Ramina's tail tip twitched in semi frustration, sighing as she looked up at the ceiling. "No, and there is something on my mind but it's nothing you would want to know about." Putting a paw over her muzzle, the cat sighed in annoyance and rubbed it. The reminder of Carva not being true to his word frustrated the cat, and her voice was clearly struck with pain and some anger.
"Alright alright. Last time I met a guy, he looked a bit like you. Saiyan but turned android, guy was really sweet. He told me he'd take me out to dinner and he didn't, and now I have no kami forsaken idea where he's at. Thats what I get for romance." Letting her paw fall back to her side, the orange eyes would disappear as the lids covering them would close and then open.

Hearing this caused Kale to feel saddened for Ramina's sake. And a bit peeved, too. "Oh. Well, I'm sorry that had to happen to you, Ramina. Nop one should be treated like that."
The infamous soft blush returned to his cheeks. "I'd honestly offer to make it up to you by taking you out to dinner myself, but..." Kale cleared his throat and chuckled nervously, all the while scratching the back of his head. "I wouldn't want to impose. You just seem nice. And I don't care if you have a lot of money, or if you're famous. I'm happy for you, I am. It's just that those aren't important factors for me when it comes to meeting someone."
The Saiyan could feel his heart begin to race. It pounded against his ribcage like a felon attempting to bash against the bars of a prison cell. Kale instantly felt embarrassed for even asking such a thing. And he was scolding himself in his mind. 'What am I doing? Oh man, I just asked her out! What's wrong with me?! She literally got stiffed by someone! She's not going to want a rebound!'

Ramina looked at Kale, quirking a brow at his soft blush and the offer soon after it appeared. "Thank you, you seem like a good enough person." ... He is rather cute. She thought to herself, chuckling slightly at his embarrassment. "I'll humor you, do you have a date and time?" Replied the cat after what was an awkward silence, it was all the better to get to know the well-mannered Saiyan.

Holy cow! She actually said yes? Kale's blush appeared to be stuck on him with no signs of leaving anytime soon. Like a facehugger that was fresh out of its egg. Okay, play it cool, Kale. He pondered on this for a moment. "How about tomorrow at 6 PM? I know a great place to have dinner at."
He hoped that everything would go well. The Saiyan certainly did not want to ruin her mood even further. He would just have to make sure to show her a fantastic time in order to cancel out the rudeness of the Saiyan-turned-android.

Ramina was slightly amused at Kale's expression of surprise, and the blushing on his cheeks made her even more amused. "Six PM works just fine. Shall I see you then?" She asked, walking a bit closer and touching her nose to his ear and backing off, before gesturing to the clothing. "Don't worry, take them all free courtesy of the owner. If it's not perfect, it's not mine."
With that, the cat would move to assist another customer that had just walked into the store. After the day was done she closed up shop and went up to her apartment to go to sleep, eventually waking back up to do this all over again. Once the time rolled around, she mused and picked out a gorgeous floor-length black dress and put her hair in a ponytail, brushing her fur and sitting down, looking out the window for the person who'd agreed to pick her up.

Kale gave his goodbyes while he gripped the bags that contained his new clothes. "See you at six, Ramina!" And with that, he left the store and took off from the ground, flying high into the sky to make his way back home.
As the appointed day came around, all Kale could think about was how well he needed this date to go. He wasn't nervous by any means, but the last thing he wanted to do was to break Ramina's spirit. An hour before the date was supposed to roll around, Kale got himself ready in the tuxedo that she had given him so gracefully. "The least I can do is treat her right for these clothes," he noted.
Not wanting to waste any more time, and in order to ensure that he arrived on time, Kale gave a farewell to his mother and father. As Kale took to the skies, his parents waved him off. The two were very proud that their boy was finally meeting a nice girl.
Right on schedule, Kale landed gently outside of Ramina's apartment building. He wanted to look his best, so he checked himself over to find anything that was out of place. Sure enough, his tie was a bit loose. "Whoop!" The Saiyan casually straightened and tightened his tie, then tucked it underneath his tuxedo jacket. With a smile, Kale approached the door and rang the buzzer for Ramina's apartment.

Ramina answered the door, looking at Kale as the moonlight shone on her black dress. "Hello. Good to see you, Kale." She replied, brushing a stray bang of hair out of her face. Moving to leave her house, she took out a golden cat paw shaped key and locked it, putting the key in her pocket. "Where are we going?" She asked curiously, the cat speaking as she didn't notice a car. "Did you fly here? your hair is a mess~"
Licking her paw, she'd smooth it down with some amusement in her eyes. "I hope you know I can't fly, so we'll be taking my car if you'd like" She replied, her tone still the same and gentle. "I will admit, you look a lot better in the moonlight with that on." Her voice was sincere, the cat moving to go to her parked car unless he had other ideas about getting her to the restaurant.

Kale was quite honestly stunned by how gorgeous Ramina looked in the moonlight. He was actually at a loss for words, but only for a moment! "Wow. You look incredible." A slight blush came to be. "I hadn't noticed it before, but you have such pretty eyes."
In an almost comical fashion, Kale's hair sprung back up into the messy fashion that it normally was for Saiyans. "Well, I was actually going to offer to fly you." A broad smile creased the corners of his lips.

Ramina gave a soft smile in response to the compliments, his offer to fly her surprising but not something she'd be completely opposed to. "I guess. I've never really experienced flight, what is it like?" Asked the cat, her orange eyes gazing at his coal black ones filled with curiosity and wonder as she turned to briefly look at the sky. Of course his hair fluffed back up; what made her think Saiyans didn't have that problem. "I'm as ready as I'll ever be"
The kitty was nervous, and hoped to kami he didn't drop her on the way there. The warm breeze blew; gently ruffling her dress as she awaited his next actions. If he scooped her up, she'd meow in surprise and cling to him, throwing her arms around his neck as the wind would howl around them.

Indeed, Kale had swept Ramina off of her feet. The smile remained and showed no sign of going away. "Hang on. I've got you. You're gonna love this, trust me!"
Henceforth, the charming Saiyan gently lifted off of the ground with Ramina safely held in his arms. He did not want to scare her on the first date, so it would not be a good idea to fly at his normal speed. The restaurant that he had in mind was just a few blocks away in East Capitol, which meant that the flight wouldn't be that long.
The gentle wind whipped through Kale's black hair and ruffled his fancy clothes. He couldn't resist continuing to smile as he was having a grand time thus far. Stars in the sky danced beautifully. And thankfully, the moon wasn't full. Turning into an Oozaru on the first date would simply be a disaster.

Ramina held onto his neck, her fur slightly fluffed up at the sight of seeing the ground far below. He fur smoothed as the moon shone on their flight, gorgeous stars dancing on the canvas of the black sky. "This... is amazing.." She whispered softly, eyes wide as she looked around while gently letting go of his neck. The wind gently ruffled her dress, blowing the ponytail holder out of her hair and into the night sky.
Her long black hair bounced back down to it's normal length, shining in the light as she looked at the city below. Bustling cars and building lights twinkled in the night, opening her eyes to the sensation of flying and what it was like to soar high above the ground. "Wow..... This.. I can't believe we're so high up! Please don't let go, I can't fly." The last part was a whisper, orange eyes open in complete awe.

"Don't worry. We're almost there," the Saiyan reassured his date. Sure enough, Kale spotted the restaurant down below. "Here we are."
Kale descended from the sky as gently as he had initially taken off minutes before. His gentle hands kept Ramina safe. And all the while, he noted how wonderful the dress's fabric felt to the touch. he could only imagine how wonderful her fur would feel.
Once Kale's boots planted onto the ground, he gently set Ramina down. The restaurant was oriental themed, and by the looks of it, appeared to be a pricey establishment. It was a good thing that the pair were dressed for the occasion! The arch on the front of the building read in gorgeous letters, "GOLDEN DRAGON". Kale's eyes befell Ramina with a grin to go with it.
"I've heard a lot of great reviews about this place," Kale mentioned as he offered Ramina his right arm. "It's supposed to be all-you-can-eat, with all kinds of people in mind. Even Saiyans! But the best part is, you get to cook some of your own meat!"

Ramina looked at him as the two descended, slowly stepping onto the ground once she was let go of. His hands were firm and gentle, leaving the cat's fur to smooth back to normal. Looking at the restaurant, she couldn't help but be surprised. "I've always wanted to go here, but I've never had a reason to.." She whispered softly, turning to look at him with his rather goofy grin.
She gently took his arm with her left, soft fur brushing against the back of his hand for a minute as she would walk inside with him. The establishment looked gorgeous, the smells of different foods wafting to her sensitive nose. "Wow.." She whispered softly, orange eyes scanning the area as they were attended to and given a table. "Thank you, Kale. Nobody's ever done anything even remotely as kind as this to me.."

Ramina's words piqued Kale's interest. "What? What do you mean?" He was genuinely concerned for his companion. "Why would no one be kind to you? I've only known you for about two days, and I can tell that you are sweet, kind, and fun to be around." Kale smiled to her to reassure her. "I mean, I didn't expect to meet you when I went clothes shopping. I just ended up being lucky."
A host walked up to Kale and Ramina with a smile on his face. "Good evening! How many tonight?" Kale raised his hand and gestured the number two. "Just us, please." The host nodded in satisfaction. "Splendid! This way, please!" He led Kale and Ramina further into the restaurant. The different aromas were only making Kale's mouth water in anticipation while the scents teased his senses.
Before long, the host brought the couple to a table with a fire grill in the center. It was low to the ground and had comfortable maroon cushions built into the wood. "Please," the host would say, "remove your footwear and have a seat. Do not worry about kneeling, you have the option to sit and cross your legs if you wish. The waiter will be right with you with the menus. Have a pleasant evening, you two!" And just like that, the host waltzed off to continue his rounds.

Ramina took off her heels, gently stepping onto the soft floor and sitting with her legs crossed and hands in her lap. "Thank you.. do trust you're being honest with me." She replied quietly, offering a gentle smile as her large orange eyes gazed at him over the grill, and thankfully the waiter came not too soon after. When asked what she wanted to drink, she replied with a tall glass of cool ice water for her option.
After that, she'd muse over the menu, paw to her chin curiously as she looked over what there was to eat. Everything looked and sounded delicious, and for this cat she could eat a lot yet still maintain her figure due to her family's history of high metabolism. "Everything looks so good, what are you going to get, do you know?" She asked curiously, looking over her menu at the saiyan male.
