Today was the big day. Well, the signups for the big day, anyway. Tourit had been advertising his tournament for two weeks, and finally it was time to open the signups for it. He had already personally met some of the people who were participating, and he was rather impressed by them. The tournament grounds looked nice in the prince’s eyes, and he had already deemed it a worthy place to hold his venue. A slightly larger man in orange garbs was already outside with a desk and large list, which for the time being was blank. Tourit knew, however, that that list would be filling up shortly.

Polara had returned to Earth a while ago, somewhat excited for the tournament to an extent but at the same time was keeping casual demeanor about it. The possibility of fighting Retsu interested her, and the female had taken to the sky in search of the Tenkachi Budokai grounds today to find the Demon running this tournament. Soon finding it, she'd descend on the scene and walk towards the man with the desk, following his instructions to signing in.
Fin was very bored. He had been trying to stay under the radar for two months, protecting himself from the new threats popping up everywhere. New fighters had all been popping up since someone had wished all the damage from the SSE was undone. Fin had enough of running. He needed more cells, or else he would never gain the perfection he so dearly needs. So, once Fin heard about the tournament, he decided to try out for it. But since he didn't want to be called out as a monster while trying to sign up, he went there in a black cloak that enveloped his whole body. He wrapped his tail around his waist to prevent any other complications. He then flew towards the tournament grounds. Once he got there he walked to the sign up table to gain information about how to sign up. He noticed that there was an Arcosian there too, and their power was levels above Fin's. He sighed. Another fighter with huge potential to deal with later.
[Thread PL = 46,576] [Heavy Weights active = 11,644] Retsu had kept the day of the tournaments sign ups as a warning on his scouter. When the alarm went off he sighed and left the farm, flying to the sky and towards the marked location. It wouldn't take him too long to reach the area before he landed just behind Polara.
"Oh good. You are here." He said. "I was hoping you'd show up. It would be no fun with only one Arcosian in the tournament."
He chuckled softly and shook his head, getting signed in just as Polara did, before his scouter bleeped and warned him of another power level. He turned his head, looking towards Fin. His eyes narrowed but he said nothing. He wasn't a threat.
Retsu would wait by the registration, hoping to see some of the stronger fighters arrive, they were the ones who interested him the most.
Levlidian strode about the area with a leaflet tightly taken up in his hand, frowning and turning his head from the note of an address. There it was, quickly he'd jog up the row of stairs, he was still unused to the slimmer, lighter figure he now boasted but he arrived at the signing with a cruel grin in place. In place stood two Arcosians he recognised, beyond them stood a less than familiar figure whom he furrowed a brow towards.
"Ah, this'll be the right place," he proceeded to sign his name down and step free to eye the three; "Greetings,"

It was finally the time upon all. EGG had heard of this tournament from actually being there with a weird man of sorts, this weird man wanting to celebrate his wedding of sorts. And apparently this man had spiked his strength earlier in order to attract the ones from earlier. Recognizing his strength, EGG lands outside of the Tenka'ichi Budōkai grounds. Although a couple freaked out at his appearance, the caped saibaman walked to the registration table where there was a rather rotund man taking names of the people wanting to take part in this very lackluster tournament. Looking at the list, he saw the names of those before him, and notices that there weren't many people on the list. It was probably because the demon guy was still being a cheapskate by not proving a reward of any kind.
Sighing, the Tennenman wrote his name in all caps, before putting the pen down and was directed to the waiting area where the other contestants were at.
After being led around by another fat man who helped make this tournament possible, the pink and blue plant-based alien was lead to a room where Polara, Retsu, and two other people were in. Smiling happily, he recognized the two arcosians as they ones who were there when the demon guy made his announcement. Waving, he says with a smile, "Hey! Nice see you again! Me, EGG, remember!?"
After he hopefully got a reaction out of them, EGG turned to face Levlidian, before the tennenman with smile, "Yes, nice meet you too! Name EGG!"
Then EGG walked on over to the black cloaked person, and the closer EGG got the more confused the tennenman was. He was sensing multiple different energies from this cloaked person, yet he had no idea why. A big sense of unease finding itself in EGG's gut, as it reminded him of the two bug people he already met, along with the scantily clad Scarlet. Hoping it wasn't a particular one of them, EGG held out a hand to the cloaked guy, before saying, "Name EGG, nice meet you!"

A fitting place to hold this tournament.
Marcel couldn't help, but smile at this rare opportunity of being part of an actual tournament. He didn't really have any expectations of coming out of this the victor, but he was really excited about being able to battle other powerful fighters. The hybrid found himself back on the grounds that he once admired, had a spar with the long haired Saiyan, Negi, and also faced his 'demons' getting a better control over his abilities at this very spot. This location held a very special place in Marcel's heart though it definitely might fail in comparison to those who had a longer history with this place.
The demonic Saiyan hybrid recognized Tourit quickly, and gave him a quick nod before proceeding up the stairs. The prince was the one who told him about this tournament he was holding after they have sparred, and bonded a bit. As he made it up there, he found himself behind a familiar figure. The ki though lower than before was also familiar. The hybrid's eyes widened some as he had a brief flashback of the attack that happened at the North Capitol. The stunning...the explosion....that gold aura....
It was him...that Saiyan he had almost gotten killed. Levlidian was his name, remembering what Hinawa has told him. Of all places, why was this man here!? Marcel wasn't ready to confront him, or at least he believed that, despite what Hinawa had told him. The hybrid backed away a bit, lowering his already lowered ki from the weights hidden underneath, to keep attention from himself before stopping. He didn't want to miss this opportunity....Perhaps the Saiyan didn't know it was him, and judging from the amount of people, these two may not even face each other on the battlefield. With that, the hybrid decided to stay, and went up to sign when it was his time, not even realizing that the Arcosian who also played a role in nearly killing that Saiyan was also among the people participating.
As Levlidian tried to converse with the other contestants, Marcel attempted to walk away from the others, sitting himself down in one of the seats away, glancing over in the direction of the other contestants before looking away.
Power Level: 24,147 Heavy Weights Equipped! Restrained Power Level 6,036 Rafar had been waiting anxiously for this day for some time now, and it seemed that it had finally arrived. He departed from the ship he called home, arriving at the grounds hours later looking around for his potential competitors.
It looked like Retsu, Levilidan and Polara were here, as well as that sabiaman that was also there when this tournament was announced. That one strange demon kid he had seen during the battle against the demon seemed like he was also planning to compete. Rafar's entire body grew tense as he recognized the last fighter, it was that one bug creature that had nearly killed him during his first battle on Earth. Visibly restraining himself, he contented himself with the possibility that he could face that "Fin" in the first round.\\
Nodding to Retsu and Levilidan, he would walk over to the signups and scrawl his name down on the sheet before leaning against a stone wall, looking for any contestants yet to show themselves.

Her body completely healed from the fight she had lost against that powerful Saiyan, the young hybrid strolled into the tournament area. She had found a flier in the nearby city, and immediately made a beeline for the battle area. After all, the words Levlidian had mentioned were still fresh in her mind: A Saiyan's strength will multiply exponentially when honed through combat. Armed with the knowledge of emitting Ki and her newest technique, the young woman honestly felt she had a decent shot at winning. After all, she had won a dozen martial arts tournaments back at home. Walking up to the sign-in desk, she quickly penned her name before walking into the prep area. There were dozens of faces she didn't recognize, so she chose to go over to a corner and begin warming up. It wouldn't pay to catch a cramp early on and lose the tournament by default.

A Majin had agreed to join the tournament, this majin, Makaz had held the flier in his hand. He was excited to fight with other people, especially considering just how FUN this was going to be! More people to compete with/prank, and better options to probably piss off. The Majin would glare around, looking to see if there were any other competitors. ENEMIES he could make..
Duri would be floating over an island, what seemed to have a tournaments ground. He would be donning his new cape, standing there with his arms folded like the proud saiyan he was. His cape flowed as the wind blew around him, like he was a aerodynamic figure. He'd look down over the landscape, with the sun glaring over it constantly. The light of the sun would shine in his eyes, brightening up the teal on his armor. The black would be barely phased by the light, only appearing lighter partly. The shade behind him blocked the light, with his figure not letting the light pass through him. The new cape was because he was almost at the status of a High-Class Saiyan.
He'd look down over the tournament grounds, with his scouter recently being traded in for lenses, which were a smaller scouter placed over the eyes. A real technological advancement, that was for sure. Duri would smirk, and his lenses. The light of the landscape made Duri feel even better, and then his scouter lenses would go to work. Multiple high leveled fighters, some around his level. Duri would know what he would be doing next, and would float downwards onto the sidewalk. A flier would almost immediately catch his attention, with him turning his head towards it. So it was a tournament? Sign Duri up. Of course Duri wasn't going to fight anyone stronger than him, he wasn't an idiot.
Duri slowly made his way over, twisting his wrist as his cape flew behind him. Citizens would stare at him, but Duri was too focused on the tournament to even care. Step after step, Duri would approach closer and closer, before he eventually found himself at the entrance. He'd gaze around the crowd of fighters of multiple different species. This would be a fun tournament. Duri would make his way over to the sign-up booths, requesting to be put in the 20,000 and under club. It was time to test out his new maximum power ki ball.
He would talk to a man at the stand. "Sign me up for the 20,000 and under club." He'd place his hand on the table, saying this briefly. The man would sign him up, and would ask for a name. "Well, just put... Z." Duri would make his way into the club after he was signed up, and his tail would move around as he walked, before he found himself sitting down in a completely random place above the crowd on the top of a building. He had his weights on today, but he would remove them if he had to.

Thread PL: 15,854Well...this was strange. Collan would be walking up to the reception, having seen an advertisement somewhere. Usually Collan didn't take part in things like this...tournaments. But, this it did seem nice, and maybe this could get him strong enough to beat...her. But, whatever. He'd walk up. "Hmmm...just put me down as Collan." He had not seen any point in lying about his name, being 100% truthful.
Finding a place to sit, Collan had decided to get comfortable.
Cado had been hanging out in his usual place. The large field out along a forest side. He was sitting in the sun and concentraiting on the areas around. He could sence the gathering of a bunch of people. Most with powers close to his, but also some a lot lower.
He opened his eyes and stood up, deciding to see what was so interesting. Upon arrival, he could see the large stadium like arena. " wo der what is going on here" he would say to himself.
He would walk up to the counter and see that a tournament was about to be held. "This could be interesting ". So he signs up and walks towards the staging area with the others and waits.
PL: 4,200 Stumbling his way through the crowds, Tomoyo was quite confused at what was going on. The person on the boat that had taken him to the Tournament Island said something about a big competition going on, and understandably he was interested...
And yet, just the sheer scope of entrants showing up threw the boy off. There were people in costumes, vendors, men wearing what looked to be aprons with clipboards, and that's not even talking about all the intimidating people showing up. "Woah! What's that?" The 11 year old hybrid suddenly exclaimed to nobody in particular as he noticed a big table with lots of people lining up to a slightly large man dressed all in orange at a desk with some sort of list.
Getting into the line behind one big burly person, it wasn't long until the eager boy had approached the desk...
of which he was a few centimeters too short to be above.
"I said Next. Stop standing there like an idiot, I ain't got all day." The large man with at the desk said to the person standing behind Tomo, making Tomoyo's cheeks puff up in anger as he stuck his arms above him to just barely reach above the table.
"Hey! I'm right here!" He yelled, jumping up and down to get the man's attention.
"...god damn it... Hey kid, there's no junior division for this tournament. Move along." The annoyed attendant announced before making shooing motions at the hybrid with the end of his clipboard.
"Hmph. I want to compete too!" Tomoyo indignantly replied, his voice getting slightly more high pitched and whiny. He didn't even know what this was for or what he was competing in, but at this point Tomo was just gonna say it to get back at the jerk!
Cringing for a second before regrettably picking back up his pencil, the attendant began flipping to a new entrance sheet. Nothing was worth putting up with an annoying kid. "Fine, your funeral. Name?"
"I'm Tomoyo! I'm 11 years old and it's not nice to meet ya!"
