[ Thread PL: 78,483] [ UT] Liquid Ki - Mist Active! Ki suppressed to 10000] [ Bing Gan ]
Though Defrosch had recently moved all of his things into the Lookout proper, like always, he had his business elsewhere. Retrieving magic scrolls, delivering fish & chips, teaching kids how to read, the regular stuff really. On this night however, he was patrolling the area near the bottom of the Lookout operating on some vague information he had acquired shortly after the last big meeting. Something about robots and gremlins? Robot gremlins? Was that stale-moustached poofy asshole pants wearing tin can of a doctor causing some kind of mess again? In any case, Defrosch had his duties, if it was the work of Breech, the Arcosian would make short work of the gremlinbots. After several rounds, he returned to be base of the initial tower and leaned on it. Nothing of note was present as far as he saw, so now he would have to investigate with a separate sense; his ki sense. Of course, the only things he would detect happened to be the local wildlife, so nothing was wrong there. Lastly, all he needed to do was check his visor scouter- and that instantly produced results! There was something nearby! 'Hm. Might actually be robo-gremlins. How 'bout that.'

[Thread PL: 328,107! | Cyber-Serpent (x29P) Active! Current PL: 9,515,103!]
Far beneath the Grand Lookout, at the base of the tower, lied a familiar soul. The recently cyborgified Bing Gan was slumbering quiet peacefully. With his back rested against the pillar, he snored louder than usual, frightening more than a few woodland creatures. He continued his sleep uninterrupted, until the sound of a snapping twig awoke him from his slumber.
"Man, it's been so long since I've slept... I didn't even know I could sleep anymore."
He arose from his seat groggily, blinking half-heartedly as he looked around. It was incredibly dark out at the moment, making it hard to see much. He could swear he was sensing something powerful nearby, but he was much too tired to make out what it actually was.
Squinting his organic eye, he could almost make out someone not far from him. He tried calling out, but what exited his mouth instead was a terribly loud YAAAAAAWN instead. Hopefully he didn't frighten his guest with his strange noises.

'Cripes thats one hell of a robot gremlin...' Defrosch took his scouter off and wiggled it around, entirely certain that it was miscalculating or something stupid like that. However, no matter what he tried the same reading was there; 9515103. Every unit of energy accounted for, right down to the negligible decimal values and minor fluctuations. 'Hm. Maybe its Vi-Poi? I've been told hes freakishly strong...' The Arcosian rolled his shoulders, deciding to sneak on over to get a better look.
Of course, what he saw was neither a lovable critter from direct to TV movie (cyborgifying potentially included) nor the Premier of Earth. What Defrosch saw, was Bing.
Bing Gan.
At least, what was left of him... Grafted together with metallic bits.
"Oh..." He blurted, with no recognizable change in his face- a pure deadpan expression. Internally however, he was going at several billion miles a minute. Clearly there was only one thing to do!
Sink into the ground- very literally- and hope he wasn't seen!
[UT] Liquid Ki - Diver Down used to sloop into the ground.

Bing rubbed his single organic eye, trying his best to focus on the stranger ahead of him. As his eyes finally cleared, however, it seemed the person had disappeared from sight. Despite this, their Ki could still clearly be felt. In fact, upon further inspection, it felt incredibly familiar! It was the Ki of a Z-Fighter. A particularly alien fighter.
"D-defrosch? Are you here?"
As he searched the small clearing near the bottom of the Lookout, the sound of the Dragon Radar's incessant beeping began to ring in the Cyborg's ears. He quickly snatched up the radar, his brow raising as he realized another Dragon Ball was dangerously close. Was Defrosch holding his own ball? If that was the case, then they'd be able to summon The Eternal Dragon sooner than expected!
Despite how hard he searched, however, it seemed that Defrosch was hidden quite well! Bing needed to figure out a way to reach the Arcosian, even if the Arcosian didn't want to be reached. It took him a moment, but he remembered something that the Arcosian wasn't too fond of.
Bing quickly sat onto the ground, focusing on Defrosches energy. He sent the Arcosian something that would most certainly tick him off: A mental message.
"Defrosch! You don't need to hide from me, I'm not gonna hurt you, I swear!"

Unfortunately the ruse only lasted for a few seconds. 'Shit! Nice work, Defrosch, he can sense ki. Great. FANTASTIC.' The Arcosian mentally scolded himself, unleashing a stream of Arcosian swears in rapid succession. 'Now we wait for the explosions, I've totally-' Yet, the explosions, carnage and violence never came. '-Messed... Up...? Huh.'
Defrosch remained still for a moment just to be absolutely sure that nothing chaotic was happening. In this moment, something in his possession began to beep; his own Dragon Radar... Odd, since he only had one Dragon Ball, why would it register another?
Unless...
'Hes got one.' Mulling over the possible reasons for Bing to collect them- none of them good considering the information Defrosch had on the current situation- he was sent something that almost always got on his nerves if it came out of nowhere for next to no reason; Brainmail.
The Arcosian's precious train of thought was derailed, and boy was he pissed off. Whatever was up there probably only looked like Bing, and now it was using recycling Bing's mannerisms like it was him?! Defrosch's aura rumbled to life before he burst out from under ground as if it was water due to his new ability, which thankfully ensured no damage was done. "ALRIGHT YOU KNUCKLEHEAD, I COULD'VE UNDERSTOOD YA ATTACKIN', BUT INSTEAD YOU'RE TRYIN TO TOY WITH ME BY BEING ALL NICE LIKE NOTHING WENT WRONG?! THATS GOING-" Defrosch was ready to bring out the rage, but he was caught off guard with Bing looking quite... Normal? "-TOO... FAR..?" That didn't make any sense! He wasn't built to look menacing at all! Bing's 'new look' seemed far more like a Blue Banner engineering and robotics job rather than whatever the SSE could cobble together from scraps.
The Arcosian's aura died out with one last fwoosh, the anger that rose was just as quickly replaced with unrestrained confusion. His ki seemed to instinctively respond by creating liquid question-marks above his head. "I feel as though I've made myself look the fool somehow." Retracing his steps, he figured out that he was indeed fooled. Bing quite just fooled him out of hiding. "I hate telepathy."

As Defrosch's form rose up from the ground, a wide smile formed on Bing's face. He listened to the Arcosian's rant, allowing his fury to take him back to a simpler time. A time when he wasn't a Frankenstein's monster. It felt like he was back on his little island in the middle of nowhere, listening to his father scolding him for lack of attention again. Defrosch's aura died down, as the realization that Bing's intent was non-hostile set in. With a huge smile and a hearty laugh, Bing rushed forwards, attempting to hug Defrosch with intense might!
Regardless of success, he'd pull back after a few seconds, that huge smile still present on his face. "It's so good to see you again, Defrosch. It's been a while. I'm sorry I ran off to Kanassa like that without telling you or anyone else. I needed to prove something to myself, and uh... Look where that got me." He jabbed a thumb at his metallic faceplate, chuckling lightly before lowering his hand.
"Things seem to be okay despite how long I've been gone. I've seen Etoru and Vi since I became myself again, but I..." He hesitated for a moment. His eyes glanced upwards, looking towards the ivory pole that stood nearby, before returning his gaze to Defrosch. "...I haven't gathered the courage to speak with anyone else just yet."

Defrosch mumbled and grumbled, simmering away at the realization of his embarrassing display, ignorant of Bing's next intended action, an affectionate vice-grip that humans would call a 'hug'.
With no time to react, the Arcosian let out a sneeze-like wheeze of "HYECH-" before being released. "Oi, oi! You're lucky I don't need'a breathe or you mighta just crushed somethin' important." Defrosch said as he stretched, just to make sure he was uninjured. He was in agreement, of course. Seeing Bing again this soon was unexpected, but as it turned quite good in the end, all things considered... He'd also argue that not being a charred corpse right about now was also pretty dang good, but that much was obvious. "Oh, I understand the need to prove oneself- but kais above- you best know you're gonna get one wild scolding one of these days." Bing's mention of both Etoru and Vi put Defrosch at ease- at the very least the notion of the Blue Banner fixing Bing up a bit held some form of credibility now. "Yeah, sure, 'okay' might be the word for it, but..." Defrosch glanced upwards just as Bing did. Clearly the cyber serpent missed his wife-to-be. "I guess you can tell its still not right. Not really. A puzzle isn't complete without all the pieces, after all." Defrosch twiddled his thumbs. There were a few important things to go over, but he would have to be clever about how he did so, just in case. He wanted to believe Bing was completely freed-- at the very least he could ask Vi-Poi if the Premier wasn't too busy...
"Well, I'll be real with you, Maeve is going through a few important studies and rituals so uh... Maybe wait a little, for her sake? In the meantime, I'd like to hear Vi-Poi's or Etoru's thoughts on the situation, just to be sure. For all I know that beast-queen is still trying to mess with you under the guise of false freedom." Defrosch folded his arms before scowling off to the side and grumbling. "...Wouldn't put it past her to try some underhanded garbage like that."

"Sorry! I guess I got a little carried away..."
Bing listened to Defrosch intently, occasionally dropping in a quick "sorry" when needed. It seemed like the situation was a little more than awkward for both of them. It was the first time Bing was talking to someone other than a complete stranger or a very close friend. Defrosch was a friend, sure, but he didn't know him nearly as well as someone like Vipoi. After a bit of chatting, it was revealed that Maeve was in the middle of some very important rituals. Bing shouldn't have been surprised, but he couldn't quite help it. "So she's really serious about becoming Kami? I didn't want her to have to go through the trials, but if she's serious about it... She'd probably do better than I did, at least. Hopefully it isn't too stressful on her... So yeah, I'll stay away for now."
As expected, Defrosch still wasn't entirely convinced of Bing's freedom. It was an understandable concern. If Bing were in Defrosch's position, he would have his doubts as well. "Well, if you want, we could go talk with Vipoi or Etoru. It shouldn't be too hard to find either of them, right?"
A harder thing to confirm, however, was Zucceta's change of allegiance. Defrosch began to grumble about her, so it was probably for the best that he try to explain it now rather than have the Arcosian run into her without knowledge of her "turned leaf".
"Well... You see... Uh... How do I put this..." Bing thought hard for a moment, running his metallic hand through his silver hair as he pondered. "...Zucceta is sort of... Well, we're working with her to collect the Dragon Balls. She seems to feel remorse for what she's done, and she's apparently turning a new leaf. I want to believe her, but I'm not sure how to feel about it. Vipoi is alright with it for the time being though, so I'll trust his judgement."
Bing folded his arms, worried that Defrosch might call him insane for even suggesting Zucceta could do such a thing.

"Listen, my spine still works, so its good." Defrosch waved off Bing's concern, nodding as the cyborg pieced information together. "Indeed she is. Now, of course we'd want to help, but... In a way staying back is also doing that? What I've heard about the trials and rituals is that they need to be done alone with an appropriate guide if possible, and she has Akemi, sssooo..." Defrosch shrugged, he isn't one to interrupt something that important unless something went wrong. "Y'know, all good."
Considering options; Etoru was young, perhaps a bit naive- he'd surely want to believe Bing is perfectly fine and he would be easier to find. Vi-Poi was far harder to get a hold of, likely busy with both the BBA, not to mention being the Premier of Earth... However, he would be more logical and thorough about this from what Defrosch could guess. "Just calling them at some point would be fine. I believe The BBA has a regular scouter channel, buuuut if we were to use that there'd be a bunch of hoops to jump through... Hrm." Defrosch cringed, there was another option, and thankfully he wasn't the one that was able to do it. "Or... Brain-Mail."
Then, out of all the things Bing could have said... Apparently Zucceta, of all denizens that reside in the universe; was 'turning over a new leaf.'
The contrast between Defrosch's mindscape and physical expression was very clear cut. Internally, everything shattered and his mind was ablaze with pure vitriol and rage; salt and vinegar combined into a vicious storm of hatred... Yet, externally, he simply exhaled. "Call Vi-Poi. N̛҉̢̧o̡w͜͡."
Okay, maybe some of the anger leaked out of his mouth when he spoke, but at least he didn't completely explode.

There was a slight disturbance in the air as Defrosch was told of Zucceta's redemption. It seemed he didn't think it likely in the slightest. The Arcosian spoke in an incredibly unsettling tone, causing Bing to shudder as the words hit his ears. "... Right. Yes. Right, okay let's uh... Let's call Vipoi right now!" Bing attempted to grab Defrosch by the arm, closing his eyes tight as he focused his energy on finding Vipoi. It took him only a few moments, but he did locate the Azure Android. He sent a telepathic message to his friend, and if Defrosch was in his grip, he'd find that he could hear the message as well! "Vipoi, can you hear me? I have a friend here who is questioning some of the things I've told him. Is there any way you could clear away his doubts for me? I told him that I've been freed from Zucceta's control, but I also told him that Zucceta's trying to sort of... Redeem herself, in a way. That's true, isn't it?"
Signaling Vi-Poi to make a single post in this thread! If you wish to leave after that's totally fine we just need one post if you have time

Vi-Poi slowly opened his eyes from his meditation. "I'm here." He replied with his Nuero-phone, sensing two distinct beings faraway. "It is true... Zucceta has grown in unexpected ways. She seeks to be at peace with the Earth. She is no longer a threat to our world."

Fortunately for Bing, Defrosch was far too angry to even move beyond a few twitches of an eyelid. In this state, he was firmly rooted in place, going over all of the possibilities, considering every single branch of fate that he could logically come up with. While the telepathic connection was being made, these internal calculations were somewhat obvious... He zoned back in when Bing's telepathy had finally reached the intended target.
Indeed, it sounded just like Vi-Poi... After a moment Defrosch had determined that via this connection they had no ki, just like an Android, so it was highly likely that it was indeed the Azure Premier.
Defrosch still had his doubts of course, but he would give a simple response. 'Ok. She only gets one, very strictly judged chance to prove these claims in my eyes.' Hopefully Bing and Vi-Poi would understand where Defrosch was coming from... At least he was some sort of 'reasonable'. 'Please tell me any relevant details. Context. Alleged motives regarding her change of mind, et cetera...'

A sigh of relief escaped the Cyborg when Vipoi responded to the mental message. He nodded kindly to noone in particular, before saying goodbye to his friend. "That's all we need, Vi. Thanks for the help in clearing this up!" With their three-way conversation complete, Bing took the chance to take a few steps away from Defrosch. The Arcosian may have been incredibly weak in comparison, but his rage was something to be feared.
It seemed the Arcosian was interested in knowing more. Being a man of transparency, Bing decided to simply explain anything Defrosch wanted to know. Bing sat down, motioning for the Arcosian to do the same. "Well, we can start from the beginning if you'd like. I think it's simplest if we start with the end of the Saiyan Invasion..."
Good place to end off, don't you think? I'll take Zeni
