A certain hybrid stood before a rigid temple. The structure was silent, yet held many students. The entrance was held open, with the bald, incense-scarred disciples visible from the outside. Some were among themselves, muttering. Others were upon the flooring, seemingly meditating. Celmaru Waterfield, an evident outsider, took a prompt step inside the temple. Yet, upon his first tap of entry; the students shifted to meet the visage of the hybrid. More mutterings. The hybrid's gaze hardened at such a reaction. Eventually, one of many chrome-domed disciples spoke aloud. "Whaddya want?"
"..."
"...?"The student, lanky and oddly thin for a martial artist, stood with hands upon his hips. There was a nigh-disdained look about him. Celmaru stared, noting a bead of sweat forming atop the disciple's dome. "You focus on martial arts, yes? Bring me your finest disciples; I wish to combat them."
"...Really now? Ya think yer up to it big man?"
'You know full well that I'm serious. You've stared at me long enough.'
The telepathic message shook the Orin disciple. Eyes stood wide in confusion.
"Y-Yeah okay, fine. Don't blame me if you get mauled, y'hear?"The student's peers spectated with evident confusion. Odd glances and hushed murmurs came about; encompassing the minutes that passed to gather the others. The hybrid folded his arms. There was little patience as is with the copious amounts of bald men and children; their potentially rumor-spouting lips were enough to drive Celmaru into irritation. Then, four other Orin disciples arrived; the initial encounter being much too appearance-based for them. The four judged Celmaru from his external appearance alone. A soft chuckle was even audible from one of them. "Aight, whose this?"
"Some bum losah wantin' to scrap?"
"Beats me mate."
"..."Guiding a palm from within his chest, a signal to strike first was made; a mere wave, better yet. The hybrid didn't bother emitting anything else, it was a waste. The widest of the group blurted out a boisterous grunt in response. The "big-dumb-stupid one", it seems. "What? Too afraid to fight someone?"
"HRRMMMM!?"
"Woah hey Thredso, stop it. He's just some wimp. Look at him; barely got much muscle on those bones from what I see."
Celmaru glanced at his forearms to see a fair sort of mass on him. "He can't handle my secret tec-"Unfortunately, the disciple wouldn't be able to finish that remark. Celmaru grasped his arms, promptly yanking them downward as a knee struck the poor student's cranium in it's entirety. It was seemingly instantaneous. The others barely managed to react before the hybrid returned to his place. "The hell did I tell you?...Well, nothing, but the implication was there."
"WHA- HEY! Don't you fight fair?!"
"Call it fair when you aren't a massive ass beforehand."
"That's it! Get 'em boys!"The entire temple appeared to have turned on Celmaru all at once. This didn't bode well. However, there was a pack mentality surrounding the hybrid; a group picking at a lone wolf. Typical and overdone in both media and life, yes, yet their first mistake was provoking a planetary destroyer. The hybrid thoughts were suddenly interrupted with- "Oi! Thredso is bleedin'! He dislocated his arms, too!" "...Ugh. I didn't hit him that hard, did I?"
"Well yeah you just did!"Celmaru sighed. More disciples approached him. More appeared from the nearby forest, even. "I only asked for the finest of you. No need to get pissy for besting your best."A younger student piped up in that moment. "Too late!"

Current Power Level: 1,500
'This large signature of power. Could it be a saiyan's?' thought Beth as she flew above East Capitol. The sky was clear and the sun was shining above her, letting it be known that it was mid-day, the perfect time for her to be actively looking around for other people to communicate with. More specifically, looking around for saiyans, since getting to know someone of any other race wouldn't really help her cause at the moment. If the machine was to become a saiyan, she needed to be around them, or at least that is how she believed it worked.
Beth now hovered several meters right above the gate to the orin temple's outdoor training area, lead there by the power that she sensed. Greg had told her that the saiyans were the strongest beings in the universe, so the droid couldn't help but check this person out, as he had the biggest ki signature she ever felt. Upon looking at him surrounded by a bunch of bald dudes however, she realized that he didn't have a tail, but perhaps it was simply cut off. The robot still hovered in the air, her arms folded against her chest as she glared right at the strong man.
"Yo! Are you a saiyan? If not, then how did you get to become so powerful? I thought only saiyans had such potential," she asked, ignoring his current predicament. She didn't care much until it was confirmed that he was of saiyan heritage. Once she got that she would attack whoever was bothering him. If not... then the bot hoped that the man could handle himself.

The presence of the android caught the hybrid by surprise. Damn things. Celmaru shifted his gaze to meet the glaring machine's, a partial turn given to face it. Several Orin disciples stared briefly at the arriving android. Some of which that were further back murmured about "calling for reinforcements". The hybrid only stared into the android's glaring gaze; the opposing martial artists preparing for a presumably one-sided "fight". "Spiky hair, darker hair color, relatively defined muscular structure if aged past eighteen regardless of size. That should tell you enough."
'...Either way, I'm half Human. I don't care what you guess for the other half.'The telepathic message was absentmindedly passed off to the newcomer. Returning his gaze to the crowd, there was no stance, no form nor preparation for battle. The first student charged forward. Not exactly valiant or the utmost intelligent move, albeit plenty inviting for the "battle" to begin. Celmaru raised a knee, a thin wisp of Ki swirling about his kneecap. As the disciple neared, the knee was swiftly concealed as it ruptured the bald man's lower rib cage. A barely audible crunch occurred, yet it was as if metal had struck bone. Unconsciousness overcame the yellow-clad student as his form crumpled onto the courtyard. Ki dissipated as the knee receded. "..."
"Care to help? Might as well get something done while you're asking about a stranger's species, bot."
Others were stunned. Some were in a stubborn denial. That was another one of their finer martial artists.
"...Is...is he a Saiyan?"
"Like those that invaded last year?"
"Is he really?"
A palm struck a hybrid's facial features. Just what he needed today.
"Where's your tail, huh? Force some Blutz Bans on ya while you're at it, too!"
"You're never finding it, you bald assholes. Its gone."
Another charged forth. Celmaru sensed as much, however remained still as his palm rested upon his eyes. Whether the android interferes or not doesn't exactly matter. There's no point pursuing this if they're just going to scream 'Saiyan' this and 'Saiyan' that. What an immense bother.
The Orin NPCs are free to control, albeit attempt at murder will not be allowed. If possible, of course. BA-1

Beth formed a light smile on her face. Not only did the man standing in the middle of the monks practically admit that he was a saiyan, but he also talked to her telepathically, displaying that he had at least one really useful skill up his sleeve. She didn't even care if he was only half-saiyan, as he still had some in him. Once the man beat down one of the monks then suggested that the droid help him, she couldn't help but reveal a wide grin.
Beth ignored everything that the monks had to say, looking around at a possible point where she could appear and take down the most of them as quickly as possible. However, she didn't take any of those paths as yet another student rushed at the hybrid, attempting to attack him. Everyone but the man that she swore to herself to protect would believe that the bot just disappeared from her spot in the air and reappeared in front of the student's target, but in reality she simply descended to the ground in front of him at a frighteningly fast speed. Just as quickly as the android did that, she ran towards her current opponent, jumping in the air and performing a double straight kick that landed right on his chest which sent his body flying backwards, hitting three other monks before all four of them landed roughly past the gate and outside of the temple on top of each other, groaning loudly.
Beth's feet touched the floor once again, now looking around to see who would make the next move. The males of Orin Temple began to sweat, now starting to realize the sort of people they were dealing with, but they wouldn't give up. They all knew that the temple's reputation was at stake.

"That wasn't entirely necessary."The cries of those struck away briefly echoed. The hybrid's palm receded, returning to its place firmly clenched. Perhaps he should have suppressed himself further than this. The android stood before Celmaru as his thoughts considered an option or two. Footsteps were taken, a soft 'tump' audible throughout the silent temple, advancing past the protective droid. The hybrid stood within the mass of disciples. Several contemplated charging at a Saiyan. Others truthfully chose to soon flee if need be. Yet, instead of striking in pseudo-retaliation, the hybrid began to fiddle with his shirt. "This could've been far more simple. Unfortunately, there are vastly more stubborn wastes all around us."A clink, then a faint rustle. Eventually, a belt was displayed before the Orin martial artists. It was seemingly rather normal, a brown quasi-leather belt with a silver buckle; thin holes available for adjustment. Yet as Celmaru released the belt from his grasp, it was within the open air for a micro-moment. Suddenly it was embedded into the courtyard's stones. Cracks edged outwards alongside the thunderous rumble that followed the accessory's descent. The hybrid's power trickled further beyond what the android previously scanned. "Its also quite unfortunate that everyone needs to exert power over another to prove whatever they desire. It only becomes worse when you all possess the same trait.""What makes you think you're better than us, Saiyan?!" "..."Without a word, a golden light erupted from the courtyard. Celmaru's figure vanished within. The light faded, yet another sight would befall upon the disciples. Golden locks, icy blue hues, tremendously common power; Super Saiyan. The majority of those about the hybrid's position toppled atop one another with the impact alone. Yet, Celmaru's power continue to trickle upwards. A moment passed as it reached its peak. "I really didn't prefer towards touching this again. Yet you couldn't ever cease with blubbering, murmuring, and whining about a Saiyan being among you. Congratulations; you got something even worse."

The saiyan walked past Beth, telling her that her actions weren't necessary, to which she disagreed.
"Well they were going to attack you, and it appeared that you were too busy covering your eyes. I needed to ensure that you didn't get hurt, as per my following of the laws of saiyan robotics," she replied, watching the man take off what seemed to be a weighted belt. Beth wondered if him getting even stronger than he was currently was necessary, as the machine could easily take out the monks herself. It would have only taken a minute for the two of them working together to put them all to sleep, but then she thought that maybe the hybrid liked showing others how much better he was than them. Beth didn't mind this one bit, as she too knew that saiyans were above humans, no matter how much one trained. The naturally dark-haired monkey-tailed warriors would always be on top.
Beth assumed that he would just spike his power level a bit, but never expected that he would transcend beyond his current form. Her mouth opened wide in shock as she witnessed his hair turn from jet black to gold, his ki aura turning that color as well. She almost fell on her bottom from the amount of energy that was flowing all across the courtyard, but she was able to stand with the help of her own ki energy, showing her magenta-colored aura that now surrounded her. Nevertheless, she was still forced backwards a few steps before the droid decided to fly several meters in the air entirely, to avoid his rage.
"Wow! Your power.... I am not needed anymore! Show these weaklings your strength, show them that they shouldn't mess with you any longer!" Beth shouted over the sounds of the wind moving about harshly. Her shocked expression now turned into a wide smile.

The hybrid paused for a moment. What? "Saiyan Robotics? The hell -- they can barely work with scouters and space pods, much less robotics!"Celmaru glared in the general direction of the android without a shift of his head. This one's claim was ludicrous in any regard either way. The entire SSE must be so grateful to have enslaved so many other species for their technological benefit. Enough to pass it as their own, even. The hybrid twirled his right palm about, audible cracking emitting from the wrist. Disciples flinched. The glare sent to the android, albeit not exactly upon it, glided onward towards the Orin students. Unfortunately, the bot spoke once more; this time striking a nerve. A beady set of pupils soon faced the android with an uncertain ire. "Don't you realize that would cause more problems? You wouldn't even be mentioned; I'd be thrown into the worst light known to man and scorned for even touching a Human in a harmful manner. I've only resorted to intimidation because that's the only socially acceptable thing anymore for me." "Hell, I could even go another level past this. But you know what? I'd be saving everyone's sorry asses because when or if that ever happens again --"Electricity sparked about the hybrid's frame. "...No. You don't want to know. Or care to know for that matter."Celmaru pinched the bridge of his nose. That time it was far too easy to switch to anger. Why the hell was it getting worse? More of the bald disciples became entirely uncertain; stepping away in a confused fear. "This guy's insane."
"But the temple's hono-"
"Forget that I'm not dying today!"The Super Saiyan took a rather hefty sigh. At the drop of a hat, this was. At least nowadays. "You're all fortunate that I've gotten control over this damned instant hair-dye of a transformation. Kami-knows what I could've done elsewhere if I hadn't."
'And before you ask about my bullshit, just take a look instead.'The telepathic message preceded various images of Celmaru's memory. Whether BA-1 were to accept them or not, they would shuffle along akin to a photo gallery within her mind for immediate reference. Images of a female Saiyan and her albino companion; quivering in fear of an unmastered Super Saiyan. Walker's tree-son Bastion rolling his eyes at the actions and mannerisms of the arrogant "Super Celmaru". The malicious, albeit entirely smug smirk plastered across his face. To the hybrid, it was intolerable; to the android, it could differ. By now, however, the majority of the Orin students were fleeing. To a few, it was of their own selfish accord. The majority of those that did flee, however, were relatively reluctant. Yet they couldn't match the robot and it's Saiyan companion; hybrid or not. The remaining few swapped about between looks of regret, disappointment, and discomfort. "Hate to disappoint, er...miss? But my existence often strikes enough fear into the 'heart of man'. People are superstitious enough without my intervention."The Super Saiyan folded his arms across his chest, a huff escaping his nostrils. What might the android think of the matter? BA-1

"Well, the saiyans weren't the ones that built me if that is what you are inferring. We can discuss that topic later however," Beth replied to the saiyan. It would be easier and less annoying to lie to his face, telling him that she was indeed created in a saiyan lab, but the robot didn't like hiding the truth from a member of the race she so much adored. After this whole situation was over she would probably tell him.
Besides, talking about her own origins wasn't something that Beth was interested in at the moment. Now she wanted to figure out why the hell this saiyan cared about what the humans thought. She believed that he should flaunt his power without having such worries. The mental images he showed the droid didn't change her mind, but instead reinforced her opinion, as she approved of an average saiyan's behavior. It only made her keep the smile on her face as she glared at the man on the ground below her.
"Why do you try to hide what you really are? Your power may be frightening to some, but what about the others that actually accept it? Those who have strength shouldn't have to restrict themselves. The ones who are at fault are those that know that someone like you is out there, yet spend all of their time cowering in fear and not growing to instead protect themselves," Beth explained her stance. Even more monks ran out of the temple. The machine pointed her arms at those that stayed two by two, gathering ki around them and thus causing the orin students to flee before she could fire.
Now only two people remained in the area: a blonde and a robo girl. Beth descended to the floor, standing a few feet in front of the strong fighter, giving herself as an example of one who wouldn't hide in the face of his form. She exerted even more of her own ki to keep from being blown away by the wind. Her stance was as firm as ever.
"Show me this other level. Don't be afraid. I’m not," Beth told him, replacing her wide grin with a compassionate smile while trying hard to conceal the glee she felt at that moment. She didn’t realize that there was a level beyond super saiyan. ‘Perhaps his hair color changes, or maybe his power simply grows?’ Beth thought to herself.

The last of the Orin turned tail and fled. Yet, there was yet to be silence, it seems. The Android, briefly speaking of what origin she appeared to have, spoke aloud regarding what the hybrid should do. What he should be and how society should bend to his power if ever exerted to such an extent. Celmaru's brow twitched. "What you say is blasphemous. Are you so fascinated over a species of militaristic, barbaric ass-wipes that you've corrupted your damn hardware over them?!"The golden "grandeur" of the Super Saiyan form faded. Brown replaces gold, a darker brown taking place of an icy blue. The hybrid advanced onward to the android, waving his palms about as he spoke. "They murder for sport, they destroy entire civilizations for fun, they devour entire sections of space with a fuckin' tree!""Don't you understand that they're ultimately going to remove you, as well? As soon as you make one damn mistake, you'll be tossed away --" "WHOA THERE BOIYO!"A boot promptly stepped on the hybrid's skull. An thin shell erupted in smoke simultaneously with the boot's contact. A thunderous thud was audible from within the smoke, the sound of two bodies fumbling over one another following suit. A rather hefty firearm clunked upon the courtyard uselessly, as well.
"Motherfu --" "Stop that talk!""Son of a --" "What did Taveon tell ya, huh?!""You --""Nerd!"The smoke soon began to dissipate, with a brunette woman rolling backwards to reacquire her dropped firearm. Celmaru soon hopped to his feet, a rather perturbed expression upon his facial features. The suddenly arrival soon flipped to her feet, following suit. "...Why do you people keep literally dropping in on me?""It'd be boring otherwise!""You're all insane.""We've all been bored, okay?" "Go back to being dead, please.""Oh now that's just rude, dude!"The Waterfield ancestor Cynthia Waterfield was riled up upon that comment. The woman waved her arms about, firearm included, rapidly in upward waving motions. Cynthia's cheeks even puffed up. Unfortunately, what the hybrid stated wasn't entirely incorrect, in the end. Floating above the woman's cranium, sat a bright, perfectly circular halo. With a sigh, however, Celmaru returned to the topic previously at hand. "Regardless, you have no idea what you're asking for. Don't you dare ask me to even dare touch that 'next level' again.""Wait what? What did I miss?""Nothing.""I missed something, clearly!" "Go back home. Phae probably needs your assistance more than I ever would.""I didn't come out here for you to be rude, young man!"The hybrid folded his arms, rolling his eyes as he turned away from them both. Meanwhile, Cynthia briefly huffed, shifting her gaze to greet BA-1. The firearm was tipped a ways to rest atop her left shoulder, her right palm straightening into a right-hand salute. "Don't mind the edgly nerd there; he's got enough issues. The name's Cynthia Waterfield, pleasure to meet ya, robo-gal!"

Beth sighed as the saiyan replied to her, badmouthing his own race, while powering down no less, denying the android the sight of what she wanted to gaze upon. She simply stood there with a blank expression now, waiting for him to stop talking so that she could have her say. However, once he began telling her that they would get rid of Beth once she was of no use to them, the man was interrupted by a woman that fell right on top of him, an object impacting against the floor and covering the area around the two. The machine couldn't see a thing, only being able to hear fumbling, until the smoke cleared. The male got back up quickly while the female rolled to her gun and got up as well. They were having a discussion with each other, a rather pointless one in the robot's opinion.
Beth had no reason to speak to either of them now, as it seemed that the one she came for was one of the Earth saiyans that for whatever reason refused to take part in their own race's activities. Realizing this, she was about to fly out of there when the one who just entered the courtyard introduced herself, even saluting to the droid. Upon gazing at the woman with the large optical device attached to her face, and thus inspecting her appearance, Beth decided to stick around for a bit.
"I see a slight resemblance between the two of you. Perhaps you are related to him? Well then, hello Cynthia Waterfield, I am Beth Anderson," Beth walked towards Cynthia, stretching her right arm out which implied that she wanted a handshake from the lady. She also smiled, her interests having been spiked once again. "If this is true, then perhaps I am speaking to another saiyan?" Beth asked. Maybe this one was a bit more willing to involve herself in saiyan activities, she had thought to herself.

"I don't have any is --"
"Yes you do. Anyway -!"Cynthia rolled her head about, the firearm upon her shoulder slipping away. As it descended, the weapon spun swiftly before flopping onto her palms; a soft 'clack' audible as it ceased its movement. The saluting palm receded to the ancestor's backside, curling as it began to rest at her lower back. Taking the firearm with it, Cynthia soon found herself pressing the hefty weapon against her shoulders. "Quite the human name for such-a robit! Wonder if ya got a serial number with that name."Outstretching a now freed palm, the ancestor promptly shook Beth's hand. A firm shake it was to be, as well. "Now as for that relating part; hhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHA!"Cynthia swiftly burst into a seemingly synthetic laughter. Meanwhile, Celmaru had both growled and sighed in his frustration. At the worst times, one of them appeared. Be it a constant reminder of one thing or another, or be it impromptu 'advice', they came as if on cue. The hybrid spun around, folding his arms across his chest. Eyes soon sealed themselves shut, their owner awaiting for this to end. The ancestor's laughter suddenly ceased. "Oh yeah I'm related to 'im. But there's a good ol' twist!"A finger would promptly point to a glowing, circular halo. It shifted wildly as Cynthia's head shuffled about. "Kinda dead, y'see!"
'Why are you telling that thing all this?'
'Someone has to; you sure as hell ain't.'
'Because no one needs to know about my problems.'
'We can all see where that idea got you, Celmaru.'
Celmaru's cranium sunk upon such a retort. "Now, about that Saiyan part. Well, technically I am, technically I'm nothing close to it -- bit of a shitter that is, at times. If ya look real close at my DNA structure, you might find something Saiyan in there. Might not be much, but it'll be there somewhere!"
'Aren't you less than a percent Saiyan?'
'Celmaru was aboooouuuut....six percent?'
'...Phae mentioned some percentage around there, yes.'
'Ah well, probably.'
'Just don't bring him up again.'
|'No promises, buddy.'|Cynthia suddenly clapped her palms together; her firearm remaining firm against her spine. An idea struck her. "Now I don't mean to be too rude, though I did happen to listen on yer conversation juuust a bit."
"You what-"
"And you kinda got Celmaru all riled upon on the whole Supah Saiya-jin thinger, right?"
"Cynthia no-"
"Why not just show you why before we have some classic murder on our hands, hm?"Grasping the hybrid's head, Cynthia suddenly rammed Celmaru beside her; trapping him in a haphazard arm lock. Yet with that, a second-hand transfer of memory was tossed upon Beth without delay! The vision of a 'blinded' Celmaru was cast over a once pure, winter wonderland of snow and mountainous terrain. Mud, rain, and dark blood was instead splattered over everything; the hybrid experiencing the electricity convulsing around his figure, the immense power, everything. Another ascended Super Saiyan floated above him, a seemingly graying Human, despite his appearance otherwise, stood in midair nearby. The Premier him/herself had faded in that brief instant. "Let go of me-"
"Shhh!"The hybrid tore away the shirt that he wore that night. Pant legs were torn to reveal a bean. Then came the bloodcurdling roar of a freshly ascended Super Saiyan. A Senzu bean once consumed for a refreshed rage. One name escaped the berserker's throat, excess spit bursting from his lips.
"NOXAAAAAAAAA!!!"
The memory soon shifted into another. Another perspective was provided, one peering through binoculars. A towering pillar of golden energy soon focused as it advanced upon an evidently wounded creature. It's back was blasted open, foreign organs and bones bare for those to witness. Scarlet locks were matted and dirtied with mud and it's own bloody mess. The infuriated hybrid had soon begun to brutalize the wounded creature, ramming his fist deep into the gaping wound. Blackened blood gushed everywhere, particularly so along the ascended Super Saiyan's palm and forearm. Then the other figures, previously floating above the two, began to take action. The memories faded then. "Great! Now the damn bot probably thinks I'm some secret Saiyan psychopath!" "I mean no, we still got sense in you right now."
"She's seen enough to gather opinions!"
"Quit bein' such a worrywart~"
"You didn't go on a blind, rage-induced half-rampage on a single scientifically-engineered pseudo-person, now did you?"Celmaru found himself being pat on the head by his ancestor, his grief ever worsening. There was a brief struggle to escape Cynthia's grip, however it was all for naught in the end; Beth had likely witnessed what had transpired. Despite this, the armed woman continued, even ignoring Celmaru's inquiry. "Now ignoring him again, that double Super Sand thing might end up killing you! That's probably why he didn't comply to your demand. No sense killin' a perfectly good robit-gal, am I right?"
"...Don't think she cares about living at this point, Cynthia."
"Nothing we can't get a good robotics engineer on....maybe?"
