Rubega shifted in his seat as his space-pod entered the outskirts of Earth. He'd slept the majority of the journey, using the much needed time that was spent travelling from Vegeta to Earth in order to rest up and heal his body. While he had instructed is space-pod to alert him upon arrival, the red alert flashing across his control panel was hardly the awakening he had in mind when setting the instruction days prior. 'WARNING. HEAT SHIELDS FAILING.' By the young Saiyan's calculations he was just entering the atmosphere of Earth and judging by the red alert that was currently blinding his field of vision, he was in for a rough landing. The drop into atmosphere was tough and as Rubega's body rattled around the interior of the space-pod, he could begin to feel the extreme heat from outside start to seep into the interior. In fact he could feel the skin on his arm melt as he was thrown against the side of the pod. Just when Rubega thought he was about to bite the dust, he felt the pod finally land, the massive impact sending him flying backwards into his seat. The Saiyan sat back groggily against the seat as he waited for the pod's momentum to be stopped. In what felt like forever, the space-pod finally came to a halt and Rubega's initial panic of surviving the crash landing was now replaced by an entirely new dilemma. 'WARNING. CRITICAL DAMAGE. EJECT. EJECT.' It didn't take an idiot to figure out what that meant. Mustering all the strength he could from the cramped position he was in, Rubega thrust his right leg forward in an attempt the kick down the pod's door. It didn't take more than one kick, probably due to the sustained damage the pod had already endured. However, moments later the pod door was ripped off its hinges and sent hurtling away somewhere as the young Saiyan was finally free of his claustrophobic death trap. Crawling out of the space-pod and finally reaching land, the young Saiyan made a couple hundred yards away from the pod before the metal sphere caught fire before exploding. Shards of metal flew everywhere as smoke drifted into the sky, no doubt alerting anyone who might be nearby to the position of the crash. Almost lazily, Rubega climbed to his feet and staggered to watch as what was left of his space-pod burned away. With a long sigh, the young Saiyan turned away and finally took in his surroundings for the first time. It seemed as though he'd crashed down on an island of sorts. Verdant trees surrounded the area as far as the eye could see with a luscious, cobalt ocean just off to the side of him. "Well that could have played out a lot smoother."

Being an Island, there weren't too many inhabitants. With so many islands about there were many unpopulated ones the were either inhospitable, or just hadn't been worked on yet. This was one of those islands. Trees, plants Bushes, and a nice ocean view of the other islands. This island however wasn't quite deserted as one might think. Sitting upon the beach, on a lounge chair and shaded by an umbrella, was a curious thing. A skeleton wearing swimming trunks, sunglasses, and a backwards baseball cap. It was Neato Skeletino, the friendliest skeleton to ever grace the island, not to mention the only one. He sipped at his Pina Colada smoothy before the explosions went off, causing him to jump, and drop his smoothy. "Oh, poo." Huffed the skeleton before turning to the smoke plume that rose up from the island's treeline. He grabbed a first aid kit, a cooler full of sandwhiches and other beverages, and quickly headed deeper into the island. Upon seeing Rubega his "eyes" lit up and he quickly made his way over.
"Hello there Human!" Said the Skeleton in a jovial tune. "Fancy seeing someone else on this island! Are you here for a vacation too?" The skeleton smiled and drew closer to the saiyan. "You look like you are hungry, and possible concussed. Here is a Medical Kit to aid with your recovery, and various peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches for which to eat!" He offered both of said things to him.

"Oh wow, what was that?" Maxxie said to herself as she flew in the clear blue sky with the sun shining above her. She was wearing her usual outfit which consisted of a blue sweater with a zipper, black bike shorts, white socks with brown stripes on the top, and black sneakers. Her hair style was the usual as well, in braids. On the island right below where she was currently at, the warrior heard a large explosion. Concerned, she landed on the beach near a lounge chair, which was either abandoned by someone who had long gone, or the owner of it was somewhere in the area. Maxxie saw smoke coming from the direction right in front of her a few hundred meters away, so she ran towards it, wondering if there were any survivors.
Getting past the trees, bushes and animals that liked to run about, Maxxie found herself in a small grass field clearing where two people were conversing with each other. One looked human like her while the other seemed to simply be a skeleton with clothes on that happened to be a living thing.
"Yo, is everything alright guys? I heard an explosion. Did something happen?" Maxxie asked with a mixed expression of curiosity and concern on her face as she got closer to the two. She noticed that the skeleton was carrying a first aid kit in one hand and a cooler in the other, which meant that something definitely occurred.

The young Saiyan was not thrilled in the slightest as he watched his only form of transportation burn before his very eyes. While he had taken into account the possibility of him being on Earth for an extended period of time, being stranded on the planet indefinitely was without doubt not in his projected plans.
The sudden urge to destroy something enveloped Rubega as he stood there for a second, watching as the smoke filtered up into the blue sky, before drifting away along with the clouds. Perhaps the smoke drifting away was metaphorical, as it went hand in hand with his plans of returning to Vegeta anytime soon.
Before he could react further, a figure popped out from the treeline. It was a weird looking creature and Rubega would be lying if his hands didn't twitch slightly in a sudden urge to blast the thing to dust as it zeroed in on him with a gleaming smile. As soon as the first word escaped the bone man's lips, Rubega found himself immediately annoyed. Especially once he was referred to as a human.
As if to make a point, Rubega unwrapped his tail from around his waist as he spoke, "First of all do I look like a human?" Rubega scoffed as the skeleton bounced over to him excitedly, offering him what looked to be a first aid kit and a cooler of some sort "...and what the hell is peanut butter?"
That's when he heard someone else call out to them. Turning his attention away from the skeleton for a brief second, Rubega watched as a girl approached them with a concerned expression on her face. Oh great there's another one. At least she looks like a human though, he thought as she moved closer to them.
With everything that had occurred in the short time frame of him being on Earth, it was hard for Rubega not to bite out in a snide manner, "Oh I'm positively grand as you can see."

For once, Auber had no plans for the day.
He had wanted to train, as he so often did with his time, but alas once again his Sister and her Girlfriend had decided to forbid it for the day. He had injured his leg yesterday and despite his protests that he was able to continue they had locked away all the training equipment from him. Annoyed he decided to spend the day on yet another scout around of the giant blue and green orb that he was so indifferent to.
It seemed however that something eventful would be occurring today, as his eyes followed the long trail of smoke to a patch of Fire and metal. Looking further on from that he spotted three figures seemingly conversing. Curious as to what was occurring, he flew in for a closer look.
As he landed he spotted a Saiyan whom he didn't recognise, a walking set of bones whom he either didn't recognise or didn't care to remember, and a human he had met once before. Auber said nothing merely eyed them all. 'Well from the smell of smoke and the disgruntled expression of my fellow Saiyan I think it is safe to assume that he's had himself a crash.' Auber thought to himself as he inspected the area around them.
The young Saiyan said nothing for now. He just hoped the situation would get interesting fast.
[Hey Maxxie, for the sake of continuity I'm just gonna assume this happens after our other thread, as long as we don't reference any specifics until we know about them we should be fine and dandy, cool?]

"You do look like a human!" he said. "Just with a tail. No real difference in appearance. I mean your biceps are much more Pronounced. Which I must say, you must be really strong. Those things are huge!" He opened the cooler and tossed Rubega a Sandwich. "That is A Peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I believe you will love it! I sure do."
He turned to look back as Maxxie as she came seeing from now where. The jovial skeleton offered a wave and smiled. "Hello there friend!" He said. "This Human looking fella Crashed something and I was just doing the neighborly thing and offered him a sandwich and possible first aid!"
And then Auber appeared. He offered a wave and tossed him a sandwich. "Its a real Island party!" Exclaimed the excitable skeleton. "So many new friends to make today!"

"Well I mean he is kind of right. All saiyans have going for them that defines them from humans is black hair and a tail, and for all we know this bone guy probably hasn't been around Earth long enough to realize that humans didn't grow tails, ha," Maxxie decided to jump into the conversation, folding her arms against her chest and smiling now. "Heyo Neato, lemme get one of those sandwiches, yea? Just throw me it," the woman asked the skeleton. She caught his name while she headed that direction, as she heard them talking before approaching them.
"Ah, a crash? A ship crash? Well, were you headed here or were you trying to get off? And if you were headed here, then what is the reason, if I may ask? Maxxie asked the saiyan. She was a very curious girl by nature. Her parents got annoyed when she would constantly ask them question, so much that they would force her to go play at times.
Right after Maxxie's question, another person landed near them, except this was someone that the human warrior knew.
"Oh hey, Auber! What are you doing around these parts?" Maxxie asked the saiyan that she met when dealing with an issue in Loras Town.

Rubega caught the sandwich easily, scrutinising it as a drop of peanut butter leaked out onto his white glove. Tentatively he took a small bite and found himself pleasantly surprised at how good the food on this planet was. He watched quietly as a young woman approached them. She was an enthusiastic one, speaking to strangers as though she was their friend. However, he did find himself quite offended as she compared him to humans. His tail flickered as she spoke, his scouter HUD automatically focusing on her, scanning her power level. A power level of two thousand, not bad...
He was about to retort and explain just how superior Saiyans were when she spoke again, enquiring about his crash. If he was being honest with himself, he was a little bit embarrassed by the whole situation. He knew that his space-pod was in questionable condition when he first set the co-ordinates for Earth, he was merely in a rush to leave Vegeta. Now he was paying the price. It was just his luck to be stranded on a foreign planet, surrounded by misfits who seemed to not have a care in the world. It baffled him, for all they knew he could be arriving to destroy the planet, yet they were content to greet him with open arms... or well peanut butter sandwiches.
"I was heading here in the first place, just ran into a few issues when entering the atmosphere." he replied, casually throwing the remainder of the sandwich into the ocean besides them.
Rubega then noticed a third guest among them, a younger looking man who to his surprise also appeared to be apart of the Saiyan warrior race, if his tail were anything to go by. Though taking a second glance at the young man, he didn't Rubega at all. He looked soft.

"Ah, well if everything is alright here, then I suppose I shouldn't be around any longer. I have something to do for a friend, and he will probably get angry if I take too long by talking to other people. Perhaps I will catch you three some other time," Maxxie told the group before ascending to the sky, flying off to the north.

Exiting. Thread seems like it will take too long to actually complete. I will be open to RP with any of you again in the future however. Zeni please, with the 10% human bonus.
