”Hell yeah,” Zerori agreed before opening the door, “-If only I could do something like that so quickly. It seems I will need to acquire better technology to do such things, however…” Looking back at him, she tentatively stepped close to him before offering up a hand to him. Flying was always a tentative activity for her, even if she couldn’t manage the feat with her own energy, so offering herself to fly was a marvel to her and how far she’d hardened her nerves. “J-Just… don’t fly too fast… ‘Kay?”
((Pardon if I take too much of a liberty with your character))
As expected, she was gripping onto his shoulders much too tightly, nearly feeling some of the metal beneath him warp in her iron-grip. She would have apologized if it wasn’t for the wind whipping against her face. She didn’t want to awkwardly throw her face into his shoulder, though, for fear that he’d think something else. What that could be, I couldn’t give a fuck! She recoiled to herself in her mind, smacking her forehead against the clothing. Why couldn’t I have gotten a jetpack or something?! Anything so that I could at least teach myself to endure the heights of it all!
As much as she was sure it was the heights that made her afraid, the writer can attest that it was the motion and lack of control over her body that Zerori feared the most. Fire and burns, she could endure and learn from. However, jumping off one place to try and push her body into a motion it’s never understood? Far from possible.
When they would seemingly arrive at his home, most likely undetected but discretion was far from Zerori’s mind, she scrabbled off of him to land on the ground and kneel with one knee in her hand. Her breath came in gasp and her limb trembled violently. Even so, she grinned pathetically at her ride, “J-Just a little air sick; don’t mind me…” And quickly clasped a hand over her mouth with a bit of truth to her story and green in the face.
