Voca (or Koku. A twist of the tongue on the Japanese word for Cruel. Voca is a pun off the word, 'Avocado'.)

Voca is like much of the Heran males, in that he is a giant teal colored humanoid. He has full orange beard and has a combed back mohawk that narrowly touches the base of his neck. His height is a solid 6'7" and weight seems to vary between 220 lbs to 252 lbs, depending on if he's using his Battle Spirit. He adorns a shoulder padless battle plate on his torso and wears a black spandex suit with no sleeves that appears tight on his bulky frame. One eye is a neon green, while the other is a cybernetic implant for an eye lost during battle that has a white color where the cornea would be, and the metallic grey color of the machinery. From a distance, it appears he has the odd strain of eye color, but this is not the case! It operates only as a replacement eye for him and holds no enhanced tools for him to use... Despite Koldar suggesting it be useful for the Heran!

History: As is Koldar a long serving soldier, so is Voca! However, his years of service didn't start with Koldar, but rather as a Heran mercenary standing guard for a rich individual transporting good deemed illegal in Arcosian politics. They were transporting the cargo through a sector that was normally not kept under watch, and was believed to be the safest route! However, the ship with Voca, his client, and other mercenaries had not known of a battlefield near the end of Arcosian space, upon a small time planet that had attract SSE eyes. They were met by Koldar and his unit, who'd recently acquired the ship called the Frostar. They were charged to scout out the space around the planet, to make certain there were no ships heading towards it!
Though they were in an unregistered ship, it was deemed suspicious and Koldar demanded the ship cease its movements for inspection. It was not followed through, due to the 'cargo' being individuals recently 'acquired' in Kanassa and small planets in AE space! Soldiers from both ships poured out and attempted to blast and board the other's ship! Eventually, Voca AND Koldar had to step out of the confines of their ships and attempted to put an end to the battle by ending the other! Voca, while personally strong and singularly breached the Frostar's deck, Koldar had managed to do the same and had demolished the crew aboard that fought back. Voca's client was quickly put to energy bands and brought back, painfully, to the ship.
Voca, meanwhile, was eventually subdued and beaten, even having lost an eye to a lucky blast! He was restrained and brought to the medical bay, where Koldar went to meet him. A man of his caliber wasn't someone to pass up. A talk happened, with Koldar laying down what was to become of him if they returned back to Arcose, and offering him a path out, since Voca had no obligation to carry out his contract! Voca would agree, and after receiving that small cybernetic implant, he would partake in many skirmishes, battles, and even meetings with other captains and officers of other ships with Koldar! He would become Koldar's 2nd in command, and had earned himself a simple title, called, "The Cruel Vice!"
While not entirely on par with Koldar, he proved himself a decent sparring partner for the Captain (now Commander) and is called several things by the other soldiers. For now, he stands vigilant and waiting for the time to strike with his comrades against the SSE with Koldar leading the charge!
Techniques:
Offensive
Heat Bomb (N1 Blast): A massive green fireball that Voca summons from in him! It packs a great amount of heat and tends to leave the targets hit burning in pain. Charges for 33% pl per turn and uses 1 KP.
Fire Bomb (UP2 Blast): A stronger version of the Heat Bomb! It packs more energy and develops a darker green color, to signify its enhanced strength. Charges for 66% per turn and uses 2 KP.
Inferno Bomb (MP3 Blast): The strongest version Voca has mustered of the Heat Bomb! Becoming a near black color, it rages and itches to incinerate any it touches. Charges for 100% per turn and uses 3 KP.
Ki Barrier (N1): Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! It charges at 33% per turn, and if the Barrier is broken by a technique, any bleed-through damage is halved (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000).
Super Ki Barrier (UP2): Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! It charges at 66% per turn, and if the Barrier is broken by a technique, any bleed-through damage is halved (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000).
Support
After Image (SU1): A rapid movement that leaves behind a fairly hazy image of the individual. Uses 1 KP and can successfully dodge up to 100% the user's current power level.
After Image (SU2): A greater speed that leaves more solid image of the individual. Uses 2 KP to dodge up to 200% the user's current power level.
After Image (SU3): A movement so quick, it leaves behind a completely solid image that looks lifelike for the small time it exists! Uses 3 KP to dodge up to 300% the user's current Power Level.
Utility
Power Weighted/Bulking (UT): By some means, usually via a significant increase in muscle mass, you increase your offensive power at the cost of your defenses, this results in an increase of your offensive pl by +x1 and a decrease of your defensive PL by -x3. You must have a transformation that provides at least +x3 defensive PL to use this technique. Using Power Weighted costs 0 KP in a KP Battle
Bukujutsu/Flight (UT): Capable of using one's energy to enable them flight. No KP needed to use in Battle.
Ki Suppression (UT1): You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can remain undetected by friends and foes alike! This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
Transformations:
1) Battle Spirit (x3): Like his people, Voca is capable of enhancing his strength, though not to the degree the others are. His strength triples and his skin tone turns a bright green, with his hair becoming red. Perhaps it is due to sustained injuries that he cannot strengthen himself as much as his brethren.
