It was blazing, a warm evening in the Diablo Desert as Lizbeth had been preparing a long training session against some of the wildlife, and getting herself ready for anything. She didn't wish to harm anyone unintentionally, as that would attract the people of the Earth who were extremely powerful compared to her, and she was a weakling.
The sand was blowing, soft and rough against her loose fighting clothing she prepared to stand in for her normal outfit. The sun was in the middle of the sky, burning her body as it stood in the heat, sweating heavy as her poor ears twitched in pain. She didn't like heat, and this was torture for her, but as they saying went.. 'No pain, no gain', and she planned to gain as much as she could from her training. It would start quick, her speed training being the beginning, which was her specialty, until something weird happened. A noise, a click to be exact, loud and high pitched, screaming in Liz's ears as she crumpled down to the ground in pain. She had never heard a noise so loud and annoying in her life and this in particular was horrible. She had closed her eyes in a cringe, a trinkle of blood coming from her ears resting on the top of her head. What the hell was this, who was doing this... WHAT was doing this? She opened her eyes after seconds of excruciating pain, and looked around woefully, staring around and finding no one in her plain of view, she freaked out and snapped on the person.
"WHO IS THERE AND WHO IS MAKING THAT GOD AWFUL NOISE?" She would scream, her hands perched on her hips, yelling into the air, her hair sticking upwards in surprise as she saw what was surrounding her. Men, younger, but old enough to be at least in their later thirties, gathering in front of her. There was an extremely large number of them, all wielding weapons. Spears and shields, all forming a wall while getting closer and closer to her, before stopping and stamping the ground like a cow preparing a charge. They crashed their shields onto the ground, exposing slight skin, to show that they were all wearing similar uniforms. It composed of a robe, or toga, with a blue sash on the right arm. It had written on it in paint, a large 'спартански' in white paint. They all wore helmets with Scouter visors that beeped simultaneously as they propped their spears from facing upwards, to be pointing towards Lizbeth, as she stood a good seventy meters away on the flat land.
"Delsi, in the name of our employer, you are a failure, and are destined to die! Accept you fatem and we will make it quick. If you deny, we will allow you the warriors death, and may your soul live forever in Sovereign defeat. You will not make a break here, and you will not survive, so make your choice!" One, wielding a feather sporting helmet said, rising forwards with his ornate shield and energy infused spear glowing in electrical power. Lizbeth stepped back once, the soldiers rising their shields, preparing for a dash, she released her claws. She was expecting to get to use the normal training, but a fight would do her better, and these men had fairly small power levels. About one man had a power level of seventy, compared to her, they were ants. To threaten her, while having scouters was idiotic, as they could see her real power, not supressed or held in, yet they were ready for battle. How poetic, she admired bravery, and just for that, she gave them her worst and most painful fight she could ever give.
She charge the men, going slow and running towards them as her claws visibly glowed in the sun, prepared to rip apart skin and flesh, and upon meeting the first line of them, she leaped onto the shield of the first man she met with, slamming into the shield at full force as her claws dug into the metal hard, as the first wave held their shields up to protect against the Cat Saiyan. Lizbeth released a small ki blast into the shield she held onto, blasting it apart she grabbed the man behind it, biting his throat and tearing his Adam's apple from it's socket. Blood sprayed the sand she clawed the thigh of the man to her left, grabbing his spear and piercing his partner through the stomach, straight through the body as she continued through her blood bath. Man after man dropped, swords being unsheathed to swarm the woman, doing nothing but making her job easier as she emerged from the pile of bodies wielding two of the Xiphos, which she then threw at two more men and continued. She had no idea when the hordes would end, and when the men kept coming, she slowly become more and more tired from the combat as they kept getting over their death brothers, seventy down and the sea of men kept coming. It seemed like there was no end to the fighting until the noise came back. Piercing, but quick, no harm like last time, just a small cringe as the men stopped their onslaught.
"uh, Are you sure madam?" Said one of the men lightly, being farther back, before they split down the middle. It took a minute, but they finally showed the person who was giving the orders, a woman down a few meters from her. The scene seemed like something from a fairy tale, guards with shields bowing to a woman who walked down the isle of soldiers towards the massive sea of bodies behind a blood stained woman with two shattered swords in each hand. Lizbeth dropped the swords, coughing as she looked upon the woman who confronted her.
"Delsi Kuriza, the one and only. Such a pitiful person" the woman said, her body being easier to see by the wheezing Lizbeth. Her body was short, almost Lizbeth's height, being at five foot eight. She had small cat ears on her head, and a dark crimson red hair color going down her beautiful mane. She wore a red button up shirt, a black scarf around her neck, and an eyepatch covering her left eye. This woman was a crimson haired girl too, her ears that which seemed to look just like Lizbeth, but this girl was older, almost the same age as Lizbeth. Who was this girl? Who was she to threaten the Nekosaiyan Lizbeth? And why did she call Lizbeth, Delsi? She hadn't been referred to as Delsi since she left her home village years ago. She wheezed again, her eyes foggy as she tried to focus on the woman who was confronting her. It didn't last long as the woman continued. "I am Katherine, though I think you already know that, so I hope you know you deserve this" And with that, a fist from Katherine punched Lizbeth's face. A recoiled fall to the ground as she tried to regain balance. This woman was powerful. Not as powerful as Lizbeth, but she had a good plan to wear out the Half-Saiyan. The woman repeatedly beat Lizbeth's stomach, chest, and face as she spoke unbearable words. The blood of Lizbeth sprayed the floor as the beating finally seemed to come to a stop.
Katherine rose from the now beaten Lizbeth, spitting on her as she walked away before saying her final words. "You never found me when I tried to contact you. I spent a year finding someone who could implant those memories into your dreams, yet you still couldn't find me. Such a shame you would skip out on your own daughter like that." She began to cry, as she walked from the scene, before the sand under her feet shook. A soft thud against the ground as she stood back, looking over her shoulder in fear. The beaten Lizbeth rose from the ground, holding her arm as she gained traction against the sand. She had her head down, before looking up and staring at her daughter with surprise, and distaste. This woman, Katherine, was her daughter it seemed, according to what she said, but it made no sense to her. She was so old, there was no way she could have given birth to someone so old? And wouldn't she have remembered giving birth to her daughter? That is life achievement type of moments. While thinking all this, she felt her mind fluctuate, go in and out of her rage as she ran forwards and backhanded Katherine into one of the shields she stood next to, shattering the metal as she went through and into the man behind it.
"You don't speak to an elder like that nyan!" She stated loudly, charging her power, as red and pink ki flowed around the Saiyan hybrid. She yelled loudly, her ki charging as she flew into the air, firing down smaller ki blasts into the field of soldiers towards Katherine. It was pointless, as she flew upwards towards Lizbeth and the real battle started!
Ki blasts flew in the air, as well as the two flying into each other and punches collided. They struck each other tens to hundreds of times, power circulating between the two women as the battle continued. Hit after hit after hit in silence. The crowd below was watching in Awe, as these powers collided and hit each other brutally and with the strength of one thousand men! It didn't take long for the battle to come to a stalemate, the two sides unable to compete against each other effectively, Both pulled back as the forces divided.
"Argh, you win this time. I'll be waiting at your hometown mother! I'll be waiting for our next fight! Bring a better A-game next time wimp!" Katherine said, flying away in a fit of rage.
"I'll be there! And you will lose ten fold nyan" The last response came. Lizbeth watched her enemies escape, the soldiers and commander backing out from the Deserts and retreating, leaving their dead behind as to not piss off the already proven powerful Lizbeth. She flew down to allowed her feet to be on the ground, before collapsing in pain. She managed to pull off the bravado for a few moments in the end, but she had run out of stamina halfway through the fight. Her body against the ground, sand blowing past her hard and rough, she closed her eyes, starting to weap, as her memories finally came back from her daughter.
"So I do... have a... Daughter..."
