[Tyranno's Current Power Level = 400]
"I am the man! I am the champion of champions! I am the slayer of hideous beasts that lurk in the night! There is no one that can stop the tyrannous Tyranno Rex!” A dark skinned man with a large atletic body build in a gray hoodie, gray sweatpants and gray sneakers shouted as he walked through the stone path of one of the many parks of Pax City, a large settlement with many suburban neighborhoods near the edges and large company buildings near the center. Stadiums, parks, schools and shopping centers were scattered around as well. The man didn’t have his hood on, so people could see his bald head and dark brown eyes, as well as the smug smile on his face.
“That is right folks! The greatest fighter that the earth has ever known is here in Pax, and he is ready to take on the weak man that has been chosen as champion! He will showcase his fierce power at Storm Bowl stadium in the next few days and tear him apart!” shouted Maxxie, who floating in circles around the boxer, trying to hype up the people of the park as well. She wore her usual outfit; a blue sweater with a zipper, black bike shorts, white socks with brown stripes at the top, and black sneakers. Her hair was in braids like usual as well.
There were many people at this park, as it was just past noon and the sun was shining brightly. The children were playing along the grassy field surrounding the stone path and on the trees that dotted it, while the adults were either sitting down on any of the many benches, walking their dogs, playing with their children, etc. Some walked towards Tyranno and Maxxie to see if this martial arts fighter was the real thing, the real man that went city to city, effortlessly taking out the head fighters and moving along like it was nothing.
“Is it really you mister? Oh wow!” a boy who was in front of the duo on the stone path walked towards them in excitement, holding out a notebook and a pen (as if all children walked around hoping their idols would be near, carrying a paper with them). Maxxie quickly descended to the ground between the child and Tyranno however, holding both of her hands up towards the young one as if to halt him.
“Stop right there little man! Tyranno here only gives out his autograph at the event! Tell your parents to take you if you really want it. Tickets aren’t even that expensive,” the woman told him, truly acting as this legendary fighter’s agent. She looked back at him and he smiled and put his thumbs up in approval. Rako Z. Hofferson

Rako ran straight down the field dribbling the ball with his feet down to the goal. The goalie kept intense eyes locked on Rako, scanning every move he made. It was obvious this human was trying to breakdown any patterns that Rako had when trying to score a goal as the Saiyan was the reason why his team was losing by over twenty points. But the Saiyan was not having it. So he switched it up. Quickly he made a sharp spin to the side bringing the ball with him causing a defending player to get mixed up. He then moved on to the next who he faked as if he was heading to the left, then the right and then finally went left as he kicked the ball right through the player's legs. Finally he reached the goal where the goalie stood 'ready' for him. Smirking, the saiyan acted as if he was kicking into the left side of the goal when in reality he was kicking into the right as the side of his foot sent the ball slowly spinning into the goal. Unfortunately the goalie had leaped the other way, falling for Rako's trick. Welp, this was quite embarrassing. For the goalie, of course. The goalie's body hit the ground with a thud as Rako and his team celebrated their victory of their adversaries. It was a small win in an unofficial "just for fun" game in the park, sure, put a victory is a victory. Plus, it was all in good fun after all. Suddenly, everyone stopped cheering as they saw a huge dark-skinned man walking down the path. Who was he? Then all the shock turned into excitement as every single person on the field rushed over to see the man. "WHOA!! IT'S TYRANNO!!", a blonde haired boy said. "Awesooommeeee!!!!", another boy said, his eyes also overfilled with joy. Rako on the other hand was still standing there scratching his scalp for a number of reasons. First, why were they praising someone so weak? Even the girl was stronger than him, anyone with true fighting skill could tell. Or maybe, he was hiding his true power. If he was, Rako decided he was going to go test out this power for himself. Without hesitation or second thought, the warrior made his way to the small black park gate that only reached his waist and hopped over it, heading towards the man. Suddenly the brown-haired lady got in his way, telling him that he needed a ticket in order to get an autograph. The Saiyan laughed. "I don't want his autograph! I want to see how strong he is!", he said. He then entered a fighting stance, facing Tyranno. Smirking, he spoke to the giant. "Come on then! Let's see what the champion of champions can do!"

As Maxxie continued to stop fans from trying to get Tyranno’s autograph, one individual who walked up in front of them and denied didn’t actually want one. Instead, he wanted to see if this Tyranno was as strong as he and Maxxie said he was. While it was true that the large man was a great martial artists in terms of Earth standards, the woman knew that there were always warriors on the planet that were stronger than average, her being one of them, but there were still those even stronger than her. The tournaments that Tyranno competed in almost guaranteed that he would go up against people that were equal to him, but fighting random people in a park was not a good idea for his body or his reputation. Maxxie knew this much, so she had to do whatever she could to stop him from fighting this challenger, which would be hard knowing her buddy that always wanted to test himself. Up until now he just got lucky, but his luck has possibly ran out. A loss at this moment would make him a laughing stock. She stopped the stranger from getting any further, keeping herself in-between the two. She had her arms folded against her chest, and a look of seriousness on her face.
“His fight is only in a few days sir. If you want to see him fight, you will have to buhy a ticket,” she said sternly. Tyranno walked up to her and put his right hand on her left shoulder.
“It is alright Maxxie. I am sure my crowd would want to see an exhibition match! I can’t leave them without at least a sneak peak of my ferocious power!” he shouted, the fans around them getting hyped in response. This was very bad for Maxxie. She turned around and now put both of her hands on his shoulders.
“Listen dude, we can’t take any chances. I am sure you know how power level works by now. There are some that are oddly even more powerful than most martial arts professionals. You need to train more before accepting any random challenge,” she explained to him in a whisper, not telling him that she was also one of those oddities. He seemed upset.
“But… If I don’t accept his challenge now, everyone will think I am a coward and no one will go to the match,” he whispered back.
“This is a very very small portion of your fans Tyranno. We can go elsewhere,” she responded, though that probably wouldn’t be true for long, as people were loading up the video cameras on their phones. At this rate, his failure to accept a challenge would be all over the web. Something had to happen fast.

Rako's smirk slowly became a straight face indicating boredom as the two spoke to one another. This boredom then turned into dissatisfaction, his face now becoming a frown. What were they whispering and what in the world was taking them so long to decide on the Saiyan's challenge. After a while, he just reverted to an idol position, placing his hands on his hips and tapping his foot. "You guys talk a whole lot...all I did was challenge you."The boy then raised a pinky and stuck it up his nose as the pair continued to discuss. Pulling out a booger, he flicked it onto the ground. Finally they both stopped talking. "You guys done talking now? Can I please fight somebody?", the Saiyan said with a bit of annoyance in his voice. "You know what, how about I just take you on instead?", he said, pointing to the woman. He began to smirk once more. She was stronger than this Tyranno person. Much stronger. Plus, by now, Rako had caught on to what was going on so he decided he'd spare Tyranno's reputation. "I'm sure a champion like Tyranno here can handle himself if anything were to happen. You seem to be his bodyguard, so...", he then got into a fighting stance once more, raising one fist near his face, the other near the bottom of his chest as he turned sideways and positioned his feet accordingly, bending his knees in the process. "You've gotta be strong too right? Come on, show me what you got!"A mumble rose among the surrounding crowd, discussing the new challenge. Surprisingly, the people did not budge and still held their cameras out, pointed at the trio. It seemed that they wanted a fight whether or not it included Tyranno. The Saiyan ignored them however and was instead more focused on the woman's response to his request to battle.

“Would it hurt you to be a little patient, guy? A chat between friends is best uninterrupted,” Tyranno attempted to get the stranger to shut it after he complained about them taking too long, then chose Maxxie to fight instead, getting into a fighting position as if she already accepted. The crowd seemed to be excited for this turn of events as well. As long as they got to see a fight, Maxxie thought. “I don’t mind this going down, but do you want to go for this nut case Max? He is rude,” the large man added, looking at his friend/temporary agent with a concerned look. Maxxie was also concerned, because she would rather promote her pal than take on the challenge of someone she never met. However, with the people of the park getting so excited, and this impatient man desperately wanting a brawl, she had no choice. The woman looked directly into her challengers eyes and smiled.
“Fine, if you want to duke it out with me, then we can do just that, but I would rather move closer to the lake first. There are too many trees in the way,” Maxxie answered, and the crowd got even more excited, as various murmurs could be heard around them. Tyranno decided to be content with his friend’s answer, smiling as well and getting in the mood to watch a possibly exciting challenge. He had only ever seen the female practice fight in the martial arts gym he went to. She went there every now and then to stay in shape, nothing more. They chatted a few times, which turned into a friendship. A few months later, and she is stepping in for his agent that was sick all week.
Maxxie would walk from their current location to the front of the lake, which was just open grassland, along with a few benches that didn’t seem like they would get in the way much. Hopefully the challenger followed her. The crowd sure did, along with Tyranno, who decided to blend in with them now, even taking his video camera out as well.
“You can take the first shot if you wish,” Maxxie would say to her opponent, if he was present. She didn’t get into a fighting position, her hands now down and to her sides, as she felt that she didn’t need one to help her. She would block when she needed to block, dodge when she needed to dodge, punch when she needed to punch, etc. Her reflexes were great that way.

Rako grinned as he slammed a clenched fist into his open palm in excitement after hearing that the girl would accept his challenge. "All right! This is going to be fun!" The Saiyan was pumped at this point. Though he had tried to get rid of his Saiyan heritage due to the shameful events of the Invasion, it seemed like no matter what, pride and a natural never-ending hunger and thirst for a good fight would always be there. Always. When the lady asked for them to move elsewhere due to the abundance of trees, Rako accepted her request without a second thought. Casually following her along with the 'Champion' Tyranno and the frantic crowd, a large grin crept across his face when they finally arrived at the battlefield. He actually liked this open space better than anything else. This was probably due to previous experiences he'd had. Way back when the Saiyan was a fully active member of the SSE, far before the invasion when the alien race was still into conquering random planets and clearing them of life, the Saiyan had many encounters with warriors desperate to keep their people alive and well with a home to return to, whom of which he had to fight in order to complete his mission. So, he had fought in forest-like environments before but he always liked open areas more. But enough about the past. The Saiyan was excited about the now. Immediately he got into a more formal fighting stance, raising a fist up near the bottom of his chin, the other lower near the bottom of his chest, as his head faced forward but his body was sideways. "Alright! Let's get this going!", he said as the crowd began to increase in volume. He waited for the woman to assume her fighting stance but she didn't. Did she have no fighting stance? Did she not know how to fight? What was she doing? Rako figured she probably had something in store for him. So, he increased his focus. He wouldn't want to be caught off guard. She had given him permission to make the first move so that's exactly what he did. Rushing at her full speed, he cocked a fist back, grunting as he shot his arm outwards but stopped just before he reached her face. Hopefully this would cause her to raise her hands and defend her face. If that's what she did, the Saiyan would then quickly follow up with a surprise spin kick right to her torso, aiming to cause her to move a few centimeters over sideways. A feint into an actual attack was the first strategy that popped into the Saiyan's mind. He had a feeling that this lady had more skill than she was letting on.
The fight is underway! Rako goes for a fake punch! Trying to get her to leave her torso open for a kick! KP: 3/3Maxxie Everstone

The fight began. As Maxxie insisted, her opponent took the first action, running towards her with incredible speed. She was still able to read his movements however, which would most likely allow her to dodge his first attack. He cocked his left arm back, then seemed to launch it right at the female's face. She put her forearms up to protect her face, but that was the trick. The man stopped the fist before it landed, then launched a spin kick with his right leg. She wouldn't have been able to dodge it since she fell for his trick, with regular means that is. Instinctually, Maxxie's body seemed to fade away as the kick went through her. What her opponent would soon learn is that he actually hit an afterimage. Her real body would actually be behind him, running towards him. Once she was close enough, Maxxie jumped in the air and launched a double front kick that was aimed right in the middle of his back. If successful, then he would be pushed violently forward, possibly even falling and rolling a few feet.
So far, Maxxie wasn't doing to well. Not in the fight, but trying to keep a hold on her powers. Tyranno didn't know that she was stronger than her, and she hoped to keep it that way as to boost his confidence. She suspected that no one wanted an agent that won their battles for them after all, yet already she was pulling off techniques that no average human would learn in their lifetime.
[KP = 2/3. Afterimage used! Check the journal below for information on it. Also, I hope you don't mind that I added in a few details of your attack in order to help me visualize. I added that Rako used his left hand for the fake hit and his right leg for the spin kick. It doesn't affect anything, so I figured it was ok.]

The boy snapped into realization as his target faded away as if they were some kind of ghost. She wasn't really there! She had moved somewhere else in order to dodge his move. This could be trouble. Thinking quickly he remembered he could sense her, and that's what he did as he felt her power moving closer towards his back. She was good at this! But Rako knew exactly what to do. Hopping back, he dropped onto his hands which were near his ears as his legs had been bent in a fashion where his knees touched his chest, dodging her move. As she flew over him, he'd spring right back up in one swift motion by pushing off the ground with his hands and extending his arms whilst yanking his feet forward, causing him to hop to his feet. Looking in the woman's direction once more, he decided to take a different approach. Charging ki blasts in both his hands, a grin crept across the Saiyan's face. Rako had decided to charge straight at Maxxie once again with yet another fake out leading to an attack except this time, it'd be a bit more...energized. Lifting his feet of the ground, Rako sped directly at his opponent like a bullet before jerking upward at the last minute, launching into the sky. "Try this!", he shouted before launching a barrage of basic ki blasts down around the human, grunting with each thrust of his hand, as he attempted to cause the dust to rise in an effort to create something similar to a smokescreen. 'Alright then...here we go!', the boy thought to himself as he opened his right palm and charged a kiai attack, eventually releasing it straight at the smoke where hopefully his opponent still laid. If the invisible blast had his the woman, he'd chuckle a bit before complimenting her on how she was better than he thought she'd be. This was certainly the most fun he'd had on Earth in quite a while. There was the Android thing and the Skullbane Tribe but besides those two incidents, he was pretty much a bored wanderer on this blue and green planet. So, naturally, he was pretty damn psyched right now and was in love with this fight right now! This was so exciting!
Rako tries to create a smokescreen and then launches a Gale Force Strike [N1]! 1,155 PL heading straight at Maxxie! KP: 2/3 1 KP Used! Maxxie Everstone

Maxxie's opponent cleverly hopped back and landed on his hands, bending just enough for the female to fly right past him. As soon as she landed on the floor however, Maxxie already knew to turn right away, so she could see what the man was up to. He stood up from his previous position and began to run towards her, jumping up when he got close and throwing numerous ki blasts at her. She deflected the ones that were aimed directly at her, but it seemed that Maxxie's enemy's plan wasn't to hit her with them. Dust began to cover her area, so she had no idea where the next attack was coming from. She jumped back a few times just to be safe, but her doing that did not help, as the last blast came right in front of her. It impacted against her, the blast of ki-infused wind hurling her out of the smoke. She flipped across the ground, finally coming to a halt.
Maxxie now laid with her back to the ground, in pain. She was able to sit up, but trying to stand up caused her pain, so she decided to just chill there for a second, hoping that her opponent was lenient.
"Hey, just give me a bit to recover, yea? Honor and all that stuff!" Maxxie shouted.
------------
Yo, so I assumed that when you jumped up into the air, you came right back down when the smoke cleared, thus the blast being launched directly forward. You never specified if you stayed in the air or not.

Rako watched on, his arm still extended outwards, as his Kiai attack slammed into his female adversary. It seemed that his plan had indeed been a success! However, perhaps he had put too much into the attack seeing as to how the woman was now laying on her back after his attack, unable to stand. On the bright side, it showed Rako that he indeed still had the battle spirit and combat capability within him to hold his own in a fight, though this opponent was weaker than him. But, apparently, he had wrapped this up pretty quickly unfortunately. Too quickly. Crossing his arms, began to descend from his air-bound position. "Hey...what's the matter? Too hungry to move?", the chocolate-colored Saiyan said with a concerned tone, as he tilted his head to the left and raised his right brow. Thankfully, her voice had indeed reached his ears, indicating that she was indeed fine. "Hey, just give me a bit to recover, yea? Honor and all that stuff!", she said to him. The Saiyan chuckled, the bottom of his feet finally meeting the ground once again as he finished descending. "Don't worry! I wasn't gonna attack you while you were down!" His light smile turned into a happy grin as these words escaped his lips. "What would be the fun in that, eh?"The tail-less Saiyan crossed his left leg behind his right, placing both hands behind his head, locking his fingers. He was pretty anxious to continue but thought that taking such a position could help him chill a bit. But it didn't do all that much. Eventually, the question he wanted to ask ever so badly just escaped his mouth. "Could ya hurry and recover though? I kinda wanna get back to our fight, y'know?" As disrespectful as rushing the girl may have been, he did it anyway. He just couldn't help himself. Hopefully he'd drop that habit soon. Then again, the crowd was growing quite anxious themselves, and they weren't even in the fight. Though it had only been mere seconds since the woman had announced that she was recovering, so neither Rako nor the crowd should've been in such a rush. It was as if Rako was not the only Saiyan there or something.
Rako waits for a couple of seconds and grows impatient quickly, rushing Maxxie to recover. Rude. KP : 3/3 No Technique used. Maxxie Everstone

At first the enemy, descending from his spot in the air and landing a few feet in front of Maxxie, seemed like he was fine with Maxxie resting for a bit. She smiled.
"Alright, cool! So you aren't a savage and do have rules that you adhere to, in order to have an interesting fight I suppose, but that is still very moral of you!" the woman complimented him while she sat down with her legs folded and her hands on her knees. However, after a bit, the man grew impatient, as well as the crowd. She still kept a smile on her face.
"Don't rush me please. I will get up when I can, but you aren't exactly a weakling you know? The second I try to move, it hurts. I could probably fight while under the pain, but I don't feel like it. Besides, this is the perfect chance for us to get to know each other! Maxxie Everstone, at your service!" she introduced herself, holding her right hand outwards towards the martial artist, hoping for a hand shake. She was worried that with his impatience, he would take that hand and yank her to her feet, but only a bit. It would be really rude, and she didn't believe that this person was the type to do that, since he didn't attack her when she was down after all.
"What? Don't get friendly with the enemy Maxxie! He will use that to his advantage! I had the same problem earlier in my career!" Tyranno shouted from the crowd, concerned for his friend.
"Don't worry bro! I know what I am doing!" the warrior shouted back, looking at him. He looked frustrated with her, but accepted that she had her own methods, slowly forming a smile on his face.
"Uh, alright then, but you better win!" he replied, letting her get back to her chat. Maxxie now turned her head back and gazed into her enemy's eyes. If he did try something at this moment, she still had some tricks up her sleeve. She didn't know a lot of different techniques, but surely enough to get out of whatever occurred next.

The Saiyan paused for a second as the woman offered an open hand to the chocolate-skinned male. Was she really trusting him so quickly? Did she forget that they were in a middle of a fight? What if Rako were to take her hand and put her in some kind of submission hold or something? Or perhaps she had thought of that and just trusted him because of his recent actions of allowing her to recover. Well, she wasn't wrong if she believed he was not going to harm her as he touched her hand with his own and gripped it firmly, shaking it in the process. "Nice to meet ya Maxxie! My name's Rako, Rako Z. Hofferson!", he said, a bright grin spanning his face. "Sorry for rushing you by the way! I just love to fight, y'know?", the tail-less Saiyan said as subtle chuckles escaped his mouth implying awkwardness. He didn't really mean to rush her, it was just a natural thing that just, well, happened. "But uh, yeah." The Saiyan then plopped down on the grass in front of Maxxie, crossing his legs criss-cross applesauce and crossing his arms too. "So maybe I put a bit too much into that last attack, huh? My bad about that. I totally forgot that your energy signature is a bit below my own., he said calmly. Looking over to Tyranno he stared at him for two seconds and then turned back to the woman, raising his right palm to face Tyranno as it covered the sight of his lips. I guess it's a good thing I didn't fight that Tyranno guy here, huh? He's waaaaaaay weaker than the both of us!", the Hofferson whispered as he proceeded to chortle quietly, thinking of the 'Champion' as some kind of joke for his amusement. Suddenly, Tyranno himself shouted to Maxxie not to get friendly with the enemy which was the Saiyan. The woman replied that she knew what she was doing. Her saying this actually caused Rako to second guess a little bit about whether or not she herself was actually trustworthy. So she was planning something else? But, that wasn't Rako's major worry right now. At this point, only time could tell what was bound to happen next. However, he was still itching to fight, so, once again he asked the woman "Are you ready now so we can get back to fighting?", the Saiyan questioned. "I just want to know so I can start fighting you fair and square. You don't plan to pull anything dirty while my guard is a bit down, right?"

Maxxie appreciated the fact that her opponent accepted her handshake. Even though they were locked in combat with each other, it didn't mean that they had to stay aggressive in her opinion. She knew that this wasn't a fight to the death or anything just as dire, so the woman felt as though there was no need to carry things out traditionally.
"Nice to meet you as well Rako!" Maxxie replied, putting her arms back on top of her knees and keeping her smile up. "No problem. I would hate if you held anything back from me. How else would I get stronger?" the warrior said in response to the man thinking that he put too much into his last attack. This was the first time in a long time that Maxxie entered combat with someone better than her, and it was a good feeling as well, albeit a painful one. Just as she wondered how stronger he would get, Rako whispered to her, commenting that him ending up fighter her was better than having tangled with Tyranno, seeing as the champion was much weaker compared to either of them.
"I suppose so. Tyranno is good at fighting those in his bracket, but it is best if he didn't have to deal with the likes of us. He isn't ready yet," she whispered back. The young lady respected her friend, enough to make sure that he didn't get roughed up unnecessarily. While she did just go on about how it was important to take on people stronger than yourself, Maxxie also realized that it was about moderating, taking on someone slightly above you rather than someone who could knock you out in a single blow. One wouldn't learn anything if the battle didn't last long enough.
"Since you are so enthusiastic about this match, Yes, I suppose we can start again now. And no, I don't pull dirty tricks, unless this was a battle for my life," Maxxie answered questions that the enemy asked, trying not to make him grow any more impatient. "You can make the first move, again. I will just be sitting here until something happens," she added.
