History
Many many years ago when the Planet Trade Organization began to falter and Arcosians across the galaxy sought to grab at whatever power they could a mighty force was born, the Arcosian Empire, gone was the on-the-nose name of the PTO and with it new ideals were born. However while the Arcosian Empire was perhaps the most prominent ‘child’ of the PTO it was not the ONLY organization born from it, many smaller bands of Arcosian and PTO loyal races sought to create their own enterprises to fill the gaps left in the PTO’s wake and those that the AE were not immediately interested in.
While many failed to gain any prestige one such organization managed to stand strong, World Exchange Incorporated. They sought to uphold the practices of the Planet Trade Organization, but because of the might of the Arcosian Empire and W.E. Inc’s disinterest in direct combat with the juggernaut they moved further and further from the ruling space of the AE, SSE, Earth, and Namek.
In the outer reaches of the galaxy they settled into a strong hold over a reasonable collection of worlds before rebuilding the basis of the PTO, the acquisition and sale of Planets to the highest bidders.
Quinzi Hayle was born into World Exchange Incorporated, her father a reasonably high ranked businessman and her mother a capable squad leader for the Planetary Acquisition Forces, Quinzi saw how well her parents diverse talents aided them when they worked together and decided as a stroke of brilliance that she would follow both paths.
She trained under her mother harnessing her powers and learning how to handle a fight while also working alongside her father, picking up the do’s and dont’s of intergalactic business and sales. While she was not the most proficient warrior the innate strength of being an Arcosian lended her more than enough of an advantage over ‘lesser’ races, and what she lacked in physical skill she made up for with smarts.
Eventually Quinzi through her skill and a sprinkling of nepotism due to her father's position landed a surprisingly high ranking job in World Exchange. Her work dealt with the acquisition AND sale of more ‘risky’ planets, worlds that one could not simply hire a bunch of Saiyans to go ape on during a passing moon, they required a delicate hand that was uncommon among the mercenaries hired by the World Exchange to ease acquisitions.
For a time her work went easily, that was until World Exchange encountered resistance from another force, that of Lord Subsero, the other Arcosian targeting several worlds that Quinzi was working on, arrogantly Quinzi refused to back down from Subsero and pressed on her efforts. A decision which the young Arcosian would ultimately decide was perhaps her worst ever as it resulted in her first of many run-in’s with the pirate group known as the “Stargoons”
The multicolored pirates proved MORE than capable of facing off with Quinzi directly having both the power and numbers to face off against Quinzi and her minions. Quinzi having not properly experienced such thorough defeat made it her personal mission to take down the Stargoons, declaring to her superiors that her initial failing was just a fluke.
Over the next few months Quinzi would experience a slew of similar such flukes as no matter what she threw at the Stargoons nothing seemed to work, the Stargoons would eventually prevail over anything she threw at them and it was becoming increasingly more obvious to her superiors that she could not get the job done no matter how passionately she stated otherwise.
World Exchange gave Quinzi one last chance, by now however it was not just that she needed to claim the worlds she had set out to acquire but the destruction of the Stargoons was also interwoven into what was required of her, the numerous defeats at their hands as Quinzi used more and more World Exchange resources necessitated that for the sake of World Exchanges image the Stargoons NEEDED to be destroyed.
Quinzi took some time to devise a new plan of action, she could not simply throw another powerful wierd beast at the Stargoons or try body-swapping them as she had in the past. No, she needed to handle this personally. Of course her options on HOW to do so were limited, the Stargoons had excellent combat training and Quinzi simply lacked the TIME to go through more rigorous training, she could hold her own but most of her skills lay in less physical arts.
It was during this time she was approached by a man who made her an offer, a way that, if executed properly, she could defeat the Stargoons. Without a hint of hesitation Quinzi accepted the man’s offer and the plan was set in motion. Quinzi needed only to lure the Stargoons into battle so that the man could work his magic, Quinzi initiated one of her usual plans to destroy the Stargoons and as expected they arrived and defeated her beast.
However after their victory Quinzi stepped out to challenge them directly, with the Stargoons already a bit tired from the previous battle Quinzi found herself a bit more able to fend off their attacks however the numbers eventually caught up to her, just before her defeat however the plan was initiated.
The battlefield where Quinzi and the Stargoons had been fighting erupted in a bright green light that sent the Stargoons flying, while they recovered the man appeared before Quinzi again and pressed an object into her hand explaining it would be the key to her victory and that she would know how to use it.
The Stargoons were quick to recover once the man departed and were once again ready to take Quinzi down, only for Quinzi to reveal what she had been given, a Green Pirate Coin. Quinzi transformed taking on a power very reminiscent to that of the Stargoons and fought ferociously against the exhausted Stargoons.
Quinzi truly believed that this was to finally be her chance at victory, her chance to defeat the Stargoons once and for all… and then to her horror the Red Stargoon revealed a new power, he rallied the rest of the Stargoons and with their combined might and the bolstered strength of the Red they struck Quinzi down once again.
Upon her defeat Quinzi’s coin was taken and the Stargoons as usual departed as their work was done. Quinzi however could not just return to business as usual, she had failed her last chance and she knew VERY well how World Exchange dealt with such failure. As such Quinzi decided it best to make a tactical retreat to less hostile space, stealing a spaceship and jetting around the galaxy to hide from World Exchange, using the powers provided by her brief time with the Green Pirate Coin to aid in both escaping World Exchange and keeping hidden.

Offensive
[N1] - Fifty Times Crush
Using her control over gravity Quinzi crushes her opponent by massively increasing the power of gravity over them, even those normally used to heavy gravity conditions can fall prey to this technique as it is also backed up by Quinzi's own power, often preformed by Quinzi pointing an open palm at her opponent and miming and crushing motion with her hand. Functions at 33% of Quinzi's power for 1KP.
[UP2] - One Hundred Times Crush
Using her control over gravity Quinzi crushes her opponent by massively increasing the power of gravity over them, even those normally used to heavy gravity conditions can fall prey to this technique as it is also backed up by Quinzi's own power, often preformed by Quinzi pointing an open palm at her opponent and miming and crushing motion with her hand. Functions at 66% of Quinzi's power for 2KP.

Utility
[UT] - Personal Gravity Control
Quinzi has a very easy time manipulating her personal gravity allowing her to become weightless to fly or very heavy to make it harder for her to be thrown around by attacks while on the ground.
