I'm assuming you're basing this off some personal character history already Will you be RP exclusively as Majaku, or will Taku sometimes be interacting also? I believe an elegant way of tying this all in universe is that Taku is a saiyan lord who rules over a particular subsection of the wider Saiyan Empire. From the sounds of it Taku is a bit of a womaniser, so Majaku is presumably a son he sired on Earth? Either way, incase you are unaware there is currently an intergalactic tournament and peace conference being hosted on Earth, with representatives from many worlds, (including the Saiyan Empire and the Arcosian Empire). Not sure how relevant or not you'll find it, but just letting you know ---- Anyway, some of you techniques are a little confusing. Locked ones are presumably ones you don't have yet. But that seemed to indicate you only have 1 technique right now (Kinetic Boom). XD you are allowed 3 technique slots when starting, so you can either spend it all on upgrades for one attack eg. [N1] Kinetic Boom - charges at 1/3 of pl per turn [UP2] Super Kinetic Boom - charges at 2/3 of pl per turn [MP3] Omega Wave - charges at full pl per turn Variants for one attack eg. [N1] Kinetic Boom - as above [V2] Homing Kinetic Boom - can be bent/curved and controlled by Majaku after he fires it [UV3] Super Homing Kinetic Boom - as above, but 2/3 of pl per turn Or three different techniques eg. [N1] Kinetic boom - you know the drill [SU] Flight - whoa man how you even doin' that [SU] Shadow Phallax - mutiform ----- Also, on the subject of Shadow Pallax, it needs to have an equal trade-off to keep it fair . If it's not that your pl is split, then it needs to be something else of equal merit. For instance maybe only the real one can do attacks, or maybe they only last 1 post, Or maybe you can't use transformations while split. (If need be we can have a community vote to see what would be fair alternatives )

I'll gladly take a vote on The Shadow Phallax. Other than that, I can work with everything else.
Also yes, I'll be RPing as Majaku but Taku will be NPCing from time to time. In Taku's case, yup, he is. But ruling over four different realms in the Multiverse is technically hard work. As far as this tournament goes, you can if you want, you can add Taku in there as an NPC since he is immortal.
I'll also go for this moveset starting out.
[N1] Kinetic boom - you know the drill [SU] Flight - whoa man how you even doin' that [SU] Shadow Phallax - mutiform

Seems like this Taku guy is kind of a big deal not to have been involved at all in the story up to this point. Might be worth tweaking just how godlike he is here.

I'ma be helping Bao here with your profile, since he's become increasingly busy. Here's what I gather so far from what you got that Bao and Hyoza haven't pointed out:
1) Who is Majaku? Where's he from? What's his story and why should we care about him? I, personally, would like to see a bit of creativity in this department. Helps me get a better idea of what to expect in your beginner's post. Also, does Taku have his own faction, or is he part of the Solar Saiyan Empire? If he's part of the Solar Saiyan Empire, then his kids would probably be bureaucrats or officers of the Solar Saiyan Empire, if they're vying control of these sectors. That, or they could be rebels. There's a lot I can think of here that you can use, but I do believe you get the gist of what I'm saying. One other thing, and this is pretty important: How did Taku become immortal? A title, simply by surviving so many battles that shoulda killed him,but he narrowly didn't is understandable, but you're currently stating he's literally immortal. I ask for a big explanation here.
2) Shadow Phallanx: It's an interesting technique upgrade to Multi form. If anything, that's what you should do, instead of starting right off with this practically ultimate ability. In the tier levels, with that sort of description, the Shadow Phallanx is an [SU3] (highest level of support technique). You'll need to learn the level 2 format of the After image, then finally upgrade to this level.

((just putting it out there - maybe Taku is a 'slider' from a different reality )) edit: Also, once discussion is done we can move these posts out of your registration thread so it stays nice and neat

Hm...All the focus is on Taku for some reason and he's only an NPC here. LOL! I must've done a grand job with creating Taku over the years. I'll give you all a brief background on Taku.
Taku's background: Keep in mind he's literally older than both Vegeta and Goku by 10 years.
Taku Arimoto is a saiyan warrior from an entirely different dimension. By a freak accident ploy at the hands of Cooler and his minions, Taku was ripped from his dimension into the era of The Saiyan Saga of the DBZ world. Being stranded in this new dimension, Taku joined Frieza's Army and made it to the point of being leader of The Ginyu Force after brutally slaughtering Captain Ginyu in hand to hand combat all while hiding that he was in fact one of the few remaining Saiyans alive in this dimension. Many years pass since taking over the Ginyu force, Taku sets his sights for something higher in rank. Upon gathering information on Frieza and his family, Taku found an interesting Com Chat from the other saiyans. The dying Raditz's last message to Vegeta and Nappa was something indeed worthy of investigating. Learning of Piccolo being a Namek, without hesitation, Taku alone travels to planet Namek after destroying the transmission between the three. While on Planet Namek, Taku makes a hostile take over of the Planet Namek and threatens them to summon their dragon or else he would kill off everyone on the entire planet and use it as his own personal planet. Reluctantly, The Namekians summon their Dragon and Taku only has one wish in mind at the time. He gets his wish for immortality. His second wish was to travel back and fourth between time and dimensions. And his third wish, he left to the Namekians by wishing for The Guru's immortality. After spending a while on Planet Namek, he uses his new found Time Travel ability to his advantage and sees what becomes of the planet. Ultimately he was extremely shocked to find himself floating in space in a debris of rocks and vapor. Finding out it was Frieza who destroyed the planet, Taku wasn't surprised at all. It was at that point in time, Taku returns to the current time where Planet Namek is still there then makes his way to Earth after finding out about the Guardian there (This takes place as Vegeta and Nappa arrive on Earth). Taku doesn't find a guardian due to him dying with his connection of another being, but instead he finds someone who is extraordinarily powerful for someone so unassuming. A Genie called simply Mr. Popo. Not wanting to interfere in any of the events happening on Earth, he requests for Mr. Popo to make him undetectable by anyone with a power level or sense of ki. This is done easily and Mr. Popo introduces Taku to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Entering the chamber, Taku trained as hard as he could under the weight, the end result brought him to being an Ascended Super Saiyan. With his lust for power, Taku immediately went back inside for the last time resulting in him being the first Super Saiyan 2 in this dimension. Now being able to cross dimensions from his wishes on Planet Namek, Taku began hopping dimensions one after the other recruiting Saiyan Planet after Saiyan Planet after single handedly conquering them with his new found power.
Who is Majaku you ask? Simply Taku's youngest son, sired in this dimension (RP) where his (Majaku's) new legacy starts out. I believe I already stated that Majaku is who I'll be RPing as, Taku is just an NPC who makes an appearance every once in a while.
With the Shadow Phallax, it really doesn't matter. After Image, upgrade and then Shadow Phallax.

I really don't want it to seem like I'm picking on you, dude. But this Taku guy kinda sounds like a bit of a Mary Sue. I know he's not your actual character, but he's a godlike NPC to whom your character has direct connections, and who could apparently trounce almost all characters in the current time period of this storyline.
Now, this is just my opinion, and I of course defer to the mods on these matters, but I feel like characters like Taku are very uninteresting and just raise a lot of questions; like why hasn't he conquered our particular version of the Dragon Ball universe yet if he's so powerful, immortal, and can time travel.
In theory, he would be able to simply travel back in time to each universe and set himself up as ruler of Vegeta waaaaayyy in the past, which would mean he's essentially retconning himself into godhood. And it gets all confusing and such.
I know your character is not Taku, but I don't feel like a character as powerful as Taku is a good fit for the setting, even as an NPC. It'd be a lot more believable and interesting if Taku was a famous Saiyan warlord - with a bloody reputation and dozens of children by dozens of women, and Taku is seeking to live up to his distant father's legacy, which he feels is in his blood, etc. The nigh-godhood seems unnecessary and jarring.

Haha, I think he's been getting the attention because you kinda teased about him more than you did Majaku ((I mean, even in your above post, Taku got a whole paragraph while majaku was a single sentence )) [also, did not realise Taku literally already is a slider XD]

Who is Majaku in general?
He's the average fun loving 10 year old with a wise cracking attitude. Unlike his siblings and family alike, his idea of fun consists of adventuring, trying out new things, mild training and learning different types of combat. When it comes to alignment, Majaku is a solid neutral. He rarely wants to be involved in other people's problems unless there is something in it for himself. Other than that, most things are meaningless to the demi-saiyan. Being the youngest of his tyrannical brothers and sisters, he is expected for greatness to take over a dimension just like the others. Now being at the bright age of 10, his training and toughening must begin.

Hey ran out of time tonight, but just noting that we may need to discuss further on Taku's canon/limitations to best integrate him into the role you want for him on Souls. As you noted though, Majaku is your character not Taku, so I don't forsee any issues

Ok, I'm here. My opinion, as a member on the forum, is this: Taku's story is boring me out. I mean, you're rping as Majaku, yet all the attention is on Taku, an npc, an immortal who's got the ability to Time Travel, Dimension Travel, and is Immortal... I'm sorry, but I am really saying no here. I can't see Majaku aspiring to be better than this unless he gets the Dragon Balls and gets each of these freakin' powers. This, to me, is spelling out, "I'm god modding a character's abilities because I want it."
No. None of that. I can understand starting as royalty, a high ranking general, king of the Underworld, and anything like that. However, Taku's offering absolutely no room for his son, your main character, to stand out. It's telling me, "I'm never letting you take the spot light, Majaku. You and the kids are just here because I slept around. Honestly, you're unnecessary."
I hope to see the individual character of Majaku, not Taku. My suggestion is writing Taku with having the title, not the actual ability, "The Immortal," for a better experience here. If Taku was simply this really amazing warrior that has this amazing stroke of fate of surviving impossible scenarios, then yeah, I'd say we wouldn't be here, discussing this. However, we are.
