(Note: This is the 4th character of Collan Vixen )
Name: Capelli Rain
Alias: Bad Luck Incarnate (B.L.I for short)
Species: Ghost
Gender: Male
Age: 24, though only 15 of those years was he alive
Appearance
(If you're expecting him to look extreme and super duper main protagonist-y...he's just here to look like a kid in a phase.)
Height: 5'6"
Body & Face: A caucasian more on the slim side, and has a pretty smooth face with yellow eyes. Has red (though it's a light brown naturally) short hair.
Clothes: Wears a black (the most edgy color) tank top with torn blue jeans, finish it off with some black boots.
History: You ever had a day where luck just wasn't on your side? Where it just seemed nothing would go in your favor? Well imagine if this was what it was like for you practically every day. That, is..well, WAS the life of Capelli Rain in a nutshell. Perhaps it is best we start from the beginning, before he died, all the way back when they were but a child. At their youngest days, things weren't too bad for the little guy. He had some pretty cool parents, and like hanging out with other people.
It was only until they reached the age of 8 that their terrible luck started to surface. It wasn't anything much, it's just that while he was walking someone spilt their water on accident in front of him and it caused him to trip. Everyone including himself just laughed it off. But what Capelli wish he had known, was that this would start a long chain of things to come. Cut to a few years later, he's 11 now. His bad luck has become a bit more noticeable, as almost every day of the week something bad has happened to him.
Whether it be something small such as having to wait in a long line for something to eat, but as soon as he gets to the front they're out of what he wants. To thing on a larger scale like just watching his buddies play baseball. You know, they're practicing and he's the only one there...the ball could fly anywhere, yet it hits Capelli right on the forehead. He came out fine, but a few people started to get worried. Others including his parents started to realize this streak of his. Some of the bullies at his school started shouting B.L.I when he passed through in the halls.
For our last look into his life among the living, we go to when he has become the age of 15. Like any teenager, he's gone into a phase. He tries to act less pleasant around others, dyed his hair, and other things of that nature. He'd be walking to school, his buddies would follow, but Capelli wouldn't say much. Until two of his friends; Nocchi and Papp had gotten into a little argument while walking up the stone steps that leadi to the entrance of the school.. Appearntly, from the small bit he was listening to, there was a movie they wanted to see. Problem was, they couldn't decided who would pay for it. So, they asked Capelli to flip a coin...and he did exactly that.
As the coin flew into the air, he yawned, which was what catalyst for his death would be. The coin would fall into his throat as he began to choke on it. Of course, one of his buddies went to help him, but as they ran forward they had tripped on a wrapper from Mc. Bao's left on the ground. This caused then to accidentally shove the boy down the stair, hitting his head on the stone as he rolled down. Medical help came, but it was too late. He had already made his way to the land of the dead, where he was judged and sent to Heaven.
It wasn't long before he grew accustomed to the place, but he couldn't help but just...hate it there. Being dead and all, he hadn't been able to grow out of his dark and rebellious phase. So everyone just acting so nice to each other just made him sick. He wasn't a bad person per say, hence why he got here, but his thought process told him this place wasn't meant for him. But, it wasn't long before he found out something that would make him the happiest boy alive.
Listening in on a conversation from some Ogres, he heard about spirits from Hell, turning into ghosts to be able to get back into the world of the living. This was exactly what he wanted to hear! It took a few years, but he was able to move his soul back to the living world!...What he didn't realize though, wasn't how much he'd regret this. He didn't think when he started walking back onto the streets. Many people ran in fear by the sight of a ghostly being walking amongst them...needless to say, it wasn't long before a powerful warrior of sorts came in and attacked, sending him to...Hell?
Needless to say, Capelli was confused why he was here when he was defeated. But strangely enough, he thought he'd enjoy it more. It was the brooding gruesome place his mind wanted to be at...but this is the very place he realized his bad luck would carry over with him in death. While just pacing around, he ran into two people who had appearntly gotten their bodies back instead of just being ghosts. Of course, being hell, they weren't the nicest people, and looked only to do harm to Capelli.
Slowly backing away, the boy tripped on a rock, and fell on the ground. He thought he was doomed...but, that little rock flew off and hit an Ogre on the back on the head, drawing attention to the three. Without thinking, he immediately just thought it was the two attack Capelli and drew them away from the boy to teach them a lesson. That's when he'd realize something else...this bad luck didn't just effect him...he could bring horrible luck to others.
With this knowledge, Capelli then went to freely roam Hell as he pleased. Those who looked to attack him would most likely have something much more horrible than losing a fight happen to them. For this rude child that looked only to be alone...things finally seemed to be going his way.
Starting Planet: Hell (Not really a planet, more of an entire realm, but still.)
Techniques
Offensive: Ghostly Arts [N1] (Floating around the place quickly, Capelli charges at the opponent and throws a powerful punch infused with Ki. This charges for 33% every turn.) | Diving Ghostly Arts [UV2] (This tech is almost the exact same as it's previous version, but with a new twist. When going in to throw the punch, Capelli uses his little trick to become untouchable to dive through the opponent. While this does still do damage, it's mostly used to try and send a strange shiver through his opponent, in hopes to stop them in their tracks for a bit. Charges for 33% and can stun opponents for 100% PL.)
Support: Phase [SU1] (While ghost are spiritual being, they are still touchable. So, with a bit of effort, Capelli can temporarily make some things just go right through him. This functions the same as a [SU1] After-image, only allowing any attack below 100% of his PL to go through him.)
