Recuperation and Restoration
With the threat of the Saiyan Solar Empire beaten back, Warriors on both sides spend this time to lick their wounds. The denizens of Earth began to repair their cities, while the defeated Queen Zucceta spent time training her body. Though Earth was off the table for now, there was another challenge in her way; The Natto Force were still out there, and she couldn't let them live after their treachery on Earth.
On Earth, the traitor in question had decided to take a portion of the planet for his own people, wishing to colonize the Southern regions as a place for those who did not wish to work with the Solar Empire. He attempted to set up a meeting with the Kami Bing Gan, but due to his violent demands, the Kami's ally and soon-to-be wife Maeve struck the Super Saiyan down with a single strike. The remainder of the Natto Force dispersed across the galaxy, never to be seen again...
With repairs underway on Earth, the Blue Banner's Vi-Poi begins to search for the mythical Dragon Balls, intent on restoring the Planet Namek which his virus-filled former self had destroyed. Other warriors had assisted him in this search, including Zexama and Raisu. After months of searching, they finally collected all seven of these magical orbs, and used them to revive the Namekian Homeworld.
On the opposite side of the Galaxy, a diabolical group known as the Devil's Knights caught wind of Namek's return. One of their strongest members, a Mazoku Caste Namekian known as Xylo, took charge of the situation, leading him and his allies Kizuki and Alaistair to the planet for a hostile takeover. They landed in the Moori Capital, and began their conquest.
Though things seemed to be going well for them, their faction was not the only one interested in the planet. The Saiyan Empire had sent General Mayze and the Bounty Hunter Pin to investigate the strange reappearance of the planet. The Saiyans come into contact with the Devil's Knights, and a fierce battle ensued.
After a hard-fought battle, the Devil's Knights were slain, allowing the Solar Empire and Planet Namek to join together in an alliance.
The Heart of Might
Back on Vegeta, the Queen decides its time to use the Tree of Might once more. After appointing the Super Saiyan Habana as her commander, Queen Zucceta head for Planet Kanassa with the young Prince Luffa in tow, intent on sowing the seed of power into the planet. Upon arrival, they find little resistance; the denizens of Kanassa had forseen the Saiyan's arrival, and departed from the planet en masse. Remaining fighters were quickly crushed, allowing Zucceta to plant the seed.
As the vile seed grew, fighters from across the galaxy took notice. Multiple groups took a trip to Kanassa, some looking to combat the Queen, others looking to simply investigate the commotion. The first to arrive was then-Turtle Hermit Zexama, an Majin. The old friend of Empress Wyntre Cold was aiming to avenge her dead comrade. With her came Brisk, a young Arcosian, her disciple. Following them was the Earth's Kami, Bing Gan. He boarded his ship with the recently revived Superhero Captain Nova, intent on making the Tree of Might and its owner a distant memory. Things were starting to look good for the opposing forces until Zerori, a powerful saiyan-demon hybrid, arrived on the scene. Zucceta played to her mercenary personality and offered her a fruit of Might if she fought for the saiyans instead--and Zerori accepted, balancing the playing field.
Bing challenged Zucceta to single combat to determine the battle. The Queen accepted, and the two duel in the heart of the nearly full-sprouted tree.
After a brutal battle, Zucceta is pushed to her limit, allowing her to ascend to a higher level of Super Saiyan. Electric fury surrounding her, she decimated the Human Guardian just as he unlocked his own enhanced state, a moment that was felt acrross the galaxy. Instead of letting the barely conscious Kami bleed out, the Queen dragged his body to her ship, ordering her crew to begin experimenting on him.
With the Kami defeated, the others who'd gathered to challenge Zucceta quickly dispersed: the deal made between Bing and Zucceta was decided. One question remained:
What is it that the Queen planned to do with Bing's corpse?
At the same time as the battle of Kanassa, a lone opportunist stalked to the planet Vegeta in the absence of its strongest imperial fighters: Walker. It considered the SSE an incurable cancer, and the saiyans were its genesis: to destroy Vegeta would weaken the empire heavily, despite any innocent casualties. It began to charge its energy levels, sitting in orbit above the planet, after giving the populace a telepathic warning--a countdown timer.
What he did not expect was to be pursued by Kaula Flahwur and her family, her brother Toma and mother Radasha, with additional input from the 'godly' individual known as Brassica. Walker bitterly attempted to justify his actions as Maeve, Earth's demonic protector, arrived on the scene. Subdued by the immensity of its opposition, the tree-based artificial organism concedes and returns to Earth, rage festering in its heart.
