'Focus on your breathing' chanted Azarias. The man's energy gathered through his lungs, and pushed through his being. He inhaled air again. Azarias held this energy just a few seconds more than the last before releasing it outward. Now the man's temple was almost ready for work. Azarias on this day was given energy from his grandfather. The energy was meant to be grounded by the day. Focusing on his Ki and breathing should regulate the new energy to blend in with his old. A natural energy attunement. Azarias for this occasion wore a basic but comfy grey jogging suit. He almost chose to wear shoes but remembered he would be flying for majority of the day.
Who needs shoes, when your feet doesn't need to even touch the ground?
Perhaps that's basic human mentality. Gramps said he'll grow out of it. On this he doesn't disagree. Azarias picked midnight for his Ki training. Timing was everything. It was a massive current of energy pushing through Azarias's body. The body of this young man was in a sitting position on top of earthly soft grass at almost midnight. Although he did enjoy the current breeze making itself more noticeable each gust, Azarias mind and senses could not focus on such fleshly matters. The conscious mind kept a steady flow of attention to the energy he kept in a cycling motion. If the Ki became visible and manifest outside of Azarias body than it would be a waste of gifted energy.
'But it's so much energy.' He ranted to himself. He was afraid to physically move or fly due to the restrain of possibly losing the energy being worked with. He focused on his breathing once more, and Azarias's extra energy pulses through his muscles but before trying to expand out, the energy began to trail on Azarias's breathing. So next with each breath he could feel himself losing his high tension. Azarias could feel control. Quickly, the human with emotional energy jumped out of his position on the grass and landed warmly on his toes. The connection between his bare feet and the grass would usually be lovely; however, instead his internal energy began acting up like a Charlie horse. The man's brown eyes shot open as his brain and concentration went back to sustaining the energy while he was now standing. The moment this started Azarias's breathing rate increased times three just to catch up with his energy. He had moved too fast with making a physical movements out of pure excitement.
'One step at a time, Azarias' He stated to himself. 'Safely find your position.' The man begun to direct himself to hopefully master his energy. Despite a small pressure to the dirt Azarias managed to slide his legs to fit him along with the bending of his own knees. The energy gave him a slight pulse as he arranged his stance. Next, the lower section of his body was set Azarias placed both closed fist upside down facing his face - touching his hips.
'Back to your breathing.' Another inhale to keep him back in form. He couldn't release the Ki but he couldn't let the Ki destroy him either. He needed balance. The stance he took was basic to him but perfect for this inner struggle. 'Keep it steady.' Vie kept this physical, spiritual and mental posture the moment he found no issues in keeping steady. Now the real training begun. Keep the energy steady within. No leak or overflow of energy can be allowed access. It wasn't so much about the amount of energy, this training was about controlling the current of flowing energy. The concentration meant to keep the energy from doing anything else was killing Azarias.
Fortunately, Azarias little by little began to loosen up on his control causing pieces of his excessive energy to flow freely within his energy system. It took time and effort but his breathing levels decreased, indicating to Azarias that mastering this Ki of his was getting closer. Ki force was one of the rarest thing for human's to tap into, though once primitive humans put their minds to something they can break a few records themselves. 'Next you're going to drop your control of Ki completely' He talked to himself once more. The heavy head felt heavier than he completely let his Ki go. Trusting in his plan, the first part was a long shot. His Ki didn't blow him up! 'Hold it...' He mentally whispered to himself. Giving himself almost a minute before he pulled his next move.
Azarias needed to be sure his body didn't feel large irregularities in his energy system. Once that was confirmed: it was officially time. 'Power up.' Though much more dramatic in his head, Azarias mouth started to release a manly scream of power. Vie summoned his energy back and leaked it through his body. The ground under him began to forcibly receive Azarias energy. A white aura steeped through his dark skin as his power level pushed through his usual limit!
Azarias could feel energy he usually never have access to breaking through a veil of some sort. He was so focused on keeping his energy in check while powering up Azarias couldn't enjoy the growth like he desired. The high felt amazing, the energy caused white energy pulses to spread through the air. After a few minutes of regulation, Azarias began to tether his energy back inwards. Focusing on his breathing like all steps easily pushed Vie's energy back within control. The brown eyes opened slightly as his aura faded smoothly, Azarias was starting to wake into reality. The training that could've potentially done him massive harm actually pushed Azarias further in prowess. The legs of his began to give out, Azarias soon after fell to the grass full force. The training was very successful. He decides to rest, after all Azarias was only human.
