The last thing Chilla could remember was finding one of his father's old ships on the planet Beppa. He was barely able to make it off the planet alive. His father had been slain by the leader of the Beppa people and if it wasn't for some stroke of luck, Chilla would have shared his father's horrific fate. With his father, and the few other Arcosians his father had gathered for a small army, now gone, Chilla was on his own for the first time in his life. His father, Shivero, had taught Chilla much about fighting so it wasn't like he was defenseless. It was quite the opposite really. But he'd never actually been left alone like he was now. And to top things off, Chilla had just arrived on a strange planet he knew almost nothing about. The only thing he could learn from the ship's navigational systems was the planet's name was Namek.
The door to the single person ship finally began to open. A small glimmer of light pushed its way into the small pod as soon as it began to open. At first this was blinding. After being in the ship flying through the emptiness of space for a few days, Chilla almost forgot what that such brightness exist.
"Namek..." Chilla spoke to himself once stepping out from his ship. He brought his right hand up to his face to shield his eyes from the sun for a moment. "This is where my new empire shall begin. Unlike my pathetic ancestor, this place will not be the end for me."
The memory of his father's voice rang inside Chilla's mind. He began to remember all the tales his father would tell about their "great ancestor" in hopes of inspiring his son to reach the same greatness. The tales had a different effect on Chilla though. The young Arcosian did indeed inspire to reach that level, but he wanted to be stronger than that. After all, how great could his ancestor have been to be killed off on a weak planet like this? There weren't even any strong power levels, at least none that Chilla could sense right way.
But there were a few above average powers around. Chilla could at least admit that much. Perhaps he could have a little fun after all. A sudden sinister smirk formed over the Arcosian's lips.
"I think it's time to introduce myself to the natives."
A white aura began to form around Chilla's body, his bare feet dug into the ground a bit, and with a strong push off Chilla was flying through the sky. A small cloud of dust kicked up behind him almost covering the ship Chilla arrived in. He could sense the closest set of levels were only a few miles away. It wouldn't be a long trip to find these potential warriors. Little did the young Arcosian know though, he was on a course towards Namek's strongest tribe, the warrior caste.

The past few days, and the coming days, were a strange thing. Meeting Rock, defeating Gastro, displaying his new abilities had somewhat put a target on his back. Before he had been perfectly content being the unknown and mysterious Namekian who blended into the crowd of the Warrior Caste. Now he was expected to do great things, he was singled out, challenged, offered tutelage by some of the elders. It was both a blessing and a curse because now he could not afford to show weakness.
So when Chilla flew through the air and Whelk spotted him, he felt inclined to investigate, but maybe he should have waited. Whelk was unfamiliar with the Arcosian species, which was why he pursued him, he was curious as to why he was here. Say what you wanted about the Namekians, they had plenty of reason to be curious of newcomers on the planet, and Whelk wanted to be sure the... thing... wasn't up to no good.
"HEY!" Whelk shouted as he flew in front of Chilla and stopped, adopting a defensive stance, but only out of necessity. "You're a little out of place here, don't you think?" Whelk said cautiously as he looked Chilla over. Outwardly, he didn't appear all that powerful, but then again he wasn't able to sense power levels like others could. He did get a bad feeling about the tiny little horned thing.
"Come to take in Namek's natural beauty?" Whelk said sarcastically, know full well no one came to this damned planet for its beauty.

Namek seemed like a beautiful planet. Chilla made sure to observe the planet's terrain as the flew. After all, learning one's location well could be quite the advantage in a future battle. It seemed there may be a fight in his near future. It seemed a certain Namek had a death wise. One of the planets inhabitants stopped Chilla in mid-flight. Right away the Arcosian could feel this Namekian's power. Though he may have been a slight bit stronger than Chilla currently was in his current form, Chilla didn't worry. There was more than one trick up Chilla's sleeve.
"Well hello, green man," Chilla replied, keeping his calm demeanor. "Who wouldn't enjoy this view? You have quite the interesting planet here. I just may like my stay here so much I may never leave."
A cocky grin suddenly formed over Chilla's face. He could tell that this Namekian meant business. In a way Chilla respected that kind of attitude. Chilla could perhaps find a use for someone so daring. And even better, it seemed that this one knew how to fight. At least enough to have a decent stance.
"Let's be civil, shall we? Let me give you some advice that will save your life. This isn't a fight you can win. You have no idea the terror you're pitting yourself against. Why don't you take my advice and hear me out. You may end up becoming intrigued at what I have to say. The choice is your's, my green frind."
The games had begun. Chilla played his hand and now it was time for Whelk to make his. But Chilla was no fool. He knew there was a chance Whelk would still be hostile. So Chilla wasn't just going to float there. Doing the opposite, Chilla's body began to slowly sink lower and lower until he stood on the ground beside a large lake, with his eyes locked on the Namekian at all times. Chilla was going to be ready for a fight if he needed to be. If Whelk was fool enough to pick a fight, then Chilla would gladly give him one.

From the moment he began speaking Whelk could sense something was off about him. His demeanor was too casual for the situation he found himself in and it put Whelk on edge. He was not ignorant to the strength of other species and he would not be caught off guard by the horned man. Though Welk stood near two feet taller than the Arcosian he refused to let down his defenses as he floated to the ground in front of one of the many lakes on Namek.
"You might find the others don't want you to stay." Whelk said as he floated to the ground, but, did not touch. He hovered a few feet off the ground with his arms crossed in a more casual position but his senses were still focused on the Arcosian for any sudden movements. "Who likes fights they know they can win, anyway? I like a challenge." He still could not quite peg him, but, Whelk was intrigued to say the least.
"You talk big for being such a tiny little thing. I don't think you're in much a position to be threatening me."

"Well, I see there's no talking any sense into someone like you. That's such a shame. I could have used a strong willed minion to serve under me. No matter. I'm sure there be others on this planet without a desire to die." The cocky grin over Chilla's face only grew. If this poor Namekian wanted to throw his life away so easily, then Chilla would be more than willing to take it. The Arcosian quickly prepared to attack. His exposed toes dug into the soft ground. But the smaller warrior wouldn't remain still for too long. He pushed hard against the ground and thrusts his body towards the Namekian. Chilla cocked his right fist back and quickly swings it towards Whelk's jaw when he was within range, hoping to connect with a right hook to the side of the Namekian's jaw. Of course this battle wasn't going to end with just one punch, but if it connected or not didn't truly matter to Chilla. For the moment he wanted to see just what this warrior was capable of. Who knows, perhaps this one could help Chilla get a feel for how the other Namekians fight or just what they could do in battle. However, if Chilla's first punch did in fact connect, then of course he would attempt to follow it up. After feeling his knuckles crashing into Whelk's jaw, if the first punch connected of course, Chilla would let his punch follow through and use the momentum to spin his body to try and deliver a spinning kick to the same side of Whelk's face with his left heel. Time would soon tell just how Whelk reacted to Chilla's first small assault. [Everything is attempted of course. A little rusty when it comes to fighting. It's been a while. ] Tagged: Whelk

( You're rusty when it comes to LIFE, bruh. #Rekt )
Whelk narrowed his eyes and a bit of surprise formed on his face when he launched his first attack. He was much faster than he had anticipated and his first attack nearly landed true. If Whelk had not been anticipated an attack he would have surely been hit. At seemingly the last moment, Whelk ducked under the haymaker that the Arcosian through at him. Never wasting a moment, just as he had been trained, Whelk brought his knee up and into the gut of the Arcosian. A powerful knee which landed true and would take the air out of Chilla. Jumping backwards but still flying, he spun in a three sixty and kicked the Arcosian with a powerful blow which sent him flying across the field.
Whelk let out a grunt and shot two ki blasts in his direction following the attack. He had a feeling that this fight was going to be a lot more difficult than he imagined. It was a powerful blow he landed, it would have taken out many Namekians on the planet, but he could just feel that it was only going to anger Chilla. "Why are you here!" Whelk shouted at him!

The first punch thrown missed its target. However that wasn't a big surprise to Chilla at all. This only proved Whelk really was a warrior. That or extremely lucky. The power of the ki Chilla was sensing from him wasn't just for show. Chilla learned this first hand. A sudden burst of pain exploded from Chilla's stomach. Whelk's knee actually surprised the arrogant Arcosian, which lead to a strong strike. The sudden impact left Chilla vulnerable for only a moment. But it seemed that short moment was all Whelk needed for a second strike. By the time Chilla noticed the kick coming, it was too late to block it. The kick landed hard against the side of the Arcosian's head, just under his horns, and sent the smaller fighter flying through the air. But that didn't mean Chila was down and out already. It was quite the opposite. Chilla was headed towards a large boulder that sprang from the ground, but managed to stop himself from hitting it. "Is that all you've got?!" Chilla roared, already sensing the incoming blasts before he caught himself in the air. But even though he sensed them, didn't mean he had enough time to dodge them. Lucky for him though, he could still guard. Crossing his arms over his face and chest, Whelk's two blasts strike the Arcosian's forearms. There were a few scraps on Chilla's arms from the blasts, but he seemed okay overall. His arms then lower to reveal both a look of anger a small bit of purple blood trailing from the left side of his mouth from the kick he took.
"It doesn't matter why I'm here, you worm. Why explain things to you when you'll be dead soon?!"
Chilla charged again, this time with his anger beginning to fuel him. He'd been insulted that a lowlife like this Namekian had been able to draw blood. Even if it was a small amount, Chilla would not let this injustice go unjustified. Because of the kick sending him flying before, Chilla was about 20 yards away. That gave him time to charge two orbs of energy in his palms. They may have been simple ki charges, but they would do for what Chilla had in mind next. His speed picked up and was quickly in front of Whelk once again within a second or two. Since his hands were a bit occupied because of the ki he'd been hold, the Arcosian attacked first with his legs. First came a quick right kick that was aimed for the left side of Whelk's head which was quickly followed by a left kick to the other side. The kicks were only meant as a distraction though. It didn't matter if they landed or not. As soon as he brought his leg back from the second kick, he threw his hands forward and shot a black from both of his hands aimed right at Whelk's collar bone.

Whelk narrowed his eyes as he spoke, there was something off putting about the little man, he seemed to enjoy what was happening. Whelk felt fear when he fought, but he harnessed it as best he could, but that did not make the fear any less frightening. But him, he seemed to be enjoying this, as if he was toying with Whelk. He tried not to let his thoughts overtake him as he took a step back and planted his foot to prepare for the incoming kick.
Throwing up his arm, the kick landed powerfully, but Whelk managed to block it. Moving into a counterattack he noticed the ball of ki being thrown at him. His eyes agape, he was nearly caught off guard, but he threw his hands up just in time to catch it. The blast skidded him back a few feet, creating divots in the ground, but at the last second he flung the blast over his shoulder and it landed in the mountains behind them creating a small puff of smoke.
"I just want to know what I should put in the letter back to your people. I want to explain, very clearly, how you came to be killed by my hand." Yeah, got em.Whelk thought to himself with a smirk as he shouted his retort. Launching himself forward Whelk threw an outstretched haymaker which was intended to miss. Chilla easily dodged under it but Whelk did it on purpose, catching his arm as it seemingly flailed past, Whelk turned it into a powerful elbow that hit Chilla hard in the ribs. Whelk then spun his body 180 degrees and took the legs on from under Chilla, exposing his chest, and quickly used his elbow again to send him to the ground.
Whelk paused his onslaught and outstretched his arms at the Arcosian, a look of pure satisfaction on his face due to thinking he had won. "Yield and I will spare you."

Chilla took a moment to enjoy the view of the arrogant and outclassed Namekian struggling against his attack. Of course Chilla could have taken this chance to continue his attack, but his pride got the better of him. He wanted Whelk to struggle for as long as he could. The ki blasts shouldn't have been enough to kill Whelk just yet, letting Chilla knew his playtime wouldn't end so soon. "Big words coming from a-," Chilla's words were suddenly interrupted by Whelk's thrown haymaker. Something seemed odd about Whelk's attack. Chilla seemed to dodge it far easier than he expected to. But then Whelk's true attack was revealed. A sharp pain came from Chilla's midsection. It was the Namekian digging his elbow back into Chilla's ribs. How could this lower being keep up With Chilla move for move?! It was a disgrace that Chilla couldn't even counter when Whelk took the legs from out under him. The following elbow is what sent the Arcosian into the ground several feet away. A rough sounding cough suddenly came from Chilla. The barrage of elbows had an effect on him, even going as far as to force Chilla to cough blood. But he didn't have the time to lay there in pain. There was a peasant that needed to be punish for striking someone that was far superior than him. "Spare me?" Chilla began to speak with clear hints of anger in his voice as he rose from the ground. "You? Don't make me laugh, little whelp. And it's time you see the power that will show you where you're rightful place is. And that's below me!"Chilla's body became engulfed in a lavender colored aura. His anger was beginning to take control of him. He was wanting to end things in his second form. Though it may not have been his strongest transformation, Chilla would easily be able to handle Whelk with its power. Power surged through his body, raising his power level at a steady pace. But that wouldn't be the only thing that would grow. First, the bio-armor that Chilla naturally wore began to change. Then his body began to expand. His chest buffed up first, growing almost three times its original size. His lower body quickly followed. Even the horns on his head morphed, now pointing to the sky, Within moments he would be towering over Whelk. This was the second form of the deadly Arcosian. It was a large, brutish looking state that multiplied Chilla's power five-fold. Perhaps if Whelk hadn't angered Chilla, then the Namekian would have had a quick death. But now Chilla was going to make sure Whelk felt every last ounce of pain he could. And he would begin this not with a single word, but by launching his body towards Whelk. With his increase in speed, he would be in front of Whelk in what would seem like a second. Once close enough, Chilla would bring his right knee up and bury it in Whelk's stomach. Chilla's new strength would be in full display with this knee. There was no intention of showing mercy. Following up quickly, Chilla's tail moved to wrap itself around the Namekian's neck. The tail continued to squeeze harder and harder with every passing second. But simply choking him to death wouldn't be enough for Chilla. "Now, you were saying something about yielding?" A sinister grin formed as Chilla looked into Whelk's eyes. With a mocking laugh, Chilla threw Whelk's body, trying to send his body flying into a nearby tree. "There will be no sparing you. Not anymore." Chilla said before extending his arms out, with his palms pointing at the potentially fallen Whelk. He was going to charge an attack that would have one hell of an impact.
