Thread PL: 108,918 Resillium Core: 980,262 Inhibitors ACTIVE: 245,066 Ki Setting: OFF Carva once again found himself standing on the bustling streets of the East Capitol, weaving and side stepping through the various Earthlings going about their everyday business. His auditory sensors were mildly disturbed by the car horns blaring as the traffic backed up on main street, his bright amber eyes turning into skits as he cursed to himself. "Damned stupid idiots. I can see why Kazar chose this mudball. The fool fit right in."
This was a nice day, if you actually LIVED on Earth. But when you were a Super Powered SaiyAndroid with the power to destroy entire civilization's who had grown accustomed to a quiet planet like Konats, it was rather unplesant. On top of his displeasure with the gaggle of dumbasses playing dice on the corner as he turned it,he'd gotten tired of wearing the same exact outfit everyday. It was either his Saiyan armor or the outfit Ramina had sold him, as he'd neglected to purchase more than one outfit.
Which brings us to today, as Carva heads through the shopping distance. He'd searched his memory banks for the name of the shop and come up with..."The Cat's Meow". So you can imagine his delight when he finally happened up the small shop on the side of the street, the door opening with a "ding" as he stepped in. Immediately, the stoic warrior still wearing the clothes he'd bought last time(clean and pressed, mind you) would call out in a booming, yet calm voice. "Lady Ramina. Are you here?"

Ramina was making sure that all the current clothing was put in the right sections, pressed and looking good while she flexed her paws. They ached slightly but it wasn't something the feline couldn't power through as she unlocked the shop's front door. Being ready for the day, she sat down and began reading a fashion magazine. So far the day was normal; a few people already beginning to trail in for the day.
Putting away the magazine, the Zoanthrope slid on over to the customers as they asked different questions; replying swiftly and calmly. Once they were satisfied and left, the cat quickly stretched on all four paws, not noticing herself being in plain sight of a customer and an android. Of course; she had no scouter to notice him and the booming voice made her fall over in surprise. Hastily putting on her shoes, she walked over to Carva. "Good to see you again sir, how might I assist you this morning?"

A mischievous grin spread over the SaiyAndroid's face. If there was one thing he loved about this current state of his, he always had the element of surprise, and as the woman fell over in surprise he'd chuckle a bit. It was amusing to him to say the least. He'd move over to her with a stride to his step, that same confident walk he'd exhibited the first time he'd walked into the small shop. Unbeknownst to the cat woman, the same confident stride he'd had when he'd crushed a Super Saiyan in battle.
Inside he grumbled about a certain Bio-Android stealing his kill, but would find himself forgiving of the redhead. She was doing something good for the right of SCAR, and he could argue that fact.
Ramina, being the fashionable feline she was would likely notice his clothes, the same outfit he'd purchased a couple of weeks ago. While his hair was well kept and his clothes were clean, the fact remained that he'd need more clothes. "Yes, Lady Ramina. As you can see, when I purchased clothing I forgot...Earthlings wear more than one outfit. Not like in those...what do you call them? Anime TV shows? Like Monkey Ball X?" Realizing he was getting off subject, he focused and shot her a charming smile. "Could you help me find a style for myself? Something that screams "Carva"?"

Ramina tilted her head, noticing the mischievous grin on the android's face. He strode towards her, confidence in each large step. He was indeed wearing the same clothes as before, and when the two met aboout halfway through the store he spoke shortly after she'd finished talking. He was asking for a style, to which the zoanthrope's brow furrowed in thought. Black looked good on him, similar to his shade of hair, but something else would be his flick so he said.
Pacing around the tall Saiyan android, the cat's tail flicked as she looked him over before getting an idea. "Please follow me." She spoke, voice still friendly and gentle. With that, she'd head towards the back of the store once more and turn right instead of left. They'd come upon a brand-new display of clothing, some pieces even looking armored. "I think this is what you're looking for, no?" The silver cat asked, gazing at Carva with her large amber eyes.

One thing he'd noticed about Ramina was that her perfume and overall scent was more pleasing to him than a Saiyan woman's. Saiyans were inferior to the seven foot warrior who stood in from of the Zoan. As she paced around him, he'd seemingly take in her every move, the way her muscles were twitching, sudden changes in energy. And she'd notice that charming little smirk present at all time.
He tilted his head as she presented him with the new clothing, taking note of the armor. He reached up to his chin and looked her in the eyes, his own eyes a darker amber color than his own. He tapped the armored clothing. "You...make armored clothing as well?"

Ramina wondered exactly why he was watching her at all times, the zoanthrope blinking as she was asked the question of the armored clothing. "Ah, I do. Please don't touch the displays on the mannequins; there's what you want below it. If you're looking for gloves and boots, they are over to the left." Her round orange eyes looked at his amber ones, the silver zoan's tail twitching softly.
She'd slide over to the mannequin, rummaging underneath it and grabbing a display table. Once she had the table set up, she'd spread out the clothing. Red and black armor with some white undertones, it was well crafted and obviously had that cat's gorgeous clothing touch. Her energy remained calm, and she waited for Carva to speak of her choice and prepared to get more if needed.

There were a number of reasons that he'd be looking at the cat woman. One would be that the man in her found her pleasant to look at. Another would be that he wanted to study the zoan, as she was still the only one that he'd ever met. She was quite fetching to the SaiyAndroid who still had quite the taste for women, his alpha male mentality making him all the more determined when it came to the opposite sex. But he had to make sure not to be too creepy when interacting with the woman, so he made small talk. "Have you noticed how cool it has been outside lately? Soon the children will be dressing up for that holiday and going from door to door, begging for sweets." He grunt as the two went through the clothing. He quipped. "Do you make costumes as well, Ramina?"
As she showed him the normal clothing, he'd pick out an array of blacks and crimsons, mixing a matching them. Modelling for the cat, now wearing a crimson silk shirt and a pair of black cargo pants, kind of baggy. "I am new to this planet, so forgive my naivety...but are these what Earthlings wear?"
He would nod. She was very professional, and as a professional warrior himself, Carva could respect that. As she showed him around her store he'd smile a bit, nodding a listen to the cat. He was being nice to her because honestly? She was useful to him. The armor she showed him was actually quite beautiful as it were. He'd browse through the inventory with her, looking at her curiously as he nodded to a particularly well made armor, made in the style of a Saiyan Elite. "I like that. Where did you learn how to make these types of things? Have you ever worked for the Empire?" He sure as Hell had, and her replicas? They were magnificent. "Your designs are magificent."

Ramina listened to the customer as he made small talk, replying appropriately as needed. "Indeed I do, but they aren't out until the week before said holiday. It is this way so I don't clutter my store beforehand with these costumes." She stared as he mismatched a silk shirt and baggy pants, shaking her head. "Oh no no no.. Silk doesn't go with cargo sir, try this." She'd whisk out a pair of jeans, soft to the touch and hopefully his size.
He'd speak of the armor made Saiyan Elite style, annd asked if she ever worked for the empire. She immediately stuttered, eyes going wide at the thought. Why, why would she work for the evil populace of Saiyans? The filthier money-grabbing, shit throwing beasts. A growl rumbled slightly in her throat before she shook it off and redonned her professional behaviors. "No. I have not, nor do I ever plan to work for them. They killed my parents and all of my relatives, and almost killed me."
She's swish her tail in front of her, parting the fur along it to reveal an enormous red gash. "This was from the invasion. I was close to dying if I wasn't rushed to the hospital." With that, she'd smile softly. "Thank you for the compliments, however. I try to make things that suit all customers, and racism wouldn't be good for business. I don't hate ALL saiyans, just.. the evil ones." She shuddered softly, shaking her head.

The warrior took the jeans from the designer and quickly headed over to the boots section of the store. She wouldn't see exactly what he picked up as he headed over to the belts as well, picking up a belt with a large emblem on the front, black leather with the buckle shaped like a panther's head. He'd excuse himself for a moment, stepping into her dressing room. After a few moments, the giant would step out of the dressing room wearing the boots which fit him perfectly, the jeans fitting quite comfortably, and he'd chosen to just wear a tank top which showed off his perfect physique. He'd pose for her a moment before asking, thumbs hooked into his belt loops as he stood very casually. "Well, Ramina, what do you think?"
Upon seeing the red gash on her tail, the android would express concern. Whether it was false or not, it was hard to tell. But his words would come out very smoothly and for the most part? They were honest. "I don't know if you've realized this, but I am not a Saiyan...I mean...I was...but..." he growled. "...I was once a member of the so called "great" Solar Saiyan Empire as my mother was before me. I was chosen after my father injured my mother in a sneak attack..."
His eyes would move toward a spot on the wall, as if trying not to show the sadness.. genuine sadness...which dwelled in him. He'd continue, not crying. Because tears were unbefitting of a true warrior. His pride rivaled that of the most proud Saiyans, and he would not appear weak. "I was told that my potential would be a great asset to the force. However...I..." Memories. Memories flashed in his mind of her and their children. Of his "death day". He'd explain, a pained expression on his face. "They sent me on a mission, and my fiancee tagged along. I...I watched helplessly as that damned tree killed her and my unborn children. But on top of that? Those filthy imperialists let me die." His jaw clenched. Was he fighting back those tears now? He felt betrayed.
He slid his hands into his pockets, looking into the mirror. "The empire never even gave me a proper burial, nor my fiancee. But a great man...great and benevolent. He rebuilt me, better and stronger than ever." He sighed. "He is like a father to me, but he can never bring back what I have lost. So instead, I take it our of those dirty imperialists asses." He'd smirk and look back at her. "So you and I have a common foe, it would seem."

Ramina blinked. watching and listening to the Saiyan android. He spoke of having kids in the past, but.. a tree killed them? They seemed to have let him die, and there was something about him that made her eyes soften slightly before the topic changed and her eyes returned to their professional gaze. "I'm so so sorry you had to go through all of that.. You've lost quite a lot, I hope you can find this again someday."
Her tone was sympathetic and honest, paws clasped together as her eyes gazed into his darker amber ones. "You do look incredible in that outfit, however.. We may have a common foe, but for different reasons to us both. I hope you find what you're looking for again someday.." With that, she'd sigh softly. This person was being so open with her, but for what reason? Sure he was cute, but his softer personality was attractive as well. She shook her head to clear her thoughts; this wasn't the time for these.

Thread PL: 108,918 Resilium Core: 980,262 Inhibitors Active: 245,056 Ki Setting: OFF Tags: Ramina Posting Order: Carva | Ramina | He knew that showing such emotion to the young woman wasn't a good thing, and was slightly embarrassed. The SaiyAndroid had to pull himself together and conduct himself as the warrior he was. The SSE, in his mind, had betrayed him but now was not the time to worry about such things. Now was the time to worry about doing what he was sent there to do, and that was to retrieve Katsu Yuda and Noxa.
Suddenly he grumbled a bit irritated as he went through more clothing. His mission had become a bust, due to the fact that both those SCAR member had gone MIA. He'd mutter something to the effect of "cowards", which Ramina could have easily mistaken to be directed toward the Empire. But then...
Ramina. She was...cute. She was talented with her designs and he knew that the Zoan may make quite an asset to the organization if she could hone her design skills. Finally, he'd reply to her concerned statements, making small talk. "Thank you. Perhaps one day I will find something like that again, but you might say that I am not looking right now..." he tilted his head as he asked yet another question. "...have you always lived here on Earth? What part of Earth are your family from?" |

Ramina listened as he grumbled, speaking of cowards. She mistook that with meaning the Empire were cowards; to which she agreed herself. He responded and asked a question soon after, to which the shining silver zoan responded truthfully. "We're from the southern islands, but the Saiyans killed off all of my relatives in the invasion. I've lived on Earth since I was a kitten in fact."
There was a certain aura about this man, which made her curious as to what it was. Shaking her head softly again, she bent over to pick up a stray shoe and put it back. Her silk v-neck and skirt were soft to the touch, something she liked in terms of clothing. Comfortable clothing was her favorite; something that made her look good while also being very cozy to wear. Honestly, she'd forget she wore these clothes from time to time.

He'd stroke his clean shaven chin, eyes narrowed in thought. He wasn't sure he understood the biology of zoans, but he tried to picture the cat girl as a kitten. To any normal man this would have brought a smile but to Carva it brought no such warmth. Carva never had been perceived as normal, even before the "change" when he'd asked his mate for a formal wedding. As the two spoke he'd help her straighten up the racks. "I am truly sorry to hear about your family, but if it's any consolation I cannot even see my mother and my father..." he growled low in his throat. "...he is the reason my mother is in a wheelchair. She was once a great warrior, like myself, but he blind sided her."
And as the Zoan's back arched to pick up the shoe, the male in Carva would look, but it was obvious that he'd soon try to advert his eyes. He'd continue absentmindedly helping her straighten up her stock unless she protested. She'd noticed that for a man of war, he knew how to be gentle when the situation called for it. He looked at her. "So do you know of any good restaurants in the city? Perhaps one that you like...personally?" More small talk from the SaiyAndroid to the attractive zoan.

Ramina continued cleaning up the shop, listening as Carva spoke of his parents. She couldn't help but feel sad for the android, the silver cat's generous heart twinging with sorrow. After he spoke of a restaurant, she nodded before speaking softly. Orange eyes would meet amber, and her voice was incredibly gentle. "Hey... I'm sorry to hear that. If you need anyone to talk to, I'll be here for you alright?"
His story moved her, she'd never had to deal with what he'd been through. All the same, her slightly naive heart was definitely in the right place, and her orange eyes caught the light. "As for the restaurant, I like Restaurant LeMeow. It's a good place with good food, are you hungry?" His weird, unsenseable ki still didn't put her on edge, something about this man showed he had a truly loving interior that was locked away previously. "I hope you find happiness again.."

He wondered as he looked into those bright orange eyes if maybe his heart was stronger than all of the mechanical parts inhabiting his body. He tilted his head and looked at the zoan, and the way she looked at him and spoke to him. Was that gentleness in the beautiful girl's voice? He would blush a bit if he could, but he knew that this body would not allow for that.
He sighed, thinking back to the fight with the demon that night. The makyo star still burned brightly in his mind as he remembered it. He remembered...he wanted to call himself a Saiyan warrior that night and he tried...but he couldn't. Was this form becoming problematic? He wanted to achieve the dream he'd had so many times. But...he couldn't.
Suddenly, he gave Ramina a smile, his eyes softening a bit. She was quite attractive and kind hearted. What could it hurt? Not like Breech was going to come down and beat him. "I wouldn't mind a bite to eat. When do you get off of work? I'll pay..."
