History:
Samu and Damu were originally known as the Hell guards and were King Yenma's first line of defense in keeping the peace in hell. This version of the brothers is vastly differently, the key difference is that these two were locked up in hell's prison. The brother's eventually gained the strength to not only escape hell, but also signed themselves up to joining a tournament to obtain a wish.

Techniques:
[UT] Body Separation - The brothers are able to separate or fuse together in order to fight. If they choose to separate, their power level will split in half.

[Flight] - Both brothers are able to fly using ki.

[Ki suppressed] - able to hide pl.

[Ki sense] - Able to sense other ki.

MP3 - [Fire Breath] The brothers are able to use their ki to release fire from their breath can reach great distances. 100% pl

MP3 - [Body Slam] The brothers will grab the enemy's body and slam it to the ground. 100% pl

[SU3] Ghost Phase - The brothers are able to phase through energy and physical attacks. (flavor afterimage)

[SU3] Energy Barrier - The brothers are able to create energy surrounding them in order to block incoming attacks.

It, uh, seems this app will needed to be expanded upon and clarified in some sections before I can accept you.
The following edits are required before acceptance:

Techniques. Flight, Ki Suppression, and Ki Sense all need their proper [UT] tags. Your MP3s and SU3s all need to have N1/UP2 or SU1/SU2 versions as well so they can be upgraded to their proper tertiary forms. Note that you may have 19 techniques at maximum as well, and your PL will be a static 100k with no mechanical transformations.

Your history is barebones at best. I can't tell how different they are by their two discernable actions of being locked up for some reason and escaping Hell. They have halos over their heads in their appearance as well; did they die? If so, how? Why were they locked up? What are their relations like with each other- do they have a close bond, or a bitter rivalry? I have many questions, and little answers or inferences from the source material. I'm not sure if they would be the first line of defense in Hell, with their lower power at the start. How did they gain power in prison, and why? Give us more information on who these two are, and why they are what they are now.
