That was three out of the four leaders accounted for. Now all he had to do was convince the fourth to come to the negotiating table, and that would be part one of his mission complete. Thankfully, the last fiefdom he had to visit was the Brenchia Gemini, and after having to deal with the mercenary Beppa and the criminal cesspool that was the Daiti-Zarco Asteroid, Cipher was somewhat confident that he could convince this one to see reason.
Provided of course that they're not like Jarvis.
Cipher paused at the thought. He had forgotten that Jarvis was half brenchian. He hadn't had any experience with any others. Would they turn out similar to him, or was the more impulsive, non-thinking side of him due to his Saiyan heritage. His Super Saiyan transformation certainly spoke for the latter. The android found himself seriously hoping that the leader of the Brenchians wasn't a complete moron. He had enough to deal with on this mission, and would have plenty more headaches before this was over. In a world where everyone resorted to violence right off the bat, being a diplomat was hard...really hard.
The Pale Rider roared to life and soon he was lifting off of the landing pad. He could see the planet's mist swirling away from him as the ship pushed through the fog that covered the planet. If everything went well, he'd never have to come back to this hole in the galaxy. He was grateful he had left Porsalynne and Charlene on Yardrat, away from scum like this. It wasn't long before the ship was in the planet's atmosphere, the fog and the crime far below him. Punching in the coordinates, the ship took off into the blackness of space, heading for the final planet of the Arcosian Fiefdoms.
