Samba
EIGHTEEN - 18 19 • ZOANTHROPE • MALE DETERMINED • SELF-CONFIDENT • STUBBORN Samba is a young Zoanthrope born and raised on Earth. He has been living in isolation deep within the mountains for almost all his life with his family and, therefore, he isn't really the most tech savvy person around, though he can learn to use techy stuff like computers, scouters or even a cellphone, but don't expect him to ever pilot a spaceship, you'll probably never want to enter a ship ever again after the ordeal was over. Samba is kind and friendly to those that had won his trust and respect, but for those that earned his ire he has nothing but contempt and distrust. The Wolf Zoanthrope is willing to protect Earth at any cost, and thus traveled far and wide in search to get stronger, and soon enough he found the Galatic Patrol lead by one Beryl Roarke and thus began his training under the man alongside his fellow members of the faction.
But then, knowing that such an organization needed to follow some sort of ground rules and what not, he sadly had to bid adieu to the friends and acquaintances he had made while living under the GP's roof, once again free to roam the Earth looking for a purpose now that some things seemed to calm down in the Galaxy.
It was just the perfect timing that a Bio-Android by the name of Walker found Samba when the male looked lost at what to do now. Under the Wild Hunt's wing, Samba met a few new individuals like Celmaru Waterfield and Presto the Majin, but deep in his heart the male still questioned himself: What purpose did he have now that the one that leads him down such a path turned "good"?
He could keep protecting the Earth, of course, but with the allied forces of the Z-Fighters, the BBA and the myriad of powerful fighters that dotted the Earth, there didn't seem to be any need for him to intervene anymore. Remembering what happened at Konats in one of Walker's conversation, the Zoan's heart began to fill with something akin to hope as he flew towards the distant planet inside the space-pod of a deceased SSE member.
But once he got there he was under the siege from Dr. Breech and his band of misfits, it culminated with him leaving the planet with his mind completely turned on its axis and strangely with a basket of exotic butters than to one of the strangest Androids he has ever met.
After a short telepathic conversation with the leader of the Galatic Patrol, one Beryl Roarke, the Zoan was ecstatic once he reached Earth and met the elusive man after almost a whole year of him being away from them all. After a brief small talk they decided to train under 150 times Earth's gravity; by doing so somehow it culminated with Samba expressing his feelings for the leader of the GP.
But it was not to be, both understood the implications that would come with such a thing, especially with this group that was tailing the dark-skinned man, and with a tearful farewell, Beryl Roarke once more left the planet to go and battle this powerful enemy, leaving behind a forlorn Zoanthrope in his wake.
With nothing going for him except a faction that was slowly tearing at the seams, Samba thought deep and hard about what he could do to have a purpose again; after a bit of thinking it came to him. With Walker gone, possibly dead, it was his duty to make sure that the Crane School had a Master to teach the masses, it would give him a purpose of teaching the younger and old generation to defend the planet or their love ones from harm; but such lessons wouldn't be easy as they'd have to prove themselves to him that they deserved to learn the ultimate attack of the Crane School.
But days before that notion got into his head, the Zoan had decided to battle against the Turtle Hermit, one Articho Reville; the same one that had tried to save Arias numerous times only to die at the hands of Walker back at Konats.
With the title of Crane Master safely in his paws, the Zoan was then visited by a stoic looking Majin named Shemha alongside her demonic companion named Meridia; he learned what happened to Walker when he set off to parts unknown, leaving the Zoan's mind in a bit of a turmoil before Shemha's words and warning pulled through the haze that covered his eyes. Just what would come out of this meeting between them?

Transformations
Uncollared (x3) - Achieved when Samba searched within himself for the batch of power that he felt one day when he was training in Mt. Paozu and learned to master it and make it his own. While active, Samba's body is outlined in a bluish-white aura.
Unleashed (x6) - Achieved when Samba learned to toss his doubts and hesitation aside to unlock his potential in a fight with Kaito, a fellow member of the Galatic Patrol. While active, Samba's body is outlined in a pure whitish aura.
Bashkar (x16P) - Achieved when Tokoz reached deep inside Samba's psyche with his mental powers and destroyed the locks keeping his potential at bay. As such while he may not get an aura around him anymore he can still call it forth just for show or when powering up.

His hand and finger movements mimic the biting of a wolf, and sometimes when the combined blows are strong enough it might KO the enemy. Does 33% of Samba's PL in damage.
++[UP2] Ashura Whirlwind Fist - An upgraded version of Ashura Dream Fist. Only this time Samba attacks his foes with a fast myriad of blows to cause a lot of damage, be that internal or from broken bones, and then sending them flying away with a powerful focus punch. Does 66% of Samba's PL in Damage.
+++[MP3] Neo Ashura Hurricane Fist - The Ashura Dream Fist being driven to its utmost potential. With more control of his ki and strength, Samba can increase the power of his physical attacks by one hundred percent, landing devastating blows on his opponent in rapid succession that can leave his victims battered and bruised, the blows are strong enough that they might even break bones, cause internal bleeding or chop an extremity off. Does 100% Of Samba's PL in Damage.
+[N1] Kaiser Nail - Without mercy, Samba strikes his foes with his sharp claws. 33% PL and consumes 1 Stamina.
+[N1] Veritubach - Rushing to the opponent, Samba turns around side to side with the target, and places them in a suplex hold. Upon the performance of the throw, Samba howls and jumps up into the air, before positioning the target to land back first when the jump lands. Their impact is capable of producing a huge explosion, and the target bounces back, being dealt massive damage. Does 33% of Samba's PL in damage and uses 1KP in a KP Battle.
++[UP2] Stardust Bomb - A more powerful version of Veritubach. Samba kicks his opponent into the air and then with great speed appears/flies behind them. Once behind his opponent, Samba restrains them with a bear hug and pile-drives them into the ground head first while rotating at a ferocious speed Does 66% of Samba's PL in damage and uses 2KP in a KP Battle.
+++[MP3] Suzaku Sky Dance - The pinnacle of the technique. It follows the same principle of Stardust Bomb, but this time it's more powerful thanks to the height and the ki infused in his attack as it combines the principles of Veritubach as well. Does 100% of Samba's PL in damage and uses 3KP in a KP battle.
+++[N1-UP2-MP3] Genbu's Divine Protection - Samba doesn't let anything stop him in his way, everything nonsensical batted aside, countered or tanked with extreme prejudice. Uses 1/2/3KP and charges at 33/66/100% per turn, and if the Barrier user is within 65% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
↳++[V2] Genbu's Divine Retribution - In retribution to any attacks headed his way, Samba will use Genbu's Divine Protection — but with a twist. The aura barrier will unleash its remaining PL as an attack after it absorbed a hit. Basically, reflect the damage in any way he sees fit (Physical or Ki-based) back to the attacker should the aura barrier still stand. This is a Damaging Barrier Technique that uses 2KP and charges for 33% per turn, to a maximum of 165% of Samba's PL at five turns. If the Barrier user is within 65% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
↳++[V2] Genbu's Divine Fortification - In retribution to any attacks headed his way, Samba will use Genbu's Divine Protection — but with a twist. This aura barrier has a dense amount of energy circulating through it, therefore it will remain present to defend Samba for either three posts or until its total PL is overcome, whichever comes first. This is a Sustained Barrier Technique that uses 2KP and charges for 33% per turn, to a maximum of 165% of Samba's PL at five turns. If the Barrier user is within 65% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.

+[UT] Flight - The ability to achieve flight through Ki. Samba learned this technique when he was eight and practicing with his parents though it took him a bit of a time before he could get it down, same with Ki Sense.
+[UT] Ki Sense - Ability to sense Ki and Power Levels. Samba learned this technique when he was eight and practicing with his parents though it took him a bit of a time before he could get it down, same with Flight.
++[UT2] Ki Setting - Samba is now capable of setting his power to a lower level to not only hide but also effectively fight while at this level.
+++[UT3] Predator - Samba is able to take the energy control a step further by temporarily increasing his power level by half! Though this is simply a bluff, and he cannot use techniques with his new power - it only lasts a turn. It is mostly meant to be used to make someone surrender peacefully.
+[UT] Shapeshifting - Shapeshifting is the ability to change one's shape or, more commonly, one's form and appearance. A dormant gene deep within Samba's psyche passed down through his lineage. One way to use Shapeshifting, for example, could be for Samba to use his shapeshifting abilities to transform into a larger version of himself, similar to an Oozaru in size, but receive none of the multiplier benefits of said move. Uses 0KP in a KP Battle.
+[UT] Enhanced Senses - Samba has extremely accurate senses thanks to his Wolf Physiology and his Ki acting as an enhancer, allowing him to see, hear, smell, taste, touch and/or feels more than an average member of his species. This is merely flavor and won't give him that much of an edge in battle.
+[UT] Pressure Point - By tapping deep within his psyche Samba can significantly increase muscle mass, while at the same time increase his offensive power at the cost of his defenses, this results in an increase of his offensive PL by +x1 and a decrease of his defensive PL by -x3. He must have a transformation that provides at least +x3 defensive PL to use this technique. Using Power Weighted costs 0 KP in a KP Battle.
+[UT1] Telepathy - The basic form of Telepathy allows Samba to communicate with those he is familiar with across the planet he is currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear him if the effort to block him out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
++[UT2] Telepathy - The limits on the range of Samba's telepathy are significantly lessened, allowing him to communicate with anyone he is familiar with on the same plane of existence as him (Living World, Otherworld, Demon Realm(?)). This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
+[UT] Atmos - Utilizing his incredible power Samba provides himself with enough oxygen to survive two days in the depths of space or any other oxygen deprived location, external stress such as combat can decrease this time significantly. This technique is passive and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
++[UT1-UT2] Four-Witches Technique/Six-Witches Technique - Concentrating his Ki while using his Shapeshifting abilities, Samba is capable of producing two to four additional arms(or arm-like appendages!) that sprout from his back, these limbs provide no extra power in and of themselves but to provide him with extra fists to punch his opponent and extra hands for grappling AND punching. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
+++[UT1-UT3] Multi-Form - This is a technique that Samba learned "off-screen" with Belle before she had to leave for her career. Through this technique Samba can create a copy of himself, dividing his power evenly between himself and the doppelgangers by 50% for one, 33% for two and 25% for three copies.
+++[SU1-SU3] Ki Charge - Allows Samba to charge his Ki in general, rather than for a specific technique. SU1 Allows gathering for an N1 or V2, SU2 for a UP2 or UV3, and SU3 for an MP3 technique.
+[SU1] Mournful Howl - It is a technique where Samba affects the air currents around him with Ki to produce powerful shock waves in order to strike and stun his opponents, plus any upset onlookers, by howling loudly. ++[SU2] Forlorn Howl - It is a technique where Samba affects the air currents around him with Ki to produce powerful shock waves in order to strike and stun his opponents, plus any upset onlookers, by howling loudly. +++[SU3] Heartbroken Howl - It is a technique where Samba affects the air currents around him with Ki to produce powerful shock waves in order to strike and stun his opponents, plus any upset onlookers, by howling loudly. The howl is set to a high enough pitch that it is possible to burst eardrums and cause internal bleeding from the ears. Stuns for 1 round at 300% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's power level.
++[SU1] New Moon Mirage - Through a sudden burst of speed Samba leaves behind an image of himself to distract his opponent.
