Polara had recently felt the ki of her friend fly off-world; assuming she went to go finish the business she said she had to do on Earth. Holding true to her word and her mission, the general stayed on the green world of Namek. The colors were inverted to that of Earth; and instead of the hotshots the Earthlings believed themselves to be, the green men roaming the planet known as namekians were very humble and kind.
She'd learned more about the dragonballs from these beings; also picking up on their language and learning it from aide by the natives. Her Namekian speech wasn't exactly FLUENT, but she was learning. She was so far trilingual, able to speak three different languages; one was her native tongue. Tapping keys on the ship's mother keyboard, the woman proceeded to send out a signal to Abzerute in hopes to get contact with him to discuss a new recruit.
The bronze Arcosian Emperor was in the midst of going over the economical reports from the various worlds within his reforging Empire when the transmission arrived, a part of him welcoming the distraction from the endless stream of numbers, whilst another part of him was irritated at the interruption to his work. Of course he then had to consider who within the Empire's infrastructure exactly had the authorisation to contact him so directly... only one person he could consider would try something so brash, although in hindsight he had told her to contact him with any information she acquired that she deemed pertinent.
Abzerute gave a slightly disgruntled sigh before he acknowledged the transmission, activating his end of it, after he had made sure that it was heavily encrypted under at least thirty layers of coding and firewalls. The last thing he wanted right now was to have his transmission with his agent on Namek being intercepted by the Solar Saiyan Empire, or anyone else for that matter. Abzerute only hoped that Polara had had the forethought to consider the same on her side of the transmission, or else there was going to be an issue with them later on in this interplanetary venture. "Proceed with your report."

Polara had indeed made sure she had her end of the connection firewalled and coded, making sure that hopefully nobody would get through the layers over layers of protection. The call rung for a small bit, before Abzerute appeared on her main monitor screen. "I have a report that there is a new Guru on the planet Namek, however he has yet to make the Dragon Balls. Whilist waiting for the orbs to be made, I encountered a woman by the name of Denim, the lover / wife to Plaid. Apparently I made a good impression on her, and she wishes to join the empire."
The general was straightforward, making sure her voice was calm and flat as she would step back and wait for Abzerute's response. "There is a tournament being held on Earth soon, and whilist I had been on it some time ago I learned of this. If the Dragon Balls aren't created by then, I would like to head back to the planet and participate in order to bring the Earth and the Empire in closer relations with one another. We cannot afford to lose their assistance."
Plaid? Who the hell is this Plaid person? Am I supposed to know them? wondered the bronze Arcosian Emperor as Polara made her report. The fact that there was a new Namekian Guru on the scene though was good news indeed, even if they had yet to create a new set of Dragon Balls on the distant world. "Who is this Plaid person?" he inquired, "and extrapolate on this... Denim woman as well." he ordered, wanting to understand for himself who or what this person was that had expressed a desire to join the Arcosian Empire. Not that new recruits were a bad thing, but he would like to know for himself just who he was dealing with... could never be too careful in case of some form of espionage.
The news about her desire to take part in the martial arts tournament on Earth gave him a brief moment of pause before he snort chuckled. It was transparent that she held no desire to act as an ambassador in that scenario, rather she hoped to use it as a chance and opportunity for herself to increase her own power. What did give him a twinge of concern though was her desire to leave her post on Namek in order to do this, if the Dragon Balls had yet to be created by then. He rubbed his chin in thought at her request. On the one hand, he could use some fresh information about Earth's goings on... as well as an update on Earth's own Dragon Ball situation.
But on the other hand, he didn't feel comfortable with leaving Namek unsupervised in case they recreated their Dragon Balls and he couldn't acquire them before the Solar Saiyan Empire's forces could. Now that's something he hadn't heard Polara report to him about actually yet. "What's the situation with the Solar Saiyan Empire on Namek?" he inquired, holding back his reply to Polara's request until he had more information to work with.

"Plaid is one of our suppliers according to my knowledge and the current Empire Database, and the being known as Denim is a purple-haired, blue eyed woman like as I said earlier, has relations with Plaid in the past. I did a DNA test on their child and it had pieces of Plaid's DNA, it is safe to conclude he is the one to have impregnated her." As she read this, her fingers went lightining fast on the keyboard as she pulled up window after window of data without blocking Abzerute's view of her or her view of the Bronze Emperor.
"As for the Solar Empire, I have not met anyone from the Empire as of the moment, there seems to be a lack of them here. I have been learning Namekian after I was tipped off they need their own language for wishing and summoning their dragon. I have yet to get the code to use them, nor have they been made, but I am standing by as of the moment. The Denim woman wishes to join our ranks, as a homage to Plaid while I have also seemed to imprint on the female a good view of the empire. She has a decent Battle Point, higher than mine as of the moment."
This bloody female was going to give him a migraine, he could just feel it. Abzerute kneaded his forehead a little, grumbling under his breath. "Konatsian, Human, Saiyan, Heran, Brenchian?" he half-asked, half-stated since apparently he needed to spell out for Polara what information he required from her. Clearly she didn't receive that many intelligence gathering operations during her prior stint in the military, let alone recently. He was starting to consider against her request to go to Earth, based solely on the notion that Koldar only gave him approval poll ratings, what the hell kind of information would Polara bring him about the state of the world? A series of take-out menu from their stupid food chain things?
He was genuinely starting to wonder what the hell the military were ever taught when it came to information and intelligence gathering. Something that clearly would need to be rectified and soon before unrepairable damage could ensue within the Arcosian Empires rebuilding military forces. But at least she seemed to be getting something right, since she had discovered that the Namekian Dragon Balls would indeed require the powers to be invoked through the Namekian language. He'd theorised about that possibility, and Polara had managed to confirm it... she still needed to work though on providing information that was required. A child's genetic profile not being one of those information tidbits.

"Hang on.." Mused the female, who quickly pulled an even bigger sheet up on Plaid. " The woman Denim is a human female, and Plaid happens to be a Saiyan/Ferrosian hybrid; who recently was given cybernetics after a battle. After this, he engaged in some other battle shortly after meeting the woman, and died. His remains have not been found, nor where the place he died been given or the time of death."
Looking at Abzerute, she noticed he was a bit irked and came to a conclusion that whatever had happened with Koldar's message was not very good. "Could I ask of you, what had Koldar said on the message. I did not have time to check it myself as I was busy inputting data into the computer the while I flew to Yardrat from Earth." With that, she'd wait for his response with her tail tip faintly twitching before it stilled.
So... this Plaid person was MIA, quite possibly dead and therefore irrelevant to the discussion, and Polara had wasted his time with trivialities regarding that facet of this Denim woman when she could instead have been supplying relevent information. Yes, this was definitely something the Arcosian Emperor was going to have to address within his military, and sooner rather than later. He could only hope that the Friion Forces units weren't as shockingly inept as the general military seemed to be when it came to this side of operations.
He found it slightly interesting, and at the same time suspicious, that a human woman that Polara had encountered on Namek of all places, desired to serve the Arcosian Empire. Part of him considered that this Denim woman could be an agent of Vi-Poi's that he'd placed on Namek to keep an eye on the situation there, and was trying to now ingratiate herself into his government in order to supply the Earth government with information on the Arcosian Empire. It was a possibility and something that, from what he understood of the android leader of Earth, Vi-Poi would potentially pull off. It all seemed too... convenient.
However... wait, to Yardrat from Earth? It took him a brief moment before he realised she was speaking about how she had met with Koldar to get him the information. The bronze Arcosian Emperor leaned his head back against his chair, closing his eyes briefly. The paranoia of dealing with intergalactic politics as well as running a rebuilding Empire, whilst also trying to get one step ahead of the SSE was starting to take a mental toll on him. He lay there for a moment before letting out a slow breath, then returning his focus to the transmission. "It's nothing relevant." he said in response to her question about Koldar's full message.
"Now then... about this request to go to Earth... Very well, you may proceed. However, whilst you are there, I want you to undertake an investigation into the status of Earth's Dragon Balls as well as anything you discover that would be pertinent." he ordered, tapping his chin briefly before coming up with a notion. "Take this Denim woman with you as well... consider it to be an initiation test. Once this tournament is over and the Dragon Ball information has been obtained, I want you both to return to Yardrat for a debriefing." Abzerute ordered her.
