Set after the first Zarmar encounter.
Wyntre had always liked death as a whole. It's not because she's partially insane (aren't we all?), but more so, it was a tool (alongside fear) to use to your advantage. If she was going to take the position of Monarch, these tools will need to do be used, for Arcose's sake!
She decided she was going to cause a lot of it today. She hadn't really decided who to incur her wrath upon, presumably not Zarmar; he was practically dead. But, in the current time, she had found out who had sent him. Maybe he won't be a pathetic waste of time, like Zarmar.
And so, she had gotten co-ordinates. Plus, an address. And a password. And the location of where the donuts are stored. This led her to an alleyway, it did.
It was a very dirty alleyway. There was a bin, filled beyond the rim, that looked like it had been sitting there for a million years, maybe two. There was what appeared to be an old unfed starving dog, looking at her with large sloppy eyes that strangely appeared as dry as a desert.
But it was only a dog. The pathetic mutt was lucky she was in a good mood, or else he's be dust already. But subjects change, and now she was wondering if this was the right alleyway. Oh well. She knew the password, may as well use it. "Tilt."
For a few seconds, nothing happened. The dog looked at her strangely. The wall didn't move. She was sure even the cars stopped running for a second. "Correct Password."
Wyntre accepted this as the speech went through her brain. This was a completely normal, which the exception being the fact that the dog spoke it. Well, she thought. Stranger things have happened. The voice was very low, and very dry, sounded broken and nothing like a 'ruff' or 'bark'.
Slowly, a door opened. It was a completely flat door, and it was painted to look just like the brick wall surrounds. "Do you have any appointments with Doctor Axis Tilt?"
He was a funny dog, really. Wyntre was still clearing her eyes and pinching herself to make sure. Yeah, there are anthropomorphic animal people all around, and alien demons named after instruments, and other completely insane things, but a talking dog surprised her. "Yes, I'm here about Zarmar."
The dog looked surprised for a second. While originally doing what appeared to be boring paperwork, the creature slowly turned towards her. A talking dog. Not every day you meet a talking dog. Well, it is, but they're anthropomorphic, doesn't count. "Yes, he was sent to retrieve a Wyntre figure. Well, I suppose you can go in."
Supposed to retrieve her? That fits what Zarmar told her. The dog moved slowly and put it's nose in the equivalent of a finger-print scanner, a large menacing black door opening. "I didn't catch your name."
"Ceasorn."
Wyntre quickly and promptly nodded as she jumped onto the other side of the door. On the other side, as she saw, was a maze. The hedges where naturally black, and she was sure she had smelt raw meat near-bye. "Welcome to your Doom."
Well, someone certainly knew she was here. Mr. Axis G Tilt, probably. Did they make this giant maze only to psyche people? What an awful waste of black plants. She'd arrange them into a giant statue of her. "What movie did you get that one from? Don't answer. Where are you?"
A quite loud laughing was heard. This guy was stereotype after stereotype. Oh, this was pointless. Within a second, her feet gained independence from both the ground and gravity as she got a good view of the area. There was a very large maze area. "Wait, no-no-no! You can't do that, you need to do the maze!"
He'd probably filled it with enough traps to scare anyone. You could hear the fright in his voice... one of her two tools. She'd use the other on him later. She descended to where the exit was, about to step through, when-SNAP. The door had slammed shut with a large metal frame. Ok, she thought. I can break through this. She got out her hands in an aggressive stance, prepared her hand, before she broke the weak wall next to it and opened it from the inside. "That's cheating."
This time, the voice was close, as she turned to where it had come from. A large, towering figure of metal, steel and death loomed over her. It was Axis Tilt, as she correctly presumed. Axis Tilt in a giant Mech Suit, it rhymes! "I've never been one for rules."
She inspected it more closely. It stood very tall, around twenty meters up, it had four thick clunky robotic arms, the bottom two with large laser guns attached, and also a large tail with a few too many million lasers strapped on. "That is your crime, here is your punishment."
The mech had no apparent head, Axis, a bald old man, appeared on a television screen on it's chest. It pointed it's lower left arm at her, a giant laser coming out. It would have done a lot of damage if it had hit, but it did not. "Yeah, right. Your machine may have strength, but lacks speed. You'll be lucky to hand a single hit."
Multiple pressures neutralized with-in, loud clunking noises could be heard. a few bits of steam escapes from the machinery, a few lights flickered, and the engines slowly spun into life. "We'll see!"
It took a step forward, an act in which felt as if it had caused an earthquake, and pointing all four of it's arms at her. "Zarmar said you wanted me for tests."
It's upper right arm tried to punch her, but her own hand came and stopped it with ease. And then she let out a finger. Yes, that's right."
And then, get this, Death Beam! She really liked the Death Beam, if you hadn't already told. Such power! It cannot be rivaled! It is the ultimate attack! Well, not really. Maybe Death Ball. Thinking about it, maybe 1000x Super Mega Death Big-Bang Destructo-Kamehameha of Deathity Death Death of Deathly Death was the ultimate attack. She hoped she learned that sometime in the future. But, now, for the attack. First, you couldn't really do anything. Wyntre jumped a meter back, in front of the mech, and waited. "What happened?"
Oh, this was going to be brilliant, she thought. She had a dastardly grin on her face, even more so than usual.

BOOM. The same arm that she had blocked, and, unbeknownst to Axis, had Death Beamed, had soon exploded in a violent flame, much to his shock. By this time, she was laughing hysterically. "What did you do?"
While confusing Tilt, it angered him too. He got out his lower left robotic arm and tried to hit her off guard with a surprise laser, but this failed miserably, angering him more so. Activating some springs in the legs and adjusting the multiple readings given (it had an in-built balancing system that didn't understand the concept of what a 'jump' was). Yes, you heard right. Jump. Large blue flames erupted from boosters attaches to it's feet and back, being propelled upwards. Oh well, the greater they are...
The greater the fall. Inconceivable weights dropped down as the flames stopped being flames, and the giant metal figure stomped out the Days of Cold. Or so it would have. Maybe taking the better half of a minute to make a small jump wasn't the best strategy. And, obviously, Wyntre had moved, and had done some tinkering while waiting. "Hey, where'd you go?"
Wyntre came into sight again soon after, lazily sitting on the large robotic armor, as if without a care in the world. "Right here."
The look on Axis's face was only of pure surprise, surprise which turned into confusion, confusion which turned into rage. "How'd you get there!?!"
"I climbed."
You should have been there, to see his face. It was redder than a tomato. You could even see smoke coming out of the ears. He was that angry. And so, he readied a hand... and hit Wyntre.
Or would have, if she had not zoomed out of the way, leaving his arm to smash against the robots top, where Wyntre was earlier. It also made a small hole, which was good. This made Axis nearly twice as angry, if such a thing is possible. And then, she moved again, to the whole, waiting.
An interesting thing to note is that the Scouter was a little confused. It said it's power level was four, but it was just mistaking the man for the machine. When she did get it to work, it read as 2995, which was about right.
And then, the hand struck the head again. Oh come on, it was obvious! I trust my dear, fellow audience will know what she's trying to do. And if not, watch the Incredibles or something. Wyntre has. And that movie was released thousands of years ago.
The hand came smashing in, making the small hole a slightly less small one, not quite large enough to fit Wyntre. Okay, she thought. One more time.
But that time didn't seem to be able to come, soon after. She went to the side, went back, and... she was knocked off the machine by another machine. How lovely.
It had a very humanoid frame, metallic in texture. It looked very human, too. Besides the metallic-ness, a good thing to notice is a missing jaw. It was on a strange device, also metallic, floating. For a reference as to appearance, imagine the Green Goblin's glider, only metallic. The figure had knocked her socks off, or would have done, if she had socks to knock. "Ah, Wearce! This is Wearce, one of my four elite guard. Wyntre, Wearce. Wearce, Wyntre."
She looked to this figure, apparently called Wearce, as if it was a push-over. It faced her, in the sky on the device, before speeding towards her, gathering energy in his hands. Oh, no you don't! She prepared a block, and he did not slow down. He swept straight through her, but went through her as if intangible before shooting it's beam from behind. This sent Wyntre flying towards the wall and smashed straight through. Ok. Sneaky bugger. Right.
It turned around again, preparing to go around again. In this time, she clicked the button on her scouter as some numbers popped up on the screen. Or they would have. However, it couldn't make a reading, not because he was too powerful, but because he was a machine.
Wearce started heading towards her again with great speeds. When she would have collided with her, she jumped and turned 180 degrees. She wasn't stupid. He must have intangibility abilities. Before she could strike, though, everything around him was pushed back a few meters.
You see, 'Wearce' is a mix between 'Weak' and 'Force', and he can control the Fundamental Force of Weak Force. Weak Force, as you may already know, is the Force of the Universe that makes sure atoms never collide with each other and are repelled when close. He, or it, could control this force. Because of this, it could go through objects and people, as well as amplify it to send near-bye objects flying. Get a little too close and he's amplify yours, making your atoms push against each other as you explode in a large mass of blood and gore. Wyntre did not know this, though.
Wyntre corrected herself in mid-air and gracefully landed. It did a few spins in mid-air and prepared for another attack. It's arm split in two, revealing an in-built machine gun. It was soon activated. For the first few seconds, the bullets simple bounced off of her skin. Then, one of the bullets had an inactive Weak Force. It had gotten half- way through her arm before going to standard Weak Force. Ow. Although half-injected in her arm, Wyntre screamed before making an miniature compact Death Beam to cut it out. Through a loud scream and a whole lot of pain, she managed to get it out.
Unfocused, she was easily attacked with a simple grey laser. Ok. He was gonna pay for that. It caused an explosion on impact, sending her into a now-broken wall. Oh, he was so going to pay.
She let out a finger and shot the droid straight through where the heard would be. This was a mistake as she has soon deducted, as the droids did not have a heard, they had an engine, and it was not in the usual place. But it knocked it out for the time being, so that was good. Another, very similar figure appeared, although not flying. "Ah! Magnelect, Wyntre. Wyntre, Magnelect."
Wyntre had started to feel a few strange feelings of static electricity, which she mostly ignored. Then it intensified; if she had hair, it would be crazy right now. And she does bot have hair, got it? Don't answer that.
As if the gravity was not affecting it, the creation sped towards her with great speeds. She could already deduce a theme, here, too. Far more powerful then her foe, she sped behind it. A static shock of electricity sent her across the room, too. She was getting tired of this.
In a blink of an eye, she was in front of it. She took this opportunity to uppercut it, and in the process, had sent it's head flying. It had seemed the units core processing was somewhere else, as the only thing it lost, along with it's head, was vision.
Electromagnetism, eh? If you hadn't deduced the normal way, it's name was 'Magnelect' and that was obvious enough. Oh well, the being seemed to manipulate it. Better do something before he does something powerful.
Well, like what? It's not as if Arcosians have a wide variety of techniques with 'Death' in the name, is it? Yes? And? Wel- uh- oh... Oh. She let out a finger before blasting it's guts open, or it would have, if it had any. But it wasn't quite enough.
Scrap chunks of metal formed around him and plastered over the blasted spot with ease in a matter of seconds. Lucky bugger. Why could Wyntre not do that? She demanded she do that! Oh, well. The robotic creature put his arm out, palm wide, facing at Wyntre. She prepared to block, but- well, electricity shot out of his hand, through the air and onto her blocking hand. While she was quite lucky she was an Arcosian (who are insulators), it burnt her hand and leaving some bad black burns. Nothing a murderous massacre can't fix.
Oh, this was getting old. She let out her hands which sent a basic, yet potent, ki blast to the droid, but it only reached half-way when it sent it's Electro-beam, they hit each other, and thus caused an explosion. This one was stronger than the other, that was for sure. But the fun needed to end eventually... moving faster than human vision could process, Wyntre was suddenly behind the droid. She smashed it's head open, but in the process, got shocked by a bad static charge.
Oh, the prices of victory. The droid looked around, blind without the eyes on it's head and took a punch to where it thought Wyntre was. He was meters off. She punched it in the gut, then the lung area and than ripped it's arm off before commencing it whip it with it's own arm.
Victory! She looked at her hands, which had went through a lot of powerful electricity and hoped they'd stop stinging. And yet, there was another droid! How many of these things where there? Meh.
She reasoned: If the last two droids where any clue, he must have droids based on the Four Fundamental Forces. We had Weak Interaction and Electromagnetism killed, leaving only Strong Force and Gravity. "Gerarveti, Wyntre. Wyntre, Gerarveti."
Gravity it is, then. She'd know what to expect. Then another thought struck her mind; this guy is horrible at naming these things. Oh well. It looked exactly like the other two in shape, shade, size, colour and everything else.
Soon she found she was correct, and it was Gravity. Because, soon before, the gravity increased. And increased. And increased. And increased... Before long it was hard to even stand up. And she had seen that the droid stood strong, as if the gravity did not affect him- for this was the case. But she knew her physics... she also knew that Gravity was the weakest Fundamental Force. A quick unexpected surge in energy let Wyntre make a barrage of attacks before the gravity got back to her. She didn't like the gravity. Overestimating herself, the droid had exploded from her attack and left the gravity to normal. Which was good.
And that just left one more... the most powerful of the group, if this is anything like physics. Hopefully not too much, or else it'd be a million times stronger than Weak Force. And it's name? Strong Force, of course! "Strorce, Wyntre. Wyntre, Strorce."
And then, it came. This one did look different from the others, appearing larger in size and with a two identical spikes on it's elbows. While the other three where all identical in power, this one was stronger, with 4,500 as a Power Level. This was going to be a challenge...
It jumped towards her with great speeds, which Wyntre managed to barely dodge. Then it tried to crush where she had dodged to and hit Wyntre in her own small crater. He put his hands together to smash her, but she rolled from off the ground and to the side. It tried to smash her yet again, but she reversed her roll just in time before getting upright. It tried to clap her out as if a mosquito, but she managed to get out of the way. She couldn't handle this for long, all she could really do was dodge, as speed was her only advantage.
She'd have to end it quickly before she got bored. She shot a Death Beam at him, but it did only made a small hole and didn't hit anything vital. She couldn't do that, unless she located the engine, assuming there was one. It tried to smash her into the ground, but Wyntre managed to dodge at the cost of her footing.
Her chances where running out. She should transform before it kills her. Yes, she shou-Nononono. No forms. She can defeat the brute! They where almost on equal footing! She could do this! With the ever-so-motivational speech, she confidently uppercutted his large head. She had expected it to fly off, but instead it didn't budge and left her with a hurting hand.
She made some observations. This one must have control over Strong Force, the force that keeps both your Electrons, Netrons and Protons together, as well as your quarks. She had imagined power over that would mean turning people into an unbound mass of plasma, or amplifying it to stop it changing at all, making chemical reactions impossible. With that, you could stop a person from breathing, digesting, thinking or circulating with all the chemical reactions of the human body. In fact, it had probably done that last one with her. Good thing Arcosians have such a strange and unique set of bodily systems that apparently don't use chemical reactions. She'd probably learnt more about how the Arcosian body be fighting with it then dissecting others. But still, their systems mostly remained a scientific mystery, and having none want to be dissected didn't help.
She probably wanted to kill this droid before it turns her into a plasmic sludge. Good thing, in all this time that I had been explaining the supposed 'Mystery of Arcose' and the most powerful Fundamental Force, she had been charging a ki blast. She sent the large white ball of energy towards the great droid, a face of shock quite clear. Well, not exactly clear. It had no way to show emotion, so...
Anyway, it hit him hard. When the smoke cleared, it came apparent that the blast may, or may not have melted the upper half oh his body... Oops. It fell down, inactive.
Well, with the Four Fundamental Forces gone, that only left Axis Tilt, yes. Where was he, anyway? He certainly wasn't here. Where did he escape to? Oh well. "Computer?" she asked, assuming there was one in the first place.
"Yes?"
"Self-Destruct Protocol Activate."
"What is the password?"
"Science?"
"Invalid Password. Two chances remaining."
"Robots?"
"Invalid Password. One chance remaining."
Wyntre thought on this for a little while, thinking of what he'd put as his password. She had read quite a few books about psychology, but it gave no help with this sort of thing. She remembered back. "Ceazorn?"
"Self-destruct in five minutes."
Well, that makes sense. Ceasorn, the talking dog. Probably Axis's pet. This was all quite going her way, soon she was to escape and leave the one who made a robot to try to kill her to die. As she had turned from her deep thought, she had seen the impossible.
A large, bulking robot. It was what happened when all of the droids turned into one. It was very quite large, twice as tall as Wyntre's Brute Form, and looked quite a lot like what Broly would look like if he merged with the Big Gete Star.
The large figure loomed over Wyntre and smashed it's two hands together, causing a shock-wave. The scouter showed him with 13,485, but surely... yes, she could just go into True Form and get on with it, but Wyntre felt she didn't need it and the narrator didn't want the PL deductions.
The creature lunged forward as Wyntre narrowly dodged the attack. It was a lucky dodge, really. The gravity started to amplify, she could feel shocks of electricity growing, and she felt a few odd feelings. One of this was hopelessness. Oh, no!
No, Wyntre denied this emotion. An Arcosian had no need for it. She could defeat this grunt, just you watch! She jumped up, ready to attack, but the gravity caught up to her as she fell down, perhaps to death...
To be continued.
Wyntre had always liked death as a whole. It's not because she's partially insane (aren't we all?), but more so, it was a tool (alongside fear) to use to your advantage. If she was going to take the position of Monarch, these tools will need to do be used, for Arcose's sake!
