Background:
Also known as the "Disciples of Ee", the original homeworld to these humanoid reptilian/bird people remains unknown and debated by today's scholars. Little is known about their history before they developed space exploration. They are closely related to the Litts and biologists debate on whether their evolutionary pathways. Ee's are typically feathered and winged while Litts are completely scaled and without wings. In terms of culture, there are slight difference but they are essentially integrated with another. Ee's can easily be can be mistaken and called Litts and the same could be said for Litts. Their timelines and history are essentially the same as their societies are closely knit.
It is believed they traveled many centuries across the galaxy and eventually settled down in Earth to make repairs to their ship and restock their minerals. They met the early primitive humans and zoanthrope people and taught them some basic functions of civilization like agriculture and mathematics. The earthlings were grateful and raised monuments to them. When they were ready and pleased with their work with the earthlings, the Ee's (and Litts) returned to voyaging across the galaxy searching for something.
Eventually they came across the Arcosian Empire and the two civilizations clashed in a bloody war. Eventually the Arcosians triumphed and Ee's were forced to kneel and serve them.
To this day, Ee's are still under the service of the Arcosian Empire and have gained respect from their captors due to their wealth of knowledge and cunning. They are allowed to follow their religion (that they are quite fanatical about) and worship their goddess, Ee, who is a basilisk creature that they believe constitutes the galaxy that they travel through. The Ee's people are represented by a High Council and their best warriors are trained to be royal guards or spies for Arcosian elite nobles. They mainly put to work in labs to work the healing tanks and put to study biotic and cybernetic augmentations to the Arcosian military (like how Frieza was repaired). They also have a strong distaste against the Earth government seeing as they have an attachment to Earth and (secretly) believe they should rightfully rule over it.
Name Pun Theme(s):
Cheese. Their name puns all deal with cheese. Say "Ee's" out loud. Names are all puns based off types of cheese. For example, Kouda is a pun off a cheese called Gouda or Zeddar could be a pun off the cheese known as Cheddar.
Unique Characteristics:
Some races of Ee's actually have feathers and others have fully developed wings capable of flight. They typically used their claws and tails to fight and their ki blasts usually come out of their mouths. If their tongue is long enough, they can use it to grapple an enemy. In recent years, a small group of rebellious Ee's began researching, developing, and distributing a serum that allows Ee's/Litts to taken on a monstrous form similar to the Saiyan's Oozaru transformation. Ee's that are caught taking, distributing, or developing the serum are charged for treason and are always hunted and executed. Their transformation will turn them into a colossal dragon monster that will either walk upright or fly (depending on if whether the Ee has wings or not). They also have the ability to regenerate limbs due to their reptilian-like physiology.
Transformations:
Muenster Form (x12): Transforms the user into a colossal reptilian monster that may or not may not be winged. Spikes also grow out of the body for added protection. These spikes typically grow as ridges on the dorsal side. This transformation is only available if the user has taken the Muenster Serum.

Kouda's History:
Kouda grew up in the Temples of Ee on a moon orbiting Arcose where he became a fanatical of his race's religion. As with most Ee's, Kouda's role in life was selected at a young age by the Arcosians and he was sent to be raised as a spy and was trained heavily in combat in case he was ever in danger. After working through the ranks and becoming comfortable with diplomats, Kouda joined the High Council.
It was not long that Kouda would begin to speaking out against the policies the Arcosians forced them to live under and he claimed that it was shameful that the Ee's were ruled by such barbaric people. The rest of the High Council were afraid that his words would anger their overlords and invoke punishment on the Ee's so they banished him from the High Council.
With still some power and influence in his control, Kouda attempted to sway many Ee's scientists to secretly plot with him and create ways to overthrow the government and restore Ee's and Litt supremacy in the galaxy. He and his team began working on a serum that would allow Ee's and Litts to take on a Muenster Form during the full moon, similar to the Saiyan's Oozaru form. It would be an invaluable edge that they would need if they were to restore their supremacy.
Some were swayed and others were too frightened to help. He killed those that seemed they would alert the authorities to his plotting. Using his knowledge of espionage and stealth, he managed to carry away his experiments secretly with his associates and he eventually learned how to conduct them by himself becoming quite skilled. When one of his associates proved to be a traitor and leaked information to the authorities, Kouda was forced to flee from the Empire.

Now in exile, Kouda lives in a hideout/laboratory on Earth where he continues to toil away with his experiments, waiting for an opportunity to strike out against those that would oppose his motives. With only a handful of other exiled Ee's scientists, Kouda and his team lacked protection. They would need a warrior strong enough to protect them while they prepared for their plan. A warrior who would kill for him. A warrior of his creation. The ultimate bio-android. There was no time for hesitation. No time for fear. He still had work to do...

Offense:
Ki Urchins (Stage 1): Can fire a volley (up to 5) of mini ki orbs (urchins) from his mouth that latch on to his target if they hit. The urchins will crawl around the target slowing them down by impairing their movement (it'll be like walking under heavy gravity since the urchins will weigh you down) but not doing any damage at all. (Note: The "urchins" do not count as Orbs so they are not affected by the orb limit)
Support:
Ki Conduction: Creates an Orb of black and purple ki around Kouda or ally about 20 feet in radius. Enemies that enter the orb are immediately attacked by purple ki electricity that will slow and fatigue them for as long as they remain in the orb's radius. The effects will linger on after the target leaves the zone but will gradually lessen until the effect stops completely.
Ki Flux (Stage 1): Creates an orb of black and green ki around a target that "links" themselves to Kouda. The move is very easy to dodge as the ki is visible as it slowly begins to form around the target. The orb has a 10 feet radius and the inside walls of the black orb shoot out green ki filaments that race around the target's body. Once a "link" has been established, you can begin charging (as one does when doing a regular attack) for 1/3rd of your pl per turn. When ready you can then 'channel' your charged energy through the other person - a bunch of your ki jumps to them and they either do a blast or melee attack empowered by this energy.
(NOTE: These abilities can not be stacked. Meaning that there can't be more than one orb on a target and Kouda can only have three orbs out at a time until he trains more)
