The saiyan in black glanced at both of the warriors, clearly they had no past relation from what it looked like. The human, Kaito, seemed slightly lost when speaking of Planet Namek, and there was a strange tone of uncertainty in the way he spoke of tagging along with Gnash, the Namekian. After eyeing the human for a few moments, Riku turned his gaze to the Namekian. The green specimen had a hardy appearance indeed, and he stood strong as well. In fact...it looked like he was having a talk with a group of friends rather than strangers. The saiyan gave a slight smirk, then began to walk out of the shed, stopping a few yards from the entrance.
"Tell me, then, Gnash and Kaito, do you know anything of Namek and its people? I mean, I would suppose Gnash knows something about the planet, seeing as how he is a Namekian and all. However, he's here, on Earth, instead of on Namek. I'm sure you must have heard of Namek's recent..."revival"."
The saiyan only folded his arms and gazed at the two, wondering if they had any knowledge of the planet, or if they were just going there willy nilly. Of course, one doesn't go to another planet for nothing, and to go to Namek of all the planets means there had to be something they wanted to do there. Either way, he was willing to get them all there, seeing as how Riku himself wanted to see the Namekian people's planet.

Gnash swiftly followed the black-haired monkey out of the shed, keeping his arms tightened across his chest. He halted himself near the door, turning back to see if the Human would accompany them. He had to admit to himself that he felt a tad more comfortable around Kaito than he did with Riku. Knowing his name now only helped to seal the deal. He still couldn’t quite pin-point this Saiyan’s nature, or his motives. He was like a blank book. He made claims of how he wanted to help and support the two of them on their journey, but there was some sort of vibe Gnash couldn’t shake off. Did he truly want to help them? Or did he have his own agenda?
Gnash turned his gaze towards Riku now, still keeping a fair amount of distance away from him. He wanted to trust this guy and believe him, but the other members of his race had soiled that opportunity for him. Gnash wasn’t completely unreasonable, though. He’d give the man time to prove himself, prove his worth. He couldn’t be all that bad, as he was offering them use of his spaceship afterall. From the sound of things, a pretty decent one at that.
“I do know quite a bit about Namek and it’s people,” He held his arms out, moving the tips of his fingers down the length of his body to indicate that he was one of their people. “I even took time off of training to undergo extensive research of Planet Namek. As for why I am here and not there.. My dad brought me here when I was young. I’ve lived on this planet almost my entire life. But I want to change that. I want to see my people.. I want to see and experience where I really come from.” It was clear-cut now that Gnash had opened up a tad when talking about this subject. He felt very passionate about his people and the goals he had set in stone for himself. Seeing as a few people actually cared about what the hell he was doing and why send a warm, tingly feeling to the pit of his stomach.
“I have only just heard of it’s revival.. Is it true? Please tell me I am not beating a dead horse here. That’s the only reason I am trying to leave. I want to know if my people really are alive, if they really do exist again..” He projected these questions towards Riku, as he seemed to be the one with the most knowledge on this subject. He had a small glimmer of hope resonating in the two yellow globes that were embedded into his skull. He wanted this to be true, desperately. He wanted to be able to start a new life with like-minded and similar people and actually be worth something to the community. Being on Earth any longer than he had to wasn’t ideal. There were nice people here, but no one seemed to “Get” him. No one understood his point of views most of the time. Namek could be the change he needed in his life.

Kaito made way for the Namekian and Saiyan to walk out of the shed, and he did the same. As the situation got serious between them two, Kaito simply decided to lean against the shed's wooden wall on his back, while crossing his thick arms in front of his chest. Kaito couldn't possibly make out on what they were discussing. Most likely about Namek's state. Gnash stated how he had a strong desire to meet his people in there, and he was in a dilemma whether they were still around. Although Gnash had such an urgent matter to take care of, he still found the time for the human, and he even decided to not crush his dream, to travel the space. Now that Kaito had learned the Namekian's name, he was close to consider him a friend now. Kaito's eyes traveled from one warrior to another, as they exchanged terms unknown to him. Long story short, it sounded like Namek was in a crucial shape.
As a short silence fell in, Kaito decided to break it apart by taking few steps to grow closer to the other two. He unfolded his arms and looked at Riku
"I think Gnash said everything that needed to be said. I really don't know what this is about, but I think I get the gist of it." Kaito pointed at Gnash with his index finger. "Even though this man has his own worries, he is still willing to allow me to travel with him. And for this sole reason I'm going to help this guy out. Take this as a double-concern..."
Kaito brought his arm back and decided to follow how the scenario will develop.

The saiyan listened closely to the Namekian's response. Gnash assured Riku he knew a fair bit about Namek, and that was fine. As for how the Namekian came to Earth, he was sent by his father at a rather young age. Although unfortunate he hadn't grown up on his homeland, it seemed that the time he had been on Earth shaped him into a strong fighter with great potential. Riku folded his arms and nodded at Gnash's next question about Namek having been revived.
"Yes, Namek has been revived. I mean, the planet probably already has organizations from all over the galaxy landing on it. It seems its revival has definitely brought interest to many people. Your people live again, that is certain."
The saiyan glanced towards Kaito, who paced forward and stood next to them. Listening to the human's words he smirked, this guy had a caring heart alright. Nodding in approval at Kaito's exclamation of helping Gnash, Riku turned and entered their location into the touch device. He sat on the ground, his legs crossed, and waited for his ship to come down.
"Might as well sit for a bit, the ship will be here soon. So, in the meantime, how about you two tell me about your- my apologies, how rude. My name, is the Saiyan of Darkness, the Warrior of Death, I am...Riku. a pleasure to meet you both. Now, how about telling me where you had your training, seeing as how you are both pretty strong."

Gnash kept his lips sealed in order to allow Kaito to speak for himself. He always hated when others would interrupt him when he spoke, so doing it to others wasn’t his cup of tea. By the way he spoke and the words in which he used, Kaito didn’t seem to have a full understanding of what was actually going on, but he got the gist of things. Now that it was actually brought to his attention, he never did explain fully to the human of what was transpiring. He just showed up, they exchanged words in a calm manner, and then the Saiyan showed up. He even verbally expressed his willingness to help Gnash out in this situation. This guy was just warming up to Gnash more and more as time passed.
A faint smile etched it’s way to the Namek’s lips at hearing Kaito’s generous act. It was people like these that made him not want to leave Earth. Sure, there were bad apples in every batch, but there were brilliant ones as well. He swiveled his yellow hues back to the Saiyan, nodding his head as a sign that he was listening. With his next words, the monkey had embedded a small cinder within the fireplace that made up his stomach. He confirmed that Namek had indeed been revived months earlier, and that his people still lived on. Now, it was rare for good news to come without being accompanied by bad news. He stated that the planet’s revival sparked the interest of many galactic organizations, and that they could very well be lurking on his home planet.
Should this be true, it would give Gnash even more of a reason to get back home. If his people were in trouble, he’d have to go and do his best to save them. Hopefully the two, now sitting, individuals before him would assist him on this newfound mission.
He held his hand up, palm facing out towards the two as an indicator that he didn’t want to sit. The Saiyan pulled a small touch-pad device from somewhere on his figure. “Mmmm. Some type of foreign device that Saiyans use?” He started to go off and ask another question, only to stop and finally introduce himself. The Saiyan of Darkness, The Warrior Of Death.. Riku. “Those are some pretty original monikers…” The Namek thought to himself sarcastically. He wouldn’t be surprised if a five year old gave him those names.
After introducing himself, he shot them another question, this time about training. Gnash took it upon himself to allow Kaito to answer first, seeing as he had been doing most of the talking during this little meet-up. Couple that with the fact that Gnash was mildly curious of where Kaito trained as well. It’d be interesting to hear that he trained in the same academy as he did once upon a time.

Kaito nodded with his head after he heard the Saiyan's name and nicknames, to show that he has been carefully listening to everything that has been said until now. So, the Saiyan was called Riku. Kaito exhaled in relief with his eyes closed, now that he knew both men's names. It felt kinda weird and uncomfortable to talk with people you don't even know the name of. The blonde casually threw his vision towards Gnash, who was gently smiling and looking at Kaito with some kind of gratitude. Kaito then looked at the sky, hoping he'd find more people like Gnash. "Beyond this blue layer, the vast space lies ahead..." He'd always get excited when the thought of meeting more extraterrestrials crossed his mind.
Kaito was snapped back to reality by the beeps of the remote controller device Riku had in his hands. He'd then come closer and sit down, relaxed. "Did he call out his ship with that thing?" It seemed like Riku wanted to know how Kaito and Gnash have managed to grow this strong. Kaito crossed his arms and took a few steps back, leaning against the woody wall. He'd calmly speak while controlling his breath on each line.
"Hmm, well.. Since young age I have trained in my village's forests until a friend of my grandfather decided to make me his student. I have fought a lot of strong students of his in the dojo, and managed to succeed every time." Kaito took a short break, to wonder about how his master was doing now as we speak. " I have learned the basics in there, and have gained some fair combat experience, to apply it in genuine battles. I still like fighting against harsh natural circumstances or the wildlife. I guess old habits die hard. I have also developed my own technique not too long ago..."
The human stopped talking, as he felt that this much was more or less enough. He started re-examining the Saiyan's Ki, and realized he still had a lot of work to do to get in his level. He then looked at Gnash, waiting to hear his version out.

The saiyan stared at the human, who ended up speaking before Gnash. Kaito explained of how his master trained him at a young age, and taught him the basics of comabt. From what the scouter pointed out, Kaito definitiely was trained well, and truly knew about combat. However, he still needed to learn a lot, for the human was only scratching the surface of what others had surpassed ages ago. Then, clearly knowing he was saying too much, Kaito began to pause as he reached the topic of having some sort of special technique he developed. This was indeed an intriguing thing to say, and of course with the power that he held at the moment, Kaito definitely had the potential to make a strong technique.
Something off came to the saiyan's mind, the two men were glancing at each other a few times. It was strange, especially since just a few moments ago before Riku showed up they were just strangers to each other. It seems they both had some sort of...connection, possibly. Maybe they did not know each other, but it was like they had a natural friendship or bond. Shaking off his little daze, Riku looked towards Gnash, his arms still folded, only a few more minutes until the ship would land in their area.
"Now then, what about you, Gnash? You've been awfully quiet towards my question. I mean, there is no way you have an above-human power level and haven't done some sort of training."
(Sorry for the short post, bit busy at the moment.)

Gnash’s elongated ears perked up at hearing Kaito speak once again of us grandfather. While it wasn’t initially his gramps that trained him in the way of martial arts, he was able to make a connection through him and come into contact with a friend. That said friend took a presumably young Kaito under his tutelage. He went on to speak about how he had defeated nearly all of the students that participated in this academy. He’d wished the Human would’ve at least said the name of the academy so that he could possibly get an idea of its training methods. During his younger years, before even finding out about the Razorback Martial Arts school, Gnash did his fair share of researching into the many different facilities scattered across the Earth. It would’ve been quite something had Kaito went to Gnash’s academy, although was nigh-implausible at this point.
It was now Gnash’s turn to speak of his training, as both of the warriors were now looking to him. He hadn’t ever gotten the chance to speak of the Academy he hailed from, as it wasn’t ever a relative topic to his daily life. Plus, no one ever cared. He bit the inside of his cheek, obviously contemplating on how to word this. “I trained in the Razorback Hermit Martial Arts Academy, located not too far from here. I’m almost positive it had been shut down by now for reason I know not.. The old Hermit in charge of training the students and running the overall building passed away shortly after my graduation. I can only assume that is why it does not stand today.”
Gnash let a smile grace his lips, putting the palm of his hand to his forehead. Talking about his old days in the academy definitely brought back some old memories. Like when he and his friend Roruto snuck into the establishment late and night and tried on the Hermit’s training weights. They found themselves unable to move, pinned to the floor from the excessive weight until morning, where the Hermit himself found them. The conversation was refreshing; For once he wasn’t fighting against some crazed villain or speaking of his heritage. He was just having a good ‘ole chat with two individuals.
Now wasn’t the time for reminiscing. He was on a mission, afterall. He quickly tried changing the subject, seeing as they had been standing around for quite some time. “Your spaceship, is it almost here? I need to get to Namek as soon as possible for my people.”
(We should probably get going soon, within the next round of posts. We have peeps on Namek waiting for us.)

Kaito listened very closely to what Gnash said, following his face expressions with his eyes as he told more about his past. According to him, the Namekian has been training under someone who has unfortunately passed away, in the Razorback Hermit Martial Arts Academy. He wasn't too sure about whether it existed to this day, and reminiscing about his past really made him nostalgic. At least that's what Kaito could make out by looking at Gnash's face expressions.
Now that both himself and Gnash were done telling a short story to the Saiyan, Kaito was reminded back to reality that the ship could be coming in any moment. The second that ship arrives and Kaito places his foot in it, he would no longer have the pleasure to walk on Earth, for a time... who knows how long. Regardless Kaito didn't sweat this fact too much. He was going to miss this planet and his race, but he was pretty sure he was going to meet other humans in the other planets. Moreover, these two people he just met a while ago, changed his life completely, so the only option was to progress forward. With the hope of getting to know more about these two warriors and why not befriending them, Kaito quietly waited for Riku's ship to come down in order to go to Namek.

The saiyan in black listened closely to the Namekian's words, taking in how he was trained at an academy that went by "Razorback". Riku himself never saw or heard of the academy, but if it produced warriors like Gnash, it must be an honorary academy. Kaito only glanced at Gnash, clearly taking in all the details just like Riku had been doing. With their talk, Riku's mind slowly drifted into his memories, where he relived his younger years. The saiyan was raised by complete strangers, yet he came to see them as family. For Riku, three completely random people had taken care of him, and they were what he considered parents. Hearing Gnash and Kaito reminisce about their growing stages made the saiyan...vulnerable to the ideas of the past. As if they had struck his soft spot.
As the minutes passed, the saiyan in black was snapped back to the present when a ship with the name "Destructor's Veil" hovered over them and came slowly down into a landing. Riku stood slowly, watching his ship land in front of them. The ship wasn't the fanciest thing or the largest thing, but it did get the job done. Riku paced towards the door, which began to unfold into a small ramp that acted as the entrance. The breeze created by the unfolding door brushed his untamed hair back and made him squint slightly, but he continued to walk forward. The entire time he paced towards the ship he could only think of one thing:
The fact that he would be on a journey with two people he just met, and they would be travelling to Planet Namek. However, upon their arrival, what would happen to them was unknown. The saiyan didn't know if they would separate and go on their own, but from what it seemed, Kaito wouldn't leave Gnash alone. They were strangers, but were already acting like...brothers. Maybe, just maybe, Riku would stick with them, because he felt some sort of bond with the two, and hopefully they did stay a team for a while.
"Well, this is my ship. Come on, it's time to go to Namek, boys," said Riku, "Oh... and don't worry, I can tell you have suspicions of me, but I'm nothing to suspect about. I'll take you to Namek safely, just because I like you two."
With those words, the saiyan entered the ship and sat at the control station. Entering the coordinates, the saiyan then opened the fridge and placed water bottles on the table. "This is gonna be a long ride, so drink up and train in here if you want, we won't be arriving on Namek for a while."
(Unless you guys still wanna post this can be the ending. If not, this is my exit)
