a bit before wrapping around his waist, hoping to find something that could take up his time in a more exciting sort of manner than sitting and waiting. His eyes darted across the crowd, seeing animal people, both scaled and furred, and regular people walking about. There were also these strange, kind of sluggish people with pink on their arms walking around too with what appeared to be Shivera's people as well! It seemed to be a very large turn about for this, it seemed! Species as alien looking as the Acrosians were walking and floating around, getting settled into the stands to watch the fights. It baffled him that only a few of these people were fighters!
He noticed a few scuffles here and there that were quickly dispersed. However, 1 in particular caught his attention. Pieter floated down towards one of the entrances into the fighter's quarters, where an adult man and woman were. The man had been sitting on the woman's shoulders and was, with the woman, barking at them and waving some papers in front of them. Pieter remained floating there, as his tail uncoiled and wagged as he watched and listened to the spectacle. From what he could gather, the woman had apparently held some form of rank, being in charge of watching some important individual that Pieter could have sworn he read in the middle of sign ups. There was a lot of bragging about being some great fighter and was supposed to be in this tournament! The two, however, were eventually defeated and began walking off.
Pieter floated down to the two, calling out to them, "Is that really all you'll muster up? Don't you want in this tournament, to be in the grueling combat for the prize? To be proclaimed a master of masters?!"

Just as Reiko figured thought all was lost, another fighter approached. And, he made no secret that he wasn’t human: unnecessarily using his ki to float, just standing their when he could have already landed, and his tail was just wiggling around for all to see. Reiko found no need for such frivolities, but that may have been because her presence with her mechanical form drew enough attention as it was. Hell, she only looked vaguely humanoid in the first place. However, a funny thing about him was that he had a passing resemblance, particularly the tattoos, to Berry Black, a scum bag half saiyan she’d encountered at a bar that offered her a true challenge for only a brief moment. And yet despite this, just from looking at him, she could tell he was on a whole other level. Reiko’s sensors only confirmed this.
Ni-ni-nine thousand? It just had to be broken; there was no other explanation. Reiko had never encountered such an enormous power level. This saiyan was as strong as two of her put together; he was just flesh and bone while she made literally as a killing machine. There would be no way she could possibly defeat him in a fight, unless, well, if she used the ‘fail safe’ Koji installed, but that was dangerous. Reiko took a couple steps back from the saiyan as he approached; perhaps she wasn’t cut out for the tournament after all, she hung her head low.
Then, however, the saiyan had possibly made a serious mistake. He had the audacity to provoke her. Logically, she was well aware of what he was doing and her better judgment told her to ignore him. However, he struck a nerve, and she wouldn’t take that lying down even that meant being goaded along. However, before she did anything else, she quietly squatted down, letting her brother get off of her shoulders.
“Are you kidding me!?” Reiko shouted, almost shrieking, and shook her fist at the saiyan. “Of course I want it! I’ve devoted my life to it! But what am I supposed to do with if they won’t let me enter, if they won’t me fight?” She paused and stomped her foot on the stone floor, probably damaging it. However, if she did, she didn’t notice. “If I could, I’d challenge you right now, and just fly over to the ring. But that’s not how it works; life simply isn’t that easy.”
“Or maybe it is.” Koji tilted his head up, looking to his sister. “The ring is empty right now. Isn’t a crime to use a public space that isn’t currently in use, at least not anything major.”
Reiko took a nice long look to her brother, and then to the ring, wish she could always swear was calling out to her. Koji was right, and only worse, it would soon be dark. All the time in could have gone to use was just going to waste. So, finally, Reiko turned to the saiyan, took a few bold steps forward and floated upward as to get to his eye level. Then, she offered her hand.
“So, how about it, then?” She said with a chuckle. “Are you up for some of that ‘grueling’ combat, mister…?” She not so subtly asked for his name.“I suppose you already heard me announce my name, Reiko.”

The woman... At least, Pieter thought was a woman, took offense to his statement. She put down the man on the ground and came up to him, floating off the ground. She came right up to his face, talking about how she felt it broke a law to challenge him in the ring However, the man replied that it wasn't necessarily. It was a public space that is supposed to be used for the fighters, but could be used by others, so long as it wasn't anything major. She offered her hand as a smile formed. She used Pieter's own words, as she introduced herself. A wide grin formed, as he grab what he expected was a woman's hand.
"Ai, let's do this, Ms. Reiko! Call me Pieter! They are scrambled in the brackets at the moment, so giving them some friendly entertainment won't hurt the crowd," Pieter exclaimed in excitement! The odd coldness of the woman's hand was unexpected, but didn't catch his attention enough. He released the hand and turned towards the arena. His blood was boiling! Energy flickered up, his power rising up high! He landed on the ring, officials rushing over.
"What the hell are you doing?! Get of the stage! It's not your turn to fight," one shouted. A couple of others were making their way on to the ring, as Pieter glared at them, his power causing the dust and rocks to rise off the ground.
He bellowed out, "You insist on me waiting? With all of these people here waiting to watch a grand fight?! It's a foolish decision and I've come up with something with this woman, who was supposed to be in the tournament but was denied for no reason whatsoever! Now, I will implement this so you can figure what sort of problem is going on with the matches!"
He proceeded to charge at the two moving towards him and grabbed them by the scruff of their necks, as he pulled them off the ring. The announcer was near by and jumped as Pieter slammed the two into the ground. He looked over at the announcer and told him, "Give me your microphone. We're doing something to keep the crowd."
The man nodded and tossed the microphone, an archaic looking device that required a little metallic ball welded into a black cylinder that had a weird switch. He looked at it, to see which way was on and flicked it, the sound piercing ears. He waited for it to go away before talking.
"Good evening everyone! This is Pieter Wolfbane. I am one of the fighters in this tournament that's been getting halted. On behalf of the committee, I would like to apologize for this wait! There have been some issues going on with organizing the matches, so I've decided this: Allow myself and the lady in the arena, Reiko, to give you a little taste of the matches to come while they get this figured out! It's a measure they didn't want to express, but it is what it is and we're to carry it about! Now then... Let's enjoy this match!"
Pieter switched the microphone off and dropped it on the ground as he made his way to the arena. People were booing and cheering all around! Many were leaving, but it mattered not to the saiyan hunter! he wanted to battle and that was what he was going to get! He stepped onto the ring and cracked his neck and knuckles. He made his way to the center and readied himself for Reiko. He gestured her to come at him with his hand, tail flicking in excitement!

Post by President Bao on Apr 14, 2014 10:12:29 GMT
"Trouble? TROUBLE? Let me tell YOU about trouble!" Bao stood outside a fine lounge area where the two representatives of the Saiyan Empire and Arcosian Coalition were visible behind a glassed off section, appearing relatively displeased in general. He had been called out by a staff member of the tourament, but the poor man hadn't managed to get in a word edge-wise due to Bao's own antics. "These matadores-" "ambassadors? sir..." corrected an assistant, but the president kept talking without skipping a beat. "-are threatening to pull their fighters out of the matches, IIINfact they've already done it. At this rate, the whole conference-majigga will be a bust! THAT is REAL trouble. Why, you wouldn't know trouble if it came to your house and made you a PEANUT BUTTER and HEADACHE sandwich!" A bead of sweat rolled down the robed officers forehead, "But sir, this is important, one of the fighters has usurped the arena! He's chased off our officials and is insisting on battling one of the failed applicants" "FAILED applicants? What are you applicating failure for? Failure is not an option when Bao is in town!" Bao exclaimed, completely missing the point and again interrupting the poor fellow "wha-? th.. sir, the application was deemed fraudulent, so the contestant was unable to ente-"
"A contestant? What was a contestant doing playing with you at the registration desk instead of waiting in the contestant area!? You send them right on in here to me so I can give them a stern talking to!" He planted his hands on his hips, seeming satisfied with this course of action, despite again having completely misunderstood the situation "But sir, that's what I've been trying to say! contestant Wolfbane has brought them into the arena and has declared his intention to fight them outside the rulings of the scheduled match-ups! More to the point sir, their application was deemed fraudulent and they're outfitted with some kind of mechanical apparatus, the entire thing is a major security risk! It would be best if you called your security detail and-"
"Another android eh? Well then, why didn't you say so! I practically know everything there is to know about androids!" ...after all, becoming mere acquaintances with a single android, in a match you nearly lost surely makes you an expert on the subject "Now, we can't allow these no good punks to ruin my tournament -" Bao was already jogging(practically skipping) down the hallway and rounding the corner, doing pretty much the exact opposite of what the staff member had come to advise "- Raugh'I Forbid It!" came the now disembodied voice, leaving the tournament's staff member in his dust, seeming to have completely forgotten about the interplanetary emissary's - whose bickering seem to be growing based on what could be seen off in the lounge area. Bao's assistant could be seen staring through the glass in exasperation at the Presidents inopportune departure, before quickly being diverted to trying to keep the peace between the Saiyan Ruler and the Arcosian Royal after a particularly ripe insult.

Oguma walked towards the second arena building, after hearing announcements over loud speakers placed throughout the tournament grounds, telling of what was going to happen next. He could not feel power, but within the building, for just a moment he noted someone had raised their power above normal levels and it nearly matched his own.
"Perhaps there is fighting going on in there?" Oguma muttered to himself as he stopped in front of the building. He could hear a loud voices coming from the building's interior as people spoke, argued, and probably got ready to fight. He hoped that this was not his brother's doing nor any of his family's doing since they had sent him a short note saying they had a surprise for him when he returned home to Jingle Village.
"Maybe they've come earlier then expected?" he thought as the room. He was actually entering the stadium itself filled with boos and hisses, cheers, and the all-around annoying sounds of loud people who did nothing to move fights onward. They were only here to watch and make the sport behind martial arts all the more disgusting. All he could feel was discontent as a young man and a young woman began to show off their skills.
His muscles bulged and in a display of energy he let lose his black ki, filling the room with his dark energy. "What is going on here! Where is the tournament! Where are the rankings! Where are the judges, the competitors, and the referees! I am tired of one sided matches, late showing people and the generally relaxed environment here! If you are going to fight then fight!"
Oguma had reason to be angry and that was because he had already defaulted on winning one match, had to face five monks in an exhibition match, and now was still waiting for the style of tourney he wanted. A one on one fight. Luckily, for him, his power was sure to get peoples' attention as it rose above the approved eighteen thousand power limit and caused the walls to tremble and shake. All would turn to the black haired man with brown eyes, a dangerous spear on his back, and the demonic armor he wore. If his power were to raise anymore it was likely that his true form would start to come out as his brown eyes turned a deep black color.
(I hope I'm doing this right.)

The Saiyan, Pieter apparently, accepted her challenge. However, Reiko was relieved that she actually did the handshake correctly more so than him agreeing to fight. Having no sense of touch anymore, it could be tricky to judge such things, and she had hurt Koji before as a result. The thought then crossed her that maybe Pieter was just so strong that it didn’t matter whether she held back or not, though if Peiter noticed the power disparity between then, he was excited just to fight and didn’t give it a second thought. The sheer raw enthusiasm he had and that Reiko knew she was fueling it brought a slight smile to her face.
On, Pieter’s cue, Reiko flew over to the side of the ring opposite to Peiter. Her eyes scanned around the ring, and she tapped on the stone with her foot. The little click clack was music to her ears. She was a little incredulous about actually being in the tournament ring. This trance was however, broken by the voices of a tournament official and Pieter.
She couldn’t have said it better herself, especially that she had every right ot fight in the tournament. Maybe her first impressions were wrong, and he was a great guy. Maybe she was wrong to yell at him. Maybe Pieter had just slammed down a couple of harmless pedestrians just for just doing their job and being full of hot air. She couldn’t tell if the man was fun to be around or an annoying asshole, perhaps a bit of both.
“Sweet Mr. Satan,” She exclaimed mostly to herself. “Was that really necessary?”,and the she only because a little more confused when Peiter picked up the microphone. It as like he never saw something like that before. Then again, she figured he was a saiyan and this a space alien, rather normal name aside. Still, that didn’t mater, and even Peiter himself to an extent when looked towards the stands. Some were leaving, yes. But far too many stayed for her not to want to show them a good fight. She pumped her first into the air, and was ready.
Pieter was taunting her again, telling her with his hand to come and get it, offering her the first move. Reiko almost felt herself gulp. It was a conflicting situation, if her sensors were right, she couldn’t afford to take a single chance, one mistake and it could very well be over. On the other than, she also couldn’t waste a single opportunity, either. If her attack actually was to hit him, she guessed it would it was stun him rather than do major damage, but that could leave her an opening to swoop in with a lariat and pin him to the floor. She was afraid to give him a chance to act, and was convinced that the match was going to end quickly, one way or another.
Reiko took position, her arms up ready to defend, her legs place far apart. She took a few steps back, and then a few more steps to her right, circling Pieter and keeping her eyes on him. Then, her eyes glowed red through her visor for a brief moment, and then suddenly two beams of red light erupted from her head and headed towards Peiter. Reiko herself was still, silent, and unflinching in the same pose from before, and yet, she was ready. Or at least was for a second.
She stopped, and turned her head towards the source of the recent power surge. It even trumped Peiter's power level. She already knew that in that moment she was gonna regret today. Either for letting her guard down in surprise, or being just a drop in the bucket in compared to the other fighters.
(1,514 for the attack, though, it’s not important. Pretty sure you can just glance it off. It’s a weird sitch mechanically because either Reiko has no chance in hell, especially if he uses the Super Tomahawk or she goes Overdrive and then suddenly Pieter is in the same sitch. So, I guess I should ask you permission if you want her to use the overdrive at some point later in the match or not. Granted, the match might get interrupted anyway.)

(Don't be worrying about asking me! If it isn't controlling my own character and is within your character's power, then feel free to do so!)
Pieter watched her shift around, circling him and looking for an opening. He kept a similar motion to her, waiting for her to move. Perhaps it had been the moment of boredom, he didn't really care who or what he fought, but at that moment, as he stared down his opponent, he realized he had been decided to fight something his father called a robotic human. Certain people went to great extents to become really strong and/or intelligent, to the point they would have their bodies transformed by metal and machines! Specifically, these certain people, as he read in a book, were divided into 2 categories: Cyborgs and androids.
Pieter couldn't exactly which was which, but he came to understand this immediately, as beams of energy shot through her strange eyes! He batted the two beams into the ground in front of him, then immediately charged at her. For a moment, she was focused on him, but the next she was looking away! Pieter stopped right in front of her and went for a sweeping kick, to throw her off balance! After that, he told her, "Don't divert your focus from me, Reiko! I will not hesitate to knock you out of the ring!"

Reiko was right, and knew that Pieter was right as well on that one. An she noticed the shift in her vision and she began to lose balance, tilting forward. She couldn't the strike, or any pain from it, but she knew how to react to it. She turned her head Peiter and went with the motion his blow and put her in, going down on Peiter with an elbow bash. She then let out a fairly distinctive battle cry, a breath in, and then ki-ya out, or well a simulation of that. "Seeee-kiiiyaaaa!"
(Sorry, my brain is fried at the moment.)

It seemed as the demonstration went on that the display of power by Oguma had caused Reiko to lose her focus while fighting Pieter. Although she noticed his power now probably others were much quicker to notice it. Epecially when he used it now to jump up onto the stage next to the fighters. He landed on their hard, stone platform with a loud thud and demanded, "Why is it that you shout? Surely there's a fighter in here that doesn't get as distracted by my presence as this?" He pointed clearly at Reiko with his right index finger hoping to make his point. He had so much power right now he was certain he could easily catch her from falling down or off the stage itself, but he wanted to know wanted to see what might happen.

A loud thud, as Pieter watched his opponent turn with the attack and dropped an elbow, entered his ears, but he held his priorities. He rose his left hand up to bat the elbow in the direction of his spin to outside their ring. He shoved hard, to knock her out as intended. If she held herself, then their battle would be able to continue on. Someone had been talking about their presence being distracting, something that had brought his attention. He looked over to the side, to see who it was.
A man wreathed in gold armor with red bands had been standing upon his current area of battle with Reiko! He looked frustrated, as if he been waiting a very long time on something. Could it be possible he was another fighter forced to wait on the tournament staff to fight as well, just as he had? Pieter looked back at Reiko, as he told this man, "If you wish to fight in the next round against someone, be my guest! This tournament's conductors are having trouble organizing the brackets, but it doesn't mean you can't fight! For now, I ask you stay off this stage until my own battle with my opponent here is done."
The saiyan hunter couldn't sense energy, so he hadn't felt the massive power seething off of Oguma. At the moment, he just wanted to finish his battle with this woman... At least, from what he could tell was a woman. Either way, she seemed to be on a level that was much like on Houri's. She had the ability to fight effectively, but it seemed that she hadn't been really refined. Perhaps it had been due to her practically being a cyborg-android type of being. All that metal was damn bulky and made it hard to maneuver in.

Post by President Bao on Apr 18, 2014 6:15:44 GMT
A hall to the left, a corridor to the right, and Bao had arrived; "Right, Where Are You Ya No Good Punks!"
... He races around the ringside, looking around at the left, running around to the right, looking around some more. A few bemused faces turned his way, and a piece of trash blew across the ground, but otherwise the stands were as empty as the ring in front of him. Bao was in the wrong place, a fact that was immediately obvious to all except the man himself. After a few more moments (enough time for one extra lap) however even Bao cottoned on to the fact. A sprinting dust cloud shot back out the gateway and once more into the long walks of one of the many dojo-like structures, Bao at it's head like a one-man stampede, thighs like pistons powering his high-kneed gallop.
After two more repeats he eventually found himself in the right place:
"Right, YOU! You TROUBLE-MAKING Upstarts! What makes you think you can just take over one of the rings! That Takes Money... and Docaments((documents))... and Lots Of These Things!" by 'these things' he meant the short, robed, tournament staff-member who he's plucked from the path as he walked past and was now holding up in the air by his collar much to the man's angst. Of course, none of the fighters in the ring actually heard Bao's shouting or saw his gesticulations, because unlike them, Bao's detours had spat him out way up at the very top of the grand stands, an insignificant splodge among the masses of people still sitting or walking around. While the President's shouts certainly grabbed the attention of the spectators immediately around him, the sound did not carry.
Bao quickly realised they weren't noticing him as a third trouble-maker sprang into the ring, clouds darkening over the setting sky making it almost seem as if a darkness had come from on of the fighters them self. Bao began making his way down the long stairs towards the front row seating, grumbling under his breath and cracking his knuckles, barely noticing the shocked or delighted faces of those who recognised him as he prepared to march right up there and boot these punks straight out of the ring. Who knew what would happen though before he got down there, as it would still take him a little while.

"I'm not here to fight I'm here to kill," Oguma uttered to Pieter as he addressed him. The stocky man had no idea what he was dealing with and although Oguma could not sense energy either, much like Pieter could not, he felt the man's words were enough to light the fires inside him.
Drawing his spear from the holster on his back, he twirled its long shaft above his head with his left hand and said, "Stop your stupid bracket fights and fight me or this thing in my hands will go through at least three people right now!"
Oguma was not someone quick to anger, but because none of the people around him were recognizing his strength at all he had entered the point of no return. His power breached the previous limit he had set for himself a value, of twenty thousand, and immediately hit twenty five thousand. A great amount of force erupted from the black aura surrounding his armored body and with it the stage directly beneath his feet splintered and cracked.
Oguma stopped twirling his spear and looked around at the spectators watching him. Most were beginning to ponder what he might do, except for one small section of the stands focused on the President of the Earth and his angry shouting.
Perfect... Oguma thought as he turned his body towards the man, lifted up his weapon above his shoulder, and chucked his tool of war directly at Bao. His target currently was not going to be Pieter, not going to be Reiko, but the stupid tournament's civilians. At this point there was no reason to fight the fighters because his power was more then enough to bury most of the warriors here in early graves.
He smirked as his tool sailed towards the president at a speed faster then the human eye could follow. Yet he did not expect a variable in his weapon's trajectory. The appearance of Houri Senda who was sitting up among the crowd a seat below Bao trying to figure out what Oguma was up to, trying to understand where the tournament might go now, and also trying to keep from getting distracted by Bao's shouting.
Bao was likely not trying to pay attention as well as she was to this incoming attack since the tournament was beginning to fall apart at the seems. He had the duty as its organizer to keep things running smooth, but in the case he did not see this dangerous weapon come towards him. She would jump in its way, pull out her chakram, and spin it around in front of her in order to block the spear's power.
Unfortunately for her, this weapon would be little use against the torque he put into his throw and with a crunching noise her chakram would shatter like a vase. She summoned up the power of her Aroma Source transformation to match this spear's might but she was much too slow and could not funnel the energy at all under pressure thanks to her unrefined skills. In less then a second though, the weapon would fly directly into her heart and send her sprawling through the back of her chair.
Oguma was not sure if everyone was catching this or not. But this now was to be his first act of war. Praise him as the tourney's ultimate fighter and actually make it so he could be it's highest ranking contestant ever, or die. Once he was sure his damage was done he would jump from the ring with a powerful leap and land high in the stands where Houri's cold body now lay. In one blow he had ended the life of a decent fighter
"This is just my first attack! If anyone here is not a coward please try and stop me! I'll crush you with my fangs!" He roared as he ripped his blood soaked spear out of her heart. This was the first of many deaths he hoped to add to his reputation. If one were to look behind the chair they would find the entire seat's metal backing had a hole ripped through it and the fine cushion in front of it. The chair was also bent slightly due to the force of Oguma's throw. Oguma definitely could have thrown hard, but if he had the chair and the rest of the section where Bao and Houri were would have been in shambles. The kid's gloves were coming off right now.

Reiko did catch her balance, turning around and landing in a low block position, the kata forced into her "muscle" memory. In the angle she landed in, she able to the stands, catching a glimpse of a man making some kind of hub bub, though she didn't bother zooming in and seeing who it was. She had more pressing matters to attend to. This didn't matter much at all, though, since it seemed their match was going to go interrupted.
There was no mistake about it, moment he said kill. She knew she'd have to fight him, and use what she afraid to use on Pieter. Despite even how powerful he was, he seemed oblivious about what he was dealing with. Safety precautions, deactivated. Generator output at 200%, 350%, 700%, 800%. Overdrive mode, on. She began to glow in power, already crumbling the stone of the arena she was standing on. By the time Oguma threw his spear, she was already prepared. He was going to kill spectators. Reiko may have been a thief, and she may broken the rules of the tournament, and there was no way in hell she was going to let that happen or let Oguma get away with it.
She appeared in a red blur, almost as if she teleported to the spot she predicted the spear would fly. She appeared and floated right in front of Bao and and the girl, catching the spear in mid air with a clap. She turned around to look at those behind, and was a gasp at noticing President Bao was there. It did her heart good knowing she may have already been doing pretty well at her job. "Leave this to me, Mr. President." She said gently. At that, her image faded away again, and she was suddenly back in the arena, ready to fight Oguma with a power level of over 36,000.
"You have desecrated this celebration of peace between planets," She began to boom, her voice was always a speaker system, but at this volume it showed. "You interrupted my duel, Tried to harm innocent people, including the president of this planet and the greatest martial artist of the Satan Style since Mr. Satan himself. "
"This. Is! UNFORGIVABLE!!" She pulled her arm back, giggled, and finally threw the spear straight back at Oguma, now with even greater force with her machine strength than Oguma had put behind the original throw.

"ASSASSINS!?" He cried tumbling backward, loosing his footing somewhat and hopping one-legged down several stairs, before tumbling the rest of the way. All these poor fan girls, overwhelmed by Bao's raw manly allure, couldn't help but throw them self at him, amd nearly paid the ultimate price for it... but he barely had time to deal with that given this startling revelation. Who knew how many stealthy assailants he was facing! "Even the stairs are booby trapped!" He said, picking himself up at the bottom and gingerly rubbing the throbbing mountain of a bump on his head.
If they're after me, then that means everyone is in danger! The other ammasturbators (ambassadors) and his loving fans! "Everyone, everyone back away from me! I know it's hard, perhaps the hardest thing you'll ever do, but I'll need you all to move away, to not admire my sculpted form, and not be tempted by the siren song of my rugged personality" For all he knew, they had rigged explosives through the whole place, things could blow at any minute, all... because of this crazy obsession with him. He'd seen it before, fans who became so zealous that it got to unhealthy levels.
Well, he knew their ring leader now, the guy there there in the arena. Well then, there was only one recourse - Bao would have to confront this crazed fan directly, for the sake of his many (non-crazy) admirers.
Darn it Bao, if you weren't so damn handsome you wouldn't always be getting yourself into these messes!
