[N1] Thundering Breath
Gaia's eyes glow a magnificent white color, casting sharp shadows around her. You may hear a low hum, building up...then a dead silence, right before discharge. Your hair stands on end. You smell ozone. You see the plates on the blue dragon's back crackling with electricity and white light. Small bits of water and ice fly around inside the dragon's mouth, gas building up inside before an electrical discharge is released from her maw. It can travel in a straight stream or be fired as a sphere. Charges at 33% PL intervals up to five times! Costs 1 KP.
[UT] Advanced Vocalizations
Gaia has taught herself to speak fluent English after watching humans speak for hundreds of years. She knows how to read and write as well- and does enjoy a good book every now and then. Gaia's voice can become a garbled mess of growls and roars when she's in the middle of an intense emotion, but the dragon is capable of speaking in a refined and understandable tune.[UT] Smell-O-Vision
Dragons evolved with very keen senses, including smell. Having a nose surpassing that of a bloodhound, Gaia can sniff out and pinpoint their location. She can track down familiar scents- give the dragon someone's belonging to sniff, and she can track them down if they have a nearby scent trail! This also works on androids. It's essentially Ki Sense, but without the Ki- Gaia cannot put a gauge on someone's power level by just sniffing them, that's a job reserved for the Ki Sense skill.
[UT] Flight
Using her massive white wings to take to the skies above, Gaia can take her fights to even greater heights! With the Unique Characteristic IMPLIED FLIGHT, Gaia gains this as a fourth starter technique!
Gaia can be rigid and stubborn, as she usually refuses to acknowledge feelings and viewpoints besides's her own. She can be unyielding and forceful in battle, and is not a dragon you want to enrage. Still, the dragon seems to be stuck in a permanent mom mode. She cares for everyone- especially children- unless they give her a reason to do otherwise. She may give some tough love at times, but the dragon is usually very well meaning. Although she can and will kill in the need, the dragon can be very playful and seems to enjoys being around others. Still, Gaia is a very old and tired dragon. She loves to take naps and relax, but forces herself awake to act and be productive- though she always has that "five more minutes" motto whenever she is forced to awaken.
Still, Gaia sports a black and white mentality. Gray just frustrates her. Keeping stuff smooth and running is part of her core. If everything is running as it should, she is happy. A black and white mentality is REQUIRED for these fast decisions. She can’t help being who she is because this is what she needs to operate. It really torments her if someone is not efficient in doing something that could have done with much less suffering- the dragon is quick to take charge and make choices for others at times, doing what she and she alone thinks is right for them. She can act aloof and aimless when her emotions take over, and can act recklessly and impulsively when her loved ones are in danger. Gaia is respectful and polite when others give her the same respect back, though she can be very snarky and downright rude when others give her some sass...
Gaia is extremely good at making quick decisions and short term solutions, but she is terrible at seeing very far ahead. Her views and decisions, in essence, lack depth and insight. Especially future insight. Her choices may be good NOW but it might not be good later. She can be a little impulsive and makes more emotion-based choices rather than logical ones.
- PERSONALITY-
Gaia is very dependable, reliable, maternal and kind to others. Despite her kind heart, the dragon's usual solutions to problems and negative emotions is violence or a stare-down. Someone's threatening one of her friends? Hit them with a blast of lightning! Despite her violence, this doesn't mean Gaia isn't warm or friendly. She's much the contrary! She has a very "thinking" instead of "feeling" type of caring as well. It’s just that she seems to not handle situations in regards to feelings, especially negative ones, very well. She might have a hard time understanding others and acknowledging feelings besides her own as well. She's able to come up with jokes on the fly which requires wit, charisma, thinking and intelligence- all traits the dragon sports in balance. However the weakness her thinking type is that she needs help to be able to properly express emotions other than rage (which Gaia displays plenty, controlled or full on blazing), or know how to properly deal with negative emotions. One-Use-Pod
A ruined spaceship Gaia found crashed in the woods she lives in. It's large enough to hold a 20+ foot long dragon, although it looks like this old thing can break into flames any second! Gaia has not found a reason to leave the Earth, and has not decided to use this old pod.

But anyways, I hope that little Gaia here was a good read. I'm nearly positive that I've got something wrong here, especially with the race information below. So please let me know if I need to fix anything, and I will get right to it. Thanks again for your time and consideration- it means a lot, it really does! I will be skipping Gaia's BP and starting out with a base power level.

Gaia's horns curve forward and downwards, and her lower mouth is lined with jagged teeth. The dragon's eyes are a bright yellow color, and her tail ends in an axe-like tip. Gaia's wingspan is 78 feet and she is 42 feet long from head to tail.
HISTORY
Konats does have some interesting wildlife, but none comes to comparison of the planet's uncommon species- dragons. Gaia was one of the sparse species on the planet, born into a pod of about two dozen dragons. However, the dragon's egg was taken before she hatched by some passing Konatsians- dragon eggs and meat are quite tasty, after all. But before her egg could be cooked up, "little" Gaia hatched from her shell, and was already seven feet long as a hatchling! Not sure what to do with the newly born dragon, the Konatsians decided to take her into captivity.
Gaia got along with the other Konatsian children- the dragon would roughhouse a little and play with the kids, who were agape in the presence of the growing beastie. As she grew, Gaia was raised as a pet and worker that helped out around the village, and grew very quickly. By the time she was fifteen, the dragon was twenty-five feet long and could ferry plenty of the resident Konatsians from place to place on her back. She found interst in some of the babysitting services and nurseries when she began to age- the little ones were just so small... She could crush them like bugs if she wanted to. Gaia continued to sport a soft spot for the kiddies, letting them climb all over her while she wasn't working.
Centuries quickly slipped by, and Gaia watched and even helped raise some of the Konatsian children, watching them grow into adults and eventually die. She was saddened whenever one would pass, and became more and more protective over those she would "mother" over due to the empty nest syndrome she experienced whenever one of her friends would pass. Gaia learned how to speak and read with the help of the Konatsians as well, and became a staple of the town as an old and hardened worker that was a welcomed presence.
Eventually, a new king took control of the planet. Plato was his name. Things fell into disarray, and work became ever more present for the dragon. Gaia eventually decided to take off to the wilds to live on her own due to the growing disharmony and distress, but always kept an eye on the town from afar. She was weak compared to the king, and couldn't fight him if she wanted to. The planet would just be even more lost without a ruler, after all. Still, Gaia became some kind of obscure guardian of Ocariin City. Some would speak rumors of a dragon coming and taking children from bad parents, or some gold and stolen treasure disappearing from the hoards of thieves.
Things only got rougher when a mighty battle took place on the planet while Gaia took a long nap, and by the time she had awoken, the planet had yet another ruler. This one was quite... offputting. Conflict and hostility only began to increase, and Gaia eventually stopped visiting the town altogether for awhile because of how bad things were getting. What could she do, even? The old blue dragon now rests in the wilds of Konats, unsure of what to do with herself. There was word of these people mechanizing konatsians- but why? Gaia knew of the magic her planet's populace used, and found the idea of robotics to be quite strange. Still, the motherly dragon bides her time in the wilds, simply waiting to see how things unfold.
