Making Friends? (Open/Cado)

Cado himself was out exploring the frozen north of the planet again. He had already flew through here once and came across a couple people. One seemed friendly, the other, a strange alien type person who seemed kind of on the bad side. After all he did turn and attack the one person that helped him. Strange beings he though to himself.

Within a few minutes he could see the campfire he had built a short time ago . He decided to camp out tonight and head back towards the south in the morning when the sun rose. Once he landed he quickly noticed another person was here. His sence didnt pick him up quick enough, only due to the fact, cado actually wasnt looking for anyone.

" Hello , can i help you"

He looked and notices that he is of the same type of race that turned on that once human for helping. Cado stood there, mentally preparing just incase this guy had the same objective.

Cado stepped closer.
"Yes this is mine, i was also out exploring more of this place, figured i'd put up for the night here. My name is Cado, I'm human. One question though Rankine, is it, What species are you? I've seen one other of your kind, but he wasnt a very nice person, to say the least"

Cado walked over closer to the fire and started moving things around as their conversation continued.

((No problem the more people Rankine gets to meet the better))

Rankine would watch the human closely as the human moved towards the fire and moving stuff. "While Cado I'm what you call an Arcosian from space as the Saiyans destroyed our home world I few of us were send out in pods as to try save our species, well I'm not surprised he attacked someone this is a new planet with a different culture and we are a warrior race, but don't worry I have more peaceful things in mind so I'm not going to attack anyone unless provoked.

Rankine then heard a noise from behind him and turned around but he didn't see anyone there and it didn't help that he got that creepy feeling that someone was watching them. "Cado be on alert we are not alone here, it feels like we are been watched." Just then another human popped out of the bushes behind Rankine and spoke. "While I was just exploring the frozen north when I came across Cado's campsite and stopped to inspect it, what bring you here?. He would watch her.

She relaxed her arms from the holding them up motion she had taken in order to not been seen as a threat to the other two as she entered the camp. Stopping at the edge of the tent nearest the fire she would listen to the Arcosian first and then to Cado. Some of the words they had spoken earlier made her a little more hopeful that this was to be a peaceful encounter as she so hated having to dirty up her blades unnecessarily. Flashing a smile toward the pair she brought a hand up to her white hair moving it out of her face. Once more her reddened eyes looking over the pair as she processed what they had said and what she was going to say in response.

“Well it is good to hear that the planet is still attracting people here that are not going to try and kill all the inhabitants like some other visitors that the planet has had recently. And you are correct Cado. Living up here is so much nicer than the desert. I have spent a lot of time crawling about a few of them here on Earth. Makes for some interesting days especially when you actually find something someone swore was lost forever.” As she smiled at them she lifted her left arm and rubbed the side of her neck. As she did her jacket would lift ever so slightly and in the light of the day a soft glint could be seen on her hip. What exactly it was would not be easily evident to the new companions she had just met.

“Name is Aina. I overheard you are both are not from Earth then you are in luck. As I am born and raised here on Earth. Sure not this exact area as I was raised in the Western Capitol, but was still raised here so maybe I can help the pair of you to know the planet better in exchange for some warmth by the fire for now?” She was actually not all that cold because of her own ki control keeping herself warm but she was going to try and pry and see exactly what these new people on the planet would have in store for the planet and its inhabitants. Of course she had not heard Cado’s proclamation about wanting to protect planets so she was still wary of the both of them.

He stood atop an overhanging cliff, his emerald eyes scanning the icy ravine below. Brushing a large hand through his hair, so start and blowing in the wind, he'd think back to Arias and how she'd gone back to Namek to reason with the SSE. Part of him worried for her, but the proud Saiyan warrior wasn't foolish. He knew his mate could handle herself, so he let that thought go immediately. 

He was, however, a bit bored. He needed to continue his training and the only human on Earth that had given him a challenge had damn near cut his tail of permanently. The thought made his tail twitch and bush up a bit...this new tail was just the same as the other, and served the same purpose. Why should he worry if it was almost freshly grown? He chuckled to himself.

His eyes narrowed. He could sense it, a set of three kis nearby. Two were rather miniscule in terms of sheer power, but one felt as if it could match his own. He chuckled and stated under his breath. "Impressive. Probably just a couple of weak humans and a Saiyan warrior, no doubt. Too weak to be my Arias." He said, eyes going dreamy for a moment.

He shook it off and his aura flared as he blasted off in the direction of the signatures. The clouds above the three would part noticeably, and what they would see hovering down right in the center of their group would be a six foot six monster of a man, dressed proudly in the armor of the SSE. 

He looked at the two weaker beings...and Arcosian? He shook his head, glancing at the other with the spikey black hair. "You should be ashamed of yourself." He stated plainly, without fear. He then looked at the woman, his expression not changing from that cool demeanor. "Hello."

He addressed her respectfully, as her power was of note. Then, he walked between the male and the Arcosian, staring out over the frozen wastes.

Shifting in her stance she was still nervously looking around the area. :: Just the two of them thereLhinith… Both I can feel are rather weak so they could not be giving me this feeling of unease that has come around me as of the last few minutes. I do not know Aina… I cannot actually sense anything malevolent. So I will keep my senses open for you. Just be careful Aina. :: Aina’s eye would flicker in colors as she spoke internally with her goddess. Yet really the only moment that the flash would be evident she would bring up her hand and cover her face with a hand as she moved some more of her white hair from her eyes.

“Well the most evident reason is the resources of the planet. I mean compared to Vegeta this planet has nearly endless resources for food production and for strengthening itself up for war. So for me it would make sense to remain strategic as this planet seems to be. So clear the inhabitants off the planet. Ship in new settlers and then reconquer the planet in that manner. Rather effective manner to conquering the planet without the chance of a planetary resistance remaining to fight against you.” As she spoke the evident military leaning of her mind would be on full display for the other two. As she was crisp as if delivering a report to a superior officer instead of just two other people she had randomly met.

Turning her head toward Cado she smiled at him. Giving him a look that showed her to be able to relax but yet she was not. It was as if there was something bothering her. “I would love to relax… Just not all that used to it just after meeting someone for the first time. Easier to remain on guard and on edge instead of relaxing. Self preservation and all that. So I apologize if I am too on edge all the time.”

As she finished responding to Cado she felt a flicker in the distance that Lhinith keyed her into almost in the same instant she sensed it. There was something coming their way and fast. Glancing to the sky she managed to catch the incoming figure as the man split the clouds above them. The ki swirling about the man managed to obscure her vision for a moment as she watched him with unblinking eyes as he came to land. Lowering her hands she instinctively placed a hand onto the hilt of one of her knives. Her eyes narrowing as she looked at the saiyan in his full regalia standing there. As he non-chalantly walked past her and said hello she would not utter a response.

Instead she just stood there a hand upon the hilt of the blade on her hip. Standing there she knew exactly what to do should the saiyan turn hostile and she was going through that mental checklist with her spirit. :: Go for the tail with the first toss. Damage the tail if not stab the blade into the tail proper. If no damage is done then go for his pride. Use it against him to draw him away from the civilians and then fight him after ditching the weights I have on. If that does not work then go for the kill shot if possible… :: Her own monologue with Lhinith would continue like that as she just watched the saiyan closely. The fact his demeanor was so relaxed made her even more on edge.

Rankine would start to sense a great energy in the distance slowly flying towards them, looking in the direction that he sensed it and before long he a big man had appeared in front them and seemed so full of himself, but Rankine would restrain himself least he causes a fight. Rankine watching him closing as he said something to Cado and Anina but didn't greet him.

Rankine took up Cado's offer and went to sit next to him around the fire stating he only has met three people and wanted to make friends which sounded reasonable to Rankine. "If it makes you feel any better I have only met you two now and this big headed Saiyan." He would turn around and show a small grin to the Saiyan as Cado addressed his question. It looks like this Saiyan thinks power is everything, if I was stronger I would show him it doesn't matter but right now he could beat me easily.

Rankine turned to pay attention to what Aina had to say about this planet and why people want it, and she made it sound really good and seemed like a good starting point to train and get stronger but he wasn't sure he would devout his life for this world. He noted her reaction to the Saiyan man as if she expects him to attack us at any moment but surely he's not that dumb?

The Saiyan turned to Rankine calling him ice man? "You speak as if you know my race? How dare you! it's thanks to your kind that I don't have a family but mark my words Saiyan I will get stronger and I will get my revenge that I can promise you. Yes, I seem weak but you are forgetting I can transform at will. Hmmm gotta watch this guy has so many assumptions, expects me to be stronger and that I'm a disappointment? and that Cado is too and he said he has a tail? But Rankine didn't see one and didn't know he should have one, at least he was respectful to Aina which was surprising.
