Lots of chatter could be heard from all parts of "The Pit". It was a simply massive cantina, one of the largest the galaxy knew. Only the most wicked and vile creatures rested their weary bones here, and though the men who laughed and drank and cursed had no employer, the immense bar itself was owned by a very old shapeshifter known as Vereht. He hadn't used his shapeshifting skills in ages; he'd found a form he liked quite well the day he bought out the last owner. The silver-skinned man adjusted his equally silvered tie as he stared down at The Pit from his vantage point. He sipped on finely aged Arcosian wine from a tacky, gem-adorned glass. As the liquid ran down his throat, he let out a deep, satisfied sigh. This was the good life. It'd taken him some time to get to this point, but it seemed like things were finally looking up. A massive crash came from below. He didn't seem to care much at first. After all, he did run a massive bar and casino for only the most villainous of beings. Fights breaking out was nothing new, and if it got too rowdy, his intimidating Kurimu Guards would bust it up before any permanent damage was done. He closed his eyes as he drank another hearty gulp of the expensive wine, his ears picking up fists colliding with skin from below. Shouts came from some of the tougher denizens, but it was hard to make out what they were saying. Another, larger crash came. It shook the room. Vereht jerked to the side as his footing slipped, spilling wine on his designer suit. He groaned angrily, before looking down. Someone would pay for this! His eyes widened in fear when he saw a massive, flesh-covered ball coming right for him. He ducked under the window just in time for the ball to smash through his office. It decimated most of his priceless belongings as it tore around the room, before eventually spinning to a stop as it smashed through his mahogany desk. Vereht stumbled to his feet, turning to the broken window to come face to face with a very mean looking Namekian. He had a sharp fin protruding from the top of his head, and he sported a long dark cloak. "Hello."Vereht stuttered a response. "H-h-h-h-hello."Xylo gave a simple flick of the wrist, and a buffet of telekinetic energy came from his palm. Vereht was blasted back, finding himself embedded in the wall. He groaned in pain, his head dipping down as he fell into unconsciousness. The Mazoku Lord smirked, and turned to the crowd below him in the pit. They were unsure of what was to occur next. Some were still ready to fight, while others were trembling in their boots. "Thieves! Villains! Murderers and Scum! You are the lowest of the low in this galaxy. All who know you are disgusted by you. They despise the mere idea of your existence, as if you were unfit to draw breath!"Murmurs traveled through the crowd. "I say no more! You've squirmed and writhed around in the shadows of the universe, like worms in dirt! You are better than that; WE are better than that!" The murmurs increased in intensity. "I will lead you all to a higher place in this world. A more comfortable, more powerful life. One where you get to look down on others for once!"A Brenchian in the crowd let out a big, rowdy laugh. The group surrounding him dispersed, and he spoke. "Oh my, what a wonderful offer! And who are you to lead us anywhere?"Xylo smirked. He brought a finger to his throat, and with a bit of Ki, he was able to amplify his voice to be loud enough to hear even in the atmosphere. "I am Xylo! Son of Tuner, Conqueror of Namek, and Leader of the Mazoku Empire! I lay claim to this hive of vile men! Those who wish to stay here shall work under my rule, and those who wish otherwise can talk with my boot."A few men began to whisper to one another. It sounded more worrisome than before. Apparently Xylo's name had gotten around. Even in this den of hardened criminals, a few men were afraid of him. Of the tales his foes had woven. He'd killed two Super Saiyans all by his lonesome, some thought. Others thought he'd come back from the dead, and with the powers of Devils in his blood, he tore down an entire Solar Empire army on Namek. Both of these things weren't entirely correct, but Xylo wasn't going to be the one to make any adjustments to their fables. He folded his arms across his chest as he hovered in front of Vereht's derelict office. "Anyone in the mood to challenge my claim, or shall I start re-decorating?"

Cryo was sitting in his usual spot within the bar known only as the pit. The Arcosian just idly sat by as the large namekian found his way through the bar and to the upper loft and caused a little commotion. He stayed seated as he basically introduced himself as anyone else would in the bar. With authority. The strange part this time was, no one stood up to him or challenged him. The word of what hsd happened had traveled through the pit and all across this forsaken asteroid.
Cryo thought a minute as xylo stated his claim over the place. Thinking this is possibly his only chance to get off of this asteroid and into something he could use. Possibly if this guy was as strong as it felt, and as the stories have told. This is possibly an easy way for himself to advance even farther, and fall into this namekians numbers. One problem though. Cryo continued to think. Would he accept an arcosian, one bent on gaining power, and to show no mercy to the ones below himself. One way to find out.
Cryo stood up and walked up to the center of the area where the Brenchian, that mouthed off was standing. The area other than him was cleared of the by standers. Cryo walked up behind the brenchian, and placed his hand against its back. With a blast of ki from cryos hand, into the spine of the brenchian, he would fly forwards and smash into the wall. “your in my way” would be the only words he would speak towards the brenchian. Cryo would look up towards xylo , and kneel down.
“Lord xylo, the stories of your accomplishments travel fast and far. I, cryo, the Arcosian would pledge my loyalty towards your ways. Allow me to join your empire and spread your fear, and teaching throughout the galaxy.”
Cryo would stay kneeling and wait for xylos remarks. This was the moment of truth, would be accepted, or be annihilated.

A large ship flew towards Raiti-Zarco. The Obvious Arcosian ship had nothing to hide, and upon its landing opened to reveal the Arcosian Empire's Leader. Retsu made his way down the ramp, and stretched as he prepared himself for battle, should it come to something of that sort. He hoped it wouldn't however. Taking over planets and the like was always such a slippery slope. If you didn't appeal to the inhabitants in a particular way they'd rise up against you and cause massive damage to their home trying to get rid of you.
Retsu sighed softly as he made his way through the scum filled streets, looking for a place called "The Pit" so that he may lay his claim to the Asteroid. He arrived just in time to hear Xylo's speech. A frown crossed his face as the Namekian spoke. He had been beaten here, yet he saw no reason why he couldn't lay his own claim down.
Retsu sighed softly before coming into the Pit's main chamber, clapping to himself. "It appears I will be the one to dispute your claim, Lord Xylo. Though not for the reason one may think." He shot a glare in the direction o the traitorous Arcosian that swore his allegiance right away before returning his focus to Xylo.
He'd offer a bow of respect. "I am Emperor Retsu. Leader of the Arcosian Empire. I wish to lay my claim upon this... Asteroid. However, I believe we can settle this dispute with our words. Surely someone from an empire can see the merit in merely speaking. Perhaps even coming to a deal?"
He chuckled softly and came closer to the Namekian, before offering his hand as a sign of good will. "Besides, if a fight broke out this place, and possibly even this whole Asteroid would be destroyed. Then no one would be happy. Not you, nor I. Nor the people whom call this rock their home."
His tone was respectful as he spoke, expressing the respect he had for Namekians. "Still, an empire led by a Namekian is not something I have heard of before. Am I to assume that Namek is getting organized against invaders and the like?"

Goons drank like there was no tomorrow, stumbling onto the dance floor as the band trumpeted upbeat jazz. Scantily clad women of all races danced seductively on an elevated center stage, and each man in the crowd was preoccupied with one of them or the other. Occasionally, one of more rowdy drunks in the crowd would hurl a bottle at one of the women, who would continue to dance on, completely unphased by the worst the criminals could throw at them. One couldn't find a group of more despicable cretins in even Hell. Hunched over the bar, too tall to stand up straight, was a cruelly built Zoon-Seijin, and although his head spun from the blinding brews of the !%#@! Pit bar, he was preoccupied with something else besides the women. The dancing ladies were more of an attraction for the passerbys than the ruffians who actually lived on the asteroid… Those galactic criminals who only briefly stopped on the Raiti Zacro to refuel or pick up thugs for missions. And that was exactly the type of person Abo was looking for; someone to pick him up so he could do some freelance mercenary work. The six foot eight fishman emptied an entire mug of brew into his giant throat, slamming it back down on the bar and nodding at the bartender. The smaller alien manning the bar flashed him a look that said "one more?" to which Abo simply grunted, "Uh huh."Soon enough, while the brute stared off into space and the jeering music blared, he felt a heavy hand pat him on the back. Abo looked up drunkenly to find a six foot something heran with his arm around him. "Looking for directions?" Abo asked, the standard greeting on the asteroid, a code phrase asking if he was looking for a mercenary. The hearty Heran broke into a grin and let lose a barreling laugh. "You're just the sort of man I was looking for—" the blue skinned warrior left a blank spot for the Zoon-Seijin to fill his name. "—Abo," replied the taller fish man, now turning to shake hands with the Heran. They both had a quite firm grip. "The name's Rutal," husked the burly Heran, "pleasure to meetcha."
Lumbering towards the back door of the bar, the Heran slapped a passing young Kabochan woman on the ass, sending her and her tray of drinks crashing forwards onto a table, and eliciting roar of riotous laughter from the men sitting nearby. Abo followed alongside, expressionless but never cold. He wasn't objected to the lifestyle of his fellow asteroid dwellers, but he wasn't quite drunk enough to find that funny yet. As the pair shuffled out of the bar, they almost simultaneously took a breath of the cold Zacro air. The bustling jazz of the bar faded and was replaced by the black sky and cold mist of the asteroid, both of which the duo was more than accustomed to. "Ship's called the Lucky," conversed Rutal darkly, not expecting much of an answer out of his new crewmate. After about ten more steps in silence, he continued, "Not gonna ask me what job is?" "Usually bosses like it better when I keep my mouth shut and do as I'm told," Abo replied earnestly, prompting a quaking laugh from the Heran. Grinning over mischievously at his newly recruited thug, there was a glint in Rutal's eye. "A funny guy!" Abo couldn't help but grin in return. The blue skinned captain had an air of disarming charm about him; well, a disarming charm, or Abo's fifth mug of liquor had hit. "Guess so." Abo grinned back, unable to contain his merriment, "Didn't pick me for my jokes though." Abo looked back down at his hands and cracked his large knuckles. "That, I did not." "Guys like you always interest me," the Heran confided after a few more steps in a now warmer silence. "Look at you. I pick you up from a bar, you have no clue what you're gonna do, where you're going, and how much I'm paying. The pieces of shit on this asteroid will die by the side of anyone who offers them a couple thousand zeni. Most times they just die on the trip, don't even have to cut them a payment." To be honest, Rutal wasn't quite sure why he was talking so much to this common thug, or why he was telling him he would face death before he would earn a cent. Something about Abo was just… Earnest. He had this strange quirkiness, and his froggy voice was ridiculous enough to be disarming. "It's not a big mystery or nothing," Abo croaked, "People who live on this asteroid… We do anything for anyone. Money for gamblin and booze, thrill of the kill… That's all there is, eh?" Abo didn't think anything on this asteroid was particularly interesting, except the space captains like Rutal who would occasionally come to give him work. "But for all you know I'm taking you back to some icecube lab for experimentation. It's just— People in the rest of the galaxy just aren't like that. It's interesting." The heran looked over at Abo for confirmation that he understood what he was saying. "You know what I mean? It's not trust, it's… Fearlessness." He concluded, and upon receiving only a drunkenly gaze from Abo, he finished, "and you've got it." Just as the heran finished his gruff statement about Abo's fearlessness, it seemed it would be put to the test. A skull rattling boom echoed throughout the atmosphere, snapping both of the men into high alert. Abo immediately whipped around, looking back towards the bar from which they had emerged. The echoing voice had undoutably emerged from there. Abo and the shorter Heran exchanged glances. It was evident that Rutal wanted to keep on walking, but the Zoon-Seijin had been worked into a sudden burst of courage. "Should we—" Abo began in his characteristically froggy tone, looking over at Rutal but receiving only silence. The Heran's eyes were locked on the bar, teetering on the edge of decision. "Shipment's not due for a couple days…" He paused, and then a wave of energy pumped through his veins. Something told him he ought to go get whatever motherfucker was in there. "Hell, Let's go play," grunted Rutal with a half grin. Moments later, the two bulked out space brawlers teetered their way back into the %$#@ pit as quietly and discreetly as they could, not wanting to cause a scene right away. Immediately when they slipped inside, Rutal recognized the man at the center of the attention. "Fellow's name is Mylo. Namekian whose been destroying things on Namek for a couple days now." Abo's glance darted up at the imposing namekian. He was taller than the green mazoku, if only slightly, but the namekian possessed sharp and cold features that created an instant atmosphere of suspense. The blade of a fin on his head didn't help. Quickly, Abo began inching closer through the crowd towards the namekian, and Rutal kept pace, suddenly finding himself being lead by the employee rather than the other way around. What immediately caught the Heran's eye though, was the throbbing ball of flesh in the corner of the cantina. "What in *%#*& is that?" gasped the bewildered Heran. It absolutely had something to do with the namekian, and absolutely wasn't good. Suddenly, a sheer purple aura surrounded Abo, causing the crowd to part immediately. Could this be someone who wanted to fight back? Xylo's words echoed, daring anyone to step forwards. The Zoon-Seijin, however, didn't step forward: the crowd stepped back. Abo wasn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, so it took a little bit of time for him to think of something to say to this imposing namekian standing across the bar from him. Luckily, Rutal was more than willing to speak for him. The heran stepped forwards beside his new partner. "Been a while since i'd seen one of your kind here, Mylo," spoke the Heran dramatically, a glint of light flashing from the blaster harnessed to his leg. "Looking for directions? Can I buy you a drink?"Shifting his eyes around the bar, the Zoon-Seijin mercenary finally settled once more on the strange fleshy ball. His energy was building up inside of him, and he turned back to Xylo. "If we're all such scum," sneered the frog voiced seven foot tall freak, "Then how come you want us so bad, heh? That's no way to greet a bunch of respectable businessmen who are… are very good at what they do." Abo's point was poorly articulated, but the tension of the situation forgave any verbal missteps. On the doors of either side of the cantina, criminals filtered shiftily in pairs, unwilling to put their lives or money at risk with a lunatic rampaging through the #*@!% pit. But just as they walked in and made themselves known, a brenchian staggered forwards, dead from the blast of an… Arcosian? This was quickly becoming a shitshow, thought Rutal. A red arcosian made himself known, and presented himself to the mazoku lord in service, prompting a clenched fist from Abo. Were the mercenaries of the asteroid so quick to submit to the namekian? It didn't seem so. Laughs broke out through some of the bar at the pathetic scab of an arcosian named Cryo. Abo himself held his wide lips entirely straight, unflinching from the jeers that broke the tension. But just as ruckus began to ramp up once more, another event stole the attention of the crowd. A far more imposing arcosian emerged from the back of the cantina, clapping condescendingly. Immediately, Abo shivered with resentment. What the fuck was this pompous asshole doing here? He could only be here for the same reason as the namekian, there was no way a stuck up looking arcosian like him would set foot on this "scummy" asteroid for any other reason. And sure enough, Abo's thoughts quickly rang true. This shitlord of an arcosian was trying to take the planet for himself too. Rutal was clearly built up with rage. "You pompous—" He cursed, unspeakably, "think you can just come in here and take the asteroid? This is a cesspool of mercenary power, motherfucker." Rutal's eyes bulged with rage, glaring at arcosian specifically. The crowd immediately whipped into a frenzy. How dare the arcosian talk about the people of the asteroid as if they were helpless? How dare he talk about them as if they weren't standing right there? How dare he try to divide up their crime cartel as if they were just invisible helpless bystanders? As if they hadn't killed thousands and gotten a reputation for being the best criminals in the galaxy? As if all it took to get the most powerful crime den in the galaxy on your side was barging in and pretentiously staking a claim to it? As if he had to ask this Mazoku's permission more than he had to earn the respect of the mercenaries themselves?
The respected (and drunken) mercenaries of this asteroid would not just sit down quietly as their cartel was "negotiated" over by two emperors!Immediately, the crowd burst into a rage, Rutal turned towards the "emperor" retsu and barreled towards him, thrashing a fist at his skull in a fit of rage as the crowd surrounded him. "EAT SHIT, MOTHERFUCKER!" At least Xylo had been straightforwardly assertive, like a man. He challenged the people themselves to a battle, knowing that they were respected mercenaries who were capable of defending themselves. This arcosian… Was just fucking disrespectful. Abo, however, stood completely still in the midst of the glaring crowd, his eyes still locked on the Mazoku lord, his peripheral still keeping close watch on the fleshy orb in the corner of the bar. The nearly seven foot tall man stood in perfect silence, a beacon throughout the raging crowds.. Eventually, he swallowed slightly and then spoke, either subconsciously remembering the heightened hearing of namekians, or simply being too oblivious to speak. "What's your game here, Mylo?"
Abo taps into Zoon-Seijin potential and begins charging [UP2] Twin Eraser Blackstar, aimed at... Well, nothing really. He's not too bright..! Rutal (An effectively 0 PL npc,) and a gang of furious (effectively powerless) npcs retaliate towards Retsu.

The crowds reaction, it seemed, was quite mixed. Some bowed down on the spot, thinking it was their best chance at glory. Xylo was, after all, quite powerful. Those with the ability to sense Ki wouldn't take his claims lightly. A few others simply ignored the entire issue, going back to their drinking and laughing as the rest of the crowd sat silently. There was palpable tension in the air, and only another warrior as hardened as Xylo could hope to break that silence. The first to speak up was a small Arcosian. He blasted the loud-mouth Brench from before across the bar, and knelt down in front of Xylo. The Mazoku Lord chuckled as he hovered downwards, his bottom resting comfortably on the edge of the broken office window. His legs hung over the edge, and his eyes focused squarely on Cryo. "Loyalty is good. You and the rest who pledge yourself to me may stand."A few of the warriors sighed to themselves as they stood back up. It was hard to submit to someone so quickly for some of them, but they knew it was for the best in the long run. The Namekian would provide them work and cash, and perhaps some of them would perform well enough to be given a quadrant of the galaxy that they could call their own. Xylo was about ready to hop off of his vantage point and beat down the remaining defiant goons, but a new face would catch his attention. It was the face of a pompous, highly self-respecting Arcosian. The face of a leader. Xylo smirked as Retsu opposed his claim, offering his hand to Xylo. The Mazoku would grasp Retsu's hand firmly, and shook, before relinquishing his hold. "An Arcosian Lord graces us with his presence. A pleasure to meet you, Emperor Retsu."He hopped off his seat, hovering in the air across from Retsu. His glare was harsh and analytical, with a hint of respect. He knew little of Retsu, aside from the fact that he and an ally took over Arcose all by themselves. "Words are wind, Retsu. Strength matters most. If you wish to stake your claim here, you'll have to knock me off my perch first."Xylo cracked his knuckles tauntingly, shifting his shoulders as he waited for Retsu's actions. He hoped the lord would shut his trap and show off some muscle, but these political types never did like to get their hands dirty. It would be hard for Retsu to earn Xylo's respect any other way, though. "That we have. The Mazoku Empire was forged from a need. My People were too complacent with peace, that they didn't notice the Saiyans knocking down their homes and stealing their artifacts. If it weren't for me, Namek would have been sapped of all its resources by fools who parade protection and peace in less than a year."Another voice cut through the crowd as Xylo spoke with Retsu. He looked down, noticing a strange duo. An oddly-colored Zoonian alongside a very out of shape Heran. The Heran spoke warmly, offering Xylo a drink, which he could only assume was code for something. "Why yes, I am looking for something. I'm looking for ownership of this rock."The Zoonian spoke up as well, criticizing Xylo's choice of words. The Mazoku's body shifted towards Abo as he spoke. "I call you scum because that is what you are. That is what I am, too. Born in the lowest caste of my people, tossed out like some common rat because I wasn't what the elite wanted. When I found my purpose, I was chastised for it. Like some of you are. It's unjust to kill someone for money, so I say we make it just. How does that sound?"Xylo's ears twitched as expletives were thrown about. It seemed Retsu had not garnered very good publicity with his attempt at retaliation. A few rowdy warriors started throwing things at the Arcosian Lord from below, while Rutal and his crew attacked. Xylo chuckled lightly. "Perhaps you should have paid more attention to the company you surrounded yourself with before you opened your mouth. Now your pretty horns will get all dirty."As Abo began charging his Ki, the Zoonian finally spoke again. It seemed he was curious as to what Xylo actually wanted. It wasn't like his plans were secretive or required nobody knew, so he spoke it aloud. "I wish to crush the Solar Empire. I want them to crumble to bits in my hands, so I may take their planets for my own. They took from me a year ago, so I will take from them now. I've killed their General, and their Queen lies sulking on Earth. All I need is some men to deal with the rabble while I tear down the strongest of them. I promise all who join me will be well compensated. It is a job, after all."

Cryo rose to his feet when lord xylo spoke to rise. He looked around at the others as a few stood up with him. Cryo liked the idea of making money and power. Its one thing he has always wanted. Especially
since he had been stuck on the forsaken rock for so long. The next thing he did was eye towards the others that just seemed to run their mouths, or not care. He figured they would be the first example.
The another arcosian entered the establishment. Cryos eyes got rather large ,for the fact, he doesn’t see many of his kind out here. Then to only realize, he is the arcosian emperor. This just seemed to get rather deep quickly, and the first thing the emperor seen, was a fellow arcosian, pledging himself to a non arcosian. The look the emperor gave cryo ,could have pierced straight through him. Cryo didn’t know what to-do at this point. He just wanted off this asteroid, and would work for whoever supplied him with that chance.
Cryo stepped back as the commotion rose, more and more. The crowd was getting roudy now that the emperor had stepped in and challenged xylos claim. A strange looking alien type being had stepped forward also, mouthing things off and another stood by, seeming to get pretty angry and started to charge an attack. At that point, cryo lifted his hand, and extended his index finger. A small fragment of energy would gleam from the tip as cryo himself started to charge his chaos beam and would hold the charge as long as the other guy held his. Was no point in attacking and causing a huge outbreak, but the other guy attacked the emperor or xylo, cryo would be the first to attack back. They needed to learn to show respect for power and authority.

Retsu shook Xylo's hand with a firm grasp. Rather professional one could say. "The Pleasure is all mine." He said. "Had I known someone of your stature was coming I no doubt would of brought some sort of gift. As is customary for the Empire when meeting with other officials from the other empires..." As Xylo floated back Retsu listened intently to the Namekian Lord's words. "Knock you from your perch?" he asked. "Well normally I prefer to do things peacefully..." He tapped his scouter, quickly reading Xylos power level. He nodded before sighing and taking off his scouter. "However I don't mind sullying my hands. Its been too long since I had any sort of real fight. Being an emperor is... surprisingly dull. I am a Military man at heart."After Xylo's explanation of the Namekian Empire Retsu smiled. "Good." He said. "The saiyans are nothing more than an infestation that spreads far in our galaxy." He frowned. "An infestation that must pay for what they did to My people." He clenched a fist tightly, only for his attention to be taken away as the crowd got rowdy. "How simple minded." He spoke. "Can you not see that what your witnessing here is history? To have two Emperors vie over such a pathetic scum ridden rock is quite the honor."
Then the fist came. Retsu lazily moved his head to the side and sighed softly. "Do me a favor..." He'd raise a hand, placing it against that of the heran who attacked him. "Die." There would be a sudden blue glow from Retsu's hand. A smile grew across his face as he finally used one of his newest Techniques. The Delete Pulse. Should the Heran be unable to dodge He'd be awake and conscious as he was disintegrated from Retsu's hand. An excruciatingly painful death. Once that matter was dealt with he pulled off his cloak and tossed it to the side. "I do apologize, let me get into something a bit more suitable." Retsu lowered himself into a smaller stance. His aura would whip a bout him quickly before he began to cry out. Energy flicked off his body here and there, as his Aura got more and more forcefull. Loose items around the bar began to float, and even chunks of the ground began to break and float around him. He rose his head and almost as if he was made of glass his form shattered, revealing Retsu's True form. He was... considerably shorter, though he now sported an Armored Tail. His power level seemed to skyrocket. A soft sigh came from Retsu. "Its so rare I use this form." He spoke. "It always feels so liberating when I do." He spoke, Rolling his shoulder. "I am afraid even in this form I am not much of a match for your staggering power level." He looked upwards at Xylo. "But I can assure you when push comes to shove I don't mind fighting. In fact I revel in it."Retsu silenced himself however as Xylo spoke of his plans for the Saiyans. Had... had he found a kindred spirit? "... You and I seem to have a very similar agenda." He spoke. "Though My agenda was a bit more permanent..." He cleared his throat. "I wish to destroy Vegeta. So that those Saiyans know just how damaging losing a planet full of their kind can be. The other planets I care little for."

Post by Abo on Feb 11, 2017 20:59:21 GMT
Xylo's words resonated well with the people of the asteroid. What had been a building outrage was temporarily quelled into a consensus of ruffian respect. He was a man of action. Everyone on this asteroid knew that namek was a complete galactic pushover, and some had even done jobs on namek to take advantage of their people and their abilities. But if this Xylo character had managed to completely turn the planet around, forging a new empire that wouldn't take any shit? That was impressive. That was something that the hardened criminals of this space rock could respect. Subsequently, the tall mazoku took no shit from anybody. When Rutal asked him if he could negotiate a bit with the namekian emperor, talk down his claims of conquest a little bit, there was a simple cold response. Xylo would take no less than domination. For some reason… Rutal himself came to respect the emperor a bit more in his stubbornness. Determination was a valuable trait in the crime world. This mazoku too, was raised by the outcasts. When Abo shot back at the mazoku's disrespectful language, the namekian quickly retaliated by replying that he too was scum, rejected by the people of namek and mutated into a hardened warrior. His purpose was to fight against what was considered socially acceptable. And the people of the asteroids had their purposes as well… Purposes that Xylo offered to make come true. Meanwhile the younger looking rowdier and more aggressive arcosian stepped back amongst the commotion. Although Abo wasn't intelligent intellectually, he knew when he was being targeted. This arcosian was just as obnoxious as the other one. These were the people who outcasted Plummice, who called him a mutant and beat him into the tortured soul he was today. But… If Abo played nice with these people… It would be possible that they could lead him back to his friend. The mercenary knew for a fact that the power had changed hands since his last splint with the arcosian empire. It was unlikely that they would still be looking for him as a deserter. The Empire nowadays was like a massive amoeba, constantly shifting inwards and outwards, leaving some inside and others completely forgotten. There was no danger here of Abo being recognized amongst these crowds. But there was certainly danger in the ki charged fingertip of the loyalist arcosian standing behind him. The arcosian emperor, however, was far less palatable to the ruffians of the asteroid. He spoke with a vicious air of condescendence, and as he proclaimed that it was their "honor" to be the subject of their negotiation, he would be constantly interrupted by shouts and jeers from the crowd at his pompous proclamations. But it seemed the arcosian emperor was growing tired of not being taken seriously by the crowd. When Rutal threw an angry fist a the arcosians skull, the emperor immediately sidestepped with an effortless swish. In one quick moment, he spoke with deadly intent, and… A pulse of blue energy washed over the heran, causing his entire body to glow blue and begin to disintegrate into smaller glowing particles. The man cried out in pain, writhing with agony as he was deleted from the universe, but retaining enough honor to go down relatively quietly. Was this going to be his legacy after all? The captain of the Lucky, renowned space pirate erased from the universe with a careless touch from an irritated emperor? Abo cringed with agony, clenching his fist at the sight of a good hearted man dying young. He had no last words. At the sight of the vaporization, a few men stepped back, but others rose to take their place. While Retsu's power served as deterrent for some, it became a motivator for others. He had just taken one of their own. This meant war. But just as a larger crowd of fighters began to form to swarm against the emperor, the arcosian knelt into a lower stance and began to shout with an uncharacteristic visceral air for an arcosian. One of the ruffians who dared to step forward was suddenly lifted into the air and then… Dropped down as the emperor revealed his new form. Instantaneously, the crowd subsided several steps back, making room for the much more powerful arcosian. Nobody on the planet could touch that power level, or nobody was selfless enough to risk their neck for the sovereignty of an asteroid full of their rivals. The hope seemed to be that the asteroid could simply change hands to Xylo, and he would continue the crime cartel to operate as usual. The hopes of stomping in the arcosian emperor's face had evaporated for most of the low level thugs though, and nobody had any desires of going head to head with xylo. Abo's question hung for a moment in the air after he asked it, the atmosphere of the cantina now changed by the sudden act of violence by the cruel arcosian emperor. Xylo answered much more simply and with much less unnecessary violence, much to the relief of the fish faced alien. He wanted to destroy the sayian solar empire… And offered good compensation. …That was good enough for Abo. The arcosian emperor answered as well, though with the same strange violence he exhibited before. While Xylo simply wanted to crush the saiyan empire, Retsu wanted to destroy their planet. Compensation though, was the only word Abo needed to hear. Immediately, he nodded towards the arcosian emperor, simply because he had been the last one to speak, "Then I'm at your service." If he would get paid better wages than his current mercenary commission and receive less abuse than he did here, that would be enough to get him on their side. And it seemed many of the other asteroid inhabitants agreed with this sentiment. At the sound of the word compensation, groups bowed to one of the emperors, or nodded to themselves; immediately, the crowds of anger subsided. This was all a job. Only a small minority of the asteroid inhabitants actually had any form of patriotism or pride in the asteroid itself. Sure, some higher up crime lords would be upset at the theft of their workforce, but by and large, the low level grunts were easily won over by these two vying emperors. "So whats that then?" an unconvinced yellow skinned alien shouted out, attempting to rally the now lost anger of the crowd. His fat small finger pointed angrily at the strange throbbing flesh ball in the corner of the asteroid, which seemed to have grown since Abo first noticed it. "A bomb? You're gonna blow us all out of our ships and zeni so we have to work for you? Huh!?" His feeble attempts to rile up the mob were poorly received.
Rutal died before his time. Abo has knelt, but not dropped his charge. 132 -> 198 next turn.

A smirk played on Xylo's face as Retsu spoke. Combative types were always a bit more palatable for the Mazoku. Politicians had too much slime between their teeth for his tastes. "Good to hear. I'd expect nothing less from an Arcosian as powerful as yourself." Retsu combated his feeble attackers away, even killing one with an energy beam. He moved and attacked with minimal effort; the mark of a truly powerful warrior. Even if Retsu was a weakling compared to Xylo, the Namekian still respected how well-trained the Emperor of Arcose was. As Retsu began to morph into his True Form, Xylo's smirk widened, morphing into a wicked grin. It had been ages since he'd tussled with an Arcosian. Back when he still fought for Kouda. That one was much weaker than Retsu, but even still he was a fearsome opponent. Luckily Xylo had been able to defeat that one before he'd reached his maximum power. "Well done. Honestly, you Arcosians are more surprising than the Saiyans. It's a wonder how Wyntre failed so miserably."It seemed now that any of the fighting spirit the mercenaries had held was ripped from them. The combined efforts of Xylo's stunning entrance and Retsu's awesome display of power had sapped any resistance from these thugs, and few of them stood their ground. While most bowed to Xylo, quite a few bowed to Retsu. They were divided, but it was in favor of the fin-headed fighter if only by a bit. Xylo sighed. Even with his foe at full fighting capacity, it seemed he was still uncontested in the grand scheme of things. He'd have this planet and its people soon enough. What interested him more now was Retsu's wishes. Destroying Vegeta wasn't exactly what Xylo had in mind, but he wasn't exactly against it. Perhaps an alliance was closer to fruition than the Mazoku had originally thought. "Sounds fine with me, so long as I get to conquer the rest of their worlds. Maybe when the time comes we'll sack Vegeta together."The Mazoku Lord relaxed his stance, his eyes turning to a strange alien who questioned the nature of the Sealed Ball. Xylo turned to it. The Ball was pulsating slowly and deliberately, as if it were testing the air to see how much Ki it could suck away. It seemed to be unimpressed. With a dark chuckle, Xylo turned back to the alien, his thumb pointing to the ball behind him. "If I had intended for it to blow up, I doubt I'd be standing here talking to you."Finally, he turned back to Retsu, his eyes brimming with excitement. "Come on then, Emperor. You've powered up; show me how the new leader of Arcose handles things."Xylo's Ki surged, his aura burning to life around him as he hovered across from the rival Emperor.

Cryo stood by waiting for the strange looking looking zoon to make his move. Unfortunately though, he wouldnt.
He lowered his hand and let the eneegy disapate from his finger tip. Turning to the larger powers of the two emperors, cryo watched as the arcosian emperor changed to his perfect form and raising his power exponentially.
Cryo looked over when abo said something about the glowing ball in the corner, and yet looked back at xylo as they continued their discussion about what they would do with the asteriod and the other planets within the galaxy. Cryo just stood by and listened..

Retsu rolled his shoulder. So rare was it for him to use this form, so much so that it felt wonderful to be free to use it. He sighed, looking to those around him that bowed, and to those that bowed to Xylo. He chuckled softly then turned to face Xylo. His cold demeanor was ever present, and yet there was a fire in his eyes. A lust for battle he hadn't had in a long time.
"I'll take that as high praise coming from another seat of power." He said. He rose a hand behind himself, Firing a nonchalant Ki-blast into the crowd that bowed to him. "I only ever use this form if I intend to fight seriously. Otherwise I shift into one of my other forms." His tail whipped about, the armor on it making it considerably heavier than the rest of his body.
As Xylo spoke of Vegeta, Retsu grinned. "If what you are proposing is what I think it is. Then I graciously accept." He'd offer a bow of respect to Xylo. "An Alliance between us could only bring about good things. I'd be glad to have your aid in destroying that filth ridden planet. And the rest of their planets would be yours for the taking. My only quarrel is with their home planet."
He turned his head to Abo as he spoke up, before looking towards the ball that Xylo had brought with him. It was so... boring and unassuming. Retsu honestly hadn't even noticed it until someone pointed it out. He blinked lightly wondering just what it was before shaking his head and returning his focus to Xylo.
Then came Xylo's challenge. Retsu turned to him and chuckled. "So be it. If I must show what I am worth then I shall. Perhaps I'll even show you an ancient emperor's technique."
Retsu lowered himself, bringing one foot behind the other, while holding out his hands to his side. He offered a smile before his aura whipped up around him. In an instance he shot towards Xylo, fists clenched as he lead with his right fist. To those around him weaker than Retsu it would appear almost as if he teleported due to his immense speed. He swung, aiming to thrust his hand forward and sock Xylo right in the face, though this was a farce, intended to miss, as he used the momentum of his fist to spin about into a tail whip. It was time to show the Namekian what Retsu was made of!

When the yellow alien asked about the strange orb in the corner, Xylo scoffed and seemed to dismiss the topic; it wasn't an unusual reaction for such a straightforward and brutally honest emperor, but… slightly of interest. Had Abo been smarter, perhaps he would've noticed the subtle evasiveness of Xylo's cold sarcasm in the interaction. But… He was really quite an idiot. Negotiations continued, much to the rage of some of the particularly drunken folks at the bar who were just now tuning in to the rather hard to ignore conversation. Retsu haughtily spoke of himself for a few more moments as Xylo seemed to size up the rest of the bar. Abo, meanwhile, had turned away from the arcosian emperor and narrowed his eyes suspiciously. For some reason, something about the asshole of an arcosian was drawing him in. The conquerers seemed to divide up the saiyan solar empire before the very watchful eyes of the countless crime networks housed on the asteroid. Xylo seemed to be too proud and certain of his power to care, and Retsu seemed to hold too little regard for any of the possible passerby's. Regardless of either of their opinions though, discussing such things in public, especially in front of conniving criminals, was a recipe for viral galactic news. Immediately, furious crime lords stormed off to their respective corners of the bar, whipping out communication devices and spitting furious whispers at their subordinates across the galaxy. Of course was no secret in the first place, but now there was no denying the outright aggression. Either the Mazoku or the Arcosians were about to take the Raiti Zacro Asteroid, and the saiyan solar empire's fatherland was next. Anxiety spread quickly throughout the weaker members crowd as Xylo spoke fondly of combat, beaconing the arcosian emperor to engage him. Skittish weaklings, slime balls and lower level grunts began to discreetly shuffle out of the cantina, meanwhile other more experienced fighters pushed their way in, having heard the news of a brawl going down. But the power of both emperors was still beyond any of the feeble nobodies rummaging around, and as the emperors began to spar with their eyes, the crowd parted to form an opening for their coming battle. Ships began to take off with urgency or with excitement, splintering off in pillars of light like chips of asteroid particle. Some larger shuttles even pulled out of the spaceport, hovering briefly above the ground before blasting off invisibly as well, all hoping to pull their stock from the failing crime planet before it went to shit. In any case, they were about to either have their men forcibly recruited by Xylo, or killed off by Retsu. Just as the tension was once more reaching a peak, Retsu carelessly fired off a ki blast into a crowd of his own newfound supporters, prompting a sudden backlash of rage. Many of the more placid men had been replaced by new, rowdier thugs of all shapes and sizes, and Retsu's fratricide was exactly what was needed to trigger a new explosion of combat. Immediately, the blast was deflected off by a tall man in the crowd, sending it hurtling towards the back of the bar like a frisbee. As the explosion from the ki blast rocked the bar slightly, a swarm of the men immediately pushed forwards from all sides. Retsu's own supporters, having seen their new hopeful employer turn against them, raged towards him furiously, throwing fists and pouncing on him. So much combat broke out through the cantina that there was no room for any placidity. All of the men who weren't looking to fight had two options: exit quickly, or get trampled by the mob of angry aliens. Abo was no exception, but the young half zoon-seijin still had his eyes set on one thing: the strange bomb that the yellow alien had shouted about earlier. When Retsu fired his careless ki blast at the men bowing to him… And it had been deflected, exploding in the back of the cantina. The bomb seemed to… It throbbed, slightly. As if it was drinking something in. Abo did in fact have enough energy gathered now in his twin backstars to cleanly obliterate the bomb, wether he was aware of this fact or not. And the almost organic nature of the bomb… The way to responded to energy like a plant to the sun… Had Abo had the ability to sense the life energy of living things… Had he been ever so slightly less stupid… Perhaps he would've realized that the bomb was in fact not a bomb, but an organic weapon that he had the power to destroy. But he was neither smart nor a master of strange mystical skills like ki sense. He was simply a very intent observer, who looked at things for a long time… And never did anything about them. As the crowds furiously rushed inwards and outwards, Abo followed the ones heading out. But instead of completely exiting the cantina, Abo merely hovered at the door. The mob had now reached a frenzy though. Almost all of the negotiable thugs had headed running for their ships when the riot broke out, so now the entire %#@& pit was filled with a brand of much more aggressive, bloodthirsty thugs. One after another, thugs took their shots at Retsu, swarming him and trampling each other in order to get their attacks in. Some of the more drunk ruffians also threw punches at Xylo, but far less potently than the truly furious crowd targeting Retsu. From the wall of the bar, Abo threw out both palms to either side, releasing his charging energy. Each hand clenched into a fist at a small angle to his body, and energy crackled to life, engulfing both of his bludgeons in crackling purple yellow energy. The twin backstair technique was being brought to full force. The hybrid grunted as he tossed both of the crackling energy orbs into the air, before grabbing them both back, combining them into one larger energy bomb, and sucker-hurling it full force towards the arcosian emperor in the center of the bar. With that, Abo grunted with adrenaline and quickly moved to duck outside the cantina, clenching his teeth in his massive fishlike mouth, hot sweat from the dense packing of thugs inside sticking to his bio armor. If all went well inside, the fish faced halfbreed would enter again in a moment, hoping to find a new advantage. He wasn't quite sure why he… Why he had wasted all that energy on an useless attack. It was obvious that the emperor would be powerful enough to take it, and it wasn't like he was making much of a stand. Something about the mentality of the mob… Something inside Abo inherently made him act as a tool of whatever system he was a part of; he was really the perfect thug.
Retsu's blast at the crowd triggers a raging riot in the cantina! Abo throws a sucker punch blast from the crowd: [UP2] Twin Eraser Blackstar for 1548 PL! Abo attempts to duck outside of the bar, aiming to realign himself.

"You Arcosians are so prideful about your shapeshifting. Maybe that was why your planet got sacked. If you'd been more willing to use the full extent of your power, perhaps the giant tree wouldn't have sprouted."Retsu finally decided to make a move. He rushed forwards, his speed painfully sluggish in Xylo's eyes. He'd forgotten how high in the rungs he'd gotten, it seemed. Fights like these, where the fight was decided before it began, used to be so rare in Xylo's line of work. The Arcosian Emperor thrust his fist forward, but whiffed intentionally. Xylo made no move to counter the incoming tail, allowing it to smack him in the face cleanly. His head jerked back from the force, and one of the spikes in Retsu's tail cut through his cheek, but he was fairly unharmed. His hand quickly shot up, attempting to grab Retsu's tail firmly. If he caught it, he'd swing the Emperor above his head, before flinging him into Abo! "You were right, Retsu. My power level truly is staggering!"He chuckled to himself, before noticing the new uprise in commotion. A fresh set of faces had begun to rile up the bar, with some of them going towards Retsu. The futility in their assaults were somewhat comical, but the few who tried attacking Xylo made the Namekian laugh out loud. "This is what I was hoping for! The fearless ones are always the best!"The Mazoku Lord batted away every attack that came from the bar patrons with ease. It was less a combat scenario, and more a test in keeping himself from growing bored. With every block or dodge, he'd toss a quick jab or kick to the mercenary in question. He made explicitly sure not to pour in enough power for a kill-shot on any of them. He didn't want to kill his soldiers, after all.

Cryo stood to the side as the bar erupts into the loud commotion. People were running from the place as emperor Retsu transformed. Others tried to attwck him. Cryo though to himself, considering them all idiots to even challenge someone of the two emperors stature.
And thrn there was abo. Seeming to attempt to start a brawl by blasting the crowd of people. Then cryo noticed something. When abo blasted the crowd. The ball in the corner seemed to fluctuate, as if it was doing something. That seemed weird cryo thought to himself.
One thing though as he seen abo take off and run towards the door of the cantina, cryo darted off towards him. As thhe crowd within the bar continued to spark up and fight amongst eat other, towards the emperors, and even towards himself.
Chair and tables went flying. Weapons of all sorts started to be used amongst the savages. Cryo used his arms to block and try to guard himself heading towards the door, but his way was blocked. As the crowd blocked him, cryo used simple ki blast against the most of the ones infront of him. Once the few were dispersed, abo had done nearly made it out the door.
Cryo turned towards the center of attention, where the crowd was attacking the emperors, as themselves fought. Cryo watched as emperor retsu attacked, but unfortunately did very limited damage to Lord xylo. Cryo was now just a bystander watching the colossus battle between the two.

"You'd be surprised actually. Most Arcosians jump straight to their final form when threatened. I prefer to test myself by gradually unleashing more of my power. Right now however is the proper time for full power. You wanted a fight and I'm going to give it to you!"
Upon his tail connecting Retsu smiled, he had actually scored at hit! Not something he had been expecting. Only for Xylo to take hold of his tail. Retsu blinked as he was suddenly spun about and thrown towards Abo. Some where in the flight tim to Abo he thought to himself.
'I am beginning to see a pattern with my tail....' He thought to himself, before he stopped himself just before Abo. He stared down at the alien, as he fired his attack, which just harmlessly hit retsu square in the chest. Retsu frowned, Unimpressed before he turned. As the crowd came at him he got to dodging lazily. They were all so weak. He sighed and would continue dodging as he thought about his next move, before snapping.
He'd blast the people around him with Ki-blasts here and there before lifting into the air. "Allow me to demonstrate a special technique of the Arcosian People." He rose a hand. "Its specifically built to destroy planets. It feeds of negative emotions and turns it into raw power."
His body began to crackle with a purple energy that traveled upwards towards his finger. A black sphere of Ki began to swirl into existence growing larger with each moment. dark blues and purples swirled about in the dark Ki ball before he smiled.
"Have a taste of the Death Ball!" He shouted before thrusting his hand downward at Xylo. The Ball would rush towards the Namekian at high speeds.
[0/3] KP Retsu has thrown the [Special] Death Ball at Xylo at a 150% charge!
