Red's body is built like a young woman who has not hit puberty yet, and has the young voice to boot. She has very curly orange hair, along with peach skin on her body. Red's attire consists a musketeer-esque outfit in a dark teal color, with a crimson tabard that reaches to her thighs, with the tabard holding the symbol for her lab. She kept the symbol since they did not need it anymore. She would wear white fingerless gloves and thigh-high boots that are made of comfortable fabrics that are flexible to her android body. However, we cannot forget about any red riding hood rip off's main staple clothing attire Red's favorite red hood and cape combo that would blend in with all the humanoid blood that would most likely get caught on her.
And to top it off, Red is 100% android, having no biological components inside of her body. Although she does have fluids (oil, android fluid, etc.) inside of her body that are dyed a blood red, these blocks would only form if you cut deep enough to pierce the outer layer of skin. If you cut any deeper into the body, you would only see android components and maybe one tube which has flowing android fluids/oil/etc.

Red lifts the hand holding her sword, and point the tip at her target (Or aim her arm at someone, with only one palm facing the enemy). She would then charge a ki into the very tip of her Silver Wulf (Or palm of her hand if she doesn't have her weapon), until it was ready to shoot. Once ready, she releases a Vermillion Red energy beam at her opponent, the beam being about half her size. This attack inflicts 33% of R.E.D.'s current power level as damage.
Crimson Gleam [U2]
Upgraded version of Vermillion Gleam, except now it is a Crimson Hue. This attack inflicts 66% of Red's current power level as damage, and RED can split her attack amongst multiple enemies.

(This is literally the third time I'm rewriting this history because of user error, and then site error... I'm going to make this one fast, so apologies on the low quality history.)
There was a group who wanted to create a line of androids, that would be human enough to work among other humans in order to serve under them. This group was Lab Cero, and they wished to put in as little fighting combat into their androids so that they would not be able to defect efficiently, and thus be forced to stay as their lowly little serving selves. However, what they had problems when creating androids, was when the android bodies they made were more than inoperable. The bodies usually had errors that ranged from small to huge, but all would result in their earlier models being complete and utter failures. They knew that their A.I. were perfect to their degree, but the bodies they made were insufficient.
They were up to their necks in debt, and only had enough funds to either make three androids in order to hopefully make things right... Or resort to something that they had wished to never do. Surprise Surprise, they chose option number two and actually commisioned a rival android producing company to manufacture an android body. What they forgot to specify was that this android was not supposed to have combat technology inside of it. In fact, what this rival company did was actually manufacture it as if it were one of their own... One of SAD CANDY's androids.
SAD CANDY stood for Saiyans Absolute Disposal; Childlike Androids Numbered and Dated by Year. SAD CANDY's goals were to eliminate saiyans with their androids, and the fact that they had to do a commission for another android group angered them. They even decided to add in a sword, just to poke fun at Lab Cero's servantude goals. They even installed a program that would allow this android to function at minimal levels, so that they can transport the bucket of bolts with more ease. Once finished, they decided that they did not wish to work for Lab Cero any more, and cut off their ties.
Once they got their hands back on the android, one of the scientists poked fun at what they called 'SAD CANDY's' best work, which was the fact this android was too robotic. They had decided put her into sleep mode, and assumed that their superior A.I. would overtake this program that SAD CANDY produced. Once they uploaded their own A.I., what could only be called an unholy union had happened... As the program SAD CANDY installed into the android was none other than a locked-down version of one of their own particular brands of Artificial Intelligence. Once the two A.I. met, the locked AI took its chance and tried to overtake the Lab Cero AI, but would fail... and succeed, as the two would merge into a single, greater A.I., which would call itself Red.
The scientists around the room, moments before releasing the android out of sleep mode, they all argued over what to name the android. One of the names was Redevidne, which everyone shot down as it was a mixture of the color red and reverse the vegetable known was endive. Another name that was thrown out was Peacock, because in no way did the android look like a Peacock. One person, however, gave the suggestion of a name 'Rebecca Edolvein Dewitt' just as someone thought it was a good idea to turn on their servant.
At first, the android seemed civil, nice, and happy as it loved the name of Rebecca Edolvein Dewitt, saying that she'll steal it as her own. Everyone seemed to be celebrating the fact that they had finally succeeded in producing a working android, except for android herself. One of the scientists finally had the gall to ask why it was not celebrating.
With a dark grin, she said with enthusiasm, "I'd rather celebrate my F R E E D O M"
With blinding speeds, Rebecca made it to the sword that they put on a wall mount as a little joke, and would proceed to slaughter the 41 members of Lab Cero. Afterward, she wanted to make sure that SAD CANDY would not be able to track her down if they realize that Lab Cero went silent, although they really did not wish to interact with those screw balls anymore. Figuring out a sly little trick in Ki manipulation, she can create a boomerang imbued with extra energy, but at a whole nother level as the energy is quite literally hovering around the created Boomerang in sharp edges. No matter what, it hounds down a particular target it was made for. Charging in 66% increments, Costing 3 KP as this is a HOMING VARIANT

Finding herself in a couple situations in which teamwork is actually required (BLECH), she figured that she needed to create a way to assist others in their own attacks. A little sly idea came across her mind as she was playing one of Panzer's Video Games, where people bashed this baseball back and forth and added their own strength until they were KO'd. Essentially the same idea, where RED creates a baseball bat from digital energy and slams it right into someone else's technique, applying her own energy and blasting it towards the target with an increased energy output.
