(I have chosen to create a different character instead of this one)
Name: Goachi
Alias: The Fallen One, The Arch-Enemy
Species: Shinjin (Demon mechanic-wise)
Gender: Genderless, prefers masculine appearance*
Age: Unknown, however it can be assumed he has lived for hundreds of thousands of years. Even more if you include the amount of time he was sealed.
Appearance:
History:
The Kaioshin are gods of life, and as such they strive to protect it. They create stars, worlds and the native life-forms which inhabit them, and even in times of great crisis and strife, they would descend from their ascended plane of existence to destroy those who would dare threaten the balance between creation and destruction. However, not all of the Kai's thought this was the right way to do things. Why should they sit lazily upon their thrones above the mortals, beings lesser than them? Why should they remain ignorant to their betters? The Kai's were gods, after all, they deserved to be worshiped and praised.
One Kaioshin in particular believed in these things. His name was once Ochitsata, a Kai of great power and skill. Whenever an evil threatened the mortal plane he would always be the one to raise his hands in defense of them, however soon he grew tired and weary of defending weaklings. Why should they protect those who did not yell cries of gratitude to their saviors? The mortals simply accepted the fact that they had stopped dying and moved on without a care in the world. Where was the respect for those who bled to defend their homes and livelihoods?
As time grew on, this anger at mortals was also directed towards his fellow Kaioshin. Did they not see this as well? They bled and died against the greatest threats in the galaxy, but they didn't even care if they never got any respect? Any praise for their actions? He voiced his distaste to one of the elder Kaioshin, however his questions were merely waved off like he was some kind of servant! He put his life on the line time and time again to protect his fellow Kaioshin and the mortals alike, and this is how they treated him?
His anger against his own race would grow stronger and stronger. He even began to plot against them in secret, to put the Kaioshin in their rightful place in the eyes of not only his fellow Kai's, but also the mortals themselves. He sought out other Kaioshin who were more open-minded, and through his persuasion and his reputation swayed many to his cause. The ones who could not be swayed were ignorant to the threat growing right beside them until he finally struck.
The Kaioshin splintered into two factions, those who believed they should continue to uphold the old ways, and the followers of Ochitsata, now known as Goachi. The two groups argued and squabbled between each other, trying to prove which was the right way. These arguments never escalated into violence, however that changed all too soon. Once the fallen Kaioshin judged that he was strong enough to seize power, he attacked his former brothers, starting what would be known among the survivors of the conflict as "The War in Heaven".
The conflict was bloody on both sides, friends turning on friends, servants killing their own masters, and apprentices stabbing their teachers while their backs were turned. To others, it would look as if Goachi had gone mad, however Goachi saw the fact that his brothers were dying by his own hand in the first place, was just another reason why they were not worthy to be gods. It didn't take long for the loyalist Kaioshin to retaliate, however, and the advantage the traitor's had in the beginning with their surprise attack was swiftly taken away. The rebellious followers of the Arch-traitor were weaker than the loyalists, this was true, however whenever Goachi took to the field, his very presence seemed to empower his followers, and wherever he was, it was impossible for the loyalists to break through and win that battle.
However, for all his power and strength, Goachi was but a single powerful Kaioshin against many. His followers were mostly made up of the weaker and younger of his race, which were far more easier to sway to his cause than the older, more experienced ones. Slowly but surely, Goachi's followers were defeated, and slowly driven back. However, the Kaioshin could not bring themselves to kill Goachi, even though he had caused so much death and suffering. Even through the heat of battle, they would call out to Goachi to surrender himself. Of course, the traitor ignored them. This continued to a while until the loyalist Kaioshin searched for a way to defeat Goachi peacefully.
While the Otherworld, they found an old, powerful witch of incredible power who, when asked, said she could seal away Goachi forever. Fed up with fighting, and seeing that this was probably the best option, the loyalist Kaioshin agreed and began to create the tomb in which the Arch-Traitor would be sealed in for all eternity.
Once the tomb was complete, the old Witch challenged Goachi to a duel. At first, Goachi refused to fight an old woman who would "hardly be worth his time", however as she began to insult him he charged the witch with all his fury. The battle, however was a trap. The witch merely laughed at the fallen Kai's rage as she cast her sealing spell. First, his power that made him so strong was stripped away from him, leaving him as weak as any mortal being. When he felt his strength fade from his grasp, it is said that Goachi's anger was so great, that his screams nearly shook the heavens asunder.
His struggle was all in vain, however, as the sealing then took effect. He was sealed inside the temple that the Kaioshin had created for him to serve as his prison for all eternity, a monument to warn those against betraying the gods.
However, the seal would not last for as long as they had hoped. The witch had missed a crucial part of the spell. Because of this the sealing spell itself was bound to her own life-force. As the witch grew older and weaker, so did the seal. Eventually, the witch herself died of old age, and the seals reached their breaking point. The tomb, which had hung inbetween the fabric of reality, unreachable between the otherworld and the mortal realm suddenly appeared on Earth as the sealing spell waned, right in the middle of the Saiyan invasion.
A group of Saiyan warriors, thinking that the temple was filled with Treasure. They broke inside, and in their ignorance broke the seal, releasing the long-dormant Goachi. In his anger, he slaughtered the Saiyan warriors and escaped the prison which had held him so long, searching for a way to relclaim his lost power and wreak havoc against gods and mortals alike.
