History: Discarded at birth for being an abomination, the half Saiyan, half Demon known as Jettasin had always been distraught, twisting his mentality. His mother had been involuntarily ravaged by an unknown Demon and wound up impregnated. Unwilling to tell anyone her story or who the father was, Jettasin's mother put him into a ship the moment he was born, wanting absolutely nothing to do with him.
Bouncing from planet to planet, the halfling eventually learned his that he was a Saiyan, though from the stories he was told of his people, he could tell he wasn't a pure blood. Asking for answers everywhere, he never found out what else he was, it remained entirely anonymous to him. From everything he heard about 'his people', they didn't typically discard newborns, leaving them entirely orphaned. A hatred grew inside of him, which only grew with every story or rumor he heard about Saiyans. Eventually he thought his entire home world and their government to be the reason he was cast aside like rotten leftovers.
Everywhere he went he was an outsider that didn't fit in, he had no place to call home. Having no choice but to raise himself, Jettasin trained and fought countless battles, usually over nothing but a wrong look. Fueled by Saiyan and Demon blood made him a dangerous and powerful opponent. The monster inside his blood allowed him to be tactful and he seemed to learn new techniques quickly, the Saiyan blood made him lust for battle, constantly.
Recently the warrior hitched a ride a planet he had yet to visit; Earth. His first goal? Recruit fighters to aide in his cause. His cause? To terminate the people who he felt turned their back on him; the Saiyan race.

[N1] Meteor Ball: First, Jettasin gathers energy in either hand, brings the attacking hand up to his side, then finally throws his arm forward, hurling the big ball of energy at his target.
[UP2] Meteor Beam: Jettasin thrusts his arms foward when at his side and quickly unleashes a beam of energy from his palms. The size of the beam differs based on the amount of energy put into it.

[SU1] Bukujutsu: The ability to 'dance on air' using one's own energy. Allows for flight, speed is determined by energy output.
[SU1] Ki Barrier: Jettasin surrounds himself in a "bubble" of energy. Charges at a rate of 1/3 of his pl per charge, if the attack is stronger than the power input, the barrier will fail. Cannot attack while maintaining a barrier. Can be used on self or others.
[SU1] Ki Rings: Jettasin fires a series of rings (3 or 4) made of energy that essentially "bind" the target, rendering them immobile; unable to move, fly, or attack. Each ring has the equivalent strength of 1/3 of Jettasin's PL, per charge. A fighter with a stronger PL than the ring attack's input can break free.
