Viktara eyed the younger saiyan as she made a dash for cover through the distractions and chaos of the onsetting battle. A small pang of relief swept over the warrior as she mentally noted that Lily was likely to sit this battle out. Good. Saiyan or not, the girl would have likely just gotten in Viktara's way if she participated. Her fighting skills may have been passable, but her power level was laughable. If the Heran Warrior was to survive a battle with an Arcosian, she would have to go all out from the start. Having another body on the battlefield would only serve as a distraction.
The Heran's pointed ears almost seemed to perk up at the Alien's taunt. The faintest grin crossed her deep blue lips as the thrill of battle was beginning to surge in her heart. “Oooohh, well then CONSIDER IT BROUGHT!” The warrior roared as she charged the distance between them! She moved with all the grace of an Eighteen Wheeler, barreling straight through any object between her and her opponent without hesitation. As she neared her enemy, she would carry her momentum forward by leaping into the air and driving her enormous knee squarely into the alien’s chest. Should it land, or he block it, Viktara would then follow up with a devastating elbow to the crown of his head.
Aicee's taunt seemed to have worked, because as soon as he said it the boisterous blue and orange blur reacted, going full speed towards him. This was going to be hard, if his vision didn't recover soon. Luckily for him it seemed to be the case.
As the blurriness of his vision faded back to normal it was already to late. The Heran woman was already too close to him charging her attack, landing her knee on Aicee's chest, dragging him a couple of feet back. The amazonian alien followed with an attempt at an elbow strike, only to have it blocked by the Arcosian's arms. As much as he had blocked it though, it was obvious the Heran was not holding back, as the hit had left a stinging sensation over his arm guard-like gems.
Aicee's ki now flaring once more, he tried to push the amazon back with his arms. Would he succeed in pushing the woman back, the Arcosian would lower his body close to the ground and follow with a tail swipe aimed at the Heran's legs in an attempt to make her trip.
Viktara’s brow furrowed as her elbow clashed with the Arcosian’s forearms. She put all her weight into that strike, yet despite her best efforts and obvious bulk, he barely seemed to flinch at the impact. Damnit Lily, you really got me into some shit. she internally mused before suddenly being thrown off balance by the sudden surge of the alien’s ki. With a push from his arms and a flick of his tail, the warrior swiftly found herself being dropped in the air.
She couldn’t fall. She couldn’t afford to fall. Being a veteran brawler herself, she knew the consequences of being the first combatant on the ground. The results were hardly ever pretty, and were most often deadly. As her body shifted in the air, she threw her right arm to her side and grasped the floor beneath her. The combined weight and force of her strength splintered the concrete below as she then pushed against it to launch herself back into the air with a short twirl, gaining back distance as well as her footing as her feet tapped back down onto the ground.
“Good try Leatherface, but y'all need more than that to PUT ME DOWN!” She grunted before she charged forward again, this time kicking off into flight to close the gap between them! Once the warrior closed in, she would throw a heavy left hook, then regardless of whether it or not it lands, she would then launch a flurry of quick right jabs to where she thinks his kidney might be, and finish with another rising knee aiming squarely for the Arcosian’s jaw. Viktara had him on the defensive, which was exactly where she wanted him. She was fully aware of what these aliens were capable of, so she had to wear him down. She couldn’t give him an inch. She couldn’t give him a second to breath.
She had to take him down before he even had the chance to transform. Otherwise, it’ll all be over.
Great! Aicee had managed to push off the Heran warrior and cause her to lose her step with his tail sweep. Soon, she would have a fated meeting with her companion's old friend. The ground. Or so he would expect but, unfortunately, the amazonian in front of him was better skilled than what he was hoping for, which not only had she managed to regain her balance but also use this opportunity to launch another attack against him.
Aicee grimaced, this was proving to be a lot more difficult than what he had imagined, but couldn't help but feel a thrilling sensation deep down in his core. Having the chance to fight someone who could match him in a fight was remarkable. He prepared himself for the incoming attack, widening his stance in order to have a bigger gravity center. He would not be taken down, no matter what.
The Heran woman began by launching a left hook towards him, which the Arcosian mercenary promptly blocked with his right arm. What came next, however, he was not counting on. The blue skinned alien landed a flurry of jabs to his abdomen, making Aicee grunt in pain. Despite all the bio-armor Arcosians possessed, she had managed to spot one of the few points in his body where the flesh was spongy and bruised.
Finally, the Amazon attempted to strike Aicee in the chin with her knee, however he was going to have none of that. He grabbed the Heran's leg as tight as he could, stopping her from hitting him. He would then attempt to hurl the Alien in his hands across the room. If this would happen to be successful, Aicee would then fire a flurry of ki blasts towards her direction.
"N-no way!" A short gasp escaped from the Heran’s lips as the smaller alien caught her final attack. Straddling her leg and lifting her body into the air with relative ease, the strength he displayed astounded the dwindled audience around them as he he proceeded to toss the titanic woman through the air like a soiled ragdoll. The resounding crash from the impact her body made with the far eastern wall seemed to shake the very foundation of the bar itself. Dust and debris sprinkled from the ceiling as the warrior’s body peeled away from the crater she’d left behind, collapsing onto her knees.
Viktara’s eyes then shot wide as the whistling spheres of energy blew through the air. Having no time to counter or dodge, she erupted into a loud roar as she threw both arms in front of her body and expelled a large amount of her own red energy to meet them head on! As both forms of ki clashed in the air with a deafening BANG, the bar instantly exploded with heat and smoke as the building shook once more.
A moment of stillness would fill the air as the smoke began to dissipate. Viktara's mind raced as she took this time to fully assess her situation. Damn, even those ki-blasts coulda been real dangerous if they hit me dead-on. I hate to restate the obvious, but he really is strong. She grit her teeth, both in unease and anticipation. I could probably wipe him out with one good blast, but... I can't risk harmin' Lily or these other idiots. Damn it, there's always gotta be someone in the way!I need t' find a way to lure'em outta here...
Then suddenly, from the cover of the fog, the top of a large, circular, oaken table was launched from Viktara’s position with incredible velocity! It made a C curve through the air like a Frisbee, homing in directly for the Arcosian hunter. Moments later, Viktara followed suit by launching herself in the opposite direction. Her skin bruised and armor scuffed from the damage she’d sustained from the attacker’s previous blasts, but her spirit undeterred. Her goal for now was to catch him in a pincer move between the wooden projectile, and her own spinning back fist. At the very least, the table would make for a suitable distraction.
The Amazon flew across the room from Aicee's throw. When he heard the sound it made when she slammed against a wall, the Arcosian mercenary couldn't help but feel a small grin growing on his face. She was going to go down, no matter what! As a flurry of Ki blasts flew from Aicee's hands in the Heran's direction, he was compelled to taunt his opponent:
"Come on, make my job easier and just stay down, now will ya? I can go on all day!" he said, with a clear tone of cockiness coming from his mouth. Heran's were known to be extremely persistent and, if anything, this would just make her even more pissed off than she was before. There was no way she would stop at all, as she released her own Ki to counter his.
The room was filled with smoke and dust from the explosion the collapsing blasts had made. Once again Aicee couldn't see anything in front of him, luckily not because his vision had been injured this time. He once more lowered his stance in preparation for what could come, keeping his eyes pealed and his earing sharp for any possible attacks. He hadn't forgotten that there were two targets in this same room. Any one of them could use this opportunity to strike.
Suddenly, what seemed to be a table top surfaced from the smoke cloud, coming his direction at full speed. Come on, really? A Table top? Pathetic. he thought to himself, as he grabbed it in mid air. What he wasn't expecting was for the Amazon woman to charge at him from the opposite direction. Boy, did he screw up big time by underestimating this Heran's wit.
With not much time for reaction he tried to block the incoming hit with the table, only for it to be broken in half under the strength of the Heran's fist and getting hit in the face. Aicee let out a grunt out of pain as his feet dragged a couple of feet back, followed by a back flip to gain some distance from the hulking woman.
The Arcosian grimaced as he wiped his face where he had been hit. He was pissed, enraged even, and it showed as his Ki was flaring even stronger than before. It was time to stop playing around. Aicee let out an enraged shout as he started to charge up. His muscles expanding in size, his horns doubling in size and his height gaining 3 feet more from what he was before. The ground collapsing from the rippling ki coming from the now hulking Arcosian, this was a sight to fear.

"This ends now!" Aicee roared at the Heran Warrior, as he launched himself towards her leaving a crater where he once stood. Focusing his strength into his right fist he would attempt to punch his opponent in the stomach. If it hit, he would then follow with a knee strike to the left side of the woman's abdomen.
The fighting was quick, and it was obvious that the half-Saiyan was vastly outmatched compared to the two combatants. Hiding and moving about, she watched for a chance to strike their attacker, but none presented itself. There had to be some way she could make a difference in the fight, some weakness to exploit, or even something nearby she could use to disable their foe. Looking all around, she struggled across a half-dozen plans that all seemed to fail when she factored in their foe's strength. There had to be something she was missing, but watching her opponent move didn't display any obvious weak points.
Then, after a solid strike from Viktara, he changed. He transformed into a monstrous form, and the young woman was nearly blown away by the sudden influx of Ki that was rippling off the new form.
Any planning at this point went out the window, and Lily blasted out from behind her cover, taking flight and throwing herself directly in front of the charging foe. She put everything into getting in front of Viktara. A jutting spray of blood and air erupted from her shocked face as the foe's fist drove into her gut, bending her forward with the impact of the blow. Before she could even be blown back from the strike, it was followed up by a shattering knee that sent her clear into the wall of the tavern battlefield.
She collapsed to the ground, unable to control her body, as she coughed and desperately tried to get oxygen back into her lungs.
The warrior remained hovering in the air as the Arcosian was pushed backwards several feet due to the force of the impact. She waved the stinging sensation out of her hand as she began to grin once more. She put her everything into that punch, and while it may not have dealt as much damage as she’d have liked, Viktara still basked in the smug satisfaction that she was rolling toe to toe with an Arcosian. “You sure? Cause it'd be mighty embarrassin’ for me to keep kickin’ your ass for the next 24 hours.” The warrior replied with a jeering chuckle as her cocky nature momentarily got the better of her. However, the cheeky grin on her lips soon vanished as her jaw went slack and her eyes widened over the sudden rush of ki energy sweeping over her body.
Her pink scouter repeatedly pinged with every passing thousand as she witnessed the alien’s power levels triple, quadruple, and then quintuple on top of itself. She stood in stunned silence as the brute’s body hideously mutated and transformed into a creature that towered above her own titanic frame. The mere rumors of an Arcosian’s power were enough to strike doubt in her mind before. Now that she finally was in the presence of their indomitable might, only one word was able to escape the Heran’s azure lips.
As the monster rushed towards Viktara, her body involuntarily jerked in such a way that she hadn’t experienced in years. She flinched, and in that short moment of weakness, her Saiyan comrade had leaped in front of the warrior’s body and absorbed the blow in the amazon’s stead. “LILY!” she exclaimed as she watched the frail girl’s body ragdoll against a wall and collapse onto the ground. A flood of emotions poured through the Heran’s mind as she tried to register what just happened.
”...WHY?!?” was the first word out of her mouth as she blinked in confusion. Viktara certainly appreciated the ‘thought’ behind the girl’s bravado. Leaping into danger without a moment’s hesitation to protect her ally was more than a little endearing. However, the Heran warrior was obviously much more capable of taking a punch than Lily was, and the end result with her writhing on the ground in agony was honestly the most expected outcome. “I-I mean, thanks, but... Just stay down, alright? ...I’ll handle Tall-white-and-ugly.” She affirmed with a nod before shifting her attentions back to the rogue alien.
“That Saiyan... She may be dumb as bricks, but bless her lil’ heart for tryin’...” She lingered on those last few words before a small smile crept back onto her face. That smile steadily grew into outright cackling laughter as she shook her head once more in disbelief. “Ooohhh man, Zetsubo would throw a FIT if he saw me now. I can’t believe I was actually afraid for a second there…” Viktara grinned again, having finally regained her composure. “But, if she can stand up to you despite bein’ CLEARLY outmatched, then WHAT’S STOPPIN’ ME?” Leaping backwards towards Lily’s body to gain some distance, Viktara prepared to kick off the next round of the fight.
“Alright, let me show you the reason why... Before you Arcosians crawled out of an ice cube’s asshole-” She clenched her fists tightly as her violet red aura burst forth and swirled around her body like a cyclone. “-The HERANS were the most FEARED RACE IN THE GALAXY!”
As her voice raised higher and higher, so too did her power. 10,000, 15,000, 18,000, 25,000. Her mane of hair arose into the sky as if it were unaffected by gravity, flickering in the stirring winds like orange fire. As she felt herself reaching her limit, her amber eyes scanned the corner of her scouter to read the results. 27,500? Well, it’ll have to do. Throwing both arms to her sides, her ki depleted from her aura and began to encircle the palms of her hands. “And I agree. No more games, no more foolin’ around. To hell with the collateral, Let’s just FINISH this lil’ rodeo-” Thrusting both palms together, the ki was merged into an unstably small sphere of red energy before being flung towards the Arcosian assassin. “-AND BLOW THE DAMN ROOF OFF THIS PLACE! GRIEVE GRENAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADE!”
