After his speech to Presto, Kayle wondered if she was going to continue to try to pick a fight. While he would not harm her, not would he stand by and let her harm him. She didn't seem to know that thank to his weighting clothing, the max amount of his power level he could access was only a quarter of his max. Not to mention the fact that all he needed to do was look up to the sky, and the full extent of his power would be unleashed. There was no way that she could even hope to stand against him as a oozaru.
It appeared that she was not going to continue to fight him herself, which Kayle was thankful for, but it still seemed she was attempting to goad him into attacking her. She was really starting to annoy him a bit. Going around in circles and circles, she seemed to be still insulting him. Naive, idiot, implications of weakness, these were all things that would cause a lesser pure breed saiyan to attack in a blind rage, but thankfully Kayle was half human, so he was able to think a bit more clearly. The humanity did come in handy every once in a while after all.
The girl was going on and on about her being fully capable of killing him. What a ludicrous notion, this child being able to do such a thing. She had not even seen true power yet. Kayle could feel the saiyan within him egging him on to attack. He could feel it wanting to rip her apart, to show her that she really wasn't everything she thought she was. Thankfully, again, the human half had a bit more control. It allowed him to think a bit more clearly, allowing him to truly reflect upon the lessons he had learned throughout his life. A one point in time, Kayle was a slave to his rage and pride, just like every other saiyan, but recent events of this past year had shown him that he needed more than just pure rage and power to win a fight. She the said something that was indeed a little bit of a shock. She stated that her mother was a saiyan and that she had told her all about the SSE. Kayle would note to ask more about this later, as it was interesting, but not important in the current conversation.
As she continued to circle him, he could continue to hear her goad him more and more. Enough was enough. Kayle left the place in which he was standing and walked straight up to Presto, his deep green eyes staring profoundly into hers. He stood there for a few moments just staring, as if he were trying to peer into her very soul, if such a creature such as her had one. Finally, he began to speak.
"Girl. I truly need you to hear me when I say this. You truly do have no chance in winning a fight with me, and I do not wish to harm you, so please, for both of our sake, stop pushing to fight. I can tell that you are strong, but trust me, I have seen and fought much stronger. I am not afraid of being beaten. All of the real fights I have been in have been with people that far out classed me. Bing, Vennel, two separate majins whose names I don't know, even an android of some kind. Trust me when I say, I do not fear those stronger than me. In fact I am to become strong like them so that they can't do the things they did. I survived those battles on wits alone, but that is not always enough to keep yourself alive." Kayle stated while still staring into her, hoping that she was truly listening. She had definitely gotten it all wrong.
He was hoping that he was making himself clear how serious he was.
"Now that this is said, let me clear up some confusion you seem to be having. I did not mean you should 'blame' anything when referring to Vegeta, I was merely stating a fact, and that fact was that back home, things like that needed to happen for ones own survival. Yes, the humanity in me does make me weak, in the eyes of a saiyan warrior. If there were true saiyans here, and they saw me not killing that men back there, they themselves would have attacked me. The very same way that they would now, seeing that I am not 'teaching you a lesson' or so they would say. The humanity within me gives me emotions that no true saiyan is capable of feeling barring some sort of 'defect'. Also, to answer your question, yes power if very important. You've no idea the power that I have seen out there. Power that would make that of a super saiyan look like nothing more than an infant human baby left out on a hot summer sidewalk alone. The good news is that others may be able to reach this level of power." Kayle spoke while still gazing at her eyes, but turned his head away afterward and continued.
"This 'mother' you claim to have that is a saiyan. If she told you about the SSE, then it is obvious that even she didn't know what it was truly about. It is clear that she wasn't a part of its inner workings. The saiyans do go around and attack people yes, but I am starting to think that this is mostly due to the workings of an insane queen. She spent time here on Earth too you know. I don't know what happened to her here, but it was likely similar to what has happened to me. The people here see saiyans as nothing but monsters, regardless of what you do. I could save their very lives, and even then they would fear me. When they look at me, they don't see a human, or even a hybrid, they see this" Kayle lifted his tail for the girl to see. "This automatically makes me 'the bad guy' to them. Some people say that if I have it cut off, that I could pass as a pure human, but I don't feel that I could have to mutilate myself to appease these people. Likewise, on Vegeta, all they see is a weak human in me, tail or not. I know what I need power, it is to protect myself from what it out there, what may be coming, but tell me, why do the few people on Earth that have a little bit of power actually obtain it? From what I can see it is to protect others. Why should I protect them, the ones that fear me for no reason. What have they done to deserve the protection of others? Why are they so lucky? People like me have to protect themselves simply because we don't belong in either society. This is something that I would see changed some day, but I don't see it happening. Both sides are to prejudice against the other."
Looking back up at the little pink girl before him, he finished off what he had to say. He could only hope that she was truly listening. If so, she would be the first person on Earth to do so, literally. "I will not let people use and abuse me. That is what power is for. YOU may see an individual, but everyone else sees a monster or a mouse, depending on which side you view from. If I wanted the people on this planet gone, they would already be gone. The fact that they aren't is proof enough that I wish them no true harm. Take solace in the fact that I don't go around killing indiscriminately as other saiyans do."
