“So this is Earth?” She spoke softly, eying the blue planet from behind the glass window of her space pod. It was… beautiful. And that was saying something, since she’d seen many, many planets that would have rivaled this one. The blue contrasted against its white wisps that could be seen hovering on the planets’ surface, moving slowly like it protected it. The green and dark colors could easily be distinguished as land masses. Amongst all of this, however, she had actual data from the solar saiyan kingdom to get an idea of what she would encounter.
So far, it was just the same as any planet – there were humans and different species that seemed to live amongst themselves. Organizations that, based on some commercialization, were the disciplinary factions. Over all, “It’s nothing worth my attention!” She hissed, closing the PDA at her wrist. The pod was going through its final preparations before it started to impact the atmosphere.
Impact in ten seconds. Prepare for landing.
As suggested, Zerori ran through her typical preparation sequences and by the time she felt the cushioned impact of landing, her equipment was primed just in case she was met with resistance.
Her location was surprisingly sparse, devoid of much life with the exception of a few animals that were in the process of fleeing (if they didn’t get killed by her crater). Stepping out from the pod and walking up the ravaged dirt, she blinked in great surprise at what greeted her. A city, she was sure it was at one point, was greatly damaged. Apparently, what few moments of scanning over the broadcasts didn’t tell her the entire story? Her pod had landed a good mile form the wreckage, the crater overlapping a road that was definitely being used for transporting goods and the like inside the city.
I guess the city is being repaired. That’s pretty fast, considering the war just ended, if there was one. Taking her time, she walked toward the location of the ransacked metropolis but was stopped by a voice.
“HEY!” Yelled a disgruntled driver, and the Halfling rolled her eyes. “Whose gonna repair the road, eh?! We got deadlines to keep!”
Turning back around, she eyed the collateral damage her pod inflicted. It was nothing more than a chunk of dirt missing, maybe five feet out fro the road and a gradual one to three foot drop. Placing a hand on her hip, she gestured around with her other, “It won’t kill you to make your own road, would it?”
“There ain’t no time to make it now!” He demanded.
Eye twitching with frustration, she threw her hands up in the air, “Fine!” she cried with a yell and walked back over to the broken ground. “-I’m only doing this because I feel fucking sorry for you! Damn,” She hoped the insult would make him regret it, even as she pulled her hands up.
First, she needed kindling; that was easily found with the broken ground that was smashed, rock and dirt compacted tightly. With a strong stomp of her foot, she broke more of the ground around the impact, miniature tremors shaking the surroundings. She was sure the drivers were half-way panicking, but even if they weren’t, she wasn’t going to stop now. Summoning fire to her hands, the flames all too happy to have a reprieve to destroy, she scorched the broken pieces and rearranged them with the force of her fire. Five feet was hardly a challenge for her to create a road so when the fire had cooled and left a very blackened by sturdy road, she admired her work before turning away.
“H-How did you do that? What the hell are you?!” She could hear him yell, getting out of his truck. Not bothering to give him a reply, she threw a choice gesture over her head and took off in a mad dash toward the city. She’d be a blur before they knew what happened…
Getting close to the perimeter of the city, she grinded to a stop in the dirt and eyed the open area of the great structures. Well… “I’m sure they were great,” She muttered, walking inside and past some of the destroyed shrubbery and broken buildings. The roads were cracked and hardly discernible from the dirt roads she had seen before but the appearances between the outside and inside were definitely different.
Crossing her arms, she leaned against a wall that looked stable. “Well, damn. What kinds of valuables were lost recently?” She muttered with a smirk on her lips. Her mind was pretty one-tracked but given that she came for secrets and maybe a little exploration, her priorities were easily manageable.
((Little short, but something to rock with- Lemme know if there's any inconsistencies.))

If one was to describe West Capitol, then to call it a 'battlefield' would have not been wrong. While most of the outskirts had been left relatively untouched by the Blue Banner Army their invasion, the more centralized areas had suffered an immense amount of damage. Buildings were reduced to rumble and debris, roads were torn asunder and only here and there was a building left in a partly stable state. The most central city-block had endured the worst of it, having been obliterated entirely during the conflict, to the point that only a barren wasteland remained at the spot where once buildings had stood. The destruction that had been wrought in the battle between 'those' three forces had been one immense, to the point a rather mysterious story arose among the refugees.
"There is a myth... a tale that says that West Capitol has been the birth place of a creature beyond imagination."
A feminine voice spoke those words, a cheerful and almost melodious tone, and while standing amidst the barren ground of the central city-block a lone figure stood. Her azure-colored hair was brushed lightly to the side, showing a pair of mismatched eyes that looked at the sky with a hint of nostalgia in them. It was a young lady, perhaps one who had barely stepped into the threshold of adulthood.
"Miss Chimer--- I mean Dandelia, it is a honor for us to see your presence at the reconstruction works of the city. While most of the workers have started working from the outskirts, slowly moving inwards, we found the landscape too damaged at the center to be able to start the repairs just yet..."
The girl, seemingly called Dandelia nodded her head lightly in response, seemingly having been addressed by a security guard, at least judging from his attire. She turned her gaze sideways, seemingly at the sight of the debris of a collapsed toward and briefly thought back about something.
"Has my request been fulfilled?"
The soldier nodded softly while picking something out of his pocket. It was a small portable device, akin to a tablet and upon pressing a button an image played on the screen. It showed Vipoi and a legion of his KAOS troops, seemingly just returning from a operation that finally secured his position among the earthen cabinet. About to consider himself victorious the android suddenly found himself forced to deflect a series of ki blasts, before the screen turned toward the air where someone identical to herself stood.
The scene continued as the KAOS soldiers were easily defeated, and after an intense short struggle the woman seemed to ascend into a darker and more malicious-looking version of the golden-haired warrior his transformation and finally bested the android, knocking him onto the ground after a clash in the air, and slowly landing onto the ground she declared...
"Hear me mortals! Your strongest warriors have fallen!"
She grind the heel of her boot onto the bruised body while declaring with a sharp glare at the screen.
"To the fools who believe they can ascend into the golden-haired warrior of legend, or be able to do something ridiculous like being this planet's 'hero'. Let it be known that Dandelia, the Yami no Supah Saiyajin shall see for herself if you are worthy of such an existence. Grow... prosper, and entertain me!"
Finally a ki bullet was send toward the screen, causing it to blank-out. A content smile appeared onto Reikiko's lips, silently reminding herself to thank the android for his assistance. This was perfect, the perfect opportunity for her to provoke those with the potential to ascend into the state of being that was worthy of legend. Ever since the Saiyan had died, Reikiko found herself with a borderline obsessed to finding those who held the potential to grow strong, and unfortunately aside from Vipoi there were few who fulfilled her desire.
"Perfect, with this I should have given them a bit of motivation, and perhaps even a reason to grow. Only Ninjin knows that I possess the strength to beat robo boy... perhaps Daiki did also... But now all the warriors of this planet have someone to fear and strive toward. The Super Saiyan of Darkness, who beat the one who had snuffed out the life of the legendary warrior."
At least that was what she hoped. Perhaps this would help her search along, especially now this video was playing on every television or computer in the world. Slowly ascending into the air Reikiko made her way across the horizon, her disguise as perfect as it could be. Nevertheless, it was just when she flew over a building that she noticed something odd: a lone figure leaning against a wall... So someone not belonging to the Blue Banner Army was around... Perhaps a refugee having come to retrieve some lost heirlooms, or a looter having come to obtain their latest treasure. Nevertheless, her ki suppression having been active she slowly descended, just in time to hear the girl speak.
"So many valuable things were lost here, and yet mortals are prone to recover from their losses. They are fairly resilient, not unlike weeds."
She smiled briefly, her eyes focusing on the stranger, and internally she felt her senses tell her that this person their energy level seemed fairly normal, but not yet within a level where she could decide if the stranger possessed the potential to become entertaining or not.
"So what brings a stray kitten to the ruins of a battlefield. Hunger, or curiosity?"
Her tone was confident and proud, not unlike that of the Saiyan race. In the end that was the role she was playing right now. Dandelia, the Demonic Super Saiyan who had come to this realm in order to awaken the dormant legends within the earthen population.
"Perhaps I might even be able to fill your needs, should it be either of them."
Of course it was a joke, but she did love trying to play a bit clever. Acting a bit superior helped her establish that role further, but it wasn't like she needed much practice with that. Especially since right now her ki presence had lowered itself down to a rough one hundred and seventy-five thousand. It should have been enough to not appear overly threateningly, and yet possess a certain 'reason' to appear overconfident...
--- -Reikiko is currently disguised as Dandelia (http://oi60.tinypic.com/1zf7bz5.jpg) To those with ki sense and scouters, her presence basically would read my Base PL, instead of my actual permanent transformation PL- -To those who enter the thread and want to, feel free to have seen the 'report' that Reikiko had the BBA leadership fake for her-

From blackness to bright light perceived greatly through optics, a transition between shut eyes and open occurred so rapidly, so consistently that such had actually been taken on much to minuscule a scale to be noted. Though it'd started essentially with the deploy-able noise resulting among the outside populist of torn nations; Produced on account of a mannerism that lacked in luster. There'd been no feasible system put in place to neutralize the chaos, and BBA, Saiyan, and Bandit alike; roamed ever free with intention of capturing a space where such believed to hold claim without true meaning, just for the simple fact that it'd been there. This, needed to stop--much too many interesting people had lost their lives for the sake of an elder's dream of unification in their own mental image, and at the height of it all, the Saiyan Empire. Said to be the most top tier Race line next after the unknown species this planet had to offer, though honestly to an aging Snippar Sol, this meant little when the result of such a title were people dying without plausible cause or feasible gain. A Nexus cycle that needed to be broken in order for better gateway opportunities and a stronger foundation...yes, that was the true path toward peace. For now. Taking the time to remember the fast while his walk in the city was profound and ignorant, the personnel belonging to the Saiyan's front lines had been resting peacefully in light of a recent victory over their longstanding rivals, a good feeling to everyone, even Snippar's own persona who relished in the glorification taken from killing another. They were truly young. Remembering the tragic revisions of taking a life for survival plagued him, but it was needed for peace, for justice.
Ascending himself from the placement where he'd only been resting previously before in thought, Snippar Sol put on his armor after releasing it from the capsule, it went over the already adorned black outfit which covered practically everything shy of the skull. This armor had been multi-plated, characterized specifically to guard the torso, shoulders, waist, and thighs. As these were the only places that any major damage could be done, some more than others. Such armor prevented the death of him via things that may have done just that without his armor, like an old age bullet proof vest, for swords and certain ranged strikes and other weapons of the age, with a more durable pressure. Next to be grabbed was a singular sword that had been fairly large in fact, this was strapped to his back and would remain there until its needed use or otherwise until he returned home once again to put it back in its proper placement. Snippar Sol found that as he'd been leaving, his young human friend; Saito stopped him and they conversed for quite some time before parting ways briefly with a promise made to be met up with once the latter had handled some things at home..which was fine. Outside remained mundane and habitable for most Saiyans, flowers blooming, trees flourishing and the all around natural life energy remained undisturbed by the aura of hatred and warfare. In the midst of a war this was considered one of the most ironic things and equally a blessing of life. Along the journey while following his scouters readings into the city picking up two sources, one high and one low, Snippar Sol had even picked up a flower, though despite this his actual intention was to go and skip rocks---until another detection appeared. Constant beating drums and loud siren meant that the time for engagement drew near for war, and it seemed this city saw enough of it, and that somewhere the People were already going about a battle. It looked as though he wouldn't get the chance to relax and visit the river after all.
Snippar moved locations quickly and took flight by channeling his KI to a fixated point, taking root of the location due to his scouters tracking system he flew there and landed swiftly to the ground. Watching the mortal namesake repair it reminded him of the coup'de'grace he was in on planet Vegeta way back when. At the end of the day he was traitor to his own kind, his own people. Turning to the side, his hues gazed upon the two females. Noticing the first yet not knowing her quite yet, but the second being utterly foreign. His tail wiggled while a sigh escaped his lips in disappointment. A low grumble surfacing while he spoke in a calm response. ''I come here to find something interesting, and I find you lot...what a day...I'm glad not be allied with any faction, first time in the city and all I see is disruption. Pity this blue sapphire is just like that iconic red ruby of a planet Vegeta. War, Arrogance, and no sense of peace but the beauty of nature...I need a drink..I have a feeling this is going to be a long day.'' Taking his time Snippar walked to one of the clerks purchasing a glass of hot sake. Relaxing he consumed the clear substance and nodded his head while another word escaped his young lips. ''Yes a long day...When I became a super sayian, i'm going to relax, slacking for now however is not tolerated, but rest and this sake is most appreciated, with company of course.'' A smile escaped his lips, the irony in such. Snippar had a particular persona about him, even if he was a purebred Saiyan he did not act like one, and he lack any sense of what was going on in the world at the moment, quite frankly he did not care. Taking a seat he looked at the two females and continued drinking his sake.

“Lady Kiara! Lady Kiara!?” Foot-steps could be heard rapidly approaching Kiara’s torture chambers. Normally, these chambers were under the rule of not to be disturbed unless you wanted to be her next victim. However, she broke through the double doors exclaiming her name; Kiara had turned away from her victim princess Aria who currently only wore half of her skin. Her screams long since muted but Kiara didn’t mind as she knew that Aria simply withdrew from reality as a coping mechanism but it also shown how close she was to breaking.
“This had better been good Arillel or you’ll end up like our dear princess here.” With a rather malicious look back at the princess, Kiara patted the young vampire princess on her barely healing bloody flesh. You see a vampire’s regeneration was quite amazing; not instantaneous like the Namekians but with less of a price as Namekians suffered a decrease in power. “Milady there is a shuttle that just crash landed not to far from here and as our scouts suspected it’s drawn out a woman with a large power level as well. Our fledglings are scared witless and are looking for word from you on what is our next move.
Kiara had been using those displaced by the destruction of the Western Capitol to bolster her people’s numbers as well as sending some along their own way to start their own covens and sects. Kiara was confident that she could always come back later and reassert her dominance over her children. By now Kiara had grown somewhat accustomed to her weights which took great skill to fillet a vampire’s skin off repeatedly without making too deep cuts. But Kiara was further empowered by the fact that someone so strong had really appeared this close to their vampire nest.
“Hmmm, well I can’t expect them to do any better. I’m simply glad their fear hasn’t delved into blood frenzy yet. Tell them not to worry though; their future Queen will go investigate everything at once.” Without much further preamble, Kiara grabbed her now trademark black half jacket and began to make for the exit of the elaborate cave system she’d occupied. Grabbing a cigarette out of her pack and lighting it to calm her nerves at the prospect of approaching this titan. Kiara had felt many large and out of this world power levels during the massacre that was the battle of Western Capitol. But that was largely different that her willing approaching one of those power levels.
But it seemed the other power level that currently seemed below her power level was fine so maybe the other was a benevolent spirit. However, she definitely did not want to place too much hope in such a idea but a vampire princess could not show fear in front of her flock. Once reaching the outside, she easily rocketed off into the sky utilizing her flight technique. She could easily feel both presences as they vastly outweigh any other in the area. Well until another aura suddenly became very apparent to Kiara’s senses as well. This person was stronger than Kiara but not stronger than the one her scouts had reported so unless the two were working together Kiara should be fine. Exhaling as she landed on the outskirts of the city; she decided things might be safer for her to approach on foot.
She began to move about leaping from building to building all the while approaching the two . . . now three warriors assembled. When they came in sight Kiara made sure not to make in sudden movements so they wouldn’t seem like an enemy but she also did not allow fear to be betrayed in her movement. Though, she did give off a somewhat wary feel about herself as she walked into view. Once seeing the woman who seemed the most alien of all of them she pointed at Zerori half heartedly saying “So it was you who scared my people half to death with your landing. How did you get a ship like that anyways?” Kiara actually had an abundant amount of questions about space, planets and space travel but this perhaps was not the best place to be seeking a class on such things.
Then, Kiara looked around noticed the three of them were notably female with the Saiyan male and oddly felt like she was in some type of harem manga for a second. Though, Kiara would hate such an idea; she couldn’t but classify herself as the tsundere if such things did exist. But immediately, she grew serious as she looked at the one who clearly outranked all of them. She did not seem rather evil but you could not judge a book by its cover. If only Kiara knew that this was the same woman she’d met not too long ago and who’d risen so high in such a short time. Actually, it would probably be for the best as Kiara would then begin to doubt her own potential.

((Making the note that makyo star is affecting her, so she’s gonna be extra snippy))
Though she only intended to stick around the rock for a few moments, it seemed that she was bound to attract some attention. She turned a young woman, dressed in what seemed like civilian clothing when she landed from what looked like the air. It could have been her imagination, though…
Her gray hair confused the saiyaness, usually only seen on those who had aged well but her skin was supple like a teenager. She thought curiously to herself, Humans must have different hair styles; not unheard of. Upon being addressed after their response to her introspection, Zerori felt a grin grace her lips, “Mm, a little bit of this and that. Curiosity about what remains and hunger for what will be mine,” She wasn’t sure why she would be so honestly cryptic, if such a hypocritical thing existed, but she wasn’t going to outright lie from the get-go.
Looking around the buildings, Zerori mused out loud to the woman, “If you can fulfill any of my needs, it might be information right now. I’m new,” She added with heavy sarcasm and gestured to the city as it ‘stood’. “-So what the fuck happened?”
She tilted her head, “Was there a war or something? I haven’t seen any info-screens that function.”
As the question left her lips, another caught her attention and she jumped. Looking from where he stood and then in the air when she was sure he came from, she groaned in annoyance.
Great. A species with flight. Can I not escape them? She noted, running a hand through her hair, a testament to her visual frustration. Upon being acknowledged as something ‘not interesting’, she scoffed in offense. “I’m sorry, it seems I left my skirt and pom poms in my space pod. Please,” She hissed with a feral grin, “-allow me to get it and amuse you.” She watched as he walked over to a bar that looked exploded open, yet miraculously in business.
Well, if the construction men she passed were any indication and their ire, they would most likely want a drink as they worked. With a shrug, she followed him in.
When a voice called someone, she could assume her since when she turned to it, they mentioned a ship, she tried very hard not growl loudly. Glaring at the woman, she noted their appearance and cocked her head to the side. She was dressed with robes and what seemed like an oddly-textured pants. Zerori would later find that these were ‘jeans’. Finding the approach tactless but intriguing all the same, she scratched the back of her head, “Not my fault, but yeah I’ll tell you about it. I expect something in return, though! Information isn’t free!”
Just before she entered the rubble bar, she passed a look at the girl whom appeared to her first, “Talk with me, have a drink. I’m sure we can work something out in exchange,” A smile later, she was sat down with a bottle of the same clear liquor (separate from the tailed male that acknowledged her) and imbibed. Five seconds and half a bottle left, she let out a grateful gasp. Earth alcohol wasn’t bad, it seemed!
She turned to the bartender that delivered her a sour look, “Whatsh this stuff-?” She asked, already slurring but not really inebriated completely.
“If you pay for it, Vodka,” he grumbled.
She blinked, “Oh. Well, uh…” She looked around, picking up a silver coin on the ground and giving an ‘Mmm’ of delight. She dropped it on the table, “Here, keep it.” Little did she know, that could probably buy about five bottles, if it still had value…

"Be careful with your search for information, you know what they say about cats and curiosity."
The young woman's lips curved up slightly into a amused smile, while a hint of playfulness lingered in her voice. She had to admit that despite the cryptic nature of her words, they held little means to confuse her. The little kitten clearly was here to learn about the events that happened here, and perhaps walk away with something valuable at the end of the day. The disguised Reikiko thought about it for a moment, and when the question was asked about what happened within this city the woman couldn't help but chuckle in response. To think someone would ask her, one of the three major forces of the events about what happened that day... It was awfully ironic. Nevertheless, it seemed that the girl had not landed upon this planet until recently, for else she would have long be aware of the events that had unfolded in West Capitol. Perhaps she could play nice, and tell the girl about what had happened during that day? In the end there was no harm in telling her something the whole world likely knew about already.
"Let's see... There is a group called the Blue Banner Army. While the nature of this faction is a heated debate among citizen and government alike, they in essence are akin to a large private army of sorts. An army that seemed strong enough to do something ridiculous like invading West Capitol to end a threat the Saiyajin had made."
She could have told the truth, but then it likely would have conflicted with the propaganda Vipoi and the Blue Banner Army had caused. She knew the truth was vastly different from that. The Blue Banner Army had launched an invasion with the intention of forcing the government to acknowledge their weakness, and appoint Vipoi as... something akin to the leader of the military of the whole planet.
"The destruction you see around here is the end result of that conflict. Albeit the most destructive fight was undeniably done at the center of the capitol."
For a moment she closed her eyes, thinking back about the battle of that day. It had been only recently, and yet it felt like the memory had only happened a few moments ago. Upon opening her eyes and speaking once more, the woman resumed her story.
"A Saiyajin warrior challenged the leader of the Blue Banner Army to a fight. Despite the fact the Saiyajin easily overwhelmed most of the troops, and even slain one of the special soldiers, the warrior seemed to had found his equal on the battlefield when he clashed with the Blue Banner Army's leader, the man known as Administrator Azure."
She still remembered the scene vividly, of Vipoi fighting the Saiyan, and of how the other bio-android had been obliterated by the warrior's attack. For a moment the girl paused, seemingly thinking about something before she continued.
"The clash was quite intense, to the point the Saiyajin revealed himself to be a warrior of legend, his body radiating with energy as he ascended into becoming a being known as the 'golden-haired warrior', or Supah Saiyajin. Nevertheless, no matter how much stronger he had become, even more powerful than the administrator himself, it seemed the Saiyajin was no match for the combined power of the man and a secret weapon the Blue Banner Army had prepared."
Of course there was no other way for her to describe that individual. In the end the bio-android known as the Mercenary Chief: Chimera was in essence a secret weapon for them, a rare and highly valuable piece for their chess game. If Vipoi was the king of the Blue Banner Army versus the Government chess game, then she had been the queen.
"A mysterious being, child-like in appearance but monstrous in presence had emerged onto the battlefield. Having forced the potential allies of the Saiyajin to flee, this being, also known as 'Chimera' ambushed the Saiyajin by moving with such intensive speed, and unleashed an attack that seemingly devastated most of what you see around you. In the wake of the attack it seemed the Saiyajin had perished, and the Chimera did something... For people over the planet had sensed a presence that literally dominated over all others on the planet. Nevertheless, where she is right now is unknown to anyone... for after the operation the Chimera disappeared from the battlefield and was not seen again."
In the end shortly after she had finished her story their little conversation had attracted two more individuals, one a rather attractive woman and the other a Saiyan. Still, it seemed that aside from having a tendency for ranting, the tailed warrior also had a sense of humor for once they entered the remnants of what had once been a bar, now nothing more but a ruined building that even lacked a rooftop, the woman replied to the Saiyan.
"Oh? You intend to become one of the warriors of legend? Unfortunately judging from your presence, and the clear lack in potential... It is more likely that you will die of old age rather than ascend into the state of being like myself... 'The legendary Supah Saiyajin' Then again, I don't blame you. Only myself and another have obtained the means to ascend, and the latter... was slain as you heard in my story earlier."
She grinned mischievously at her jest, partly curious whether her words would have taunted the Saiyan's pride. Nevertheless, it seemed that the arrival of another person, a familiar one at that had made things a bit more... curious to her.
"I didn't think we'd get 'that' type of entertainment, especially in a ruined city like this. Nevertheless, if there was to be a performance I certainly wouldn't mind taking a seat and enjoy the show."
A smirk lingered briefly while she turned to look at Kiara. It was the same woman she had met in the forest, albeit from her memory Kiara's power level seemed to had risen a little. Good, if people were working to get stronger then perhaps one day she would find the entertainment she desired.

Listening to the conversation in retro-respect; Snippars eye's cut to the loud one's speaking. The sip of his sake grew bitter, and eventually served its purpose. Giving him the sensation he so desired, his appetite was appeased by the vibrant feeling of alcohol serving its purpose. It appeared that the tension had increased now that everyone was assembled, there were gazes shot back and forth, as minor details unfolded, but ultimately only the atmosphere had changed. But, this hadn't entirely been the only result. With so many clashing elements, a cold front, a warm current, moisture from the cities climate, and the electrical radiation that Snippar had been emitting, a sort of storm had begun to brew. It had been entirely coincidental, but now that it had started, small grey wisps had begun to form within the upper atmosphere of the room. Because he held the current, he was the first aware of this formation, which had startled him and even forced him to lift gaze up to acknowledge the fact that this was occurring. "How unusual..." The Sayian thought below a murmur, but this calm had been broken by the sudden cry of a bird.
With the already tense atmosphere, Snippar had reacted in a manner that was only expected of someone of his caliber. The turn of the head, in witness to this avian intruder to his thoughts was nothing more than reflex. Adrenaline increasing the perceptual intake of the Saiyan, hardened from battles, allowing him a quick chance to look over the animal. By normal means, it would have been harmless, but with the tense atmosphere, and the already hostile intents from the blond haired female, Snippar's mind had settled on one fact about the bird, the white strip on its leg. Could it be a message of collaborations, or some sort of summoning request? The chance was too high to let slip. The energy in the atmosphere redirected near instantaneous to this realization that the crow could pose a threat, flicker of blue shock suddenly branching at the crow with a flash of his KI with the intent of stunning it where it was. Immediate to the small flash, a soft crack from the charge. Even if the crow had not been struck, it would have gained some form of attention to it. There was no doubt that Snippar wouldn't have been the only one to notice this unusual bird. Moving forward to it, his hand moved in a relaxing current shooing it off; Snippar seemed almost compassionate at the gesture of doubt the female had. While the other females conversed about information, among-st the shocking reaction of the weirdo fest in the room.
Taking in the fresh air and stretching it took him a few moment to actually acknowledge the blond female due to the fact he did not care her fallacious opinions. Clapping his hands together the wanderer turned to face the bio android not knowing her true identity, and while his head shifted to gaze at the other two females. In a light reply; With a calm collective tone words escaped every so faint, but with enough posture to prove he did not need to rely on pride to have a silver tongue and an educated mindset. After all; Snippar was a noble honorable Saiyan, that ended up betraying his own kind for the sake of peace. He was chaotic good, and the path of least blood shed was his turn. Justice was all he cared about if a battle were to rouse. Other than that what would be the point in a meaningless battle that served no purpose.
Snippar may have been a Saiyan, he too may enjoy a good fight, but to do battle over blasphemy was childish as a whole. ''He who seeks truth shall find beauty. He who seeks beauty shall find vanity. He who seeks glorification shall find disappointment. He who seeks self expression shall fall into a pit of arrogance. The fact you took the time to assume with such a fallacious comment means little in my eyes. I don't care about whom you are, your capacity, or this planets silly war. Your arbitrary assumptions are bullshittery of the most grievous kind. You could be a plague that sweeps the nation and I still would not care. Certainly by now, you must realize you are no threat to my ideals, nor are you a revelation. The fact you decided to tend to me with a remark to rouse me in a reaction to strike you, or for the sole purpose to see if I have a shard of arrogance like you do tickles my gouche. I can always prove you wrong in time, but it wont appease my appetite like this fine wine I just consumed. I am a wanderer nothing more nothing less.''
Once the young Saiyans words came to an end a yawn escaped his lips while he walked back to the bar with a whistle. Still collected and not fretting; He ordered a glass of Persian wine, the ruby substance poured into the cup resembled blood. The texture nice and cold, but hot to the touch like ale if you were to swallow it. Closing his eyes he started to drink the wine without any regards or regret over the situation that just transpired. Sitting the cup down he replied faintly. ''The names Snippar Sol; Rouge from the Saiyan Empire, wanted for crimes such as retaliation, propaganda, assassination, coup'de'grace, and joining a rebel organization of old to destroy the government regime. Alas I am a wanderer now haha.'' His laugh escaped and seemed so full of life, but it was a ruse of sorts, he was clearly an actor but a smile would always create a sense of deception. After his next sip more words expelled from his physical in a reverberating tone, still maintaining his calm persona. ''The fact you made such a jest to me means you like to see reactions; But you see i'm also here for information as well. I'm searching for Androids; Any and every type. I heard this planet was profound in creating them and I am quite interested in the science behind them. I figured as I wander, might as well look at some grand art. I am a scholar and an artist when i'm not knee deep in training ya know. The life of a wanderer is simply easy~''

It seemed the group consensus was to follow the Saiyan male into a makeshift bar. Kiara did not really see the point but she was potentially being a little too serious. But she had only mainly come to see what the threat factor towards her nest was and to see who was the holder of such immense power in the area. She’d received the answer to both questions so it was rather up in the air as to why she’d continued to stick around. Still, she wouldn’t express none of her other deeper questions for now as she didn’t know anyone here well enough to even slightly reveal her ambitions. Its better one fly under the radar until you’re perfectly ready to be revealed.
Kiara having the courtesy not to smoke inside the bar even though it probably did not matter caused Kiara to stand outside for a bit longer than the others. Eyes towards the sky alerted her to a storm brewing and she allowed herself a moment to bask in the clarity of her senses. She could see well into the sky much farther than most naturally and that combined with her hearing often made things seem so surreal. Taking her final drag from her death stick before tossing it pretty far away as she turned around. Walking into the bar for the first time observing her environment for a moment and it seemed like a pretty normal bar besides the fact that it was half built.
Also, the floors were quite dirty as it’s evident the workers often made trips here during shift. Kiara could see the various minerals and building materials grounded in the floor by boot prints. She imagined that they’d have an easier time sober but you couldn’t put it past anyone for wanting a little ‘relaxation’ during work. Kiara was comfortable being in the background of the general conversation as it allowed her to learn so much more about the others. Snippar seemed rather over confident in his abilities in more ways than one but such was too be expected from a Saiyan. Zerori showed similar traits and a general disregard for anything that didn’t fully interest her. While Dandelia, whose name Kiara never caught seemed to be rather nice but it something just wasn’t right about her.
Realizing Zerori had spoken to her; Kiara slightly nodded when she mentioned that she’d only exchange knowledge for more knowledge. “Well sure I’m always for a fair trade. Are there more Saiyans like you? I mean I’ve never seen a woman Saiyan; I was beginning to think some weird things about your people.” Kiara said with a laugh as she quite unaware where exactly Saiyans came from.
Kiara may be being paranoid because Dandelia was so strong but she just seemed to be too nice for her power level. One does not attain anything in life without sacrifice being a saying Kiara deeply believes in which is why she was wary of Dandelia. And Kiara was quite irritated when she shot Kiara what Kiara interpreted as a knowing look in her direction. As if they were familiar or she could read Kiara’s mind which Kiara was inclined to believe the latter. There was no way Kiara would have forgotten someone like Dandelia so she’d definitely need to guard her thoughts.
The bartender asked her if she wanted something to drink and she supposed he was a nice enough man but she couldn’t resist saying “Yeah, a neck open for biting. Always liked my blood straight from the tap you know?” But as she said the statement she made sure too make the most innocent look rise on her face to vastly contradict how messed up her statement was. The bartender looked suitably baffled for a moment and a red tint grew on his face as Kiara leaned forward partially seducing him before withdrawing from teasing the man any further.
“My, you look like you’ve seen a ghost dear. Surely you’ve seen a vampyre before?” She said with a hand rose towards her bosom as if shocked. She then stifled a laugh for a moment as fun as it was too mess with mortals; she was here on business and did not need to get caught up in her own personal fun. Kiara returned her attention to those around her while vaguely noting that she would need to feed soon. And not one of those regular vampyre feedings as she’d been spending days torturing Aria with sustaining herself on any blood herself. She believe the one being tortured and the torturer should be tortured in some form as equal penance of reconditioning Aria to Kiara’s way of thinking.
As soon as Snippar mentioned being a rogue of the Saiyan Empire and his various crimes; Kiara suddenly stood up pointing at him saying “Aha! Found you, you scoundrel! Now you will pay for your crimes against the Saiyan Empire!” She held her serious look for a moment before bursting out in laughter barely stopping herself from tipping over her seat and falling.

The saiyaness regarded the girl whom jumped from the buildings with a laugh, “I have no idea if there are more saiyans like me. I’m unique, as far as I know.” When she mentioned never seeing a female saiyan, Zerori coughed in her drink, “Wh-What kind of weird things?” She wasn’t about to tell this one that she had mixed interests in genders if she thought that was weird. Last thing she needed was attention about her sexual life. “Anyway, congratulations; you’ve now seen your first female saiyan,” She dryly presented, turning to the woman whom she’d asked about the events.
She listened intently to the young bi-color eyed woman as she regaled Zerori with the tales of the city. In the meantime, a storm seemed to brew in from around them and she glanced about dispassionately before focusing her attention back to the information. Sure, she had a point but with a shrug she retorted, “-Good thing I’m not a cat.” The army in question was known as a ‘Blue Banner’ and – despite Zerori’s penchant for naming things odd in her own way, she had to give them credit – it was pretty damn simple sounding. And a threat saiyans had made? Did that mean that her coming here turned out to not be a good idea?
Well, I’m not leaving, She thought rebelliously.
As she listened, absentmindedly twirling around her bottle and occasionally taking swigs from it, she mentally logged away names – or fake names, just in case. Administrator Azure seemed important enough, especially if he was apart if this large battle. Glancing at the girl, she noticed that she would close her eyes and that made the Halfling narrow her gaze in contemplation. Something was off… usually civilians or people that were outside of the conflict would talk about it excitedly or even with a sense of detachment. She seemed as though she was reliving it…
Which meant Zerori might be getting only one side of the story.
Hmm, sneaky sneaky, She thought with amusement, but didn’t stop her nor made a verbal mention to question her. And then the story got really interesting, with talk of a saiyan warrior. The super saiyan of legend, it seemed. More talk of a mysterious being that was named Chimera, or named after such, and Zerori was taking more drinks of her bottle to try and take it all in. The girl was partially true – she was getting a lot more information than she bargained for.
When the story seemed to end – or take pause in favor of talking to the male in the room – she turned her attention to the lady seducing the bartender. Poor guy was nearly sweating bullets and she chuckled at him expense. When Kiara mentioned that she was a vampire, Zerori turned to her fully with a shocked expression. “W-What?” She was really good at keeping her off guard, it seemed. “Does that mean you-?” She looked at her mouth and sure enough, there were fangs in there. “Well, damn,” She muttered. Zerori also possessed fangs, but not because she was a vampire. Hope she doesn't ask...
The once tolerant atmosphere of the bar soon turned for the worst. The story-teller goaded the saiyan man, the saiyan man told the story-teller off (after quite inexplicably introducing himself), and then the vampire lass yelled a challenge to the saiyan man – whom was known as Snippar.
The air was heavy, even as the story-teller seemed to fear no repercussion and simply seemed content to tease with an innocent flair. Suddenly, Kiara laughed loudly, taking the whole bar with her in her mirth as they welcomed the jest. Uncomfortable, Zerori just tucked in with her own drink to try and make sense of all that was happening. Overall, she didn’t really like that guy since he talked so damn much; what about being a rogue and telling him crimes so easily - and then his interest in justice? Shaking her head, she turned to them and held it up.
“Great story, and I hope to hear another one soon, ‘Super Saiyan’,” She teased, making certain to let the young woman known she was listening. “-I believe you, sort of. There’s this nagging in the back of my mind that you are more than what you appear but I really couldn’t give a damn what that could mean right now.” She finished her bottle with a grin and placed it on the counter, thanking the man and turning back to the lady, “-I got what I wanted, for the most part.” She suddenly remembered offer, "Oh, and if you have need of me for something, I'll help you out. Y'know... as thanks for the hospitality."
As she got up, meaning to explore the ruins of the city in her tipsy state, she realized that it had started raining and gave a sigh. “Hm… guess I’ll be staying a while,” she muttered. I really don’t feel like getting wet to procure some shelter.
Turning to the male saiyan, she tilted her head, “So…” She started, “-androids. What’s yer interest ‘em?” She didn’t realize her Southern Vegeta accent was peeking out, most likely because of the drink. “-and why do you think they’re here? Is there some kind of scientist churning ‘em out or somethin’?”

Post by Reikiko on Mar 31, 2015 18:49:01 GMT
For a short moment Reikiko couldn't help but find herself stuck in bewilderment at the Saiyan's eloquent use of words. Perhaps due to the fact that she was created with the purpose of becoming the perfect warrior, the lacking in ability to understand such eloquent language had clearly not made her destined to become the perfect scholar. A soft groan of annoyance escaped her lips, mentally thinking that this Saiyan was even worse than Daiki, or at least he did a better job at annoying her with his fancy taunt. She didn't even comprehend half of the words he seemed to be using in a mocking taunt of sorts. Either way, if there was one thing Reikiko didn't like then it was individuals with attitude, and unfortunately her pleasant mood had quickly turned sour. So he considered her neither a threat nor something to be wary of had left her struggling inwardly. One side of her told her to shrug it off, but at the same the Saiyan's essence within her had stirred. Her arrogance had started to surface, and her pride felt stained by his casual response to her. No, she wasn't going to let the comment of the man slide.
"Why is it that all the Saiyajin on this planet can be identified into two categories. Fools..."
She paused mid-way her sentence, a sudden surge of energy stirred up around her. It was a gust strong enough to make most of the clients within the bar to grab their glasses, The bartender groaned in mild annoyance, at least until something started to happen. Sparks of electricity seemed to start to surge around the woman as her frown become more evident, the sparks intensifying as her aura seemed to start to manifest. At first it was a meager obsidian-tinted outline around her body, but soon both the woman's presence and her aura started to intensify. To those with ki sense they would likely notice that the presence started to slowly rise in proportion to the aura. one hundred seventy-five thousand.... five hundred thousand.... seventy-five hundred thousand... all the way before the aura seemed to have turned into a burning flame of sorts. Alongside the change in her aura her hair seemed to have raised upright by the overflowing energy, but instead of the famous golden color it seemed... crimson red in coloration?!
Using a rapid movement the disguised bio-android disappeared from sight, her body a blur to all as she reappeared behind the male Saiyan, a hand raised toward his back. She wasn't going to kill him, in the end that would make Scargot complain way too much, and Vipoi likely get to deal with the nonsense afterwards. Nevertheless, she was going to teach the lad not to smart-talk his superiors.
"And corpses."
Allowing the ki within her body to flow into her raised hand the woman soon allowed the overflowing energy to surge outwards in an invisible ki wave. While it lacked in form and coloration, it would have been akin to an incredibly strong gust of wind that if the Saiyan didn't find a means to dodge, would have knocked him backwards into the wall with enough velocity to knock him straight through it, leaving a fair-sized hole in the wall. The cone-shaped blast should have been enough to have dealt with him, but if for some reason he was able to get away, the Saiyan would have noticed that an attempt to retaliate physically at her would have led to a sudden parry with her remaining arm. She had tapped into a secret technique that she had recently mastered: Blitz Mode. The attack was still not at its full potential, but the sheer natural power she possessed would have been enough to likely protect her from a retaliation.
"You are mistaken about one thing my dear. I am not a Supah Saiyajin, I am a Yami no Supah Saiyajin. A Super Saiyan who has fallen into darkness by consorting with demons. Or at least my forefathers did."
Now she thought about it, there had been another guest among them. Kiara the Vampyre would likely have been alerted by her violence, especially considering that she didn't recognize the bio-android. Perhaps she could make things more entertaining again?
"Don't get nervous now Kiara. I have no reason to hurt a pretty lady like the two companions I had for this drink. Not to mention, you're no hero like Daiki who would have tried to stop me. But be a good girl and don't spoil my fun by saying things that shouldn't be said."
Speaking in exactly the same voice she had in her semi-imperfect bio-android form Reikiko grinned briefly, seemingly growing a bit more entertained. Now it was time for her to see if that Saiyan from before was all talk, or had something to back up his eloquent barks.
"Perhaps you can return to me the favor by telling me your name. I'd love a little distraction while I'm playing around with our silver-tongued bookworm."
By now Kiara likely would have guessed who she was, and even some of the bar's clients were curious about the sudden change in her voice. Some of them looked at each other in bewilderment, and for a moment the bio-android could overhear two of them speak, their words making her sigh inwardly.
"Hey, didn't you hear that voice before? I think it was on television recently..."
Gods, she really had to tell Vipoi not to air such live broadcasts anymore. Sure, it was a nice tactical thing for them to show them having been the superior force on the battlefield, but it didn't take away the fact that Reikiko was going to have difficulties concealing her identity at this rate. Then again, she didn't care that much since this disguise was merely for her personal entertainment.
"You certainly don't have the attitude of a Saiyajin boy."
With a narrowed gaze she looked down onto him, and idly wondered if she was doing a good job at playing the evil super villain role. But was she truly acting, or was it a part of her more darker nature?
---
Dandelia (disguised Reikiko) Has become Dark Super Saiyan! (PL has risen to max)
Blitz Mode has been activated alongside Shadow Dance V2. This basically will allow her to move really fast (since her speed is pretty much 2.3m against your 9k), and Blitz Mode increases the speed/strength of her basic attacks to 33% of her max PL (albeit she is not attacking with the intent to kill, but more or less trying to teach him a lesson)
On terms of actual 'attacks' she has send a cone-shaped ki-blast at Snippar's direction from behind him with the intention of knocking him through a wall, and prepared her own counter with her remaining arm should he try to retaliate.
Kiara is more than welcome to recognize Reikiko's voice.

This contest would be over relatively soon it appeared. It seemed that the one speaking while Snippar Sol himself using his sensory capabilities from his scouter to adhere to the soon battlefield, requested an audience of combat by force from the Rouge Saiyan wanderer herself; Though what he had not realized was that such cockiness among-st the ranks of an opposing force was welcomed, especially when the one speaking held no earthly idea what she'd been asking for. Several things would occur that inevitably led to the subtle end of this conflict to this females role in the Saiyan android battle; the first of which probably being less apparent due to the fact that she'd been completely absorbed in his own capabilities to expect the forthcoming of someone more tactical.
One of which, the wind. Working backwards to forwards; the wind created had the opposite effect of what the Android had hoped, spreading the energy further throughout the atmosphere as perpetuated by such, inevitably leading to a quicker spread and a more widely effected exact range, himself included granted even moving, such a widespread tactic would need be dealt with via the destroying of focus points, each one by one. Secondary, where as the electricity caused by the last course of events set up as a chain, was supposed to null certain kinetic effects due to the fluctuated spread effect, as his opponentes contemplation took root, his scouter did most of the work by detecting the source of power levels. He knew it was rising exponentially but he did not falter nor did he fear. Snippar simply continued his drink as she spoke in a mocking formation.
His brown hues cutting to her, while her persona and demeanor changed to the pace of the drums. Snippars scouter beeping in response to the rise of energy. Her image vanished almost instantly, he did not know where she was or how to counter react such speed so he decided to follow his core tenets in fencing using the area as a means to defend and counter attack at will. Using the kinetic bonds scattered by his energy that created friction for and electrical current, like last time. His hands shot down to the floor quickly, while the energy released all around the area, mere basic KI of no more than a one thousand PL scan. Utilizing this KI that created the atmospheric energy, Snippar followed the basic principle of energy as a whole. Saiyans are able to both create, feel and control energy, make it do whatever the they want.
That allowed them to conquer countless other planets and impose their galactic dominion over a quite impressive number of solar systems. And why is that, kids? Well, if there's one thing we learned in Physics 101, it's that energy never disappears. It simply changes shapes, over and over again. So, Saiyans practically had a limitless supply of weaponry to use against their enemies, who despite all of their advanced technology and mumbo-jumbo simply couldn't compete. And just for one reason. Their resources were limited. And while energy is always energy, Snippar could use the wavelength of the initial burst of KI which was basic to pivot his entity in the air for a dodge and a counter strike.
Snippar flew up into the air quickly to touch the ceiling in a striking motion, with the quick draw of his katana his elegant form was captivated, despite his effort he was not too quick, he suffered from the smaller effects of the push Rei utilized. Which caused him to be pushed back a few meters while his blade cut through the remains of the ceiling. He reduced the damage quickly effectively, but his right arm was seemingly caught and felt numb. His eye's cut to her and than to his arm. A smirk appeared and a laugh escaped. Snippar could not feel his right arm, surely if he took the full effect of that attack the wind would be knocked out of his body and he would be cozy underneath that rubble for a while. Leaping down to touch the ground, he swung his swords with a twist of the hand and cut his right arm to wake it up utilizing the pain functions in the body to create a reaction by force. His fingers moved while crimson seeped from the wound. Letting out a sigh a relaxing tone escaped his lips, while speaking still maintaining the stature of being in tip top condition.
''You hear but you don't listen...In fighting, no in everyday life you should be determined though calm. Meet the situation without tenseness and yet not recklessly, your spirit settled yet unbiased. An elevated is weak, and a low spirit is weak. Simply do not let the enemy see your spirit. The fact you attacked me exposed you could not comprehend such compassionate words. You grew into a burst of fury and you wanted to make a statement and prove a point. From analyzing your movement from your muscle components and manner of attack, you don't fight like a Saiyan, you aren't human, and I cannot feel any motion of central awareness from you. Meaning you are something entirely different, but this is just something I gathered by speculation, and listening to the manner of your speech, tactics, movement, and the way you go about breaching the course of events by raw action when something does not go your way. I don't know how you obtained a Saiyans prowess nor do I care. But if you want a composed fight, we'll take it out side. Alas it'll just be a training match, and I feel it is an opportunity for us both understand each other through our manner of attack and defense. To make things more challenging, we'll only use our hands and or weapons we have with us, we will not aim to kill, but we will strike at will with the intent to cause harm or fall. Rules are simple as you can see, but to add a kicker, the first one who hits the ground loses.''
Once Snippars words came to an end he walked towards his back and pulled out a ruby red apple. Taking the blade he divides the apple, and throws the other half to her, honoring her manner of attack, and showing an apologetic tone with a hint of kindness. She triggered the Saiyan blood in him to do battle, but she also triggered curiosity to learn on a more grander scale. Taking the other half of the apple he cut it into two's tossing the other sections to the other two females. Both Saiyan and Vampric. Speaking once more while he walked out side dragging his blade with him, resting it upon his shoulder, he spoke to the vampire than back at the Saiyan.
''Your ruse in an attempt to scare me was interesting; Referring to me as a scoundrel as if i'm an entrepreneur of the galaxy with illegal substances does not sound like a bad idea for a wanderer, but not my style. Secondly mocking me on how I wont achieve the next state is just blunt child like argumentation, it is feeble to me. Alas I am searching for the aspect they call androids on this planet. Back on Vegeta I use to be in charge of producing combat droids and helped with inter galactic cyborg programming for AVALANCHE in exchange for profit. An android be it by bio chemistry of the simplicity of melding bone, flesh, and steel will appease my interest and become a hobby of sorts to study.''
Now his gaze went back on to the blond female with a smile, words escaped in excitement. ''I won't deny it, you're incredibly strong, I feel I can learn more from you in time, but to make sure, lets have a little fun. We might damage the city a little bit more, is that okay? Or would you rather we switch locations, I would rather not get your attire dirty.''

Kiara couldn't help but feel despite her over the top ways of trying to keep the peace and mellow everyone out that it did not work. The Saiyan male seemed to irritate the blond woman while the other Saiyan woman seemed more inclined to leave now that her questions had been answered. It seemed all rather anti-climatic in Kiara's opinion and threatened to put a damper in what had otherwise been a growing good mood. After settling for a normal drink; she managed to make it to her seat before Dandelia and Snippar began to truly get into it. Kiara's enhanced senses went into overdrive as Dandelia's aura seemed to unleash itself. Before, when her power had been repressed it still was light years away from her own but now her power was unimaginable and Kiara couldn't help but simply sit there.
Her body told her to move or at least for her to do anything but she couldn't do anything about it. Embarrassingly enough, her body only quivered there like a coward as her body reacted to each dramatic shift in power. In fact, if Kiara had been paying attention to the 'flavor' of Dandelia's aura she would have immediately known her identity but instead she was dealing with far greater powers. As you can see when someone is faced with someone who is not only strong but strong past your own beliefs of what is power you had only two choices. You could accept it with a practiced ease or one could completely flip their lid like Kiara was doing but luckily her pride would not allow for an external reaction. She merely sat there but one could still tell that her sudden lack of movement and emotion that something was bothering her.
Before things got too out of hand Kiara slowly rose for a moment saying "Whoa wait. There's no need for anyone to break the casual civility thing we have going on right now." But it was entirely too late for Kiara at the same time as Dandelia moved with a speed so quick Kiara didn't bother trying to follow her with her eyes except she instantly averted her eyes towards Snippar. It was only common sense that after what Snippar said that she might be tempted to give the man as lesson. But in her fear Kiara briefly recalled the moment before Dandelia disappeared as she asked Kiara to stay put and not to interrupt her fun as if reading Kiara's mind. Despite, wrinkling at the fact of being directly ordered Kiara swallowed that bitter pill and complied as Dandelia appeared attempting her obviously held back attack on Snippar.
Kiara didn't know how obvious that would be to the other but for her it was clear as day. With her strength, she didn't need to rush him or anything in fact her killing intent may be able to do the job. As a sense of calmness began to return to Kiara as her body finally realized that it was in no immediate danger did she finally start using some of her critical thinking skills to really several things. The first thing being that she clearly recognized this aura and knew who this woman really was. With this idea in mind she almost called out her real name but remembered her warning about not ruining her fun and decided against it. It couldn't have been that long since the last time she's seen Reikiko but she'd managed to make much more progress than Kiara had in their time apart.
But why was she not only hiding her aura but using a false identity Kiara couldn't help but wonder. Then it all clicked into place and struck Kiara in the head like a brick. Reikiko was the large aura Kiara felt back in the battle of the Western Capitol and she was the one who'd beaten the legendary super saiyan. Furthermore, she was clearly the goddess Kiara thought herself to be which only made things further discouraging from Kiara's point of view. However, it seemed like Reikiko held no ill will towards the vampyre princess and as Snippar managed to dodge Reikiko's attack which was good for him because the attack looked terrifying. Kiara made sure to move herself out of the way just in case this fight decided to elevate itself to the next level but she couldn't imagine how Snippar worked up the nerve to move at all.
Kiara cursed herself for a moment and made her nails grow longer to stab herself in the hand. Her own crimson blood pooled for a moment in the middle of her hand before running over. The pain was rather refreshing, serving to clear her mind of her worries more than anything. Here she was essentially doing what she was teasing the bartender for doing earlier. Speaking of which, the bartender seemed barely able to keep his bearings as it was. She briefly wondered if it would be best for her to merely make her way out of the door but to her dismay she realized that it was raining and that any high speed movement would be messy and troublesome to say the least. Sighing for a moment as she fished her left hand inside her jean jacket before pulling out one of her cigarettes no longer caring about being halfway inside. Sparking it with a brush of energy before watching the scene unfold figuring she might as well stop worrying and enjoy the show.
"Mymy long time no see. I hardly recognized you but then again I think that's on purpose." Kiara's tone was forced in the beginning but towards the end of her second sentence it was rather obvious that Kiara's old and original personality was coming back. Shame all she needed was too lose a little blood and to smoke another death stick to reclaim her confidence or at least her casual sense of being quite nonchalant. Today had been an interesting one for Kiara to say the least.
"Really. . Dandelia no need to get so worked up over him. Like you said he's not close to achieving the state your looking for in an opponent." Now that Kiara knew who she truly was; Kiara remembered being told about her bio-android physiology and functioning. She as a bio android found power to be not only intoxicating but one of the only paths to become the truly 'perfect' version of herself. And could anyone really blame her for wanting to so such a thing? Not really but some still found need or perhaps a wanting to condemn her for such. And now she reigned over them all as a Goddess to be feared and respected.

She thought that this was going to be a simple day; y’know, the ones where you take it easy, learn something new, and maybe kick back some drinks. Well… she supposed that all that did come to pass and this was bound to happen soon after. The explosion of energy, even if Zerori was ki-blind, was enough to nearly knock her out of the chair she sat in, grasping onto the table and looking at the woman whom seemed so calm and in control of herself. Now her appearance had changed and she was enshrouded in some sort of flaming aura. Despite how foreign it was, something about seemed so familiar.
That-! That’s what happens when I lose control… She thought, but the appearance was definitely different than what she was seeing. Maybe she was like her? Swallowing nervously, she looked over at Kiara to see her reaction. She tried to calm things down, but it was also to no avail. Zerori stared between the two, partially frozen in place at the power but knowing that something had to be done. Standing up, she took a step forward toward the super-powered being just in time to witness her disappear and a great wind howl around them. It was merely the breaking of the wind that got to them, the full force aimed at Snippar, but even so it was incredibly powerful.
The saiyan seemed to have avoided the force of the attack, through some means that Zerori didn’t really understand, and was talking more. Despite how agile he seemed to be, he talked a lot… almost too damn much. When he threw a piece of apple at her she caught it but dropped it in disgust soon after, the red rind and the white flesh of it leaking on her hand caught her off guard and she wasn’t going to eat something she’d never even heard of, much less was broken. Things seemed to be calming down now.
“Okay, so you made androids. Let’s save that topic for another time, then, since my buzz is dying,” She couldn’t help but add in her head, and you might be dying too if you keep that up. Turning to Kiara, she waved a hand at her suddenly cool composure, “-and now you’re going to tell me who Dandelia is… right?” She asked with a hint of impatience. She already had an inking that the one whom the storyteller was speaking of was none-other than herself. Now she had some clarity that this must have been someone of incredible relation to the planet.
And I just got a story and front-row seat to a show of her power. How lucky I am, She thought with a sense of dread, but secretly glad she had such luck. By the look of it, she didn’t seem interested in attacking or killing her for any reason – even if she obvious had a disdain for saiyans.
Taking another step forward towards her, she raised a hand, “Ah, hey, time out. You guys can fight after this but I have to know,” She tilted her head, “-You said ‘consorted with demons?’ Does that mean you are part demon, or did you make a deal with one?” In her mind, she had another image, something akin to what happened with her father and her mother – which would have eventually produced her.

It was rather odd to her, how the Saiyan who had been much weaker than her seemed to possess the means to speed up enough to conjure a means to reach the ceiling and lessen most of the invisible ki wave she had conjured in an attempt to push him backwards. His mumble jumble, while fascinating simply didn't work in a world like this. Science and physics held no place in a world where ki was considered akin to magic in nature, and there was no downright way for him to have avoided that attack, especially not with such a significant difference in power. The bio-android sighed loudly, realizing she had subconsciously not been dodged, but allowed him to dodge.
"I lack interest in dealing with someone who doesn't realize his opponent 'allowed' him to dodge. Next time, try not to show such a cocky attitude, lest you end up like this city... broken."
She sighed loudly before turning to her two companions, her lips curving lightly into a grin as the younger one of the pair addressed her with a question. Now that her mood had been turned sour it might had well been useful for her to keep up this little 'plot' of hers. In the end it held little concern to her if the people within the bar knew her identity or not. Raising a hand toward the height of her chest, the woman's body became surrounded in a brief illuminating light, before allowing it to fade away, revealing herself in her true form.
"Sorry to disappoint you, but Dandelia is merely a role, a little game as one might call it. She was supposed to be part of a little surprise I had in store for the world, in the end Earthlings seem rather fond of their 'movies'. However, if you desire a name..."
She paused briefly, before she slowly walked up toward Zerori. Her steps were light, and yet carried both the grace and confidence of a ruler, a goddess even. The moment she reached Zerori she leaned closer, just enough to have her face rest before that one of the demonic Saiyan before humming softly.
"Reikiko, or as the people know me: Mercenary Chief Chimera. Unfortunately I am neither demon or Saiyajin. I am a bio-android... One who has ascended to semi-perfection, and through this action has become the strongest living warrior on this planet."
She smiled lightly, her tail swishing lightly before it coiled around the bio-android's waist. She stepped backwards just a little before musing softly.
"Your ki reminds me of an old acquaintance of sorts. Then again, it's rare of them to come here, and even more rare of them to be quite as... curious as yourself."
Finally she backed away entirely, her gaze turned onto Kiara, and for a moment the bio-android couldn't help but smirk inwardly. It's been a while since she talked to the Vampyre, and part of her had been curious to see more about the woman's abilities soneday.
"Kiara, charming as always. In fact you look as beautiful as the day we met, perhaps a unique trait in the family? Not to mention your power seems to have grown a fair bit since our last encounter. I'll look forward to see how far your potential can grow. Nevertheless, try to replace that stick of doom with something more 'pleasant'. Like an apple~ More refreshing, and less smelly. It would be tragic for your scent to become dominated by tobacco."
She had approached the Vampyre, her lips curving into a grin before trying to lean closer to whisper something into the woman's ear.
You shouldn't linger here too long. Despite my claims I am merely the second strongest being on this planet. My sister is even more powerful, and less 'friendly' if you catch my hint. Nevertheless, we should meet again sometime, especially now i memorized the feeling of your presence.
And finally she was almost done with her business. All she had to do was tell the nameless Saiyan girl a bit more, and then she could leave this place behind her. All in all it had been a bit too much of an eventful day, and not in the good sense of the word.
"If you decide to linger, do not come too close to the central districts. My fight with the Supah Saiyajin, alongside the Blue Banner Army's leader has led to most of the destruction you see, and the site of my evolution has been so influenced that tremors still shake the ground. Either way, should you desire more knowledge... I might know just the man to talk about when it comes to demons. Then again, I'm not certain that talking to the god of this planet about such a theme might be wise... But he could possess some interesting knowledge. If you desire to find him, then just chase my presence. It shouldn't be that difficult to find it."
And with those words she had said her piece. Shooting a final glance at the make Saiyan she walked toward the exit of the bar, not caring in the least about the concerned whispers and seemingly terrified stares as she walked out into the rain. It was rather fortunate she liked the rain, the feeling of the droplets hitting her carapace helped make her feel a bit more calmer, and soon she lifted her body upwards, ascending higher and made her way toward the more centralized areas of the city.
"This city really is going to need some time to recover."
Whispering under her breath the bio-android landed on one of the collapsed towers, shooting a glance at the surrounding area. The reconstruction crews had yet to become able to reach this part of the district, the location where she had fired her Kikoho. She could barely imagine her attack had been so destructive, even if she didn't have the intention to obliterate with it.
"It was a necessary evil. And it's not like I slain a saint."
As those words were whispered she gently closed her eyes, briefly thinking back about something, all while the rain continued to fall.
---- Reikiko has tried to leave the scene/topic, I'd advise you not to try to stop her for if you do she'll likely turn it into a DE.
Also as mentioned before by an admin and moderator, your post was in violation of the rules. At this point I genuinely don't care since it's not a serious topic, but if you continue using ideas like 'physics' and science to play around the element of a vastly superior difference in power there will be consequences.

By this point in time there was no point further acknowledging those whom were present within the room other than those whom belonged to the same planet as he did, surly not the female who ran away and or left, the other outsiders were boring as it was which caused him to release a sigh from disappointment that not even the uninvited individual which was Reikiko, was worth the time to preform another counter measure. The ugly Persona created was given to him in a disgusted flavoring taste. He would not try to stop one who ran, it was not his style so he just let it be. Speaking in a relaxed tone that was riled up. ''With that being said, it's only a matter of time before we do what we have to in order to provide for our own interests. And no, it does not involve slandering an individual who proclaims she let me dodge, when miss perfect lacks the distance to cast an attack; Perhaps if I was a bit closer to her unleashing the wave I'd be in more crucial conditioning"
With that being said the male proceeded to avert his gaze towards the other two females, the tension was building up as it is yet he cared for it not one bit, crossing his arms over his chest he wondered for a moment what else would arise from such a meeting. Since the use of KI was forbidden within the walls of this structure, yet whether it was known to him or not was again irrelevant. "Though this planet may be stable for the meantime, taking what I need for the sake of my individuality will be encouraged if not being provided with some services from neighboring factions." This was honestly starting to leave a bad taste in the males mouth, he didn't really care for introductions.
Names or not, everyone knew who the other was by their claim to fame. Leaning further backwards in his now chair he'd growl under his breath, things finally had started a forward progression now that the blond haired female Reikiko had so kindly.... graced the room with her presence. Sitting around wasn't something Snippar Sol enjoyed, even while back in his personal quarters he was always keeping himself busy. It only now dawned upon the former Saiyan Empire member that, another one of her bodyguards hadn't shown up, something he laughed at and did not plan to fix here and now. In doing so he nodded to the other two female's and began to leave the area. Who knows he might not meet them ever again, or would he? Even so he started to take flight into another area, prizing how he won today unexpectedly.
------ Hence Snippar Sol is leaving the scene. On another note: My aspect was justified, stop trying to start drama because things did not go your way.
