I propose a system for the creation of temporary, powerful NPC Saga villains.
For every 50k pl earned by a player across all accounts, they gain 1 villain point, with a bonus point at 100k.
So at 50k you have 1, and at 100k you have 3, and at 150k its 4 and etc
I also propose that Staff Members gain 1 Point per month automatically, as a thank you for doing what they do, and to allow them to create Sagas for low tier people if they like.
Points can be donated to another player freely.
These points will be used at a special Villain Store, explained in a moment.
Why Villain points?
Its for allowing there to be Sagas more often, and at more manageable levels. It allows you to make a villain to scale with whoever the saga is for, and lets evil crop out of the woodwork whenever its convenient.
There will be Arch Villains and Minion Tier Villains. Simply said, Arch Villains can spend as many points as they want, while Second Tier Villains are restricted by what the Arch Villain buys.
The things you can buy in the store are pretty simple, and allow for pretty quick villain/Army generation.
Arch Villain table:
Arch Villainy – Cost 1 – Gain a Arch Villain with 70k pl, and a bonus point to spend. Once only.
Last of my Kind – Cost 1 – Your villain isn't a standard race, and has weird special properties. Once Only.
Evil Army – Cost 1 – Gain henchmen and one Minion Tier Villain with 1 point. Once Only.
Special Force – Cost 1 – Gain two Minion Tier Villains with 1 point each. Once Only.
Right Hand Man – Cost 2 – Minion Tier Villain that can spend 3 points. Once Only.
Loyalty is Rewarded – Cost 3 – All minions gain one more point and 5k more pl.
Evil Unity – Cost 2 – All villains gain 15k pl
Doomsday Technique – Cost 1 – a 175% pl offensive technique, but takes an extra turn to charge. Once Only.
True Power – Cost 1 – Gain 50% pl. Once only.
I Stand Alone - Cost 2 – Gain 75k pl, but never gain minions.
The Sequel! - Cost 1/2/3 - A previous villain is revived, and gains "Not my Final Form" or "Still Isn't", whichever is more applicable. Minions are not revived, but are instead refunded as temporary points that MUST be spent on this villain. Cost increases by 1 each time. Three times only.
Minion Tier Villain Table:
Yes Master – Cost 1 – Gain a Minion Tier Villain with 50k pl
Okay not Last – Cost 1 – Your Villain isn't a standard race, and can be a generic alien or the same race as the Arch Villain.
Quirky Power – Cost 1 – This allows a minion to take a special technique, or to make one custom one.
All Villains Table:
Special Skill – Gain a once per thread 150% pl attack. Twice Only.
Behold my Power – Cost 1 – Gain 25% pl
Not my Final Form – Cost 5 – Gain a +(x1) transformation that stacks. Once only.
Still isn't – Cost 3 – Add +(1x) to the transformation.
This is all I have at the moment, but I am certain that this will be a great addition.
