Member Name: Brisk Warning Amount: [0] -> [10] (5 Minutes) Reason for Warn: Brisk's comments in the CBox were overly rude and lewd in nature. This is ontop of continuing to push the envelope in the CBox with an overly aggressive tone towards Zucceta and myself, when he was told to stop taking things to heart and to calm down. His response was this: Trying to amend my deplorable-ness. When this warn happened tensions were high personally between me and kizuki, and I was certainly acting out of turn for good cbox conduct. I wasn't in the right mind and I was acting like a little shit. I feel like it was definitely pushing the envelope and I think the cbox ban was extremely warranted, but I'd like to appeal the site percentage. My agitated conduct is not representative of who I am as a member of the site and I will work to amend it in any way possible. I'm willing to do community service by doing free advertisements for the site, or helping out with backed up grading. There will not be problems with this again. I just feel bad about this and I think that retrospectively it was pushing the envelope but not warranting of a non permanent 10. If there is anything I can do additionally to help amend my folly here outside of the warning, I'd love to know. I hope this doesn't come off as superficial, I just genuinely feel bad about this incident and don't want it to shape me as a participant on this site.

Hey there Brisk . The appeals process on Souls is typically slated for Matters of Fact, Matters of Law (or in our case, Matters of Rules ), or mixed questions of both just like in the appellate division of a judicial system. So in order for the appeal to be granted, there has to be either a misapplication of the site rules, a new or broader fact revealing more of the truth of the situation, or a mixture of the two. It's good to feel remorseful and wanting to make amends, but our appeals process doesn't look at that. So unfortunately, I'm going to have to deny your appeal. Don't feel bad though, 10% is nothing and you're doing great, and besides, some of my favorite people on the site have a high warning bar. -Vi
