Appearance: Verst the Arcosian is 5ft tall in his supressed form, he's mainly light blue, and has black accents (Think Frieza's first form. Purple replaced with black, pink replaced with red and the white replaced with light blue). This theme continues to his larger forms.

History: Verst had started training at a young age. Striving to become strong so he could get out into space and start earning money and earning respect, as all good Arcosians should, he always dreamt that he would be the leader of a fleet buying and selling planets. This is what drove him through his life training to be the best.
After many years of training he decided it was time, it was his time to make his mark on the galaxy. Setting off from Arcose on a humble ship he ventured free space until he found a ship to raid. After not too long he managed to convince the captain to allow him on board of his much larger cargo ship. As soon as he stepped on board he began killing the crew, until only a few were left trapped in the cockpit. He made a deal with them. They work as his crew, they live. If not... They die. Sure enough they all served him.
A few Years later he had amassed a small fleet of 7 ships all with loyal crews, he raided and plundered free space. He thought himself unstoppable. Until one day after returning back to Arcose he had sold his recently acquired goods. He awoken to a missing fleet and all the crew had appeared to have mutinied.
After his initial rage at his circumstances, he decided to reserve the hotel room he was staying in for a few more days, and try to get some transport (that he could take over) and start from scratch however, his plan was interrupted by the SSE attack
He had to rush his plans a little bit, not being able to purchase everything he wanted before getting on a civilian escape ship to let him leave the doomed planet. He also was unable to take it over due to heightened security but he thought he would have another chance on Frieza 113
