Artickahn draped a long white cloak over his body, closing it tight around him. He also made sure to place a mask concealing his face before he entered the realm of humanity. Protection was needed, not only were these humans filthy beings, but they also would get no pleasure in staring at his supreme being. The beasts would no doubt only have mockery on their minds. He would give the humans this though, their planet was beautiful. If his people were still in the World Trading business, he could fetch a pretty price for this pale blue dot. But even so, Artickahn was no fool. The young Arcosian knew all too well about the extremely powerful protectors of Earth. Both human and otherwise.
The small cloaked figure hovered down the streets of the city they call West Capitol. ‘Real original’ Artickahn thought. He was in a bad mood today. Most of the normal population gasped and moved out of his way as he hovered towards them. His appearance was probably… startling to the peons. The Arcosian sighed, he was bored of what he saw. Their ‘grand’ city paled in comparison to the cities back home. Maybe choosing Earth as his vacation destination wasn’t the best choice. No, he knew that he needed to see this place with his own eyes, at least once. Artickahn lacked the ability to sense ki and left his scouter back on Acrose. But he assumed that none of these Earthlings held any kind of extraordinary power. The cloaked figure gazed out into the street and watched the hover cars zoom around. Perhaps he should take one? It was a bit beneath him to have to fly all the way the this city. He was on vacation, after all! But stirring up trouble probably wouldn’t end well for him. Plus he respected Earth’s neutrality, at least for now.

[Fan sighed as he looked around at the peaceful west city. he then grunted in frustration, nothing "fun" had happened lately.]
Fan was a wanderer, he sought adventure and excitement wherever he traveled. Unfortunately for Fan however, his usual source of travel information, rumours, just weren't popping up today. He used rumours as a means to find mysterious and often powerful things, so seeing as there were none to be heard he just lazily sat around west city.
"Maybe I'll train for a bit today..." He said, forcing himself out of his comfortable chair as he begun to slump down the streets of West city. His energy senses tingled however, there was something decently strong nearby. This strange power appealed to Fan alot more than regular old training, and so he was off.
He rushed toward this strange energy. Soon spotting a cloaked figure far ahead of him, he was rather easy to spot seeing as he was floating. Fan immediately ducked behind a building, choosing to watch the strange man/creature for a bit rather than confront him immediately. "Ohh... He can fly huh... Hehehe... Maybe he's got some other neat tricks." He thought excitedly.

The small hooded figure in the white robe continued to float down the street. His masked head swiveled left to right as he examined his surrounds, taking in all the commotion and information around him. The being stopped short, it’s head slowly angling down at a small little girl that had stopped in his way. The little creature looked up at him with a frightening expression across her face. The girl was obviously frozen with fear Nervous and frightful tears started to stream down the little girl’s cheeks. Sure, aliens weren’t all too rare on Earth these days. But Artickahn’s appearance was an unusual one, a startling one. If only the little girl knew the half of it.
Ages ago Acrosian’s dressed like this would visit newly conquered planets as the final step in a planetary exchange. Earth could have very easily been one of those planets back then. However, it managed to escape the Arcosian grasp and strengthen itself through means that were still mysterious to the young Arcosian. Though something told Artickahn that she still would have cried even if he wasn’t wearing this garb. Soon enough, the little girls mother scooped the child up into her arms and carried her as far away from Artickahn as possible. And like nothing ever happened, Artickahn continued floating down the street. He was wandering around, apparently aimlessly. Perhaps he was just as bored as Fan Reims.

Fan had been following the creature for some time now, with little to nothing happening. He was beginning to get bored once again and decided it would be best to just confront the creature. He begun sprinting over to the creatures side, slowing down as to walk side-by-side with the floating c creature. As he approached though, he would look over the creature, quickly looking over his cloaked body as to "size him up", noting that he didn't look very strong. Regardless, he had nothing better to do, so as to get the creatures attention he yelled- "YO !! TIN CAN!!!" Whilst simultaneously jumping Infront of the floating creature, a goofy grin covering his face.

Artickahn could FEEL that someone was watching him and that would soon be confirmed. But the cloaked Arcosian would continue floating on down the street, even when the young Fan decided to tag along side. Following the hooded figure close by his side, looking him up and down, examining Artickahn. It seemed the squirt was sizing him up. Artickahn planned on ignoring it, he had no time for human children. But when the boy jumped in front while hurling an insult, Artickahn knew that he wasn’t going to be able to just ignore him. Judging from that stupid grin on his face, the boy wasn’t going to just move aside. What was with Earth children?
It was a pity, he really had no plans on killing an Earthling today. Artickahn sighed, “I suggest that you get out of my way, human child”. Artickahn floated down to the ground, so that his feet laid flat on the pavement of the sidewalk. Artickahn’s height was fully distinguishable now that he was flat on the ground. The being that was Artickahn stood sub 5 feet, about 4 foot and 8 inches. He kept the cloak clutched tightly around himself, still hiding his features. He knew attacking the boy wouldn’t end well, judging by the stories he’s heard about the Earth’s defenders. But if the boy took an offensive maneuver, Artickahn was ready to react. And react he will.

Fan flexed his muscles, a smug expression appearing on his face. "Child huh?.. Heh... I am no child.." he begun, turning his gaze towards the cloaked figure in a somewhat dramatic fashion. "I AM FAN REIMS!! EARTHS NUMBER ONE WARRIOR!! He yelled, attracting a few weird gazes from some surrounding onlookers.
Fan would then chuckle- "well... not yet anyways..". He said solemnly, before pointing at the cloaked figure and tilting his head to the side in curiosity- "So are you not human or do ya just talk weird" he asked, recalling the "human child" comment the creature had said.

The masked face followed Fan's movements. Afterwards, Artickahn sighed and rolled his eyes at Fan Reim's gallant display. Though the eye roll would be hidden by the mask covering his face. These actions were soon followed by a guttural sound when Fan Reims suggested even the possibility of him being human. "YUCK! No, I am not human, thankfully" a small chuckle followed his words before a pale blue hand burst from within the white cloak covering his body. The hand slowly reached up to the mask he was wear. And with a *HISS* as decompressed air escaped from the mask, it was was removed from his face.
Underneath was revealed a face the same pale blue as his hand. Along with a pair a red, piercing eyes which (not literally) shot holes through Fan Reims. "I am an Arcosian, child. The strongest beings in all the universe" his blue lips curled up into a sly grin. "An aspiring warrior, aye? I've fought in wars you could only imagine, boy". Artickahn wasn't sure why he was bragging to such an insignificant being, perhaps Fan's own boasting brought the same out of Artickahn. However Artickahn's boasting was not false, he had fought in many battles. The most brutal of which took place during the massive SSE War against the Saiyans. The very war the he had almost lost his life in.

"Strongest race in the universe?! That's quite the bold claim.." he commented, now taking a closer look at the aliens features. He also activated his energy sense, hoping to get a better sense of the aliens strength. He searched desperately for this "great power" his species had apparently possessed, only to find that this creature who's race boasted the strongest strength in the universe was far weaker than him. He was slightly disappointed at first, but was pretty optimistic about this aliens claims and just assumed that the creature was suppressing his energy.
"Hmmm.... would ya power up real quick for me Mr.Arcosian ?" He asked, his finger wiggling rigorously as he pointed at the alien with renewed excitement.

Artickahn’s face snarls, his face shifting to show just how angered he was under the surface. ‘How dare this brat ask me to power up! Who does he think he is?! Only the strongest of opponents deserve to see the true power of the Arcosians’ the Lieutenant thought to him. But then he snapped out of his snarl and his face lightened up as his lips formed into a smile. “Hah! Very well, I was bored anyway. And this just might be a little entertaining. But don’t blame me for the collateral damage!” Artickahn finished with a grin.
In one motion of his arm, his white cloak and strange mask were flung off and to the side. The true Arcosian underneath was revealed. Artickahn slid his feet apart, widening his stance. He balled up his fists and brought his elbows into his sides. As he did all of his, the veins in his body, especially his neck, arms and legs started to bulge as if he was filling up with blood. Eventually the strain was just too much and the young Arcosian started to let out a long groan, struggling to release his held in power.
The muscles and bones in his body started to shift. And as they did it created meaty sounds as well as the sounds of bones popping, creaking and breaking. The first thing was his musculature, his muscles grew from scrawny to incredible sizes. It kept going until he body needed to compensate for all the muscle, his limbs started to pop out and grow longer and wider. His spine popped and grew as his height increased inch by inch. Even his neck and skull were enlarging. The horns on his head grew longer and shifted their angles backwards.
His groaning shifted into a yell as he neared his true power. Not only was his body feeling the effects of this suppressed power, but also the area around him was taking a beating. The ground beneath him started to crack and crumble. The damage caused was so severe that a nearby store front caved in on itself. In all he grew a total of two feet as well as added on at least another couple hundred pounds of muscle. The Arcosian now stood at 6 feet, 8 inches. He towered over Fan Reims as he looked down upon him and snickered. “See now, boy?” he said, his power had increased by at least a multiple of 10! The aura the flickered around his body was pure black with an outline of red.

This power that Fan was sensing... It was incredible. Fan had never sensed somebody so strong up until this point and was honestly quite ecstatic to challenge him. Fan was not one to back down from a fight though, he personally felt like if he always won ever fight that he would never improve. He kept his wits about him, remembering the aliens comment on "collateral damage". He had also taken notice of how much destruction just the aliens transformation had caused and decided it was best to lure the arcosian out of the city before letting himself do anything stupid. He whistled, attempting to sound more impressed than he already was. "woooow.... That was a neat little trick, you got even taller and heavier huh?...you definitely weren't kidding about the whole "strongest species" thing huh.... hehe... Who would've thought that this weird looking tin head would've been so strong.. oh well.. that was neat!" He taunted obnoxiously, beginning to turn and dash towards one of the cIties exits whilst whistling, hoping to provoke the alien into chasing him outside.

The look of complete surprise, first genuine and then artificial. He knew that the boy had probably never ran into someone as strong as a full fledged Arcosian. Artickahn was also no idiot, he knew exactly what Fan Reims was doing. The boy was trying to lure Artickahn away from the city to protect the weaker humans. Artickahn wouldn’t fuss, however. The last thing he wanted was to deal with the Earth’s guardians.
He crossed his arms over his brolic chest and hovered up in the air a few inches above the ground. He slowly followed after Fan, knowing he wasn’t truly trying to escape. “Come now, boy. Find a good spot for your futile attempt… Perhaps you can learn a thing or two about manners” the sly grin played across his face. Regardless, the newly muscular Arcosian would follow behind Fan. Tailing him wherever the young teen wanted to go.

Fan let a small grin creep up on his face, he had expected the alien to be a bit more rowdy and was happy to see the alien following him, despite knowing he stood no chance of actually winning, nevertheless, he couldn't resist the thrill of a good fight.
He'd soon reach the outskirts of the city, deciding that the area was "good enough" for an all out battle.
"OI.. Tin head, I've decided.. this is were we'll fight!!" He yelled to the alien as he begun stretching, he was already at full strength so he didn't need to do anything else in order to get ready. "RIGHT!! WHENEVER YOU FEEL LIKE IT COME AT ME!!" He yelled excitedly.

Artickahn gladly followed Fan Reims out of the city and all the way to whatever outskirts the lad took him to. When the boy stopped, Artickahn ceased his hovering but kept his arms crosses against his chest. His three toed feet landed hard in the dirt. Then the boy told the Arcosian Lieutenant to come at him! It took a lot of effort for Artickahn not to burst out laughing. The so called Tin Head pointed a finger at Fan Reims and within a moment a stream of icy blue ki shot forth. But at the last second, Artickahn angled his finger downward, firing the skinny beam of blue ki at Fan’s feet with aim of just barely missing.
He would then raise that same index finger and wave it like a scolding parent, “Tsk tsk tsk, now I don’t want this little duel to be over before it’s even started. So YOU come at ME!” the Arcosian laughed, his voice was now many octaves deeper than it once was. “Consider it a great honor” he said with the most perfect shit eating grin. The Lieuntenant crossed his now burly arms across his chest again and waited for the young human’s response. He was curious to see how well this boy could back up all his talk, he figured not much. But he would be lying if he said that the boys spirit wasn’t amusing.

Fan, a bit surprised by the ki attack, looked at the arcosian, soon returning the aliens grin as he slowly raised his hands up to his face. "Heh... If you say so...." He muttered, his eyes suddenly widening as he yelled- "SOLAR FLARE!!!"- A bright light suddenly appearing and blinding the arcosian.
He'd immediately burst forward, knowing he only had a limited amount before the blinding effect had disipated. He soon appeared before the alien, sending a flurry of his strongest kicks and punches towards Artickahn's chest.

Fan took the mighty Arcosian by surprise! He flinched and raised his burly arms to shield his face. Artickahn wasn’t expected that, though he should have been. Solar Flare was known to be a popular technique to use against a stronger opponent. But the boy was underestimating the Arcosian Lieutenant. His flare, while distracting, didn’t have its full affect on Artickahn. He was too strong! The young Arcosian was able to track Fan Reims as he rushed and unleashed a flurry of attacks. Impressive, for a kid. But not impressive enough.
Artickahn caught each blow sent his way with just one hand! Rapidly the large blue hand moved to block each attack. His hand moved with such speed that it became a blur, appearing to be multiple hands at one, as if he was playing the world’s fastest game of patty cake. But when the Arcosian found his opening, he did not hesitate. Summoning forth one HUGE haymaker. The single punch was aimed for the young boy’s sternum with intent to knock the air from his lungs and cause pain. He didn’t want to knock the child out, yet. After all, fighting this boy has been the most entertaining thing he has done on Earth thus far.
