As Kayle came around and kicked her, she grabbed his leg! Even at his fastest he was to slow. Vennel flew toward the ground and threw him into it at top speed. *SLAM* His body hit the ground, hard. So hard it left an indent. Just as he was pealing his self from the floor, she was already firing multiple ki blasts. He dodged the best he could, jumping this way and that way, but he knew there was no way his body could keep that up. Not without some sort of recovery time. One, two, three, four... after that he began to lose count as he focused just on surviving. *BAM* One of the blasts smacked dead center. This was to be expected. His opponent was clearly superior in every way. He was surprised he had lasted this long against her true power.
The ki blast plastered him to the ground. He was done for now as the blasts kept coming. One after another. Some hit, but most didn't. It was obvious she didn't know he was hit. As long as he lay here, he might have an actual chance of survival. At least for a bit. Since he refused to run, him surviving wasn't all that great.
As the blasts stopped, he heard the woman speak. "Say, what's your name. You fight pretty well for a half-breed. I'm actually enjoying myself."
He stopped for a moment and breathed. Did she really just ask for his name? What kind of tactic was this? One to throw him off his guard? It wouldn't work. He wouldn't let it.
"Kayle, my name is Kayle, and I keep telling you, I may be a 'half-breed' as you call me, but I am better than the rest of the saiyan race so far, save for -maybe- you. I'm the only one to step up. The rest are scared. No self respecting saiyan ever just rolls of and takes it."
Kayle began to slowly crawl out of the hole on the floor, looking up at the woman. She was floating there, not attacking. Why had she stopped? It didn't matter. She knew she had won.
"It's obvious you've beaten me here. I'm no match, but I won't give up. I will not be like those cowards outside. They have grown soft. They were to accustomed to the 'life'. Those ministers spoiled them and made them weak. I am glad they are gone. You will need to whip them into shape. Teach these useless soft bodies what it's like to be a true saiyan. A saiyan of old. I can barely move, crawling like I am. I am no threat now, so end this. You've made enough of a fool of me. I still won't give up and submit, but you've won the right to choose my fate."

Radasha leaned forward as the fight seemed to be reaching it's climax. As expected the half-blood had been outclassed after Vennel showed her true strength. She huffed at the comment about the 'rest of the saiyan race'. She wasn't afraid. She didn't see a point in taking Vennel on. Sure it'd make her stronger if she survived but...She knew she was way more outclassed than the half blood, and it wouldn't be much of a fight. Sure as hell wouldn't have been as enjoyable. Besides, she had no problem with the other woman leading. And at least she had entered when everyone else was standing outside. Seriously, they were missing everything!
Radasha simply began to lower towards the ground, closing the box as she was done with it's contents. She didn't think there would be another challenge....today at least. She'd hand the box back to Icarus as she landed.

And so it was done. After her assault, he was far from standing, but he wasn't quite "out" yet. He was crawling out of the small crater she had caused with her barrage of ki. Lowering herself down to the ground, her tail uncurled itsel'f part-ways around ehr waist, limply wrapped around her lower body. She walked calmly, full of confidence that she felt was rightly earned at this point, approaching him. She finally had a name to put to his face though, Kayle. It was a respectable name, a Saiyan name. Which was good. In her experience many half breeds went by their alien race's name, and she quite disliked that. Though, not for the reason many might suspect. To be honest, it was simply because she had difficulty pronouncing them, they were like tongue twisters to a girl who was very much used to speaking her own native tongue, or with other Saiyans in glactic common.
As she approached the edge of the crater, her feet mere inches from the edge, she gazed down at Kayle, he was ceding his right to live or die to her. He was knowledgable in the Saiyan customs, which was also odd for most half breeds. Truly he must have cursed his heritage, and who could blame him. Still, he could never amount to a true Saiyan, at least so far as she believed. And yet, he fought bravely, despite the odds, that was worth a great deal to her.
"Well met, Kayle. You fought well, despite the difference in our power. Fighting nearly to the bitter end. However, I have no desire to kill you. If you had fought any differently, perhaps I would have. But what you say is true. Many Saiyans have lost their way, and I can scarce afford to lose what true Saiyans are left, even if their blood is muddied."
Lifting herself up a few inches from the ground, she hovered over the crater, passing over Kayle's head as she made her way to the other end before touching down. She stepped forward with a brisk pace, and removed the small crown, if one could even call it that, which Icarus had placed atop her head, and set it atop the throne, which she now stood before. Sitting down once again, she felt right at home, as her body sank into the large seat, and she looked out at those who had gathered.
She leaned over to her side, propping her head up with her open palm, which was upright, and resting on the arm of the chair. Taking a deep breathe, she felt her lungs fill with air, before she began to shout.
"LET IT BE KNOWN: I, Vennel, am now your rightful Queen. All challengers have been struck low, and the contention is over. If you would stand against me, make yourself known, or return to your lives."
Her voice boomed, as she shouted at the top of her lungs, quite impressive for the girl, given her size and relatively lithe frame. Still, she felt it had at least enough carrying power for those below and outside to have heard her. Especially now that the din of combat had settled.
[Unless anyone else joins or picks a fight, I'm going to be considered having left this thread. Power Level, for me, please.]

Kayle listened to the woman talk, carefully. It was very uncharacteristic for a saiyan to let their enemy live, but then again, was Kayle her enemy? Not really. He would serve this Queen until he died, or she was deposed, just as saiyan custom dictated. He laid in the carter, barely able to crawl. He knew not how he was going to get to a healing chamber. He was on the verge of blacking out as it was. One thing was for sure, he had a new respect for this new Queen.
"Vennel. You may despise my half-breed nature, but you have won my allegiance through combat, like a true saiyan Queen. If I am to survive, I pledge to follow your rule until the day I day, or someone deposes you, as our custom dictates. I will, as well, prove that I am better than these 'pure' weak-bloods that stand outside."
Kayle couldn't crawl any longer. His power was draining rapidly. He only wished that he would actually survive this so as to prove himself to his new Queen. She said she would not kill him, but that by no means meant he was out of the woods yet. Most 'pure' saiyans hated half-breeds for instance. What was to stop one from killing him in his weakened state? That would be another act of cowardice, but when it came to pride, sometimes that won out. He could very easily die in other ways as well. Only time would tell.

Well with the spectacle drawing to a end it seemed... well if you wished to call it that. The throne seemed secured for the moment. Although Icarus did dread the though of the possibility that this could become a regular occurrence of beings throwing their might forth and having it be a regular thing for small challenges such at this. The idea of making proper repairs and upgrades to the destroyed hall one thing. Having it needed to be done again regularly was another. He'd collect the box from the women and the little flying device would return to him. He'd slide it back into his bag and stash it away for the time being. The thing folding up to feat neatly and carefully as not to risk damage to it or its contents of film. "Well... That was most certainty... something." Not really appearing overly interested in the single combat. The opening attack as a Oozaru was eye catchy and even he couldn't overlook a tingle of appeal. But such trivial things as what he'd just scene just didn't seem needed.
His hands would fold before him as his arms crossed admiring the now Queen before him. A feint smile on his lips for a few moments before fading away. It was the right step forward and would soon open many doors. Doors he was looking forward to peeking through. A kingdom would have many resources for research studies and varies forms of experiments. He had a few things he needed to do but he'd worry about Radasha and Vennel in getting the blood another time. He was sure he could easily come up with a medical reason for that. Radasha had ... peaked his interest, She would be well to think of in the future should saiyan aid be required for various things. She didn't appose this taking at least not on the outside it seemed. So at least that bid some form of loyalty. Now it was just a matter of seeing how the first days of the monarch went or if they went far at all. After he knew very well it could only take a day for a monarch to fall just as the council did today.

Radasha watched Vennel sit herself on the throne. Seemed that was the end of today's event. At least Vegeta had a proper leader now instead of ten bickering fools. Those ten who would ignore tradition and let other people handle their fighting for them. They were not true Saiyans in the least. Radasha turned her attention then to Kayle as he was trying to leave. Well he seemed very worse for wear. The elite sighed and walked up to the Half-blood, ducking under one of his arms and rising up, helping him keep on his feet as she went to help him towards the Healing Center. He had earned a little assistance for his performance today at least.
"Good fight. More half-bloods need to learn to stand up for themselves like that." she said, though he may not even be able to consciously listen to her at the moment. She may have been the only one of them moving their feet at that point. Oh well, he'd be in a Regeneration Chamber soon.
