I WILL SHUT THE WORLD AWAY It felt strange to reach out to people. Especially when Durian knew that she hadn’t been the most approachable person upon first meeting. She had sent out a few of these telepathic messages to people across the plantes. Marcel, Raisu, Callion, Kazar... People she had met and who had shown her kindness while she merely spit upon them.
For those of you who don’t know my voice, it’s Durian. I realize that I may have not been the most pleasant person in your past, but I wish to make amends and possibly make up for past behavior. If you would be interested in meeting somewhere I can come to you. I apologize if this is unwarranted or intrusive.
And that was that. She wasn’t sure how to seem sincere and inviting. Durian was trying but that didn’t mean it looked that way. She knew how she could act. The fury she had thrust Levlidian into multiple times. But she would send the message anyway. This time to Kazar. Listening for any answer, staying focused about the ki signature that she could just barely make out on earth. It was taxing. To remain focused upon him... but would he answer her?
Eventually yes. They made brief plans to meet in the desert where she first met him. Her heart tightened at the thought of what might meet her there. He had tried so hard to convince her that saiyans weren’t as horrible as she imagined. Tried to sway her from her hate, and she had turned a cold shoulder and mocked him. Hell, she even tried to kill him. Would now be when he retaliated? While Durian had lost much of her hate, that didn’t mean she lost her fear. Deciding not to make Lev drop her off, Durian set off on her own.
Walking down the mountain, taking her time in her efforts. She’d meet him in the desert, he had said so. Now all she had to do was get there. The trip took a bit longer than she expected. Avoiding some higher power levels and staying out of immediate danger. That only went half as well as she planned, a creature or two holding back her advance until she plowed through. Gaining a few tears to her jacket and a lost glove.
But eventually she would see the ship. Into the sands of the desert, it had already begun to grow gold. That was the curse of such a wasteland. In the day, blistering heat. In the night, frozen tundra.
Kazar... I’m here.
She’d call to him and be invited in. They caught up briefly, not much was said. But due to the late timing the hybrid offered her a room for the night. He was tired and so was she. Durian accepted without hesitance. He had opened his ship to her before. He had let her leave without tracking her down. When he opened his ship to her again and welcomed her back into his life even when all she had repeated was that she wanted him dead again... yet he still let her come and offered a smile.
Nestled into the guest room of yet another unknown ship, the kagami slept soundly. There had been some worry in the room briefly in the night. She wondered if Kazar might change his mind and come for her. Or maybe the saiyans he had attacked when she was here he might hand her over to. But... she was here for amends. She couldn’t freak out. And the exhaustion easily overpowered her mental status into slumber.
Beneath blankets on his ship, the woman was unmasked, ungloved, and had her jacket and shirt removed. Bandages wrapped tightly around the woman’s figure, these wrapping above her chest and reaching to her pant line. Underwear covered her ass, but her pants lay folded with her jacket and shirt, her shoes and other accessories placed neatly beside them. The warmth of the bed and solitude of the room eased the woman into slumber and she stayed there until morning. Her internal clocked stirred her briefly, but she didn’t completely awaken. The kagami fast asleep upon the hybrid’s vessel.

Thread pl: 150,541 (Private thread with Durian. Her post was planned out in skype, any actions she proposed about Kazar and what he'd say, do, etc is accepted by me and planned to happen. So please, don't blow a fuse over that. Thank you! ^^)
Sitting on his computer chair, typing, searching, researching...Doing homework. Now, this isn't the first thing you'd expect him to be doing. You might think he'd be training, fixing the ship, eating, relaxing, more training, and yes a lot of sleeping. However, after returning to the living world again he came to a realization. If he was to have met his Mother in the otherworld. The first thing she'd say is 'Did you keep up on your school work?! What's your grades?! Did you get into that school you wanted?!' and in the most disappointed way he could ever say it. He'd likely say 'Doesn't look like it.' Enough of that however, back to the main plot. He was doing homework because he's been lacking a good, give or take 7 years or so of no school? Which means, he's about as smart as he is at cleaning his room. Which isn't very good. Because of this, he paid a local college in South City for personal college lessons so he won't have to actually go to college. As of the moment he's working, or trying to work, on World History and about 20 pages of a Algebra I workbook. Kazar, being the silly young man he is, chose World History first because it seemed easier. And boy was he wrong.
Constantly looking threw Chapter 294 in section 1-6, he was having a nightmare. All he had to find was one last answer, when did the Saiyan Invas- Wait hold up, what? Blinking a few times he looks at his paper again, re-reading the question. ^Before Virtual Poi became Premier of Earth, when did the Saiyan Invasion take place and why did it happen?^ Being puzzled he sat there for a while. Earth was invaded by the SSE? Checking the date of when this happen, it wasn't all to long ago. Was he 6 years old when this happen? Or perhaps 16? Doesn't matter, it happen while he was present on Earth. Looking back at it though, back then he hardly cared for what happen at this time. As he really only cared about training to a point where he could kill the assassin who murdered his parents.
Continuing his research, he finds out very little information. Considering his ship only has a limited databank on Earths history, it can only do so much. ^Saiyans attacked planet Earth! The SSE waged war onto Earth and man-kind in attempt to take us over! However, thanks to Earths mightiest heroes. The Earth became safe once more as they defeated the invasion! Thousands were killed, and hundreds of villages were destroyed. Hard losses, but not enough to hamper our heroes of Earth!-^ Mightiest heroes huh? He was about to go and look up 'Earths mightiest heroes', that is, until a sudden headache rushed him. The pain irritated him, it was almost like being slammed upside the back of your head by a metal baseball bat! Well, that's what it would've felt like if he was a lot weaker. Controlling himself, he holds his head trying to focus. He did feel a connection to somebody, and even with his lack of knowledge regarding telepathic communication. He knows it's a technique, as it was used by his friend Raisu and on one occasion by Phae. Focusing on the origin of the telepathic connection, he heard a very familiar voice run threw his head.
For those of you who don't know my voice, it's Durian. I realize that I may have not been the most pleasant person in your past, but I wish to make amends and possibly make up for past behavior. If you would be interested in meeting somewhere I can come to you. I apologize if this is unwarranted or intrusive.
Listening to her, he talked back in his head. Hoping she could hear his thoughts, he told her she could come back to his ship if she wants to. If she's willing to make amends and make up for 'bad' times, he's all but willing with open arms for her to walk upon his ship once more. After a long while of waiting, she would arrive at his ship. Dropping the ramp below the ship, he'd come down to greet her with a smile!
"Hey Durian! Nice to see you! Heh, man you had it rough on your way here huh? Here, come inside so you don't freeze to death. I heard deserts are as bad or worse then Mount Frappe, and trust me I've been there plenty of times to know it's cold!"
With a friendly smile, he'd do a little bow to let her pass on by into his ship. When she would enter, he'd let the ramp lift back up and close sealing the ships exit. Everything seemed the same, the only difference is that the inside of the ship seemed a lot cleaner, less dusty, lights worked more properly, and the generators in the back of the ship got tuned up. As he walked down the hallways, he'd walk over to where his guest bedroom is. Offering her his guest room for the night, seeing as it'd be cruel to make her sleep on the couch, the floor, or anywhere cold, dark, and uncomfortable. As he walked into the guest room, he turned on the heat ventilation to keep the room nice and warm.
Straightening the covers, he had to bend over a bit just to reach the other side of the bed as its side was against the wall. As he did so, it became bluntly noticeable that his wounds still hasn't fully healed. Not wearing a shirt, pretty much topless, all his bandage wraps and cotton was still on his most vital wounds. The rest, cuts and bruises, was merely taken care of by small band aids. Looking at her, he'd smile and lightly chuckle. Thanking her for tending to his wounds in his sleep. Getting up, he gently yawns with a long stretch of his arms into the air. He'd tell her if she needed anything, food, something to drink, music, or even a television to watch he'd go do it for her. Though he's never set up a television before, he'd likely blow a fuse somehow and it'd blow up in his face.
"Here, I can let you sleep in my guest bedroom for now. It isn't quite the best, but it does have a nice comfy bed and heat ventilation to keep you warm. (In the room) Ah, here we go. Sorry if it's a little messy, I've never had guests sleep over before. Here, let me get the bed set-up for you. Heh...Durian? If you need anything just give me a call, something to eat, drink, whatever doesn't entirely matter. The bathroom is over there, the drawers are over there so you can fix your clothes or even trade into something new. I'll see you in the morning then!"
Walking out of the room, he'd almost shut the door so the impression that he'd lock it wouldn't be there. Walking away from 'her room' as he'll call it for the night, he goes back to his own bedroom to continue studying. .................BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEE-. Lazily, an arm popped from under a cover to turn the alarm off. Yawning, he raises out of his covers still not wearing a shirt, but wearing some jeans. He's never tried jeans before, he might just make this his choice of clothes to wear when he's in his ship. It's not to uncomfortable, he's still getting used to the buttoning up and the zipper. Other then that, and the lack of mobility is his legs, it doesn't really bother him.
Getting up from his bed, he slowly walks to the kitchen to make breakfast. With almost little to no food, and obviously the out-dated food that sat around for a month already thrown out. He had little to work with. Making a mini-sized breakfast, small pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuits and a bit of gravy, then a nice cup of orange juice. He made two plates, one for him and one for her. Taking her plate and his in separate hands, he walks out of the kitchen and gently into her room. Scooting the door open with his right leg as his hands are full, he walks in and puts her plate of food on the small bedside table that sat next to her bed. Placing his near the door ontop of the dresser, he'd gently sit down on the edge of the bed where her feet are.
Now obviously she's damn well near naked under those covers, but as of the moment he doesn't know this quite yet. Taking a hand, he lightly nudges her leg a bit to try and wake her up. With a tired, yet soothing voice he spoke out to her to try and wake her up. If she were to wake up, he'd be sitting on the end of the bed looking at her with a tired smile. Speaking to her, he tells her good morning and how was her night? Talking again after she'd supposedly answer, he tells her he made her breakfast and that it was sitting on the little bedside table next to her. He'd sort of sit there and wait on her for a little bit, give her time to adjust, wake up, reply, and hopefully eat. Surprisingly, he'd apologize to her.
"Hey Durian, c'mon wake up. Must've been a while since you slept in a bed hm? You fell asleep like a rock. Heh, anyways. I made you some breakfast, it's uh, sitting on the table next to your bed. So um, Durian? I have something to tell you. I'm sorry. Sorry for the events from a week or so ago. Our arguing, getting you mad, and well..Everything. I was meaning to tell you this yesterday, but I figured you were to tired anyways so I'd just tell you today after letting you get some sleep."
Shrugging a little bit, he'd feel a bit awkward. He has no idea how she might reply, if she still hates him, if she still wants him DEAD for that matter. But like the helpless romantic he is, he can't think such things about her. Making amends for unpleasant miss happenings in the past? It hardly seems like something she'd do. Perhaps she changed a bit? He doesn't know, but he hopes she did. He continued to speak again, staying on topic and being sincere about it at that.
"I was honestly just trying to reach out to you, ya know? I understand your point of view, or as much as I can with what you told me. I was just trying to, well, 'care' for you as you could say. I didn't plan that hang-out session to go as badly as it did, and I'm sincerely sorry it happen like it did. A-anyways, um, how about we catch up shall we? I recently paid for a home school in college this week. Sort of being a lonely child for, I dunno, 6-7 years with no school education leaves a person pretty dumb-founded. So far, it's not as bad as I would have thought. I'm really only struggling with World History and Algebra I so far, other then that I'm doing better then expected. 'Still not straight A's like I want it to be though.'"
Huffing a little at himself, he chuckles afterword. He'd continue to talk about his Mother, oh how she'd be so mad at him for not keeping up his school work. Mocking in her words, in a childish, playful tone. He'd say 'You should've kept up your school work! You may have kept up your martial arts for your father, but did you ever think to study?! How can you expect to be a grade A Scholar if you can't even substitute theories about the multi-verse?!'. Pfft- Multi-verse. Why study into a difficult subject if it's likely to not exist? Then again, he did die and end up in the otherworld...Which technically is a whole different dimensional plain to the living world, so perhaps?? Scratching his chin a little, it was obvious he started thinking to himself. Most likely about the multi-verse theory. But putting that aside, he'd looking back at her and chuckle. Giving her time to respond, and keep eating. Trying to not over-talk every 5 seconds, trying to keep a smooth on-going conversation. After about a minute or 2, perhaps 3. He spoke again, asking her how the food was.
"Soo, how's the food? Overcooked? Horrible? Too soft? Too burnt? Too hard? Gah! Dammit I knew I should've read that 'How to cook' book when I had the chance!"
Already doubting how his food was before she could even answer, he growled at himself childishly like a little kid trying so hard to please someone but doubts their own deeds to be bad before anything is even said. Like a little child, he lightly knocked his forehead in utter disappointment. Which if Durian had changed at all, she would likely recognize his child like behavior and hopefully play along and not insult him in a 'I hate you, you're such an idiot! Why would you contradict yourself on something before you even let the other person answer!'. Which is really his best guess at what she'd say, but he can't be fully accurate...

I WILL SHUT THE WORLD AWAY Their greetings the night before were short and welcome. It was good to see him again and in happier spirits. She had left him... defeated. They both were defeated. Physically he wasn’t in tiptop shape and she had torn down his view of her. At least, that was the Kagami’s thoughts. The hybrid was very kind and offered a place to stay. Even a room. With a smile, though still masked covered, and nod of her head. She’d assure him she’d be fine. And thank him for the effort he was putting in.
The woman would remain fast asleep in the warm room, surrounded by blankets and comforted by bed and pillow. For the past few nights she had been a guest in Levlidian’s ship, it was a comfort she hadn’t had since Vegeta. Her body was still readjusting to the comfort of a bed, a place actually meant for sleeping. That might explain why she wasn’t all that easy to stir. Maybe it was exhaustion from her mental change still, the Kagami she was fighting to be awake more often than the woman who now slept peacefully.
Kazar waking up and moving about his own ship was lost to her senses. Her world of dreams washing her away from reality. The female would only slightly shift as the door to her room opened, the Kagami rolling from her back to her side. Facing the doorway now, though her eyes wouldn’t open. The lids closed and silver hair falling over her face. Arms above the covers and laying gently out in front of her body, her breathing was even and she was unhindered or stressed by the world. Even him sitting near the foot of the bed wouldn’t wake her.
The gentle nudge of her leg and then the words would catch her senses. Durian might miss the first little bit of what he said, the man talking a bit fast for her sense to keep up. She had just started to become used to waking up with someone near, it no longer caused her to awake in a paranoid start. With a quiet murmur, the Kagami would sit up on the bed, blankets falling around her midsection as she stretched her arms first in front of her, then behind. Arms would be bare, yet her torso was covered.
“I apologize if I’ve slept in too long... Beds are a luxury I’ve just recently gained back.”
Her hands lowering into her lap, the now unmasked woman would smile just faintly with her apology. She wasn’t good at this. This weird mixture of aggressive confidence and total submission. How did she handle people now? One of her hands raised, pulling silver locks from her face and pressing them lightly behind her ear, many of the strands would fail in length and merely fall back against her skin.
“Those events weren’t your doing. All you meant was to help.”
There was guilt in the female’s eyes. Red. Red eyes. The full telling of a Kagami sat before him, the woman no longer keeping herself locked away. Pulling her legs from their position on the bed, her knees would sneak out from the covers at first and then her legs elegantly would follow. From beneath the blankets and over the side of the bed until her feet grazed the floor.
Her eyes traveled to the food he brought her. She felt guilt. He fought for her. Saved her life. Tried to show her what so many had tried to convince her. She lashed out, tried to take his life, destroyed his hope and joy... A soft sigh from the woman would come before she brought her red eyes back to the hybrid’s form. More guilt. There was the scene of her failures. The marks on his body, cuts and bruises from the fight she was too weak to help or prevent.
“I know...”
The woman uttered quietly in response to him saying he was trying to reach out to her. She looked to the ground and hung her head. She should have expected to feel like shit when re-opening her mistakes from these past years. But he would skip over it quickly. Talking about school. The Kagami would look to him again with an odd confusion. Was he just letting it go? Giving a bit of a nod, she’d try to share something of herself too.
“I doubt my studies were the same as yours. I was bred to serve, I never got official education.”
A light smile came to her face. She wasn’t trying to bash or judge him, nor discourage him. She just didn’t’ really understand. Durian wasn’t unintelligent, but her book smarts were certainly limited.
As he’d continue on about his mother and school, the Kagami would pick up the plate of food he had prepared. Nibbling at some of the food and picking around for the pancakes and biscuits. She was happy and appreciative for the gesture.
Then out of nowhere, a short silence and a bombardment of question. A piece of pancake stayed in her mouth as she blankly stared at him. Her jaw was closed, but she didn’t understand why he had fully let loose. It was surprising that he thought so many things could be wrong. When he had finished, he looked as a small child. A gentle smile coming to her face, she’d set the plate back upon the bedside table. Reaching a hand out to him, it’d make contact with his bicep.
“It was wonderful and thank you. I don’t mean to be rude to leave most of it, I’m sure it’s great. But meat poisons a Kagami’s body.”
She tried to be encouraging. She didn’t want to insult him, she just couldn’t eat it.

As he sat at the end of her bed, she slowly woke up. Her eyes lazily coming open to see his figure before her, and surprisingly she wasn't scared, nervous, or freaked out in the slightest. Good...At-least she might have gotten comfortable around him. As she slowly woke up, she sat up. Her blankets falling off from her chest to her mid-section exposing that she only has wraps that cover over her 'parts' on her chest. Glancing over his face burns into a deep red, obviously in embarrassment as a reaction. I-Is she even wearing clothes?! Taking a small gulp, he turns his face away from her and shrugs. Well, this isn't what he expected from her visit..No, not at all.
"I-It's fine really...I s-sort of woke up not so long ago anyways, sleeping in is n-nice because of how it feels to be comfortable. If you r-really want, you can come here to sleep anytime y-you wish. P-perhaps you may grow into having beds again, and it'd be m-my honest p-pleasure for you to stay here a-anytime you'd like."
Doing his best not to stutter so much, she replies to him. Saying how it wasn't his fault. Now he feels like that's a lie. He got her comfortable, got her to be soothed only to rile her up again and break her nerves. Annoying her, scaring her, not at all helping the situation like he intended to. 70% of everything that happen, he felt as if it was his fault. Hanging his head down too, his face became normal. Or less red that is. Looking up to her, feeling a overwhelming sensation of guilt hit him like a brick, he speaks.
"No, it had to be my fault. I annoyed you, riled you up after getting you calmed down, scared you, made you worried over your life, and I only worsened your view of me and the people. That's also another reason I let you come here again, so that way I could make it up. You have amends, and in my point of view I have my own as well."
Keeping his eyes on her, it seemed she's wondering her mind as he is doing. As the two seemed to be silent, her gaze fell upon him once more. Reading her face, she looked guilty. Her eyes traveling his body, which made him blush a little but soon faded. Realizing she was looking at his wounds, he gave her a childish smile and told her don't worry about his body. He'd tell her he's been threw way worse, and that his body was like a piece of steel. Gesturing, he'd take his hand and demonstrate by using his hand to hit his left chest- OOWW-OW-OW-OW.....O-okay maybe he was outright wrong..
"Hey, don't worry about me. My body has been threw much worse then this, it can handle anything! It's like a piece of strong stee- OWOWOWOWOW....Tch, tch, tch, tch!!"
Rubbing his chest, immediately regretting his action he lightly laughs at himself. So stupid, yet so friendly. He'd look at her, his eye lids half closed after the stinging sensation running threw his body. He'd say perhaps he was a tad bit off from the truth, okay maybe a bit more...Okay maybe by a lot. As a hero he views to be, he's just like a little child when he's hurt and alone or with only another person. He'd see her slowly reveal her fully body when her legs elegantly came out from under the covers. His entire head shot into a explosion of all shades of red, like a volcano that just erupted into a barrage of shades of red. though his attention to her body becoming exposed, from her legs up to her exposed waist. She brought up studies, how her studies is probably different then his own. However as she clearly states, being born to serve she never had official education. He'd gently smile at her, but still influenced by her sudden body exposure he'd say something.
"U-uhm....Well, if y-you want. I could l-let you study about Earths s-subjects to give you an idea. I c-could even help tutor you if you w-want!"
Only just holding back his stuttering, which as you could see isn't working out very well for him. He hears why she couldn't eat the meat however. That apparently meat poisons the Kagami body. His face however glows red like Rudolphs nose as she rested her hand on his arms biceps. T-this, it's the first time she's ever had physical contact with his body. Either she has changed more then he once thought, or perhaps she simply did it to try and explain to him her reasons without being mean about it. However, trying to get past it he'd take her hand into his and gently set it back into the bed sheets, looking up at her with a gentle smile. His face slightly becoming less red, he looks up to her face and sort of stutters but not as much. He begins to tell her something about himself, how he's highly allergic to some foods. Like yogurt, potatoes, certain types of milk, and a food he tried even though he was allergic to. Wonderful, mouth watering, crunchy and absolutely amazing. Calamari! Ohh the taste is like a explosion of juices! The hundreds of ways to prepare the dish, how everywhere in the world there's always a different recipe for this one food! Even while he's allergic to squid, he had to be the childish self he was and try it anyways. Being stuck in the hospital for 6 months straight, worrying his parents half to death...Totally worth it!!! He'd say if there's one thing about Saiyans he most fondly shares, it's his appetite! He'd say he could eat an entire dinosaur if he caught one!! Chuckling to himself, but also cringing as his stomach stings when he chuckles.
"Hey, it's fine. There's plenty of food I can't eat myself that can potentially kill me! Like Yogurt, Potatoes whether it be French Fries, mashed up, or any form of potatoes. Certain types of milk, hell even a food that was potentially deadly and I still ate it! Ohhhh~ The mouth watering, crunchy, absolutely amazing! Calamari! Uuuggh the thought of it alone makes my taste buds tingle in excitement! You see, I'm highly allergic to squid. Though I was only about, 4 when i ate Calamari for the first time. Scared my parents half to death after I ate it! And got stuck in the hospital for 6 months... Worth it! I'd eat it again even if it costs me another 6 months!"
As he laughed to himself, suddenly a large stinging pain came from his side where his biggest wound came from. Most likely the bandages itching into his wounds, he has to change. He'd tell her he has to change his wraps if it's fine with her. Getting up from the bed slowly, holding his hurting side. Limping a bit like a wounded dog, he went over to the closet and reached for a pack of bandages at the very top in the closet. Grabbing it, he leaned his back to the wall. Setting the pack of bandages in his mouth, he uses his free arm to slowly unwrap his bandages. Painful grunts escaped his mouth, his eyes tightly shut as the bandages slowly came off. As they're sticky like band aids to help stay attached, it feels like ripping a band aid off a scratch but on a much bigger scale!
After a minute, the bandage reached his still unhealed wound, only about 60% done healing. On the wound you can still see faint blood stains and very little flesh. As it came off that part of his wound, his mouth opened and dropped the pack of bandages onto the floor. Yelling in pain, tightly gripping his other hand trying to keep his mouth shut. Grunting very loudly, but still on occasions yelling out of no where. He'd stop for a second to rest his body, the bandage only half-way off his wound. Breathing heavily, a few drops of blood dripped off his wound and onto the floor. Taking a gulp, he'd continue but this time rips it off completely. Tightly gritting his teeth on each other, he grunted loudly. Eventually his mouth loosens and he begins to calm down.
Taking the rest of the bandages off quite easily as the hard part is over, he drops them next to his feet. Exposing all his muscles, biceps, abs, generally his top torso. Very well built, looks compressed and small but could still pack a wallop of a punch. Grabbing the bandages he dropped from his mouth, he put some alcohol on cotton. He'd quickly put it on his wound before the outrageous stinging begins, he quickly wraps his fresh bandages around his stomach and chest. Once done, the stinging came. Almost falling to one knee, the stinging was damn near unbearable. Catching his breath back, he'd raise up to his feet and walks back to her bed. Falling over onto his back, breathing heavily he looks at her and says.
"Hehehe... You know, I'm starting to regret saying that my body was like steel. More like a pile of mush and jello."
Laying on his back, clearly laying right next to her in the same bed. He'd look up at the ceiling his eyes twitching every now and then, as a clear indication the pain from the alcohol that would kill the germs on his wound still hasn't finished yet. Now he lays there and waits for a reply from her. A little dramatic for a morning, but now that's over there shouldn't be anymore drama like that again...Or maybe there will be? His heart did feel faint, and obviously his eyes struggled to stay straight and not explore he exposed body. She's almost wearing nothing at all! He jacket, pants, shoes, socks, mask, all put up over in a corner or in a drawer. Let's be honest, this is only the second if not the third time he's seen a girl like this. That one jungle girl he met, who was feral so not wearing a lot of clothes must've been natural. Noxa, who was virtually ass naked in the first place so it hardly surprised him. But a girl he crushes on, in bed, in HIS ship, wearing little to only two things for clothing? Yeah, you could say he's very embarrassed by this...And that embarrassment isn't fading anytime soon.

I WILL SHUT THE WORLD AWAY Durian missed his initial reaction to her sitting up. Just awakening had slackened her observation and she missed the man evading looking at her. But the stuttering and hesitance in his words would make her more aware. Eyeing him with confusion, the woman tilting her head somewhat to the side, she’d try to track the reasoning. Slightly messy silver hair would dance over her forehead in the movement, the Kagami not paying it much mind as she looked over the man. Red. He was bright red. But why?
It never came to her. That her upper body only being covered by bandages was a reason for him to be embarrassed. Her skin was unmarred, barring a small blackened mark upon her collar bone where blood vessels burst. But skin didn’t mean embarrassment. At least not to her. The fact that she wasn’t even nude would make it all the more difficult for Durian to grasp what was wrong. Either thankfully or remorsefully, the red vanished, but into disappointment. She didn’t want him to be down. She came here to express her apologies, not make him think he needed to say some. Smiling faintly, she tried to lighten the mood.
“I’ve heard people say that if you fight with a stubborn ass, you merely get kicked.”
She paused briefly, a short and single chuckle betraying her unease.
“I wasn’t willing to see anything beyond what I wanted to. That doesn’t make you wrong, it makes me intolerant.”
She wanted to make it clear to him that she didn’t blame him. He may be young and somewhat foolish in some things, like possibly phrasing. But he wasn’t a bad guy. He wasn’t someone who caused pain or sought pain like she had. And that’s when she’d notice the injuries. He tried to play it off. A natural male thing. He was all macho and mighty. It caused her to smile, a bit sadly, but it was a nice effort and a good reminder that he was just as any other. Faults, feelings, a life... But when she’d see his obvious pain the smile would vanish. These wounds... were her fault.
There was a distraction, but the Kagami was so focused on how to make up the injuries to him that she missed the initial reaction. Once again she was found in an instance where he was stuttering like a nervous child. She almost flat out asked what was wrong, until she mentally noticed the pattern. It was her. Mentally she’d sigh. Even in trying to make amends she managed to cause further wounds or comfortability. If it weren’t for her plate and food that she was finishing before setting aside, she would have gotten up and fixed the problem. Dressing in something he might deem more appropriate. Alas, the action would wait.
Her touch provided the same reaction. His face glowed red. Surprised and hesitant, she’d take her hand off of him and it would hover. Dumbfounded. Why did everything she do cause him this? He would guide her hand down to the bed to stay off of him which she obliged. He rambled on about food. Was this... to make her feel better? Drawing her hand back to herself, she wouldn’t reach for him again. This was harder than she had thought.
He’d say he wanted to change his bandages. He had shown signs of pain and it caused her to mentally wince. She blamed herself. It was her fault. Saiyans came for her. He fought them off. She took a shot at his life. These wounds were due to her presence. When he’d get up, the Kagami would help him. Taking the bandages after he got them from the closet. Assisting him in removing the bandages from himself, catching him when he’d start to crumble from pain. It.. hurt. Hurt her heart to see him in pain over her existing. And she had merely tried to repay him through further hurt.
The man was similarly built to Levlidian, she noted. Maybe bulkier. Kazar had a thickness to him while Levlidian tended to be more lithe. Her first thought was for it to be a Saiyan thing, but she realized it was most likely due to them being warriors. She’d assist with reapplying the bandages just as well. The Kagami was more gentle and precise than he could have been on his own. A slave to a warrior Saiyan, there had been times she needed to assist in his healing. A medical salve she pulled from his same closet. Cooling but kills bacteria. A light gauze to save the wound from the bandages. And then the secure but not too tight wrap to finish the job. She recovered the male, only hiding his body as much as bandages could do. Amusingly enough, they near matched. Somewhat.
She’d help him move back to the bed and she’d move to her pile of clothing. While he spoke, she’d begin slipping her pants onto her body.
“You’re flesh and blood. I didn’t expect you to be an android.”
There was a light smile upon her lips, though helping him with bandages and seeing him in pain had an affect on her. There was guilt. She had gotten him into fierce trouble and agony. Then left. Left after trying to murder him. Pulling the white blouse from the pile, she’d pull it onto her arms next and begin buttoning the shirt as she returned to the bed he lay on. She’d sit next to him, though careful to not be too close. Her body and her touch had sent him into red, she didn’t want to harm him further.
“I am sorry... Kazar... I should have helped you in that battle. I should have been better to you after it. I shouldn’t.. have left you alone.”
She tried to focus on him, but her gaze dropped. She didn’t want to face him. Durian didn’t wish to see him tell her it wasn’t her fault or try to shift the blame. She knew it was her. This was damn hard. And why did it hurt so much? It was almost easier to blindly hate...

After a few moments from him speaking, she'd speak up to try and lighten the mood. Oh god was he doing it again?! Dammit all and his depression. She came here to repay him back, and he's making her feel worse?! No, no now he's done trying to sulk himself...Or that's how it seems. When she made a joke, he laughed a bit at it with a smile. However his attention got grabbed as she noticed his embarrassment. Shrugging a little, she probably thinks she's making him uncomfortable. It's not that she is, which she DEFINITELY is. It's due to lack of experience and lack of 'not talking to girls and or being around them so often.'
"Heh, yeah. Trust me, when I was a bit younger. I might've been the most stubborn ass you could come across. You tell me I couldn't do something? Challenge me? I'd be on my feet immediately to go prove that person wrong, which obviously led to my OWN ass kicking..Hehe"
Looking up at her, now clearly ignoring her body and solely focusing on her and her alone. He'd scoot to her, and rest his hand on her bare shoulder to tell her it's fine. He doesn't think she was intolerant. He'd say he just believes that she believed in her self, her own logic, her own knowledge. In which he'd say she isn't the first he'd come across like that. Plenty of humans he's seen in villages done this, or for a better example would be a debate. Looking over at her, a moment or two after she had touched his bicep which he wasn't all to used to. He'd say that he's sorry about that. It's time he'd clear this up before anything happens, or worsens.
"Sorry about my previous actions uhm, I'm just not...Really used to being around girls. I've only been around just a few others. Some were people I wish I never came across. One can say I have bad reputations when I meet women."
As it looked she kept her hand to herself now after he put her hand from his bicep. Fuck, why'd he do that?! She was trying to get to him, and he put her down?! Ugh, god let's see if he can fix this. Quickly responding, he apologizes. He'd tell her he just isn't so comfortable being this close to girls in such a mutual manner, let alone physically touching. He'd pull his hand down to hers, refraining from blushing, and look at her to say that if she gave him enough time he would eventually grow used to it. Since it's still fairly new to him. After that, he'd leave his hand there to try and not seem like he's trying to avoid her...Or not be close to her, or not want to physically be near her. His hand would only now sit next to hers, but not actually on hers.
A little bit later, came the hard part. As he got up to change his bandages, surprisingly out of no where she got up with him still mostly naked. Taking a few gulps, he drowns out his thoughts to allow her to freely touch his body without blushing, stuttering, or any signs of discomfort. He's just going to have to grow into it. As she helped him with his bandages, which she was more skilled and careful with. Which made it easier on him, and less painful. Groaning a lot less then he initially would've, he helped keep himself still so she could better help. He'd thank her, and say he appreciates the help. After a few more moments, he'd head back to the bed. Though he stopped half-way and walked back to her.
Standing next to her, he'd tap her shoulder to say something. He'd tell her she doesn't have to change because of him, or because of how he is reacting to her body. He'd simply say just remember what he had said previously, and that'd answer it. Besides, he's literally not wearing a shirt and he's in loose jeans. It's not like he's doing any worse then she is with wearing clothes. He'd lead her back to the bed to sit down, in which he'd lay on his back so he wouldn't have to stress himself much anymore. Putting his hands behind his back he would look to her, that is if she proceeded to follow him back, and chuckle at her joke.
"Pfft- Alright you got me there, I can't say that wasn't funny...Because it wasn't funny....It was hilarious!"
Still chuckling as he found her joke quite amusing, understanding where the joke came from. Turning over to his side to better look at her, his smile would fade but come back. Though he felt a need to be serious, you can't sooth someone if you look like you're depressed. Keeping at-least a small smirk, he'd take her hand into his once more before looking at her. His tone changes to a nice, soothing, smooth like pitch. He's speak calmly, collectively, and in the attempts in a way to make her feel better.
"Shh, don't say that about yourself. You could have helped, but you know why you didn't? Because this guy, right here had kicked some serious ass 'along with my own ass' and fended the saiyans off. Sure a little help may have been needed, but I couldn't risk you getting so much as scratched.. I didn't mind when you left, in fact I knew you did and it's understandable. Don't tell me any of that stuff you left me in the dark. No, you left on your own choice. Because you were still uneasy, undecided, you weren't to sure, and back then you were perhaps still scared to be around in case the saiyans came back. I understand completely. They came here, and I protected you and whether or not I risked my life, it's still a win for me that you were safe."
Taking his free hand, he'd put it up to her chin to lift her face up to look at him. He was speaking truthfully, a little bit to try and get her to at-least smile, but most importantly he was speaking dead from the heart. He was speaking passionately to her, in his words from his heart, he spoke to her. The last thing he'd say, he wishes would get threw to her like a hot knife and butter.
"I understand you now think back, that you shouldn't have left me. But Durian, I forgive you. I won't hate you for what you did, I won't hate you for how you thought, acted, said. Because you're here now, and we're here now, with each other, to make up for that. You'd be surprised how easy it is to forgive someone, if they care for the one they forgave. I risked my life for you, to protect you...And because I cared for you. I, care for you Durian. And I'm not gonna let some silly little past affairs bring you down, alright?"

I WILL SHUT THE WORLD AWAY He wanted to get it, but Durian wasn’t sure he did. It helped that he was trying at least... he was nice like that. Then he’d move closer. That... was unexpected. Hadn’t he already proven that he wasn’t comfortable with her touch and closeness? A hand fell upon her shoulder but she made no move to remove it. It was a simple touch and attempting at soothing in nature. He was trying to tell her it was all right. Exhaling through her nose, she wasn’t really sure how to handle him. She came here to apologize. How could she apologize if he just kept telling her she didn’t do anything? They both KNEW she had.
He would then explain his nervousness around women. It was trained into him. The irony. She had been trained to expect the worst of saiyans when they first met. Here, he explains that he expected worse from women. In a way at least. It was almost amusing. He would move his hand near to hers. Not touching, but near. He was apologizing again. A light smile, she’d look to him almost begging.
“Kazar. I came to make amends for my part. You don’t need to keep apologizing.”
There was nothing to apologize for. If he felt uncomfortable, she shouldn’t overstep her bounds. She needed to learn and react to others in a better manner than intolerant hatred. That first step was helping him. Bandages. It was a task she could handle. From Vegeta to Earth, she had changed her own and countless others.
Before she could dress and return to his side, she felt a tap upon her should, though her senses knew of his presence before then. Raising a brow and looking to him, she was surprised to be faced yet again with him not wanting her to change how she acted or was due to his being uncomfortable. But... why? Wasn’t that how people were supposed to interact? Caring for the feelings of the other? The Kagami was... perplexed. This wasn’t so simple as it had been before.... Hatred was so masking and free. Contemplating what to do, she’d look to her clothes. Instead of completely redressing, she’d mimic him. Put her pants on, but let bandages cover her torso. That should suffice, right?
To the Kagami, being bare was nothing. She had been exposed to many a Saiyan before. It wasn’t a special thing. It wasn’t even really an intimate thing. It certainly could be, like anything else. But the mere fact she didn’t have clothes on meant nothing to her. But to Kazar it did. That was enough for her to want and make him more comfortable. Sitting beside the laughing man, she’d smile and shake her head. What was with these Saiyans and being so child-like and happy? He was cracking up at a simply and dull joke.
And there was the Saiyan bravado. Or the male bravado. Smiling but also looking unimpressed by his cocky self, she found it funny and a bit tiring mixed together. He was so proud of kicking ass out in his fight. He could have gotten himself hurt. Yet, it was like Levlidian. The joy of that fight. The pride in his abilities. It was foolish, but a little refreshing when she wasn’t tearing them down. But she couldn’t find safety in his words. He was trying so desperately for her to think she did nothing wrong. Durian knew she was not a person she should have been. She was not fit to be living the way she had been. A hand met her chin and her face raised. A bit of surprise in her expression as red eyes locked onto the young hybrid.
This was better. He wasn’t saying that she didn’t deserve it. He wasn’t pretending everything okay. He was saying he saw the bad and he forgave her. Sighing, she smiled faintly. That’s what she needed. Realization of reality. And acceptance of it and her. Looking to him, she’d nod faintly.
“That’s why I came. Not to pretend I didn’t do anything, but seek your forgiveness.”
Her voice was quiet, but she was happy.
“I wasn’t much to care about back then. But I hope to do better. Be a help or a light instead of looming hatred. Thank you.... for giving me another chance.”

A few moments of silence. All was said, and nothing more was said. After she'd complain to him that she came here to make amends for her mistakes, and that he shouldn't be apologizing. It was following up by her response to the last words he said. A fan above them slowly spins, the ventilation silently wurring as heat travels in the vents, nothing more now then a cold silence in the room baring aside from both of their breathing. Smiling up at her, it seems he's finally said the right thing. With a relieving sigh, he'd begin to speak. He'd ask, are they going to sit there all mornin' looking at each other or are they going to go do something fun? With a hint of excitement, he jumps up from the bed obviously ignoring his injuries as he's overwhelmed with excitement. Still holding her hand, he's sure to be gentle so he doesn't A: Rip her arm off on pure accident, B: Break her hand, C: Have her get dragged on the floor, and D: In general, accidentally hurt her. So, making sure when he jumped up he'd be careful about it so it'd give her time to react and hopefully get up with him."Soo...We just gonna sit around all mornin' staring at each other? Or are we going to go do somethin' fun! C'mon! I'm sure your planet might've had games, however this is your first time on Earth right? So it just means you might not have had the chance to do play the games Earth has. That! Is why I'm going to show you some Earth games! It'll be simple ones, if you visit enough. We could progress along with the types of games Earth has to offer! There's THOUSANDS, MILLIONS of games we could try!"If she'd agree and follow him. He'd walk out of the guest room, going down the almost small corridors, and then reaching the living room. The place they first met. Memories rushed threw his head, his highly embarrassing moment where she teased him, where she argued, the place he first felt it. Love. However, it may just be that he's a hopeless romantic, or he's gullible enough to fall for her looks. After all, he did fall in love with her on first sight from her looks alone. However, over time as he gathered more information on her. He felt more sorry, guilty, and felt a sense of pity for her. Though, this only made him love her more. Seeing her, he felt a need to be there for her, to protect her, to prevent any of the things of her past coming back to take her, hurt her, torture her, capture her, anything that'd ruin her life more then it already is. And that's why he's here, to try and make her life better. To try and better her, show her a type of compassion and kindness he naturally never shows to people. Standing in the living room, he lets go of her hand momentarily. Getting onto his knees, he checks under the couch and pulls out a few board/card games. Chess, checkers, a few card games like Uno, Poker, etc. After he pulls it out (OH MY) (Dammit Dekai!), he puts them all onto a table in the middle of the room."Here, a few basic games that's widely known. Chess, Checkers, Uno, Poker, and a few others I've actually never tried. Here, pick which game you'd like to try. Chess and Checkers is based on strategy and wise decisions. Uno is really for shits and giggles." Taking a few breathers, to better the conversation with a small pause to give her a few moments to listen on the first few games. That, and it's mostly so he doesn't talk for 2 minutes without a pause which seems to annoy a lot of people he knows, or has met. Taking the pause he provided, he took this time to think about Poker. Honestly, he only rarely played it with his Father and Mother on a couple of occasions. Which he obviously lost being the amature he was back then didn't help him at all. Though, to be fair, he is still horrible at Poker. Looking up at her, after giving her time to talk, listen, look, whatever it is she'd do during that moment of time. He'd begin to explain Poker to her, a game of which he's horrible at playing and really isn't all to good at explaining these types of games."Now POKER. Let's say we bet Zeni right? Well, as an example. Let's say I had a three of a kind of Aces and you had a two of a kind of 6's. I'd beat that because I have the high card, and a higher combination of cards. So if I bet 60Z and you bet 20Z, making that 80Z. I'd win and take that Zeni as the winning prize. Really, it's a 'robbing the money straight from your wallet' type of game. However it's still fun, and we don't have to bet to still play."Getting up from his knees, he'd go over to the kitchen that's literally next to the living room to grab a chair for her. His footsteps went from silent like little mice, to more noticeable, and easily louder steps then it'd be on a carpet as the kitchen floor is hardened tiles. Bringing a chair over, he'd set it on the other end of the table for her to have a seat. In which he'd have the chair pulled out ready for her to sit on down and start playing. That is if she hasn't already picked a game to play yet. Sitting on the couch, opposite end of where she supposedly would be sitting. He'd wait for her response. Though a lot wasn't said before all this, and obviously everything has taken a much smoother turn then what it was before. Everything is now more simple, attempting to avoid any problems that'd come about in the future.(Sorry it's a short one (OH MY) Dammit Dekai! Anyways, sorry it's a short 'POST'. I hadn't a lot of ideas of how to go about doing this. However this is the best I can provide!) Durian

I WILL SHUT THE WORLD AWAY He jumped up. It took the Kagami off guard. She had relaxed and was settling into Kazar accepting her apology and welcoming her back. His sudden movements and still holding her hand made the female’s body tense, but she didn’t tear from him. Red eyes followed the male as her arm outstretched to keep him in connection with her. Her gaze was questioning. Unsure. What was he doing? Why was he so excited? It seemed her outstretched arm wouldn’t be enough as he had moved farther from the bed. Durian would raise her own body in response to his movements. Standing to her feet and keeping within reach of Kazar.
Something fun? Durian’s mind raced at the suggestion. Her meaning of fun was pretty shallow. She had spent time with Levlidian, but her time alone was hardly fun. What... could Kazar mean by that? Thankfully he continued on with his thoughts. Games. Earth games. Tilting her head slightly, his excitement only seemed to grow. Were earth games really that amusing? The kagami would follow after the hybrid male. His pace was fairly quick to match along with his excited nature. Curious, but a bit wary in her normal way of dealing with things.
He would bring them to the room she first met him in. Here was where she felt that enormous power radiate. Then he called into the hallway and told her not to be afraid. Mentally, Durian chuckled. She was afraid. Terrified, back then. Why hadn’t she run? The room was just as unfamiliar as then, but she didn’t notice much difference. She had spent time with him and Levlidian here, even if it wasn’t a great amount of time. Their physical connection with one another was released as Kazar got to his knees and began gathering games from beneath the couch?
“That’s an odd place to store games.”
The Kagami commented with a light chuckle. It was like a child who would hide things they were supposed to put away. Or where they hid contraband. A light smile was upon her face as she mocked him gently, teasing the man. He put the games he retrieved onto the table, spreading them out and naming them. Looking over them, trying to find the names of each as he spoke. Then he mentioned the ways to play some, even if vaguely. Strategy. Giggles. Peculiar games... Her eyes looking over the ones that he had mentioned.
Bet.
The word along with games mentioned brought brief memories of Vegeta. Thankfully, none too personal. But her own master took part in these games many a time. Kagami were bet for time or services. A simple game, they were like any other prize or piece. Something to be won and used. Durian wasn’t offended the Kazar used the word or every explained, but the look of remembrance may have been noticed upon her features. The smile dulled a bit, her eyes glossed for a second as she recalled such occasions she’s sit in her own master’s lap and see other Kagami tugged off. Casting a curious glance to her comrade, she’d wonder where he was going as he didn’t offer an explanation. Trying to shrug it off, she hoped she hadn’t done anything, she took to the games. Kneeling by the table and box by box shuffling through. Reading what information lay openly out for her. Looking over colors and pieces. Chess. Checkers. Uno. Even in the few moments the man was gone, Durian had unread almost all of the games. Pieces sorted by shape and color, even within their own little area on the table. Organized yet undone.
The red eyes would glance to Kazar upon his return. Standing, she’d take the chair he offered, hesitating somewhat. She’d look to him for confirmation that he was indeed offering it. Then, smiling faintly, she’d take a seat.
“Thank you...”
She spoke with uncertainty. Was that the route she should take? To sit down? Taking a deep breath, it looked as if the man wanted her to pick something. She learned a bit about each of them but... she didn’t really know what might be fun.
“Checkers and Chess seem to be a strategy and conquer as you said. Take out the leader or most of the troops. Poker... seems similar to a game my master played on Vegeta. Different symbols, but a similar concept? Especially with the whole betting thing. Uno... I sort of lost grasp of what that might be.”
She was looking over the games as she spoke, eventually looking up and offering a smile.
“Poker I might get the hang of faster. If it is really like that game I remember from years ago.”
Offering a smile, she’d pick up the deck of cards and flip through the symbols of numbers and shapes. Finally, she’d do her own attempt at shuffling them. A sloppy attempt, but one none the less. Mixing the cards she had just seen, she’d go to hand the deck face down towards Kazar.
“We don’t have to bet. I could just see if it’s what I expect.”
She offered. She didn’t really know what to bet in the first place. She did have some zeni on her, if he did desire a wallet game.

(I'm so annoyed right now XD I almost finished this post, and BOOM! I can't understand why but the dreaded "drop file in box" came up and I lost my entire post. Here is my attempt at it again, though it may be much shorter because I'm tired, frustrated, and not wanting to drag on my rivalry with this problem XD) As it came to be, everything seemed to turn out fine so far. She was happily smiling and chuckling from time to time, which is a nice change of pace. Just after placing the games in front of her, laid out on the coffee table, she'd eventually pick a game and to his distaste it's a game he's dreadful at. Poker. With a faint sigh, he'd look up at her as she attempts to shuffle the deck. Lightly chuckling, he'd get up and go to her side to help her shuffle the deck, directing her step by step what to do and how to do it by also giving demonstrations. Once so and so is done, he'd go back to the couch and sit down. Taking the deck she'd give him, he'd deal both of them two face down cards from the top of the deck. Hopefully if Durian knows what to do in this stage of Poker, she'd do what she has to. If she doesn't, he'd take precautions and explain to her the version of poker they're playing.
Currently they're playing Texas Hold 'Em. Nutshell: A game to play in short and quick rounds. Needn't more to say, he'd explain to her the different stages you'd have to go threw. At first you take your cards, see what you have, then you have an option to Bet, Check, or Fold. In this stage, with a dirty smirk on his face, bet 500z the table. However, it isn't real zeni. Out of no where, he had already made a score board on a piece of paper keeping track of their bets. Currently, each player gets 2000 zeni each. And how he's playing it, is if you hit 0 zeni you loose. If your opponent gets the highest card (aka the best hand) of you, you loose and they win. Thus the money that has been bet before hand, will be given to the victor. If you bet, zeni will be deducted off your currency on the paper. Looking up at her, he'd ask what she's going to do. She obviously can't check, as he has placed a bet. So she can either bet 500z or raise his offer with more zeni.
Once the betting stage would be over, that is if she makes her choice. He'd take the top three cards off the deck and put them face up in the middle of the table. The three face cards are. a 8, a 9, and a 10. Looking at his hand, he has a 6, but he doesn't have a seven. At the moment, it seemed a run on of 3, a 8, 9, 10 is all he has going for himself at the moment. Awaiting her to respond and get her thoughts together, he'd sit and wait for her move.

I WILL SHUT THE WORLD AWAY The day went on without a hitch. They played poker as the Kagami requested. Hand after hand was dealt and it showed that her memory proved more helpful than Kazar’s Earth skills. In the end, the whole game of poker was won by the Kagami taking his pot of ‘cash’ and trumping him. He took it fine, laughing along with her and both of them attempting to enjoy the time. The hybrid would begin to pull out other games. Ones he had shown her before and some he had just thought of and would run to get. That was how the day progressed. No large fights No random actions. No needs of heroism or dastardly deeds. Just two people playing games, getting to know one another, and trying to be comfortable in the other’s presence.
Durian knew that things weren’t quite so easy as to have him forget her actions from previous days. She had harmed him and turned her back on him. He had done good to her and she spit on it. The whole time they spent together today, Durian would remember that. There was guilt. But... there was also a bit of joy. At least Kazar was trying. The Kagami appreciated that a lot. Not many had answered her apologetic call. And while she hadn’t expected much, she had hoped. Her past anger and fury and hatred upon those of the Saiyan race had carved her path on Earth in a negative fashion. And while she wasn’t quite sure what her path was at this time, she felt... more at ease. More at home. She could get angry, but it didn’t consume her heart. There was more to live for than simply hatred and destruction.
And as hours passed, the day would close. Both of them would begin to grow weary just from being awake and spending time with other. They’d talk, Durian would learn more of the cultures of the Earth, what he planned to do with his future, and even much simpler things. He’d walk Durian back to her room, offering her a bed for the night once again. She’d thank him with a smile, inviting him in to continue talking. Mostly, the two were at ease. It was nice to have another person that she didn’t have to worry over. Even if he was one she had completely hated at one point in her life. And as the night would fully fall upon them, they’d fall asleep. Durian normal in the bed and Kazar leaning against the wall and resting at the foot of the bed Durian rested in.
