History:
This version of Snare lived a similar life, with one fundamental difference. Years after the eradication of the hidden Mazoku village in which he originally lived, having bided his time and grown stronger under the tutelage of the Warrior clansmen that had shown mercy to him in the attack, his revenge in this universe was much more complete. Rather than failing miserably, he and the Dragon clansman Makki that he had swayed to his side had successfully eradicated every last one of the villagers that had raised them. Makki did so with a heavy heart, but Snare merely reassured him that it was only fair, considering what he had done to his original village. After that they wandered about Namek, preying on remote and out of the way villages so as not to draw to much attention to themselves, building their strength.
Makki became increasingly disillusioned with his and Snare's cause. Makki had originally believed that putting the Demon clan in charge of the planet would lead to it's betterment. If the other clans had to be put into their places with force, so be it. Still, there had already been so much death, and it didn't look like it would stop. Snare said he was fighting for Namek's future, but he fought and killed with such relish that you wouldn't know him from a common barbarian at first glance. Whatever his true intention might have been, such ambitions were cut short by someone else beating him to the punch.
When Lord Xylo's forces overtook the planet, Snare was beside himself. The Mazoku had risen to their rightful place as rulers of Namek! Perhaps they were oppressive, perhaps cruel, but surely the other clans had it coming, right? Makki disagreed, and when Snare expressed interest in throwing his lot in with this new regime, the Dragon clansman decided that was the last straw. He challenged Snare to a duel to the death, ultimately finding himself mortally wounded. For once, Snare showed no satisfaction in victory. He was angry. He was confused. His constant companion, his best friend, his one and only confidant had betrayed him. He could only ask why. Unfortunately, as Makki's life faded away, he found no answer. Only a hand, weakly raised in offering. Overcome with both fury and sorrow, Snare took it, desperate to understand. Then... they came together.
Through the process of fusion, Makki's true feelings were made known. In Snare's brief glimpse at his thoughts as they fused, he realized the image of him that his friend had in mind. Someone who would bring peace through conquering, someone who would use conflict to end conflict. His friend had so much faith in him and his vision of a unified Namek, and a fairly heretical reverence towards certain aspects of the Mazoku mindset. The fact that he knew his original plans were nowhere near as altruistic pained Snare to no end. He knew his companion's feelings were misplaced. Snare did not deserve a friend like Makki, and he certainly didn't deserve to die at his hand. Overcome with grief, he knew he had to make amends, lest his mistakes haunt him for the rest of his life. With his hot-blooded nature cooled by the pain of loss, he devised a more rational and level-headed plan than the brute force methods he was used to. He would do as he had done so long ago. Bide his time, train, and gain the trust of this new regime. And then, once he was powerful enough... he would make things right.
Techniques:

Support:
[SU3] Afterimage: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a controlled image of yourself to distract your opponent, you have complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats you yourself are capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 300% of your PL. This technique uses 3 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
[SU3] Solar Flare: A blast of light projected from the hands of the user to temporarily blind the opposition, plus any upset onlookers. Stuns for 1 round at 300% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level.
Utility:
[UT] Flight
[UT] Atmos
[UT] Energy Suppression
[UT] Energy Sensing
[UT] Magical Materialization: Snare can materialize objects out of thin air. Weapons created with this technique are equivalent in striking power to normal melee attacks.
