Present Day: Having said his "see you laters" to his mate, Carva flew through space toward Namek. He'd packed a large duffle bag, though it wasn't too large to fit into his Spacepod. The Spacepod was cozy, and had a heating system to keep the man warm in the ice cold emptiness of space as he travelled. His heart pounded as his Spacepod rocketed through space, not out of fear. Not out of nervousness, and for once not for the love of his Saiyaness, but out of the excitement for meeting Habana, the Commander of the Saiyan Solar Empire. Carva considered this a high honor, though she'd not asked him by name to come. His armor was polished, and as he ate the food his waifu had prepared for him the night before, he made sure not to drip barbecue sauce on it. If he did, he'd grunt and wipe it away with her handkerchief. The Saiyan/Kabochan hybrid had achieved so much in such a little amount of time. He made sure that his armor, though nicked and scratched (which he was proud of, mind you. They were like battle scars) would be in perfect condition when he met the commander. He finished the barbecue boar sandwiches, six in total, and grinned as he sat back to enjoy the ride. Arias, despite being quirky, was an amazing woman and he couldn't get over the way their eyes locked that day they met. It took everything within his power to secure her love, and the bad ass warrior didn't feel any less of a man at all for having a soft spot for her. He had one of her less feminine, royal purple hair ties pulling back his long, stark, blackish blue hair. Life was good for the hybrid now, but he could think back to a time when things were not so great. He could think back to a time when even his mother would doubt him. As he closed his emerald eyes, he could still recollect his childhood. He could remember a time where his mixed blood would have made him an outcast amongst some crueler, ignorant purebloods. But his lips would curl upwards when he thought about beating those very same purebloods to a pulp a week later. His potential was described as being "deadly" and "off the charts". He awakened from his short nap about an hour later, preparing for a landing. His spacepod broke through the atmosphere of Namek quite easily, it's brand new alloy handling the entry very well. He found himself glad that he'd bought the Spacepod from the quivering shopkeeper that day, and at a "Fear Discount" no doubt. He watched as the green land and darker green water passed below him, grumbling to himself. "Waifu was right...there's too much damn green on this mudball."The spacepod would land gently with Carva at the controls. As the hatch opened, he'd step out onto the mainland, wind blowing through hair. He didn't see anyone offhand, but of course he could have been wrong. He narrowed his eyes, trying to sense a huge power as surely the Commander wouldn't have been a weakling. [Activating Ki Sense] Queen Habana

Finding the Commander on Namek would actually prove to be a somewhat more difficult task than one might anticipate, normally Habana was not one to hold back on her power in fact the very attempt to do so felt genuinely uncomfortable to her as when it was necessary she generally needed to reign in her power by a SUBSTANTIAL amount and even beyond the amount of power being held back she just generally felt uncomfortable not being at her best, being ‘not quite there’ was essentially the headline of her entire life and as such Habana LOVED the moments when for as far as her ki sense could feel she was the strongest being around, on Namek her base power exceeded the total power of several villages worth of Namekians as the peaceful green people were moderately powerful but it was really the Warrior and Dragon clansmen that shone in terms of power.
Unfortunately though there were quite a few Namekians adept in ki sense and her overwhelming power put many of them on edge, she’d decided that for the sake of the comfort of the Namekians she would reign herself in to a more manageable level, it was for this reason that Habana’s power presently sat in the mid twenty thousands, more than most but not so overwhelming that it would make the Namekians she met freak out immediately.
Habana had no idea that there might be people seeking her out, Jala lacked energy sensing and thus relied on a scouter to get in contact with her, and while she also lacked the ability to set her power Jala would not act as a secondary power beacon on the planet to distract those seeking Habana because at present she was working within the Eclipse a ship capable of masking the power of the cybernetically enhanced General.
While Habana did not expect anyone to be seeking her out there in fact was someone seeking her out, Jala knowing that Habana was set to putting together a project on Namek to further cement the friendship between the Empire and Namek would need help and thus she had put out a message to call in some aid from the Empire, the request was one aimed mostly at the lower level warriors, no need to inadvertently call in Mayze or accidentally put in a message to Zucceta herself, the work Habana was looking to accomplish would be best served with the aid of some newbies to give them a chance to interact with an ally of the Empire.
Presently Habana was surveying a plot of land on the mainland, a bit outside the Capital she was reasonably certain it would serve her needs well, Gin was a bit further out measuring out the plans for her project while Akushi was ‘supervising’ as his skills were not needed at the moment giving him an opportunity to pester Gin though he made certain to not be TOO much of a distraction as he was quite aware that his Commander was standing not too far away and would be none too pleased if he REALLY took Gin out of his work.
Turning her head away from Gin and Akushi Habana raised an eyebrow feeling a moderately powerful energy signature in the air making its way in their general direction, tapping her scouter she pulled up the numbers for the signature, not entirely out of line for a Warrior caste member, perhaps one of the warriors she had met with was seeking her out?

Carva couldn't believe it. Had the message been a mistake? There was no one here on Namek with a power he assumed would be her's, which he found to be strange. He took a knee and looked at the green grass below him, eyes narrowed in thought. That's strange. I could have sworn the message said "come to Namek". Was my commlink fuckin' up? Nah. The ship was brand new, if it is defective then I will be that lyin' shopkeep's ass. He stood, power spiking slightly as his frustration became clear. "Goddammit! Now I'm going to be pissed off if this was a wasted trip!"
The hybrid had a temper to be sure, but as it were, he was wearing his Heavyweights sewn into his armor. So when his power spiked, it really wouldn't be that much of a threat to anyone. Habana, if she sensed it, would think he was probably one of the weaker Healer Nameks. Much like Habana, he wanted it that way. Because anyone who saw him normally ended up wanting to fight him, due to the appearance he kept.
"Tch...fine. I have to look for the Commander, so be it. If she is here, then I will find her! I am not stupid!" He said, clenching his fists. The man had a firey temper and his actions were often quite animated. What made matters worse was that he'd never seen Habana, so there was that. He had to guess who she may be, and hopefully remain respectful enough not to get killed.
He slowly levitated from the ground, having capsulized his Spacepod. He then began to fly from place to place, and for a while he only saw those green Namekians he'd heard about from his mate. Finally, after about thirty minutes of searching he spotted someone who didn't appear to be Namekian. He lowered himself to the ground, looking at this person questioningly. "Pardon my intrusion, but are you Commander Habana? Or have you seen her? I'm Carva, of the SSE...I'd received a message from Habana to all SSE members.." he'd go on to explain.
Was this the Commander? Or Jala? Maybe Gin?

Habana had her question answered soon enough as the figure in the air seemed to pause briefly once it got close to them before descending to where they were revealing that the energy belonged to a male saiyan, he took his time getting to ground level which was good as had he come in too quickly there was a chance his landing might have disrupted Gin’s work. The redheaded hybrid briefly looked up at the stranger before shrugging and returning to his work knowing that if there were any problems that the Commander was more than capable of handling it, he didn't even need a scouter to know she was likely way beyond any random saiyan, the strongest warrior that they had encountered was the hybrid girl who had visited Habana and scouter readings indicated even she paled in comparison to the Commander’s strength.
Habana raised an eyebrow at the saiyan, even after all this time she was not entirely sure how to respond to large displays of formality in her direction, bowing and kneeling were things she was most certainly not accustomed to and while it did have a certain amusing sort of pleasantness that people felt they -had- to show her that level of respect it was still quite odd. Even more surprising was that he seemed unsure if she actually was the Commander and apparently he had recieved a message from her?
Habana briefly puzzled over that statement before realizing it was likely Jala’s work, she’d said something about scrounging up some help for the work possibly calling in Shemha if she was available, perhaps she’d sent a more general call for aid? “Yes. I am and there’s no need for that” Habana said with a gesture at him. “The message you received was probably -actually- sent by my General, Jala. You got here pretty fast though so that’s good. You got a name?”

The near seven foot hybrid's tail slid around his waist and he stood tall and proud, his Saiyan armor gleaming under the strange light of the Namekian sun. He stood at attention to the Commander for a moment before placing a fist to his other palm and bowing at the waist. Maybe she wasn't used to this, but from him she would get it. When out in public, Carva was a consumate professional. He was the very picture of a Saiyan warrior, though his hair was tied back in a long, black braid.
He struggled to keep his excitement at bay, this having been his first meeting with an official. All of those years of hard work and training, and now here he stood before Commander Habana. He stood quiet for a moment before remembering his manners. "Forgive me, Commander. My name is Carva, and I am a warrior born on Vegeta. I have been training since I was five, perhaps for a day such as this." A proud smile crossed his face.
His smile faded as he asked a question of his own. "So what -was- the message from General Jala concerning? Whatever it may be, I am willing to assist in anyway I can."

As she entered Namek’s atmosphere, Shemha couldn’t help but enjoy the view of the colorful planet. Several times in her life she had ventured to the world of the green men, each visit at the side of her former master. Overall she liked the world and its inhabitants, the Namekians she had interacted with calm and polite, much like herself. If her arrival was without purpose she would have chosen to spend time in their villages simply to learn more about them. This visit however, had a far greater purpose. For the first time since her enrollment in the Solar Saiyan Empire, her assistance had been requested. Not directly, but in the form of a general call to those loyal to the Empire. Shemha planned to answer it unquestioningly.
Slowly her ship lowered towards the surface before the landing gear deployed with an audible hiss. With a small shudder her still new spaceship touched down into the thick blue grass of a random field. Rising from the captain’s chair of her ship, she scooped up her scouter before heading towards the door. Sensors picked up her approach seconds before she reached the portal and with another hiss, the rear hatch swung down. Each step towards Namekian soil had the Majin more excited than the last. For too long she had served the wills of others with no real purpose, to actually be of service to something greater than herself was exhilarating.
Now to find out where in this vast expanse of blue and green she was supposed to go in order to find Jala.
Still not used to her scouter, her first instinct was to scan with her own senses in search of the Captains familiar signature. What she found surprised her. Instead of locating Jala like she had expected, two other signatures she knew appeared first. They belong to none other than Carva, a skilled warrior she had fought a couple of times already and the woman, Brassica whom she had met right after Jala had accepted her into the SSE. They were likely here for the same reason she was. As she began to lift into the air it dawned on her that the day she had met, Brassica had sported a scouter similar to her own. With a smile she activated the device to get an open, short range channel in an attempt to reach out to the woman. Hopefully it worked that way, she was still learning. Regardless of if she got an answer she began to head in the direction of the two.
”Brassica, do you read me? It’s Shemha, we met after my initial session with Captain Jala, do you remember? I received word that available SSE members were to report to Namek. I am on my way to you.” Unsure if the message reached far enough or if the woman even had a scouter on, Shemha increased her rate of flight. At the very least she would find them shortly. Hopefully then she could find out some answers or at least where to find Jala.

Habana could not help but smirk a little as Carva did his best to make himself sound impressive listing how long he’d been training for and informing her that he was born on Vegeta as well, that raised a question for her that took a few moments to puzzle out, why was that information pertinant? But the simple answer was that Carba was most likely not a pure blooded saiyan, most hybrids were the result of an off-world trist of some sort making it a touch difficult for hybrids to have the same respect as a pure saiyan as such those genuinely born on Vegeta not uncommonly made it a point to state state such, she’d done as much for a very long time as well now though it was far less necessary.
“It’s not exactly something that will necessitate much combat training at least not initially. My squad is working on setting up the first though ideally not the last gravity training facility for join Empire and Namekian usage, I’ve noticed that while the average Namekian is moderately strong that they could flourish with the addition of some proper training equipment. We’ve got the supplies to set up the building itself and the actual artifical gravity tech should be arriving soon, I want the main facility up and ready before it arrives.” Habana explained, with any luck the notion of actual physical work rather than combat would not throw off Carva, he looked pretty physically powerful and had a decent power level to boot, his aid would certainly expedite the work.
Carva would then see Habana’s scouter flash briefly followed by Habana raising a finger to silently indicate ‘one moment’ as she took the call, her expression would breifly shift to amusement as a familiar voice played over the scouter. “Hello Shemha, it is good to hear from you. Feel free to make your way here as I can use all the help I can get, I also suppose I have a bit of a surprise for you as well.” Habana said tapping the scouter to mute her end of the call so that she could address Carva again while staying tuned into Shemha’s call.
“It appears that we will be joined by another recruit, I’ll have to explain something to her once she arrives so if she calls me Brassica ignore that.” Habana said, it was spoken not quite as a command but as an actual request, she had no real interest in throwing her authority around for the sake of what amounted to a joke at this point as she’d given Shemha a bit of a run-around on her true identity now though with work to be done it was perhaps best to drop the facade.

A cool gust of Namekian wind lifted his bluish black hair slightly as he studied Habana. He knew what that smirk meant from a Saiyan woman, but it did nothing to quell his pride. He didn't bore her with more details of his training as he saw that there really was no reason to. The young cadet relaxed slightly, his muscles untensing.
Looking around, the green sky reflected in his dark emerald eyes. He looked over and watched as Namekians would help move building materials across the land, seeing some getting water from nearby bodies of water, most likely for the workers. He smirked as he saw a few weaker cadets helping with moving materials. He could have been "too proud" to even offer, but he decided better seeing as how this WAS a General.
"I see..." He looked back at the General and gave a slight smile. "...that's actually not a bad idea, General. These Namekians are quite strong if trained properly, and much like a friend of mine, I believe too that they could be an asset to the Empire." He nodded. "Honestly? I'd be glad to help you with construction. A warrior cannot be one dimensional after all."
As he saw her scouter flash, he narrowed his eyes. Carva knew that the spacepod had comms systems, but he wasn't aware of the functionality of scouters as communication devices. His heart would warm slightly when he heard Shemha's name, and he'd comment. "Shemha...was wondering where she'd been. I'd dare say she'd be a great choice to assist us, Lady Habana. She's quite formidable and very intelligent from what I can tell."
"Just tell me what you need me to do, General." He said, folding his huge arms over his chest.

With the verbal confirmation that the signature she sensed was indeed Brassica, Shemha clicked off the channel and focused on her approach. In the remaining minutes of her short flight the Majin contemplated the confirmation she had just received. Scouters did a great deal when locating allies or enemies, but could they be fooled? The concept of altering ones signature to fool the senses of others and machines intrigued her. Power often ruled the Universe, but deception and intellect had their parts to play as well. She made a mental note to visit the issue later, there were more important issues at hand than theories.
Through the air she went and when the duo came into view she let a small smile curl onto her lips. Familiar faces comforted her, companions in the Empire with shared goals. As the distance between them shrank she began to descend, her altitude dropped steadily so that by the time she hit the ground she was alongside them.
”Greetings Brassica, Carva.” A nod accompanied each name as she greeted the two. A quick glance took in the Namekian’s and the various materials they were in the middle of moving. She had no idea what it was they might be looking to construct, as most of the items looks to be building materials, but it was likely she was to be informed shortly.
”It’s a pleasure to see the both of you again. What business does the Empire have on Namek? I was under the impression Vegeta’s ties with Namek were minimal.” The red woman had of course made the assumption that Jala or another individual of authority had called the two here, perhaps they were even responding to the same message that brought her to the planet of green men. As she spoke, her hands tucked behind the small of her back to stand at loose attention.”

"It is good to hear that you have no issues with aiding Namek or actually helping with the construction of the facility, I can feel Shemha arriving now so give me a few moments to speak with her, I agree that she can be of great assistance, Jala saw a lot of potential in her and I've witnessed enough of her skills to feel the same." Habana stated before turning away from Carva to the general direction of where she could feel Shemha arriving from it was not long before she spotted the arriving Majin. "Additionally my rank is Commander, not general. We have many generals, but I am the only Commander" It was a bit internally perplexing how much it irked her to be called the wrong rank, perhaps it was the years of being 'nothing'.
Habana chuckled as she landed and greeted them referring to her as Brassica the pseudonym that she had told her to call her by, of course she'd phrased it such that Shemha would get the impression that it was her name, unfortunately with her trip to Namek it had been hard to rectify that and properly introduce herself.
"The Empire's ties with Namek are that of mutual friendship, a friendship that has unfortunately waned not out of hostility but simply out of lapsed contact between us, that lapse is something that should have been rectified a long time ago considering how beneficial it has been for both of us in the past." Habana explained hoping that would be a good enough explanation for the revived interest in Namek.
"I heh... I suppose Shemha now would perhaps be a good time for me to clarify something for you. Back on Vegeta I told you to call me Brassica however that is not actually my name."
"I'm Commander Habana, a pleasure to properly be introduced" Habana said putting a hand out to the majin recruit.

Carva knew Shemha. When the hybrid was a bit weaker, he'd met the Majin girl back on Vegeta. The two had their spar, one of which Carva had won. But Carva had still managed to develop an amazing amount of respect for the woman, having gone as far as to completely accept her as a training partner. He didn't like Plato or Negi a whole lot, but Shemha was a different story. She was a lady.
The hybrid warrior nodded to Shemha. It's always good to see you, Lady Shemha. How is that Saiyan boy...what was his name...Negi? Last I remember was kicking his arse..." Carva chuckled heartily, his tail swishing behind him for a moment. A competitive nature, as strong as a pure bred warrior's, could be seen in his eyes. "...but I do not recall seeing him since. I do hope he isn't at home licking his wounds, because that's how one falls behind in his training."
Carva turned his head to watch a group of Nameks working on the framework of a structure. This was his first time actually seeing the Namekian culture at work, and he was mildly impressed by their building skills. He turned back to the two woman, listening to their conversation. So the Majin met the Commander before even I did? Either she's really lucky, or has better connections than I do. Either way, I must make myself useful.
He'd briskly move over to the Namekians as they worked, and the two women would witness him converse with the foreman. Carva would nod as the foreman would point to a stack of titanium beams, picking up two and heading over to the structure while carrying them on his shoulders. His strength would prove to be impressive.

A laugh escaped the Majin’s lips as Carva inquired about Negi. The two, although both likable in her mind, had not gotten along with one another. From her perspective it was their personalities, both striving to become stronger than all they met, but with very different philosophies. The latter she had just left behind, unable to find the boy before departing Konats. She was sure he would be fine, as long as he could find an adequate amount of food to keep his stomach from killing him.
”Last I saw him, he was well. I am sure he looks forward to his next fight against you just as I do.” On that note, she had already noted the increase in his power since they had last met. Her strength had not changed much; she was going to fall behind. Perhaps while she was on Namek she could spare with the both of them. The more time she spent in combat, the quicker she would improve. First things first, she listened to the reason they had been summoned in the first place.
Based on what Brassica told her, their reason for being here was simple when it came down to it – repairing relations. Silently she was glad it was something so simple. Since she had sworn herself to the service of the Empire she was willing to do whatever she was asked, but not violent by nature she would prefer to avoid conflict whenever possible. Training was one thing, but real combat should be avoided unless completely necessary.
"I heh... I suppose Shemha now would perhaps be a good time for me to clarify something for you. Back on Vegeta I told you to call me Brassica however that is not actually my name."
The strange statement had the red skinned female’s brow arching some. Not her name? What had been the reason for a false moniker? When they had first crossed paths Shemha it was moments past her initial test with Captain Jala. Maybe the woman played it safe and chose a fake name until it was clear Shemha could be trusted. The last thing on the Majin’s mind was that the Commander had done it just for the entertainment involved. When Habana revealed who she was, Shemha’s arched eyebrow became wide eyes.
”Please, forgive me.” Before Habana had even finished her sentence Shemha’s head was already on the descent towards a bow. However, she paused halfway when the woman’s hand extended. From her interaction with Jala she had learned to be a little less formal with the Saiyan’s and since her Commander chose to offer a handshake, she took it. Grasping her hand, she offered a somewhat awkward smile.
”The pleasure is mine, Commander.”

“Well now that that is done with we can move on to more productive efforts” Habana said giving Shemha a grin as they shook hands before inclining her head in Carva’s direction as the larger saiyan had already taken to aiding the building efforts, working with some of the local Namekians that Habana had sought out to aid in the construction as of now the Namekians did not actually know what was being built simplying having the knowledge of what the structure was intended to look like and so while there was a Namekian aiding in the direction of construction efforts it was Gin who was doing most of the organization relaying to the Namekians what needed to be done. The secrecy was not out of any malicious intent but merely a hope for Habana to present the building at a complete project, the Namekian aid was really only necessary for the outer structuring of the building and with any luck having Carva and Shemha around would expedite the efforts substantially additionally Habana hoped that having some Namekians involved in the construction would likewise aid in generating curiosity for the project enough to draw some in once it was complete. “Shemha between you, myself, Jala, and Carva we should be able to handle any and all heavy lifting as Carva is already displaying I figure we might even be able to get the whole structure up within the day now that I’ve got you two” Habana said with a nod. [If we progress perhaps jumping to post-construction would be best as I dont imagine there is a TON we could work with on rping out the construction of the facility as I am not particularly well versed in making buildings ]

It was a cool day on Namek that day, and despite what his fiancée had told him, it wasn't such a bad place. True, it was green. Very green, even the water was just a darker shade of green than the land and trees looked strange to Carva as well. He hadn't ever been to Namek before, and the Namekians he'd met thus far had been a hard working people so the SSE Member wasn't complaining. The last piece of thick metal gleamed in the sun as the two Namekian warriors held it in place. The Saiyan warrior stood below the structure, right arm up with his pointer finger extended. The corner of his lip curled upward, eyebrows furrowed downward, eyes dancing with mischief. "Now don't move, Namekians. This takes great precision, and I wouldn't want to accidentally hurt either of you, no?"
The two Namekians would both nod at the warrior, a small ball of light forming at the end of his finger. Carva narrowed his eyes and fired his finger beam at the seams of the metal, effectively welding it to the structure. Those watching would notice a great deal of care and precision was taken in his work, and when he finished he would dust his hands off. He looked at Gin. "I trust everything is to your specifications, Foreman. If you will excuse me though, I'd like to speak with the Commander once again."
The warrior had removed his upper armor, save for his weighted wristbands. The man was in perfect physical condition, and bore the scars of battle on his pecs and back. He drink his last bottle of cool, refreshing Bao's Choice Drinking Water and moved over to the two women, standing straight before Habana. "Commander, construction is finished. But..." He looked at the structure and tilted his head. "...what is it meant to be?"

The construction went smoothly as Commander Habana had suggested. With the group of them assisting the Namekian workforce, there was little that slowed progress. Under normal circumstances the task they completed in a day would have taken weeks if not months. Apparently in construction, like in combat, it paid to have powerful allies. It was a wonder that numerous mercenary groups hadn’t abandoned their work to enroll in the construction business. Time was everything to most people and quick construction was something many would pay for. All in all, the group had a fallback if the whole Empire thing didn’t work out.
When Carva posed the question as to the ultimate purpose of the building, Shemha had her own idea of what it was. Back on Vegeta, when she had first arrived and sought out the Commander, Jala ended up being her first official contact with the SSE. In a building similar to this one she had tested the Majin and a number of soldiers who had previously been at work training paused to look on. Unknown to Shemha, Habana or Brassica at the time, was also an audience member. The barracks slash training facility fit well on Vegeta, but here it seemed to stand out. Then again perhaps she was just comparing the finished project to the flat field that existed less than a day ago.
”I believe it to be a training facility of one variation or another. Is that correct, Commander?” Habana’s own words outlined the reason the Empire was on Namek, to enhance the ill tended relationship between the two planets. The empire must have believed this the best way to begin strengthening that bond. Namek possessed its own powerful warriors just like the Saiyan. Fewer in number, the fighters that called the planet home were formidable in their own right. Vegeta of course housed countless warriors itself so if such an establishment was the stepping stone to better relations, Shemha believed she understood. Then again, her assumption might have been wrong, something Habana would no doubt correct if so.
