The collision between the two punches could only be described as titanic. The entire, royal-class spaceship rocked from the force of the blow, the heavy gravity dampening the impact enough to where the whole ship wouldn’t blow up from the punches’ impact. Smoke covered the entire gravity simulation chamber, temporarily masking Beryl from Core’s scanning eyes. Once it cleared, Core would be able to spot Beryl’s silhouette. It didn’t look like he was standing at all, and once the smoke dissipated further, Core would see Beryl leaning against the opposite wall, butt on the floor and body slouched forward. Burns covered the human’s left hand. Beryl groaned and shook his head; his burned hand twitched. Steadily, he got up from off the ground, hand coming to rest on his head. He looked up and blinked; somehow, the gravity chamber was still intact, but there were cracks in the walls and floors. Needless to say, it would need some repairs before being good as new again. “That … hurt,” Beryl finally said, lightly shaking his scorched hand. While his own punches were thrown with pure physical power, Core did the same thing, but used his ki to encase his fist with hot flames. It was yet another advantage of the Arcosian’s ability to project his ki, and it was what allowed him to get in that little extra damage needed to knock Beryl flat on his ass. “Where exactly did you learn to do that?” Beryl then asked, motioning towards the Changeling’s hands. “If I remember right, you didn’t use anything like that when we first sparred.” Sighing, Beryl took another look at his now jacked-up gravity chamber. “I guess I’ll be spending the day doing repairs.” His eyes darted down to his burned hand. “And I should probably get this taken care of too.” The burns still stung incessantly, causing Beryl to grimace whenever he moved his hand. “If we’re continuing, then let’s keep going then.” The gravity machine hummed in the background. “Don’t worry about the damages; they’ll be taken care of.” He tapped his foot against the padded floor. “Or if you want, we could stop now. Your choice.” Beryl wasn’t hurt badly enough to call it quits, but if Core wanted to stop, then he’d have no issue with it whatsoever. Besides, it’d allow him time to get a head-start on fixing up the gravity training room. Core Stold

When the smoke would finally dissipate, Core would be fully stood back, though he didn’t looked solid at all, more like barely standing and happy that he could. The young Arcosian was really happy, he managed to punch back to Beryl and stand his own against him, though now he wasn’t in good state, though he was still standing and fully functional, not like last time, which mean he isn’t going to fall down this time, and that was a good point for him, he wanted to grow, not to fall on the ground after every training, he had to do something more productive of his training. ‘’ Y-yeah… I know right… my first hurt too much… and the impact… I can still feel it in my muscles…’’ He would simply answer as he would slowly walk to Beryl, rubbing his right arm which he used for the punch. The Arcosian would think as he arrived near Beryl and smiles widely. ‘’ Your physical strength is incredible..’’
When Beryl asked where the Arcosian did learn his move, he would smile to the human widely and happily. ‘’ From you mostly… I had the idea of a super-punch move when I saw you do your capsule breaker technique… then, as I wasn’t close to you in physical strength, I decided to empower it with ki, making it ignite the air and create a powerful firepower behind it… you should be proud of that..’’ He would say as a semi-joke to his mentor as he looked around, the gravity chamber wasn’t in a good state. ‘’ No you won’t spend the day doing repair… we will… remember, I caused this, I wouldn’t be a friend if I was leaving and not helping you fix it…’’ He would say as he looked at his hand and smile sadly. ‘’ S-sorry about that…. Truly…’’ He would apologize to him in a sincere voice. ‘’ We should stop though, it should be okay for this session of training, we can always pick it up again when we’re done with the cleaning, after all, time isn’t against us or anything…’’ He would say as he went toward the computer and turned down the gravity, making some of the crack on the walls would stabilize and drop some rubble. ‘’ So! Tell me how we can fix this and we’ll get working!’’ He would say as his true-form snapped out, leaving him into his suppressed for again, he would rub the back of his head lightly. ‘’ It would be better to use this form though.’’ He would say in a funny voice.

Beryl wasn’t sure how to take the compliment. His physical strength, speed and endurance were really the only things going for him combat-wise, along with his mind of course. Then again, if he had no talent with ki manipulation, then Beryl figured that he might as well have talent in something. Apparently, his own physical prowess was enough to inspire Core to model a technique based off of his Capsule Breaker. However, since Core’s physical strength wasn’t anywhere near Beryl’s, the Arcosian had to inject ki into his punch in order to provide close to the same effect. It wasn’t necessarily a bad thing; Beryl’s punches couldn’t light the air on fire nor could they torch anyone unfortunate enough to get caught by them. “Mm. I have to admit; that’s pretty … creative of you,” Beryl admitted. “Fire isn’t something that I see too often used. Who knows? Maybe you can inject fire-based ki into your energy-based techniques in order to increase their power. It seems something that’s worth investigating.”At least Core was eager to help fix up the gravity chamber. With the profuse apologies, Beryl couldn’t stay mad at the young Changeling. Beryl was about to speak but stopped just as Core made his way towards the gravity machine’s control panel. For a moment, Beryl was about to tell Core not to mess with the gravity machine’s settings, fearful that the Arcosian would accidentally jack up the gravity settings. Instead, Core seemed to know exactly what he was doing; one moment – the room was settled at thirty times normal gravity. The next, it went down all the way to normal gravity. The gravity machine powered down with a low hum. “Well, the first thing will be to clean up all of the mess.” Beryl motioned towards the numerous pieces of rubble scattered about the spacious training room. “If you could, can you pick up all of the floor and wall pieces for me? You can put them in the disposal unit over there.” The Galactic Patrol leader pointed towards a canister off to the side, one specifically designed to handle items that couldn’t go into a conventional trash can. Beryl moved towards the gravity chamber’s adjacent break room. He dug through a drawer or two before pulling out a case of numerous tools. He then made his way back into the gravity simulation room and set towards repairing the flooring first, using a specialized paste to fill in the gaps. “You did better against me than last time. I’d say you actually won this particular spar just now.”Core Stold

When Beryl mentioned that Core was creative, he would blush lightly on his gray skin and would let out a soft giggle, jumping around in happiness in his suppressed form, a compliment from his master and mentor Beryl was really everything he asked for after training like this. When the human mentioned something about infusing every attack with fire, Core would turn to him and tilt his head. ‘’ Well, all of my power, or almost are based of different use of fire, my plasma vision is fire, only instead of exploding, it’s more concentrated to create a heat beam, it is really not complicated, but every time I manifest my ki or almost, when I use it for offensive, it ends up being a heat-based attack, that’s just the way my ki works… being created from a star has his advantages..’’ He would simply answer Beryl before taking care of the gravity of the room.
Core would notice from the corner of his sigh that Beryl was afraid of what Core would do with the computer, the human had much more to learn about the Arcosian child, even though Core was amused by the thought of him making the gravity chamber accidently hit one hundred and filthy time Earth’s gravity and crushing them both on the ground. ‘’ Do not worry Beryl, I was taught in many informatics manipulations, your computer is not that complicated anyway, you should see technology back at the lab… I swear it was ridiculously hard…’’ The Arcosian would say as the gravity lowered back at a normal state, he would then turn his head back to his mentor, who was telling him to gather all the little piece of wall for him. ‘’ Alright! Let’s do this!’’ The youngling would say with hiss optimistic voice as he started to run around and pick up every single little piece of wall and putting them into the trash made for them, it was rather funny to feel useful for Core and he finished in not so much time.
When the very last rubble was in the trash, Core would turn to Beryl as he said he won this spar, it made Core blush even more, but he would shake his head lightly. ‘’ The objective of a spar isn’t to ‘win’ and there is no proper winner, we are both winner because we both improve. And let’s be honest, I am able to stand against you because you use the same power level as I have, include the fact that my species has way more durability than humans in their base form and… you see why I’m holding against you. Though I’m getting better with each training so one time, we’ll be able to spar with both our real power!’’ He would say in his enthusiastic ton and a wide smile towards Beryl.

Beryl shot Core an incredulous look once the Arcosian claimed that he was trained in informatics. A six year old knowing how to operate complicated machinery and technology? It sounded off, but Core was an artificial being. It was entirely possible that Core was just “born” with the knowledge already in that horned head of his. Nonetheless, Core wasted little time in picking all of the rubble scattered about the room, putting his speed and agility to good use. “I suppose operating the gravity machine isn’t that difficult,” Beryl mused, still repairing the gravity chamber’s damaged flooring. Even though he was focused on the task at hand, he was still listening to Core. The Changeling explained what the “true” meaning of sparring was and how the match-up was possible due to Beryl suppressing his power and how Arcosians were much, much tougher than humans physically wise. “While it’s true that winning isn’t the point of a spar, I still use my performance in a spar as a means of seeing how well I’m doing. That spar just now – I don’t know. I think I was fighting sloppily.” Beryl was hard on himself when it came to self-criticism. He was somewhat of a perfectionist, and he wanted to do everything the best he possibly could. If he didn’t give his best, then he was unsatisfied. “I suspect that you’ll be able to match me at full power soon, especially if you keep using the gravity chamber in order to supplement your training.” He glanced towards the side. “And I can only imagine what kind of power you’d be capable of then – given your affinity for fire too.”Beryl picked up his tools and moved to another spot in the room to fix the flooring. “So, tell me about your siblings. You said that there were six of you created, right?” He figured that it was a sensitive topic. If Core didn’t want to talk about it, then Beryl wouldn’t pursue the topic any further. “Do they have the same abilities as you do? You say that your affinity is fire. Do the others have other elemental affinities as well?”Core Stold

While they were talking about the goal and objective of sparring while Core was looking around to see what he could so he wasn’t totally useless now that he grabbed ever single debris he could find on the floor, he would smile at Beryl and he was so hard on himself, it was kind of weird to Core. ‘’ You did great Beryl, you fought me as an equal, and I’m created to be the strongest… and plus, your real power if way beyond mine, you’re strong, but at equal strength, you’re lack of ki-manipulation is the only thing that keeps you from truly being the strongest… in other word, I cheated by using something you couldn’t…’’ Core would tell the human. ‘’ And I don’t think I’ll be catching to you anytime soon… you are really strong Beryl, your power level is something I can barely squale… you’re way above twice my strength… so if I don’t get a stronger form, those you were talking about, I’m not sure I’ll ever get to your level… there is just something about your power that is… unnatural…’’ Core would admit to the human, sure he thought that he could get much stronger, but stronger than Beryl? That would be highly doubtable.
While Core was simply watching Beryl working now, he found nothing that he could help him with and he was simply sitting near him and tilting his head, listening to what he asked, he would look at him, thinking for a moment before smiling. ‘’ Yup, six of us, six brothers which similar appearance yet different personalities!’’ He would say in an happy voice before hearing his next question, he would then think for a moment and nod lightly. ‘’ Well, not especially elemental, but we all have our characteristic, it often comes from what energy source we we’re created from…my older brother, Blue, was the smartest of all of us in term of knowledge, and Orange was the most precise!’’ Core would say, thinking about both his new brother and giggling lightly. ‘’ I wonder what their name became and was they are… I’ll have to find out about this someday and I’ll bring them back!’’ He would say in his optimistic voice before jumping up and looking around. ‘’ My affinity with fire was much more of a lucky trait I got, which probably makes me … the strongest of all us… but that’s also thanks to you! If you have other question about them, don’t be afraid to ask.’’ Core would then say to his mentor as he went to see if there was any tool he could help him with.

The human’s grip on the glue dispenser tightened. Something about what Core initially said about him didn’t sit right with him: the bit about his lack of ki manipulation holding him back. It was an issue that haunted Beryl for the longest time. No matter how hard he tried and what training he did, he was never able to use ki externally like so many other fighters could. It was so bad to the point where Beryl thought he could never learn how to truly fight, that he would always be trash compared to everyone else out there. What was the point of fighting if you couldn’t use ki to an acceptable degree? Everyone else could do it; the fact that Beryl couldn’t must’ve meant that he just wasn’t cut out for fighting. For a few moments, he fumed quietly, doing his best to hide his anger. Beryl wasn’t sure what changed – it was probably through sheer determination alone that he was able to reach the point where he was. Could he considered a prodigy or a genius for the fact that he was able to compete with the galaxy’s superpowers with physical and mental strength alone? Beryl didn’t think so. “… My power’s unnatural, huh?” Beryl repeated airily, squirting instant-tile glue onto a damaged floor tile. “I guess it is. Someone like me shouldn’t have nearly as much power as I have now. I will admit that.” A pause. “But just wait, Core. You’ll see how powerful you can truly be.” Core went on to explain about his other six brothers. Judging from the name schemes, they were each named after colors, and their color determined their personality and their abilities. Blue was the smartest; Orange was the most precise and perceptive; and Core was the most powerful. “I’m guessing that your “given” name is Red then?” Beryl asked. After all, Core’s bio-gems were red; it seemed like the most logical guess to make. “Hopefully, you’ll be able to find your brothers and check up on them.” Beryl began to pack up his tools; for the most part, the floor was all fixed up. Fixing up the walls could wait until later. Besides, Beryl would need different equipment for that anyways. “… Do you want help looking for your brothers?” Beryl inquired. “I also have another question. You mentioned that you wanted to help me with the Galactic Patrol. Does that mean you want to join?”Core Stold

The young changeling would notice Beryl’s inside’s anger when he mentioned that he couldn’t use ki, Core could understand that such an easy thing could leave an impact on the human and piss him off, but that could be something not so bad, after all, anger was a fuel many people was tapping in to reach out new hights, there was no surprise if Core was to find out Beryl’s anger gave him new powers he wasn’t expecting before, after all, he was already the stronger person Core ever felt in this world, even equal to Daiki’s non-physical form in his mind.
Core would giggle as Beryl said that he shouldn’t be as strong as he was, the young Arcosian would turn to him and shake his head lightly. ‘’ Someone like you should have this power… someone like you who had the willpower to fight with this handicap and still be the strongest there is… you can bet that if you had that ability of ki-manipulating, it simply wouldn’t be fair for everyone else!’’ Core would say, trying to cheer the human back up, he didn’t liked to see the human in such a bad humor. The Arcosian blushed a bit when he heard her saying to wait and see how strong he could become, he would nod lightly. ‘’ I’m going to trust you Beryl, after all, following your tips could help me a lot, someone as strong as your, I couldn’t hope for a better teacher right!’’ He would say with a wide smile as he stretched his shoulder around a bit and yawned loudly.
When hearing his old given name, Core would widen his eyes and smiles, a clear feeling of nostalgia going through him as he closed his eyes and nodded with a light nostalgic smile on his face. ‘’ Red… yes, it’s been a while I wasn’t called that… and I know perfectly why…’’ Core would admit as he looked back at the human, ready to explain. ‘’ Protocol eleven, the test subject will be given true name should the worst happen and their evacuation be rushed. Each of them would be sent to inhabitable planet were their growth could keep up, and their name will be chosen and needs to be learn on the spot so their infiltration is successful.’’ Core would say by heart to Beryl before laughing a bit. ‘’ Basically, I got a new name to prevent my creator’s enemies to look for me, find me and try to break me so I give them secrets of just plain study me to find out why I worked were all their test failed…’’ Core would say, rolling his eyes, really, his old worlds compared to this one was all kind of weird and complicated.
Core would look up at Beryl when he kind off offered him to join the Galactic Patrol, he would tilt hi head on this side and nod a bit. ‘’ Y-yeah, of course, if you think I can be useful then I’d be glad to join you! I mean, I’m using this ship a lot, training with you and uh… eating your food…’’ Core would say, still a bit shamed from the fact that he apparently ate a lot. ‘’ S-so you know, joining your group only make sense…’’ Core said before looking seriously in Beryl’s eyes. ‘’ Though I have to tell you something, there is something in my brain that won’t allow me one thing, if we ever happen to fight against the Arcosian empire… do NOT put me up against the kind of queen…I don’t know exactly what would happen, but either my brain would shut down, or I’d… you know… take my place for what I was created for… his or her royal guard…’’ Core would say, finally admitting his biggest flaw.

It was difficult to determine how Beryl was feeling now. Core was doing his best to cheer Beryl up, but its effectiveness was uncertain. It was only fair that Beryl sucked at using ki so that the rest of the universe could stand a chance against him? The Galactic Patrol leader wasn’t so sure about that; after all, even the shakiest of ki users could at least project their ki from their bodies. Still, it wasn’t worth getting all upset about; there was nothing Beryl could do to magically learn how to use ki – the most he could do was just keep trudging on like he’s always been doing. At least Core was appreciating the training sessions. With that in mind, Beryl didn’t have any qualms with helping the artificial Arcosian become stronger. Although Core was an Arcosian, a race that terrified Beryl as a whole, he didn’t act cold, detached, arrogant or power-hungry. Perhaps that was because Core was still a kid; maybe his demeanor would change when he got older. Beryl hoped it wouldn’t. “It seems like your creator really thought your and your brothers’ creations through – sort of,” Beryl said. Androids and bio-androids were created all the time, but there were many instances where the experimentation or creation process went horribly wrong. It sounded like Core’s creator accounted for the possibility of his creations gaining autonomy and made plans to counteract that. With that said, Beryl never would’ve thought that an Arcosian would have any sort of interest of joining the Galactic Patrol. However, the “thing” that Core told Beryl made the dark-skinned human frown in concern. Core did not have the ability to fight the current king or queen of Arcose, and the reasoning behind it did set off some red flags in Beryl’s mind. “So, you were designed to be Arcose’s leader’s bodyguard. That’s –“ A hand rubbed at his chin. “A bit concerning.”The human looked the gray-skinned Arcosian over. “There might be an opportunity where we have to go against the Arcosian Empire. As the Galactic Patrol, our goal is to make sure the galaxy remains peaceful but to also remain as impartial as possible while we do so. We try not to take direct sides. That means if anyone is threatening the safety of a particular world or galaxy, that’s where we step in, no matter what our members’ affiliations are.” Beryl crossed his arms. “Plus, I don’t want you to join because you think you have to pay me back for letting you stay here on my ship and use my stuff. I want you to join because you want to do it. You don’t owe me anything.” The space police leader’s shoulders shifted slightly. “You do have a lot of potential though, and your heart and mind’s in the right place.”“Do you honestly want to join the Galactic Patrol?”Core Stold

Core would nod lightly as Beryl said that his creator really thought about everything, he would laugh it a bit with his innocent ton. ‘’ You’re right, but it was more to save their own ass and make sure they would receive glory for their creation, it wasn’t for out safety or anything like that… they didn’t care if we died, they wanted us only to prove they had succeeded and then sell our genome to the Arcosian royal guard… they weren’t attached to us…’’ Core would answer as he say that Beryl was alarmed by the fact that they were created to obey the royalty of Arcose, the young Arcosian would then shake his head vigorously and then look up at Beryl. ‘’ P-please… I wasn’t designed to be that…. That was just the plan my creators had… selling us to the army when they were down with us… so I was designed to recognize royalty and unable to attack it… I am not sure if I would be forced to obey him though… but... I believe that Arcose got destroyed… so I’m pretty sure that that the one with royal blood…. Is dead right now…’’ Core would say as he heard about the planet’s devastation a while ago from a saiyan.
When Beryl explained the reason the Galactic Patrol existed, Core would smile and nod a bit to his mentor In sign of understanding, it was a rather heavy mission to keep peace in the galaxy, and it would be a great use of Core’s power after all and it could help me greatly into finding his brothers in the habitable planets of it. When Core heard his mentor repeat the question, he would stand straight, his head looking up to him with the most serious look he could have and his tail was laying down naturally. ‘’ IF you want to accept me and my flaw over the Arcosian’s leader… my young age… if you believe that I can be a good member though I still have a lot to learn in life… then… yes, I want to be part of the Galactic Patrol sir.’’ Core would say in a serious and determined voice as he hovered up to be able to look at Beryl directly in the eyes as an equal, he would put his hand on his shoulder lightly. ‘’ And… I see that you are worried about me… about me species… but me and my brothers weren’t raised in the racism, the power-hunger and the arrogance of ‘being the ultimate species of the galaxy’. I am not like the previous Arcosian you saw… I was raised like a less than nothing, like something that was owned… I do not have the pretention of being stronger than any more in term of species… I just want to be treated like a person… like someone free of will and free of its destiny…’’ The young Arcosian would say, looking deeply into Beryl’s eyes with his determination burning inside them like a burning fire.

His heart dropped. Core was created to be more than just a royal guard – no, he was made to be some kind of super soldier. To make matters worse, Core’s creators were planning on selling the genome to the Arcosian military so that it would be possible for them to freely make artificial Arcosian super-creations; if the Arcosian Empire had a military boasting thousands – no – hundreds of thousands of soldiers that were as powerful as Core, then there would be little that could openly oppose the Arcosian Empire. While that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing in itself, Beryl knew that the Saiyan Solar Empire and the Arcosian Empire were sworn enemies, and the galaxy did not need for two galactic titans to continue waging war with each other. The damage had already been done on both Arcose and Earth; no more planets needed to be subjugated to wanton destruction. “You’re right; as far as I know, the Empress of Arcose is still dead. She was killed when she was defending her planet from the Saiyans.” Images of Arcose’s corpse-riddled surface flashed through Beryl’s mind; he shook his head, doing his best to dispel the thoughts. He knew that there was still a chance to revive everyone that was killed during the Saiyan Solar Empire’s invasions, but it would require for him to somehow collect all seven of the Dragonballs, whether they were the ones on Earth or Namek. That task alone would be astronomically difficult; he knew for a fact that he wouldn’t be the only one looking for the mystical orbs, and fights over the Dragonballs were bound to happen. Even though Beryl was somewhat on the fence about letting Core into the Galactic Patrol, the young Changeling showed that he was truly serious about joining the organization. It would help him make a difference not only in the galaxy, but in himself as well. Core was tired of being viewed as just an instrument of death and destruction – an artificial thing that had zero purpose than to carry out his creator’s goals. Beryl looked Core right in his fire-red eyes. “Alright. You’re in then, Core,” Beryl finally decided, uncrossing his arms from his chest. “I’ll do whatever I need to help you; hopefully, I can help you gain the opportunity to live the life that you want. No one deserves to be treated like an object.” Then, the Galactic Patrol leader’s expression steeled. “It’s going to take a lot of work though, and it definitely won’t be easy, but I firmly believe that you can unlock your full potential through specialized training. Through that training, you’ll also find out how to act as a Galactic Patrolman. With that said, are you up for it?”Core Stold

After Core told what he truly was created for, the young changeling would be able to see the conflicted feeling on his mentor’s eyes, he would smiles lightly and try to reassure the human about the fear he clearly had at this moment. ‘’ Do not worry about this, my creators are dead, I’m truly sure of it, there is no way they would abandon us like this if they weren’t close to die and even us couldn’t do anything about it… there won’t be any army of Core running down the planets and conquering everything for Arcose anytime soon!’’ Core would say with a light smile, hoping that it would make the human feel better about this.
When Core heard that the Empress of Arcose was dead, he would widen his eyes a bit, though he wasn’t all that surprised, he was more confused about how Beryl knew that. Maybe he fought in the war that brought them to their destruction, who knew? ‘’ Well, I guess there isn’t a problem then, if the empress is dead, the royal blood doesn’t run anymore in the Arcosian empire… so I should be able to fight anyone there should the problem come from them…’’ Core would say, still thinking about the empress being dead, but looking up as he got something in his mind. ‘’ Still dead? You… you’re acting like someone could COME BACK from the dead… I don’t think that’s really possible at all…’’ Core would then question on his master’s words, was that possible in the end to bring someone back to life?
Then, as Beryl accepted his membership in the Galactic Patrol, Core would be smiling widely, it was an honor to be greeted in that organization and to be granted a real goal in life that he did chose after all these years of only serving the goal of someone he probably hated. ‘’ I want to work if that’s what you expect of me, I want to get stronger anyway… you got my curiosity when you mention other forms Arcosian could take and I want to see them… myself. And I also want to learn how to act like a patrolman, I probably have a lot to learn as the only training I got since him here was a couple of spar with people of many races around the planet… I may be strong, but I probably lack a couple of thing in practice!’’ Core would say as he brought a first to his chest and bumped it. ‘’ And yes, I am up for everything you’ll send out to me!’’ Core would say in his cheerful voice with a wide smile on his face.

Even if Core’s creators were dead, there were still seven, counting Core, super-Arcosians running amuck. Core claimed that none of them had violent intentions, but Beryl still thought it’d be best to find the rest of the Arcosian brothers – both to reunite them with Core and to keep them under the close watch of the Galactic Patrol. Having artificial weapons moving about freely didn’t sit well in the grand scheme of galactic security. Still, considering that the Empress was still dead, the artificial Changeling’s concerns were somewhat addressed. If Core had to go against the Arcosian Empire, then there wouldn’t be any problems. “It is possibly for people to come back to life; one of those ways is through the power of the Dragonballs,” Beryl explained. “There are two sets of them: one here on Earth and one on Namek. The ones on Earth have already been used, and if my knowledge is correct, the Namekian Dragonballs are inactive.”The work would be tremendous; however, Core was up for the challenge. Beryl actually mustered up a small smile. “Good. That’s exactly what I wanted to hear,” the Galactic Patrol leader said. “As of now, you’re an official member of the Galactic Patrol. You’ll find out what will be expected of you very soon. For now, I want you to keep up with your training no matter what. You can continue using the gravity machine for your own training as you have been. If you don’t have any other questions, I’m going to go take care of some things. You know how to get in contact with me if you need me.”Calmly, Beryl made his way towards the training room’s exit after he put his tools away. The gravity training room was still damaged, mostly with its walls, but it was still usable, and Beryl figured that he could just finish the repairs later. He never would’ve expected that an Arcosian of all species would show interest in joining the Galactic Patrol, but now with Core on his side, Beryl could safely say that the Galactic Patrol was growing in strength. Perhaps there’d be more recruits in the future … hopefully. Core Stold

The dragon walls, what a weird echo sent to Core’s mind, this set of words was awaking something weird in his mind, he would try to search, were did he heard about them before? He couldn’t remember, probably once class that he skipped, escaping in his mind while his teacher was explaining something that would be visibly useful in his now clearer future. The Arcosian would nod lightly to Beryl and ponder on his chin for a bit before looking back at Beryl and smiling. ‘’ Well, in the worst case ,Wyntre will come back and… wait…’’ Coure would stop himself and wonder a bit, he knew the name of the empress? What an odd thing, though it wasn’t surprising, after all, he was thought a lot of things about Arcose back on at the lab. ‘’ I was saying,in the worst case, Wyntre will come back, but then again, she would most likely be busy rebuilding her empire for a while, in the worst case, we’ll have to protect her from the Saiyan Solar Empire…’’ Core would wonder lightly as he giggled a bit, it would be rather fun to protect the empress, though not being totally on her side, and it made Core wonder, was she a good or a bad person in general, something deep within him was telling him that she was a nice person.
When Beryl said that it was what he wanted to hear, Core would smile widely and collide his fists together gently. ‘’ Alright! I’ll train more than ever and I’ll become even stronger than before! Then I’ll be able to help you well when facing the galactic dangers, after all, you seem to give me a lot of expectation only due to my species, I’ll make sure to exploit this natural strength, but not base myself on it, you are the clear and perfect example of a species mostly weak, but one fighter stronger than everyone else!’’ Core would say as he followed the man toward the exit of the room, hovering a bit higher so his feet wouldn’t touch the ground and he would go forward like this, so he was officially a member of Beryl’s team, and he would probably go on adventure to protect the galaxy against all kinds of threat, of course it was an occasion to protect the galaxy, but also to become stronger, and maybe even ascend into one of those greater form Beryl talked to him about. [ I really wonder… how will I look in those new forms… I do hope it won’t look like the brute or monster form… I don’t like using those…] Core would think to himself as he tried to imagine him in his ‘royal’ form, one of the transformations Beryl talked about, picturing himself with a crown on his head and a cape made of supple bio-armor. ‘’ Nah… that look stupid…’’ Core would think out loud.
