“Here it is,” Beryl introduced, motioning towards the grandiose, high-tech ship in front of him. Core was currently homeless on an unknown world, and Beryl offered the Arcosian a place to stay on his very own royal-class ship. “It’s one of the best ships out there – not to be bragging or anything,” Beryl began as he made his way towards the ship’s entrance. He gestured for Core to follow him. “It took a lot of work to get it, but it was definitely worth it. This ship is both my transportation and my home. Come on, I’ll show you the inside.”
The spacecraft’s doors opened with a steamy hiss. The ship’s interior was based off of modern design, an interesting blend between Earthling and Arcosian technology and tastes. Everything, from the furniture to the equipment, was brand, spanking new; it was clear that the ship surely cost quite a bit of money. “I also use my ship as a mobile base for the Galactic Patrol,” Beryl explained. “As of right now, we’re still trying to find a place where we can establish an actual base of operations. It’s been tough, considering how the Galactic Patrol was recently brought back to life, but I think I may actually have a place in mind.” Planet Konats was a potential candidate, due to its neutral affiliation and secretive background. Beryl eventually stopped in front of a set of double doors. His hand rested upon the door’s electronic scanner; after Beryl’s hand and fingerprints were verified, the doors slid open, revealing the well-equipped and spacious gravity training room. “Well, here it is, Core,” Beryl stated, motioning around. “The actual machine’s located in a separate room next to this one. This allows anyone who wants to train here to have as much room as possible. The gravity machine can be controlled through this terminal right over here.” With that, Beryl pointed towards a computer terminal embedded in the nearby wall. “Have you ever trained under intense gravity before?”

[ PL: 29,342 ]
After a rather long trip in this planet that was totally new to him, Core, who at this moment was now perfectly fine with Earth’s atmosphere and air, would be looking at that immense high-tech incredibly big spaceship and would widen his eyes lightly at the view, it wasn’t every day that you had such an amazing view, especially someone that was so young like the Arcosian, he would look at his egg, whom he carried all the way here, the scale of it perfectly splatted in two and the scale looking incredibly solid and hard, completely opposite of the inside which was made to create the perfect bed for Core. ‘’ Wow… this is really amazing Beryl, I mean, I’ve never seen such a big building, and to know this can go into space at an incredible speed, this is almost unbelievable!’’ He would tell him with wide eyes and smile, walking behind Beryl toward the ship’s entrance, his tail waving around, not use to air’s resistance to its movement.
When hearing that the Galactic Patrol was looking for a planet to install it in solidly, Core would look at Beryl and laugh a bit. ‘’ The answer to this problem is really simple… make a space-station… cannot be claim by anyone else, cannot be attack without getting detected way before, prevent attack from outside for most species in the galaxy and the thing itself would command some authority… does that make sense? And anyway… this ship looks like a fair enough base to begin with, enough space to take many people into space in order to protect a planet or something. ‘’ He would tell Beryl with a rather confident yet childish voice, he was considering joining the galactic patrol, but he felt like he had to become stronger to even worth the place in term of galactic defense, but that could maybe make Beryl trust the arcosian a bit more.
As the door of the gravity chamber opened, Core would step in curiously. [So that’s what it looks like uh… it… kind of look like a normal room if you ask me…] He would think as he listened to Beryl’s speech about it, nodding a bit and then turning back to him. ‘’ I did not, but I can assure you it won’t be that hard for me, I’ve trained with incredible amount of pressure on each limb that I had to push away in all direction, that can’t be too far away from it can it?’’ He would ask in a rather curious but joking ton, he was confident he could train easily on more gravity, though as he saw on the panel, one-hundred-filthy time Earth's gravity would probably crush all of his little being into a puddle of Arcosian soup on the ground, but he was pretty sure Beryl wasn’t going to be so rude on him, he was a good guy after all.
After a moment of wandering around, Core turned to Beryl with a light confident smile. ‘’ So captain, is there something else I need to know? If not, then maybe we can begin my training here… I mean… did you had something else planned or were you planning on showing me up a bit more of how this machine works… and maybe a few training tips as well?’’ He would ask, tilting his head on the site as his tail came to poke a bit on his bio-gem on his head, creating a bit of a resonance, a sound Core liked a bit since it was rather amusing to hear… for a children that is.

Core’s childlike excitement managed to earn a small grin from Beryl; however, it quickly vanished once Core suggested that the Galactic Patrol’s base be an actual space station. “As nice that would be, Core; I don’t know if the organization has enough money in order to get a space station constructed just for us,” Beryl said. “Remember – the Galactic Patrol has been defunct for years; it’s just been recently revived.” He then looked off to the side. “But I do see your point. I’ll consider it later once a space station is actually a possibility.” For a moment, Beryl glanced at the egg clasped in the Arcosian’s hands. His mouth twitched, and his face wrinkled up; Beryl had no clue what Core was still doing with the egg he had hatched out of. Perhaps it was going to be a keepsake or something of the sort. Despite having never trained in a gravity chamber, Core was confident that he would be able to withstand intense gravity. To be fair, he had a point to be confident; Arcosians were known for their immense durability and if they could survive being flung into a sun, then surely they could train under heavy gravity as well. Of course, Core would still have to start off slow. Starting at too high of a gravity level was just asking to get turned into a puddle of gory goop. “I can show you where you’re going to stay, but I think that can wait until later.” Beryl strolled up towards the gravity machine’s control panel. He began typing away at it. “As for training tips, I think the best way for me to figure that out is if I sparred against you.” The gravity machine started to rev up as it received more commands from the control panel. “Ten times normal gravity is the starting point for anyone new to this stuff; it might not sound much, but trust me – you’ll definitely get a workout from this.”A low hum filled the room as the gravity machine began to alter the gravity in the spacious training room. Every passing second, Core would begin to feel gravity pushing further and further on him before it’d suddenly fall on him like a ton of weights. Beryl would remain standing – not the least bit affected by the sudden change in the room’s gravity. “To be honest, I do want to see what you are capable of considering that you’re a part of these “Super Arcosians”.” Beryl’s stance didn’t change. “You can make the first move whenever you’re ready.”PL - 154,593 [Base] Core Stold

Beryl had a point there, it was true that a space station would cost a fortune, especially if it wasn’t whole planet but an organization that was planning to build it, they had to start from nothing but when it would be done, that would make a huge advance over everything else that could be in term of galactic protection. ‘’ You’re right, but as long as you don’t have too much people in the team, you can keep the ship for a base, its rather big enough, can contain enough people and really does look very cool to be perfectly honest’’ He would say with a wide smiles, nodding as his new mentor said he was considering it after all, for Core, it would make a lot of sense. The Arcosian also noticed the way Beryl was looking at his egg, but if he wasn’t saying anything, Core guessed it was nothing really important after all.
The youngling would nod as Beryl spoke of where he would stay, this would be the first time he will have a room to himself, and was rather excited and wasn’t unable to hide most of it, but he would still lightly serious, he didn’t wanted to look ridiculous in front of Beryl right now, it was an important moment right now, the training was more important than simply owning a room. Core would exit the room and putt his egg next to the door before walking back as Beryl would start to regulate the gravity room. ‘’ Ten time seems fine, I was lifting more than ten time my weight back there but it wasn’t the same thing, I have to get use to the gravity after all right!’’ He would say with a wide smile. ‘’ Anyway, you’re the expert here, I’m going to trust everything you say.’’ He would simply conclude, nodding to himself confidently.
When Core heard the noise, he would close his eyes; he could already feel the gravity going up and weighting him down. When the gravity pushed on him, falling on him like a ton of weights on his whole body, he would simply twitch a bit but then would look up at Beryl. ‘’ Impressive… I wasn’t expecting something this hard on the body… but I should be okay now… uh…’’ He would say, looking at his fists a bit surprised before looking back at Beryl, Core would widen his eyes widely. ‘’ M-me? Showing YOU what I can do? Eh….’’ He would look around and scratch his head lightly. ‘’ Fine… but… I’ll have to transform… there is no way I can do anything to you in this form…’’ He would say as he started to power up, his ki quickly rising up and Beryl could sense his power level rising above what he could previously feel.
[What form to take… what form…] He would think to himself, and decided to go with the form that would change his power the least, the brute form. Suddenly, Core grew almost twice his height, arriving at the same height as Beryl, maybe a bit smaller, and would grow a lot of muscle mass, suddenly, Core was looking a lot more of a big humanoids, his mouthpiece would shut, but his new body was heavier, so for a second, he would put his hand down, but then would stand back and look at Beryl. ‘’ N-now… this should be a bit more even….’’ He would say, cracking his neck and other bone, it was barely the second time he got into this form.
Core may be bigger, but he was also many times faster than before. He would disappear quickly from in front of Beryl and would re-appear on top of him, trying to drop a kick from above, since going from behind was way too overused and obvious when using that kind of technique. If Beryl dodged, Core’s foot would land on the ground and would push him forward for a punch to the guts rather quickly. '' Wow... i didn't expected myself to be so fast... its been a while since i didn't changed into another form..'' He would say much to himself.

As expected, Core needed a little bit of time to adjust to the sudden change in gravity. Beryl watched him carefully, noting the Arcosian’s minute twitch. It might not have been much, but it was still an indication that Core wasn’t used to the increased gravity. Core wasn’t expecting for Beryl to ask for a spar, but the artificial Changeling quickly obliged. However, he wanted to make the matchup a little bit even, but Beryl wasn’t sure how. As it was currently, Beryl’s power was well over two million – even if Core was to transform, it wouldn’t do much. “Is he going to--?” Then, it happened. In a matter of a few moments, Core’s size near doubled, placing him just above five feet tall. His armor grew across his body, covering up his stomach. Spikes jutted from his shoulder plates and wrist guards, and a ridged mouthpiece slid over his mouth, leaving only the Arcosians’s nose and fire-red eyes visible. “You have to be kidding me,” Beryl thought, eyes widening as he took in Core’s new form. Beryl guessed that Core was currently in his Brute Form, judging from the increase in height, muscle mass and the addition of spikes on his bio-armor. Beryl had encountered an Arcosian’s Brute Form before; unpleasant memories of Abzerute flooded Beryl’s mind. At least Core wasn’t a towering eight feet tall in his Brute Form… As Core got used to the sudden change in form, Beryl lowered his fighting power, making it as even with Core’s as possible. It was then that the Arcosian suddenly disappeared, causing Beryl to lift his eyebrows. His head tilted upward, and he spotted the frost demon descending down upon him. The Galactic Patrol leader brought his left arm up, blocking Core’s vicious kick with his forearm. Pain throbbed throughout the Earthling’s arm, but it didn’t stop him from launching a counterattack. Quickly, Beryl threw a right-handed punch right towards Core’s outstretched leg, attempting to nail him right on the side of the knee in order to make his leg buckle. Regardless of whether or not it hit, Beryl then reached for Core’s leg with his left hand; if he managed to make the grab, Beryl would then toss Core straight down towards the ground with enough force to make the entire room shake. Core would notice the way Beryl was looking at his new form and noticed he wasn’t really a fan of this one. [Dammit… I took this form and I’m not really closer to his original power level… maybe I should have stayed in my suppressed form… but…. This might help me control my forms a little better…. Who knows…. ] He would think to himself as the fight was starting, making him a bit confused for a second but he quickly returned to his though. ‘’ I’m sorry if I took a disturbing form… but it felt more even that way… I also… wanted to impress you and… you know… show you that I’m worth more than you first though maybe…’’ He would say, his new older ton clashing with the childishness of his words a bit, making it probably a bit awkward to hear overall. [ I hope he’s not going to get angry about it…] He would think to himself a bit worried.
The young Arcosian would be proud of his attack that worked, even though he would see that it didn’t touched its primary target, he knew it did some damage, though he didn’t though that would leave him exposed, making him widen his eyes as he took the punch to the knee, though his body was strong enough not to allow his knee to break, he would still fall on the ground, but that was a good side since in the air he was more exposed. Before Beryl counter attacked, or rather at the same time, Core would jump away from him, rubbing a bit his legs while he flew to the other side of the room, but then looked back at Beryl. ‘’ As I though… its not only your power level that make you awesome… it’s your fighting style as well…. ‘’ He would say as he got ready for the next trade. [I have to concentrate… this isn’t any sparring partner… ] He would think.
Core was ready for the second trade, and his hot-blooded personality was making him boiling to strike back from the beating he just took, and this time, he would simply dash forward quickly and attempted to punch Beryl with all his strength in the guts, using both speed and force to strengthen his blow and maybe put him out of balance, Core knew it had very little chance to work, but he had to try something after all, if it worked although, he would try to then send him a cross kick to the side.

"He wants to impress me?"Now, that was unexpected. He thought Core transformed so that he would have a better chance of pummeling the hell out of him — not to impress him. It actually made Beryl pause in temporary shock, though he still went through with his counterattack. His fist whacked Core right on the side of his knee; if it were any ordinary person, their knee would've been dislocated. However, Core was anything but ordinary, and the Arcosian was able to take the hit without too much of a fuss. When Beryl tried to grab him, the frost demon skittered away with startling speed. Beryl forgot that even though Arcosians did become much larger and bulkier in their Brute Form, it didn't take away from their speed at all. If anything, it increased it. Core darted through the air, putting plenty of distance between himself and Beryl. He commented on both Beryl's power level and fighting style, deeming them both incredible and exceeding any expectations placed upon them. "... The way I fight isn't anything special," Beryl claimed, rubbing his sore forearm. As the spar went on, Core would notice that Beryl fought strictly using his hands; he didn't seem to use his feet or legs to attack at all. "As for your reasoning for transforming, you don't have to worry about me thinking that you aren't much. No — you're much more than that." His mouth twitched. "That power you have isn't anything to scoff at; I'll tell you that much."Then, Core charged. Immediately, Beryl shifted his stance, readying himself for the incoming punch. However, he miscalculated, and the punch managed to slip through his guard and sink right into his stomach. Beryl's vision blurred; the punch knocked the wind clean out of him, stunning him long enough for Core to nail him with a fierce cross kick. Beryl stumbled backwards, nearly falling over; however, he managed to stop himself. Even though Core was just an Arcosian child, he still had a tremendous amount of physical strength, and it was only amplified by his bulky Brute Form. As soon as Beryl regained his balance, he attempted an immediate counter-attack: a quick set of rapid jabs with his right hand aimed for Core's face and chest. He would then clench his dominant, left hand into a tight fist before launching a left straight punch. While it looked like a typical punch, the power behind it was astounding — enough to send Core flying to the opposite end of the room, right into the wall. TECH - Used Capsule Breaker [N1]. 33% PL. Before his attack, Core would listen to what Beryl had to say, and would even had make him blush if he was capable of such a thing, really, he didn’t expected a compliment from the human, he was use to people just judging him on his power level and nothing else than that, that why he transformed, because he was used to have nothing else but raw power to impress, he would look down for a moment, then back at Beryl with a smile. ‘’T-thank you Beryl…’’ He would simply say, shaking his head quickly to get back to his fighting mood that almost vanished right away, he would then look back at Beryl and launch his offensive.
Nothing could have surprised Core that much, his offensive worked so well, it actually worked more than he though, going so far as to send Beryl away for a bit. Being over-confident, Core lowered his guard for a second, which was a wicked error, in a split second; Core was receiving many jabs from Beryl without any protection until the last two one which he achieved to block, but it was really too late as he thought he could block his powerful blow but would be so surprised about his strength he would be send straight across the room, crushing in the wall that had no damage was so ever as he fell on the ground and tried to get back up hardly, but achieving to getting back up and would look back at Beryl with a wide smile. ‘’N-nice one… wasn’t expecting a ki-attack so fast though…’’ He would say, getting back up and ready, his smile turning into a smirk as he looked into Beryl’s eyes. ‘’ My turn now isn’t it’’
When he said that, Core’s power would start manifesting around him, his fierce fire-red ki would burst around him quickly, seeming like his aura was entering his bio-gem slowly, powering up the gems and making them glow more and more over time, he would then close his eyes for a moment, his bio-gem returned to normal. He would then suddenly re-open his eyes toward Beryl as they would send two distinct laser-beam toward Beryl, both laser were both strongly heat beam of plasma similar to the sun’s but in a way lower intensity which if they hit, would probably cause burn over Beryl’s body, but the ki of the human would protect him from getting any physical mark, only some pain would be able to pass the natural ki-barrier most fighter had. For a couple of time, even if Beryl would dodge, Core could follow him with his gaze for a short moment, his eyes still sending lasers.

Beryl didn't know what to think of Core now. Initially, he viewed the Changeling with mistrust, knowing that his childish, cutesy exterior was all just a mask, a persona to mask his true malicious, terrifying nature. Instead of letting the praise inflate his ego, Core took it bashfully, as if he weren't expecting for Beryl to compliment him so. The realization didn't stop Beryl's assault; however, after Core was sent flying by Beryl's powerful punch, Beryl lowered his fist and took a moment to respond to Core's comments. "Ki attack? No, I'm not able to use any of those," the Galactic Patrol leader openly admitted. "I can't manipulate ki outside of my body. So, the only option for me is to stick to physical attacks." It was a disadvantage — plain and simple — but Beryl did his best to circumvent it by making sure that his physical abilities were leagues above any other fighter out there. The frost demon's dangerous smirk put Beryl on edge. Suddenly, a bright red ki aura shrouded the Changeling's form, causing the gravity chamber to tremble before Core's power. Beryl bent his knees, adopting a more defensive stance as he prepared for whatever was to come. The Arcosian's crimson bio-gems shined with energy. Core closed his eyes for a brief moment before reopening them; two thin laser beams shot from Core's irises poised to strike Beryl right in the chest. "What?!" Beryl pivoted to the left, trying to avoid a direct hit. The beams managed to hit his shoulder instead, the searing-hot pain enough to elicit a grunt out of the spiritually enlightened human. That wasn't it; more lasers were coming. Clenching his fists, Beryl launched a flurry of rapid-fire punches directly at the incoming plasma beams. Every time his fist connected with an incoming laser beam, the beam dissipated into a spray of harmless particles. Beryl didn't stay still though; instead, he charged towards Core, fists still flying as he destroyed any and all of the laser projectiles headed his way. If Core wasn't careful, he'd soon find himself battered by the same fist barrage Beryl was using to defend himself! TECH - Used Quick Access [N1]. 33% PL. Core could not believe his eyes, his new mentor, the strongest being he felt in all of his wandering on Earth, was unable to manifest his ki outside of his body? Core was really surprised about it, he never though that someone this powerful could get this far only by using cheer physical strength, which was making Beryl’s power and overall level of fighting even more incredible than before, the Arcosian would take a moment to think about it then would smile a bit. ‘’ You are really someone with an unstoppable will aren’t you? Getting this strong without using any of the many ways you can use ki outside of your body to empower you or anything, you’re a real warrior, in a way that I doubt I’ll be able to reach, but I’m sure going to try…’’ He would answer to Beryl’s disadvantage, he saw it as strength, something he overcame and learnt how to bypass his weakness to become stronger, which was raising the already high opinion he had of the human.
When his attack hit Beryl’s shoulder, Core would be rather satisfied; he wanted to use an attack empowered by ki and show Beryl he was capable of such feats with ease, but didn’t wanted to use a strong one, since he didn’t wanted Beryl to think he was going further than a spar in this fight, which he clearly wasn’t, because if it was the case, he would be obliterated instantly once Beryl would decide not to hold back.
When the human’s counter-attack came, Daiki was ready for a normal offensive against him, he didn’t let his guard down for once and was ready to block or even counter-attack if he had the occasion, but that was not what he expected, when Beryl arrived closer to him, the arcosian began to block his blows as well as he could, though many of them would hit their target and the repetitive hit on his forearms were hurting him. When the last punch came, Core saw it coming; he would meet the strength of his mentor’s last hit with a powerful blow of his own, punching against the attack of the human. Core would then open his eyes back on Beryl, huffing a bit and smirking, he was close now and he used a technique again, it was the time to counter-attack.
As Core caught the human’s fist, he would try to bead-bump him, making sure not to hit him with his horns and would then punch powerfully into his face, the objective was to destabilize Beryl and make him vulnerable. If it worked, Core would then chain with many light hit to his limbs, trying to weaken them, Core was badly hurted from both Beryl’s attack and didn’t knew how long he could still last before running out of energy. If his first blow wouldn’t work and Beryl dodged, Core would then try to quickly turn around and whip him with his tail, which was a rather classic attack from an Arcosian.

"An unstoppable will? ... I suppose so. It's either that or I'm just stubborn." Learning ki was an incredibly painful process for Beryl, and it was somewhat of a miracle that he was even able to use ki internally. Producing energy beams, blasts, shields and the like was a talent that Beryl didn't have, but as seen by how much strength he was able to gain over the course of his training, it didn't undermine his ability to fight in the least bit. The way Beryl was literally punching his way through Core's laser barrage was a testament to this. Eventually, he got close, and soon Core became the target for Beryl's furious punches. The Galactic Patrol leader didn't relent, though he was aware to keep his power suppressed. The last thing he wanted to do was to cripple Core on accident. Still, Core was doing well in his defense; in fact, he was able to meet Beryl's last blow with one of his own — the two's fists smashing into one another. Air exploded from the impact point, and the gravity chamber rumbled and shook from the fighters' power. Though, as soon as Beryl tried to retract his fist, he found that he was unable to. He tugged and pulled but to no avail. His eyes narrowed. Core was holding his fist in place. Before Beryl could retaliate, Core smashed him in the face with a harsh headbutt, the force more than enough to make Beryl's head snap backwards from the impact. It was not only that; soon, Beryl took a straight punch right to the center of his face. Beryl stumbled from the blow — his vision temporarily scrambled from being hit in the head so much. When the light blows came, Beryl threw up his guard, doing his best to mitigate as much damage as he possibly could. Although launching lighter blows meant that Core could make many more attacks, the damage each caused was minimal at best. However, if Beryl just sat there, the damage would easily pile up, and that would place him in an even worse situation than he was already in. Now was Beryl's time to counterattack. The brute-formed Arcosian threw a kick meant for Beryl's stomach. With expert precision, Beryl shifted out of the way, just enough to barely avoid the strike. His hands lashed out towards the Changeling's outstretched leg, aiming to grab it. If Beryl was successful, he'd toss Core down towards the ground with a simple yet surprisingly effective takedown. If Core got grounded, Beryl would attempt to rest a foot right on Core's chest, not enough to hurt but enough to keep the frost demon in place. Core Stold

Core would laugh at his mentor’s remark, it was true that both could lead him to this path of strength, but he thought of his mentor like an unbreakable willpower, something that no one or nothing would stop from getting trough and to his objective, someone who cannot be stopped by any limits, a fighter who’s race is the weakest among others and yet still find his way to the very top without even mastering ki, Core wouldn’t have believed that a human could get this strong to begin with, much less as strong as Beryl’s full power. The young Arcosian was inspired by his new mentor’s way of getting stronger, it was really something he could rely to should the worst happen and would be in a position were giving his everything wouldn’t be enough.
The feeling of this battle was intense, the lead was changing in the blink of an eye every single time, first It was one, then the other, then the first one came back with a stronger offensive, it was really an intense battle, especially for Core who never had to even transform into his brute form to fight seriously before, it was his first taste of pushing your limits and achieving new ones to break once more, his spirit was igniting like the strength that built him in the first place, the Stold star. The room would quickly warm up as his eyes glow up a little, a fire was born, the fire of willpower, witnessing it within his master had awoken inside Core the will of fighting to break your limits and create new one of your own only to break them later when it’s needed.
The fight was approaching its climax, Core could feel it, Beryl was going to show him how strong he really was in term of technique, even in his winning offensive, Core knew it deep within, he wasn’t nearly as strong as his opponent, but he was in the good way to be so, he just needed a lot of training, he believe he had the potential of greatness.
As Core foreseen, Beryl’s counter attack came; it was nothing to disappoint Core. The young Arcosian got easily threw away in the ground, shaking the whole room with the impact over Beryl’s power and Core’s density, would he be outside of this match, Core would start to question the room’s durability, it had taken many punishment so far, but he wasn’t focusing on knowledge right now, when he felt the feet on his chest, he would smirk widely, he had no energy left, he threw everything at Beryl in his last offensive and it wasn’t enough, but he wasn’t expecting it to be, he would look at Beryl and smile a bit, his muscle mass slowly reducing as did his height, he returned to his smaller self, making Beryl’s foot on his chest look bigger by the second, Core smiled at his mentor. ‘’ You are amazing Beryl… truly amazing… I have so much catching up to do… I won’t disappoint you for sure!’’ He would say, tapping on the ground as a sign of surrender for now, he was barely staying awake and he could really feel the heavy gravity on his body now, it was way too much, maybe that’s why he didn’t lasted that long in the fight, the gravity plus a spar with Beryl, honestly, it was a miracle he lasted this long to begin with. ‘’ What about we stop here for now? Eh eh… I don’t believe I can go any further right now without a rest..’’ He would admit amusingly.

So, the spar was finally over. Beryl stared down at Core, his foot still firmly on the brute-formed Arcosian's muscled, armored chest. Before his eyes, the Arcosian began to shrink, shifting from his brute form to his suppressed form. At first, Beryl's foot barely took up Core's chest; by the end of the transformation, Beryl's foot was as about as big as most of Core's upper body. Once again, Core showered Beryl with praise, causing the space police leader to look away sheepishly. He lifted his foot off of the frost demon's chest. "You'll be able to catch up to me so long as you train hard," Beryl said. "In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you surpassed me. After all, you are an Arcosian; your natural strength may not count for everything, but it's definitely something. You're much, much stronger than I was when I first started out learning how to fight about a year ago." Noting Core's injuries and fatigue, Beryl strolled over towards the gravity chamber's control panel. His fingers clacked against the keyboard as he inputted commands to end the gravity simulation. Over the course of a minute or so, the gravity in the room would slowly adjust back to normal levels; Core would finally be free of its somewhat debilitating effects, but he'd soon feel the effects of his intense, heavy gravity training soon. "We're done with training for now. You did really well; you've got some pretty impressive techniques — techniques I sure have no chance of using." Beryl paused his typing to look over his shoulder at Core. "You said that you wouldn't disappoint me. What do you mean by that? When we first met, I wasn't too sure about you to be honest. Arcosians usually don't visit this place unless they want something. I was sure that you were here on some kind of mission of some sort but—" Beryl looked back at the control panel. "I suppose I was wrong. Still, I'm curious about the things you've been saying about me since this spar started."Core Stold

Core would attempt to stand-up when the human would remove his foot, but he was too weak to even stand in this gravity anymore, his muscles were on fire. Beryl was right about ten times Earth’s gravity, the important wasn’t the multiplier, but the training you’re doing when in the chamber. When he heard Beryl’s speech about his species, he would simply smile from under and close his eyes lightly. ‘’ You’re acting like humans are weak, yet you still haven’t understood how strong they are… your lifespan is what keeps you under control… humans don’t live long enough to achieve their full potential… yet you’re the closest one I can feel right now… I know you can achieve it… you’re hard-working enough to do so…’’ He would simply way, letting out a long sigh to himself, it hoped his words didn’t sound rude to the human, but it was the truth.
When the gravity would return to the planet’s normal power, Core would finally stand up, he was standing rather well on his legs, though anyone could feel he was in a state were a way weaker opponent could stomp on him easily, if not instantly only by trying a bit, he was exhausted to the very last drop of his energy, and had almost no ki left, just a bit above his natural need not to fall unconscious right away. ‘’Thanks, but my technique have nothing that impressive… its solar energy… and your technique are just as impressive… that punch barrage… there was definitively some ki behind that attack…. You master your ki in your own way, that doesn’t mean you’re weaker.’’ He would say as he started to walk behind Beryl a light smile of satisfaction on his face was shining, he was rather proud of himself in his training and could already feel his muscle’s pain lowering lightly.
When he saw his mentor turn to him, he would look up and listen to him, what he said was amusing, since he said he was wrong, and yet he wasn’t truly far from the truth, the Arcosian would shake his head. ‘’ I am not without a mission… I do have something I want… I want a planet to call home…. I want people to call friends… I want something to protect that I cherish… I want to be considered as a living being like the others, not like the sixth of the test subject on some super-arcosian project… me and my brothers are free now… and when I have a place to call home…. Then I’ll find and bring those I call family home… that is my mission.’’ He would say before finally passing out at the exit of the gravity chamber, the adrenaline in his body left out and left his body without any energy left to stand.
[ Leaving the thread, Power Level for me, thanks you Beryl, looking forward for the following ]

“The truth is Core – compared to the other species out there – humans are weak,” Beryl asserted, sighing slightly. “However, that’s only when a human hasn’t realized their true potential yet.” His mouth twisted at Core’s optimism. “I sure hope that I’d be able to reach my full potential in my lifetime.” Beryl had read about Legends -- an extremely small select few of humans who had accumulated so much power that they were able to fight and defeat deities. It sounded like some kind of airy myth sprouted by superstition and rumors, but Beryl wasn’t ready to discount it just yet. After all, he was a man of science; every hypothesis deserved an experiment before it could be proven true or false. Without the gravity pushing him to the floor anymore, Core was able to finally stand up. Beryl sensed the sharp decrease in the Arcosian’s power; it was a natural reaction to training under the effects of heavy gravity for an extended period of time. “You’re saying I used ki? Mm. I suppose I did. I’m able to control it while it’s inside of my body just fine. However, manifesting it into raw energy is something that I’m not capable of doing,” Beryl explained. “But, then again, I guess anyone can use ki internally so long as they have the proper mindset and training for it.”After Core finished answering his last question, the artificial Arcosian made his way for the exit. Before he could leave, Beryl spoke up. “Hold on – I need to show you where your room is.” After finalizing the gravity machine’s shutdown process, Beryl stepped away from the computer console and began to follow after Core. He’d motion for the Arcosian to follow him and as the two navigated through the massive ship, Beryl pondered in silence – his thoughts eventually settling on the Galactic Patrol itself. … Core would be a fine agent for the Patrol, that is if the desire was there.
