Garlik walked through the hot Diablo desert dressed in his Saiyan Armor that had been given to him by his father. Sometimes he wondered why he kept this armor as his Father was pretty much the reason he had chose such a terrible goal like world domination. He guess'd everyone had their soft spots but Garlik's had not appeared yet. Maybe this was it.But this wasn't what Garlik was traveling for. After an epic encounter with a ruthless Arcosian hunter he decided that he would take a visit to a Planet called "Namek". He had no idea what was there or what powers the Namekian species had but he wanted to find out. And if they were powerful enough, he would try to make them help him enslave Earth. However that was a bit far into the future. Right now he needed to find out where this planet Namek was so that he could take his space pod there immediately. He then pulled out the paper he found in the rubble of the hunter's destroyed ship. They must be pretty powerful anyway. Their species did make it on the Hunter's list.mitochon

Mitochon flew above a desert it couldn't be bothered to recognize and name, scanning the sands from above for anything interesting. Thus far, he failed completely, save for a tiny settlement so dull that it didn't even bother to destroy it. Boredom and laziness were starting to set in, and the Bio-Android was tempted to just speed away from the featureless bowl of sand.
But it spotted something peculiar - a man with skin that was too pale for the local climate, and a suit of armor that seemed too luxurious for these parts. Mitochon smirked, descending downwards and onto the sand, landing a little ways further ahead of the young man. The short creature folded its stubby arms on its chest.
"You don't look like one of the locals." It called out in a raspy, high-pitched voice, as if unsure whether it should sound like a child or like a hissing snake capable of speech. The smug look on its face never ceased, and its glare was condescending, as if the difference in height was the complete opposite of what it actually was.
"What brings you out here, friend?" Its tone wasn't friendly or polite in any way. That last word, especially, was drawn out and made to sound as sarcastic as was physically possible. Mitochon's eyes kept glossing across Garlik's body, spotting the tail. Its grin grew wider, recognizing the young man as its indirect relative.
Unlike the many others it had seen, this one might be interesting. Perhaps absorbing this one wouldn't be a waste of time. Its thick tail rose up and lightly quivered about in excitement. The lizard-man waited for a response, feeling confident and at a complete, malicious ease.

Garlik turned back to face the Bio-Android who had just landed near him. Folding up the Paper he stuffed it in the padding on his armor. The creature was short and sure was different from the normal humans he was used to seeing. In fact, he was the opposite as Garlik could see in his grin that he had fairly sharp teeth. "What brings you here, friend?"
Maybe he knew what a Namekian was. Maybe he was a Namekian. Garlik decided that perhaps he would ask him for some information on the subject. He then walked over to thew creature and bent down a bit. Extending his hand outward he tapped him in the middle of his forehead two times treating him like a child. Perhaps after talking to him he wouldn't destroy him. Garlik liked his attitude. "What brings me here you ask? Well I am searching for something called "Namek". Perhaps you have heard of it?"
Garlik poked the Android once more, taunting him about his child like appearance. The Saiyan Hybrid was also confident in his strength and believed that the creature stood no chance.

Veins bulged on Mitochon's forehead in utter fury as it was quite clearly being made fun of, and for its short size, no less - its most apparent flaw, one that was easy to mock it for, which is probably why it was such a touchy subject for the Android. By some miracle, it kept enough composure to listen to Garlik's words.
It was a strange question that the tailed man asked. The Android certainly wasn't expecting to hear about one of his several 'home worlds' in a place like this desert. The truth was, Mitochon knew more about the people that inhabited Namek than the planet itself; after all, it was partially based on them, and obtained the relevant knowledge on the absorption massacre during its birth.
Mitochon let another malicious smirk crawl across its face. The hints of anger were still present in the form of bulged veins and a tense stature, one that made visible efforts to keep itself in place and not just lash out like a wronged animal. And it certainly felt wronged. It was insulted, and the man continued to mock it even further.
"Why, I -am- a Namekian," It hissed out, trying to make the words sound casual and calm, even though the Android was barely containing its rage. "A whole third of one."
With a dim noise, Mitochon fizzled out, an afterimage all that was left behind in the place it stood on a literal moment ago. The real reptile child appeared behind Garlik, hovering a few feet off the ground to have an easier reach to his upper side. It wasted no time and spun its little body, swinging at the Half-Saiyan with a ruthless kick.
"Let me run you through a course on them, you filthy monkey!" It screamed at him, baring its stubby arms and legs for combat. The smile was gone, as were the hints of amusement; right now, Mitochon cared only about its hurt pride, and wanted to return the favor in the form of bodily harm.

Garlik raised an eyebrow in confusion as the Bio-Android told him that he was a Namekian...a whole third of one. What the hell could that mean? Well it seemed he didn't have much time to care about it as the Android had already lunged at him with a fierce kick to the head.
Since Garlik didn't have much time to react, he took the hit head on and as a result spat blood out of his mouth. As he stared at the crimson liquid on the ground he became filled with anger. A mere child had just caused him to lose some of his precious blood. He turned back to face the child, his teeth gritted and his fists clenched. "Let me run you through a course on them, you filthy monkey!"
The Hybrid's aura flared purple with white lightning. His power raised to his "maximum" of 2,678. He turned and charged at full speed toward the creature, a Fission Bomber ki ball in hand. "HOW DARE YOU!!! I'LL DESTROY YOU FOR THAT CREATURE!!!"

Mitochon returned the roar, its own green aura flaring, the discharge of power sending a gust of wind through the air. It was surprising to it that someone could take its full force strike, considering that the average inhabitant fell apart completely the instance it attempts that, but at the same time, all the signs were there - this man was clearly not of 'human' origin, even if judged by the tail alone, and then there were the questions and the strange armor.
The Bio-Android darted backwards as soon as the Half-Saiyan charged it, still hovering a foot or two above the ground. It felt wary to engage Garlik head-on, especially with what was clearly a ball of ki in his hand. Its rapid retreat caused a trail of dust to kick up off the sandy ground, a feint performed entirely on purpose to obfuscate Garlik's vision.
Mitochon then took to the air in full to create distance. The creature figured that avoiding whatever projectile was getting charged would be easier if he had the advantage in elevation.

The Hybrid still boosted at the creature as it back-flipped, kicking up dust into the air. It was at that moment that Garlik knew what he was doing. In an attempt to control his anger he watched as the Bio-Android boosted itself into the air as the dust danced in front of him.
Seeing as to what his opponent was doing he guessed that he was trying to avoid his Fission Bomber. This was no problem as the youth saw this as an open door to opportunity which was always great in a heated battles. He thought for a few seconds and then decided that maybe it was time to get sneaky himself, and which better way to get sneaky other than using a Smoke Bomb?
Reacting quickly Garlik through his Fission Bomber at the ground a few feet away from him causing an explosion of smoke and pebbles erupting into the air. Garlik then rushed straight into the smoke in an attempt to keep Mitochon from seeing him. Inside the cloud of dust he charged a normal Ki Blast in his hand and waited for the right moment to toss it at his enemy.

Mitochon twitched slightly as an explosion went off below him, the charging ball of ki spent on creating a distraction. It grimaced even more, realizing that it could no longer keep its opponent in sight. It had no means of keeping track of the Half-Saiyan otherwise, either, making the situation quite dangerous, especially if the opponent did have a way to strike from his obscured position with any degree of efficiency.
The reptile-man continued to hover above the created smokescreen, taking a moment to consider its options. It felt hesitant to dive into the cloud due to uncertainty about the enemy's abilities, and it didn't really have any good means of luring Garlik out, or striking at him while he was hiding. Nevertheless, it wanted to at least try.
The Bio-Android lifted its stubby arms, thrusting them thrice into the Hybrid's general direction. Three separate ki blasts fired off and flew into the smoke cloud, as Mitochon decided to gamble and send blind shots Garlik's way. He didn't expect them to hit, but it was still better than literally nothing. It was more of a 'suppressive fire' kind of tactic, though it'd probably amount to nothing.
Upon colliding with the ground, the energy bursts exploded, lifting up even more dust into the air, and sending sand flying all around, acting as miniscule debris.

Garlik waited a bit more for his enemy to make a move but eventually he got a bit bored. So, he decided it would be best to ambush the humanoid stranger with a flurry of Ki blasts. Suddenly, three small explosions went off lifting more dust into the air. The hybrid was pretty unsure about whether or not his opponent was helping him or if he was with him.
Because of this he just decided to go with his new plan. He out-stretched his hands a bunch of times sending out a bunch of yellow ki blasts that were like blinking lights. As the Ki blasts flew toward his opponent, if that hit or not, Garlik was ready to leap in to action and launch his Mighty Maelstrom attack.
He was getting tired of hide and seek.
(OOC: I am very sorry for the shortness of this reply. )

Mitochon kept glaring at the ground, squinting its eyes and trying to see through Garlik's concealment. Lights blinked from the cloud, and blasts of ki pushed their way through the smoke, darting towards the creature at great speeds. The Bio-Android flew to the side, the yellow orbs whistling past, and then stopped briefly, expecting a follow-up.
But Mitochon's patience was running out. It was still furious, and that anger wasn't getting quenched. It grew tired of waiting, and once again flared its green aura around itself, throwing its hands to one side. Red lightning crackled around the power that was given the shape of a flowing aura, and its color begun a gradual shift towards that very same sinister crimson.
"I dare you to come out, you monkey!" The little reptile-man screamed, veins bulging across its stubby arms, a red sphere growing between its two palms, energy flowing through and out of its body. It charged the one technique it had learned of its own innate ability - the Warhead energy beam - and it intended to unleash it on Garlik the instance he showed himself from underneath the lifted dust.

Veins bulged on Garlik's forehead. He was pretty angry now especially since this child-like creature kept calling him something as lowly as a monkey. Ignoring the red flashing light from above, he leaped through the dust and charged straight at the creature, his body flickering.
In his hands he started to charge yet another Fission Bomber. Purple Ki flickered in his palm as it started to grow to the size of a Namekian dragonball. Then read lightning began to appear around it hinting at it's destructive power. "I hope you're ready for a beat down creature! Here I come!"
Then with all his might he slung the Ki ball at his opponent hoping for it to land a hit. The purple attack whizzed through the air heading straight towards Mitochon. However, even though Garlik wanted the attack to hit his target, he was a bit interested in what the Bio-Android could do to escape.
The hybrid smirked evilly. Then again, what could the creature do? The Ki Ball was rushing at him and since he had his attack charged the only thing Garlik could see him doing was hitting Garlik's attack with his own.

Mitochon threw its arms forward, unleashing the built-up energy. Crimson light cut through the air and streaked towards the purple orb with a sharp, booming whistle. The two blasts collide, the Bio-Android's flowing power spilling around Garlik's Fission Bomber in a colorful display, like a river forked by a massive rock. Both attacks broke to a complete halt, as the opposing forces were largely equal, with miniscule differences that counted for nothing.
The lizard wasn't eager to sit in place, struggling against the energy blast for long. With one more push, it attempted to dissolve the incoming Fission Bomber, and then cancelled the maintenance of its own beam, darting sideways in the case that the energy ball would still be coming its way. Its glare returns back to Garlik. Mitochon's aura flares once again, showing off the creature's complete lack of patience and composure.
It charges at the Half-Saiyan, green energy trailing its path from the feet, air loudly whistling through the Bio-Android ears. A direct rush like this would be a struggle for the small reptile-man, as the difference in size would not at all play into Mitochon's favor; but it was being done, recklessly, and yet it was not an action without a plan. It swings its tiny fist at Garlik when the distance was beyond even the latter's arm's reach - too early to land anything - but the stubby arm suddenly stretches itself out, its range increasing. It could reach its target's face even though they were both outside of regular melee range.
It was an ability that most Namekians were capable of; their bodies were highly flexible in the most unpredictable ways, and Mitochon demonstrated that quality in hopes of winning the advantage.
