(I will eventually set the plot up! For now I'll do the techniques!)
-> Offensive Techniques!
Technique Name: > [N1] Holiday Havoc
Desc: The user raises their hands over their head, charging a spherical bomb of ki no bigger than themselves. Using their own joy and cheer for the holidays and determination to win their fight, the user pump the bomb with energy. The sphere flashes between red, white, and green colors like some kind of cheery Christmas light! This is the most basic version of this attack chain, and charges at 33% intervals up to five times. The user can either throw the bomb at an opponent to deal damage. Costs 1 KP.
Technique name: >> [V2] Mistle Bomb
Desc: The upgraded form of Holiday Havoc. The user charges their bomb like normal, putting even more positive energy into the attack. The flashing of the colors is now at an increased speed, and light particles fly off of this upgraded attack, like flecks of snow. While this attack is no stronger than it's predecessor, the user can swing their hand around to redirect the bomb if their opponent dodges it with an afterimage! With this HOMING variant added, the user can charge this attack at 33% intervals up to five times. Costs 2 KP.
Technique Name: >>> [V3] Blizzard Mistle Bomb
Desc: The upgraded form of Holiday Havoc and the Mistle Bomb. Instead of switching colors, the bomb solidifies to a blueish-white color, the flecks of snowy ki surrounding it whooshing around at incredible speeds. The Blizzard Mistle Bomb is promptly thrust at an opponent, and the user can throw their hand around to redirect the bomb to home in on foes if they dodge with an Afterimage. With this HOMING variant added, the user can charge this attack at 66% intervals up to five times. Costs 3 KP.
(Tech idea from: Capper Hofferson/Chai/Sketchy-ruuuuuuuuu!!! (Civil War ref))
Technique Name: Kamehame Ha (N1/UP2/MP3)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Kamehameha
Technique Description: The Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side and ki is concentrated into a single point (between their cupped hands). The hands are then thrust forward to shoot out a streaming, powerful beam of energy. The blast can also be used, generally under extenuating circumstances, with just one arm or even the feet. In most variants, the user utters the word "Ka-me-ha-me-HA!!!" as he/she charges and releases the attack.
Technique Name: Blitz Beam (N1/-1 KP)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Power_Blitz
Desc: As the description on the wiki says. This attack is fairly simple. A simple energy wave of sorts that does 33% of the users powerlevel and only a loss of 1 KP. (Is also smaller than an energy wave as it's a beam) The user would draw his or her arm back and charge a swirling energy of (Whatever ki color the user prefers.) and then thrusts the arm forwards shooting the attack at its opponent.
Technique Name: Blitz Blast (UP2/-2 KP)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Power_Blitz
Desc: As the description on the wiki says. This attack is fairly simple. A simple energy wave of sorts but is only smaller than a normal Energy Wave, that does 66% of the users powerlevel and only a loss of 2 KP. But the Blitz Blast is stronger than the Blitz Beam and bigger in size. The user would draw his or her arm back and charge a swirling energy of (Whatever ki color the user prefers.) and then thrusts the arm forwards shooting the attack at its opponent.
Technique Name: Blitz Wave (MP3/-3 KP)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Power_Blitz
Desc: Same as the ones above it, but Blitz Wave is the strongest form of Energy Wave there is that can do up to 100% of he users powerlevel and is increased in size. The user would draw his or her arm back and charge a swirling energy of (Whatever ki color the user prefers.) and then thrusts the arm forwards shooting the attack at its opponent causing massive amounts of damage.
Technique Name: Kamekaze Beam (N1)
Wiki: None
Desc: Unlike the Kamekaze Wave/Blitz, Kamekaze beam is much different. In size and how it's preformed. Simple enough he/she will form 1 orb, for any one of the fingers. The small orb is containing a small amount of 33% of his/her energy. Once it is launched, it'll all equal up to 33% of his/her powerlevel. Once fired, it shoots like a beam from the fingertips at its intended target.
Technique Name: Kamekaze Wave (UP2)
Wiki: None?
Description: Kamekaze blitz is another form of the Kamekaze Beam, but more powerful and directly, stronger. It's special role to Kazar Winter's is that once charged and fired instead of a normal beam, the moment on release the attack split's into 2 small kamekaze beams, and half-way to it's intended target, both of the beams combine into one giant kamekaze wave, equaling to it's user's strength/Power level. Meaning each Beam consists of 33% of Kazar's pl, which combined together is 66% of his pl. However, this doesn't count as a splitting technique as stated, the two beams to combine into one massive wave of energy half-way to reaching it's target.
Technique Name: Kamekaze Blitz (MP3)
Wiki: None?
Description: Kamekaze Blitz is another form of the Kamekaze Beam/Wave, but more powerful and directly, stronger. It's special role to Kazar Winter's is that once charged and fired instead of a normal beam, the moment on release the attack split's into 2 small kamekaze beams, and half-way to it's intended target, both of the beams combine into one giant kamekaze wave, equaling to it's user's strength/Power level. Meaning, each Beam consists of 50/50 of Kazar's pl. However, this doesn't count as a splitting technique as stated, the two beams to combine into one massive wave of energy half-way to reaching it's target.

Technique Name: Ki Barrier (SU1)
>Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Energy_Shield
Description: This is Ki Barrier is very simple. Simply extend your arms out along with your leg stance, and then pour all your energy and lifeforce into a compressed barrier of ki. Doing so, it means it can block 33% of its users pl.
Technique Name: Ki Barrier (UP2/-2 KP)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Energy_Shield
Desc: This is Ki Barrier but with a higher standard then the first one. This Ki Barrier is even more highly compressed then it's original, meaning it can block even more then 33% and now block 66% of the users pl.
Technique Name: Ki Barrier (SU3/-3 KP)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Energy_Shield
Desc: Same as the last description, but only this higher up-to-date Ki barrier can block/absorb 100% of the users powerlevel.
Technique Name: Flight (SU)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Flight
Description: Allowing User to use their ki and manipulate it to fly.
Technique Name: Afterimage [SU1]
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Afterimage_Technique
Description: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Technique Name: Quick-Image (SU2)
Wiki: Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Afterimage_Technique
Description: The same as it's original afterimage, but even quicker. Threw kazar's intense battle's, and training he's become far faster then he once was when he first learned afterimage. Thus giving him the ability to use a faster version of the afterimage tech. Quick-Image can dodge up to 200% of his own pl, and leave a image of himself behind for almost a split-second, leaving his enemy to be confused.
Technique Name: InstantImage (SU3/-3 KP)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Afterimage_Technique
Desc: Like Afterimage, and QuickImage. InstantImage is the same overall but much better. It can allow the user to dodge attacks up to 300% of their powerlevel and take no damage. Anything above 300% of the users pl, and the InstantImage will fail leaving the user to his/her demise.
-> Utility Techs!
Technique Name: Ki Suppression (SU1 - SU3)
Wiki: dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Ki (The best i can lead on from the dragonball wiki, sorry! ^^)
Desc: Ki Suppression threw it's tiers. Tier 1: The user can suppress his/her ki to be sensed at a lower level but in reality he/she can still punch as hard and move as fast as their 100% as their ki was simply suppressed. Tier 2: Is where he/she is able to lower and raise their own power. So unlike Tier 1, it doesn't make their power seem lower than it really is. It actually changes the amount of his/her power that is being used. Tier 3: The final tier where he/she can increase their power to 150%, 50% above normal. But only can still do as much damage and move as fast as their 100% as the extra 50% is to intimidate their opponents.
